Overall 10 (out of 10)
On December 14 and 15, our friends from Aichi came to visit us and we had a year-end party at our house 🍻.
The second bottle we had was this sake from Iki Island, a remote island in Nagasaki, which has recently become a favorite of ours.
This sake is from Iki Island, a remote island in Nagasaki!
It is delicious 😋!
We had a bottle of SILVER7 before, but this 1814 is also delicious 😋.
It is truly a sharp, sweet and delicious type of sake!
The slight spiciness that rises at the same time as the sweet/umami taste is responsible for the tightness and sharpness👍.
I served it chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Slight ginjo aroma👍
-Aroma: Slight sourness.

The connection from the hanahi is wonderful👏😋👏😋I'm getting more and more excited‼️ medium toro aji squid sashimi, a hot dish of fried sea bream chikuwa isobe, Kaiser Ham sausage with mustard🩷Dessert is baked gateau chocolat!
Good evening, shinsaku3 and Pekho!
I've often seen it in Yokoyama and Sake-no-wa and I'm curious about it. ☺️ It's sweet and tasty with a nice sharp taste! It looks delicious 😋and the pairing of Mr. Peckho also looks delicious ❣️
Good evening, HinaHanaMama🩷Yokoyama's new sake is now available and I'm eager to complete it‼️ pairings are also Japanese and Western, but it's fun to compare and drink different things when there are many people 🥰.
Hello, shinsaku3 and Pekho!
It is interesting to see the composition of the local "Hanayo", "Yokoyama", and "Kamikawa Taisetsu", as if traversing Japan!
I have had this sake before and was surprised that such a sake could be made on a remote island so close to the continent!
Hi shinsaku3 & Pekho 🐦!
Nice year-end party with good sake and food on pa 😻Yokoyama, of the raw sake (haven't tried the 7 dry 💦) this one was my favorite 😊.
Mild sweetness.
Bitterness remains with a hint of sourness.
A sense of effervescence.
Bitter and slightly sweet aftertaste.
Fruity and delicious.
In a word, a fashionable tip.
It's been a while.
Daiginjo was too expensive lol.
I tried Junmai Ginjo.
The aroma is a little bit ricey.
Not strong.
Soft on the palate.
full-bodied! Delicious!
Sourness from sweetness.
A little bitterness at the end.
Very easy to drink.
I drank too much and about 80% of it was gone.
This is a dangerous one.
Purchased at Fukumori Sake Shop in Nara on 11/22
The first Nagasaki sake is Iki Yokoyama!
Fresh muscat aroma!
Very smooth and fine on the palate and very pleasant to drink!
Very tasty with a bouncy sweetness. ✨️
The first impression is easy to drink, but the second half is full-flavored, slightly bitter and spicy, and very satisfying 😆.
Iki Island is one of the places I would like to visit someday as I love ancient Japanese history, and I would love to go there for this sake too ✨.
