This is my first dragonfly! I managed to make it~!
Fruitiness like grapefruit and muscat.
Fruity and fresh. It also has a sourness to it, but it gives the impression of being calm.
It is very easy to drink and goes well with food. We enjoyed it very much!
Sentori Ripi in Tochigi! I was informed that a modern kihonjo-shu had arrived, but it was already gone 🥲.
The acidity and refined clearness of the Kimoto style shines through!
Full-bodied and clear!
Mellow aroma of 🍐 or 🍋🟩 type!
It's quite sweet, but the backbone is also nice and fresh with a solid citrusy acidity! It is easy to drink with a retro but modern sweet and sour taste! The acidity is quite characteristic and delicious!
I couldn't get it during the busy season.
I gave up 😭Behind the scenes, sparklers: ❣️
D Paisen secured it for me 🥰.
Gentle sweetness of origami ✨
A relaxing taste 🤤.
I'm glad I had this 💖.
Thank you D Paisen 🙇♂️
Next up is the Edo-style red dragonfly.
Oh, I like this one 💖.
Mild sourness? It's like a mild acidity 🤤.
It's red dragonfly 😅 because it's all sake yeast yeast 😅
I love Senkou 🍶❤
The label is print type 🏷️
Maybe the sticker type would be better 🤔
And Tochigi love 🥰.
Muro, this is an interesting drinking comparison ✨I like it from before the Edobari, but I still think the Namahashimoto is better for Senkou 💕I agree with you intensely that the sealed type is better 😆.
The recently held Sentori Festival✨
First, the red dragonfly 🍶 in front of the Edo-style
Delicious 😋!
More acidic😊.
The label can be peeled off😄
I took the liberty of completing the red dragonfly glass🥃💖.
Good evening, Kotaro!
I've been saving this one to try since I heard it was going to be a nama yeast strain after Edo 😁.
I love the glass, but I messed up a bit removing the sticker and it looks dirty 🥲.
Good morning, Muro 😃.
I like the red dragonfly drink comparison: ❗️
And I like the red dragonfly glass 🥰.
If I find a transparent label, I'll copy you and try it myself 😁.
This is Sengoku's Sanshiki, a sparkling sake. The bubbles are so strong that even after opening the bottle, the bubbles are overflowing. The first thing you taste on the palate is the fizziness, then the acidity, and then the spicy umami. It is not too sweet, but has a nice sharpness combined with a pleasant acidity. It is quite tasty. Yamada-Nishiki, nama-hashiro, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, about 2,200 yen, Otsuka Sake Brewery, Honmachi, Tokyo.
Encountered at an all-you-can-drink event at a local tavern.
The fruitiness and acidity are all in one.
It was a great opportunity to drink a lot of sake that I usually can't drink.
Slightly gassy
There is a little bit of ooze
There are rice and pear aroma, sweetness and acidity.
Sweetness and acidity are clear and fresh.
There is a little lactic acidity.
There is a lingering rice flavor.
Easy to drink
