It has a fruity and refreshing aroma, and the gaseous and crisp sharpness of the raw sake makes it a light and elegant sake.
The accompaniment is a little steamed cloudberries.
It has a full aroma and taste. It was described as "enjoy it in a wine glass," and that is exactly what I thought I would enjoy it most. The gentle sweetness was very nice.
This is the first time in my life that I have been to Yokoyama.
I went to Nagasaki for a tour of Gunkanjima (Battleship Island).
I took the tram and bought it at the Yoshida Sake Shop closest to my hotel 🍸.
Sweet aroma. The taste is sweet, with a hint of sourness and a mellow sweetness and umami. It tastes fresh and fruity 🍊 and refreshing.
We had a great conversation with the proprietress of the sake store, and it was a pleasant memory of our trip to Nagasaki 😊.
ma-ki-. Good evening 🌙.
Thank you for your comment.
I have always wanted to try Yokoyamaya Tobiaran. If you have a chance, please give it a try.
Gunkanjima is worth seeing. I recommend it because it has an emotional impact that cannot be conveyed through images.

Fresh and gassy, with a clean and light image, but dense and juicy (P.S.U.M.)!
Good balance of sourness and bitterness.
Personal evaluation 8.0/10 points
I don't know what the difference is between the Silver series, but this one is quite sweet. I wonder if it is difficult to make as a food sake. But this is a sake for women to drink by itself.
Pear sweetness, cemedine smell, slightly deep bitterness, each element is present in this sake. The balance still has room for improvement. Above average, maybe a little above.
