10 which was delicious last time. It was on sale, so I bought this one as well as a repeat. To be honest, I prefer 10 because it has more alcohol tingling than sweetness. Of course, there is a sweetness with a touch of Brix. I am sure there are dishes that would be better suited to this one. I hope I can learn more about this area.

Drinking Famous Sake! Yokoyama from Nagasaki! Chingu is famous for its shochu, but it used to be a sake brewery! After Hakugakusen, I chose a dry sake because I've been drinking sweet sake lately! It is only super-harsh and has no aroma, but when you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and gasiness, along with a tropical acidity and a great sharpness! It may be quite similar to our favorite Tsunezan. It is a delicious sake! I heard that the non-super-spicy ones are quite sweet, but I'm interested in them if they are this well-balanced!
