. Junmai Ginjyo Nama Zume Unfiltered Unadjusted I had a feeling that I had drunk it in the past, but unlike the last time, this time it was like a raw 😅. The aroma is pineapple flavor. The taste is like a dark green apple with a sweet and sour taste that lingers slowly and is delicious 😋. The next day, the mouthfeel becomes smooth and sweet with a pineapple but also melon-like sweetness and a slight astringency in the aftertaste. As the day goes by, it's like a green apple mashimashi and it's delicious 😊.

Second tasting at a store next to Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop! Yokoyama. Fruity aroma and slightly effervescent! The aftertaste is sharp and crisp. I'll buy some on my way home from a business trip.
