YOKOYAMA Omoya family crest is ivy on a circle A blend of No. 18 and No. 14 yeast Shigeke Shuzo is a famous brewer of Iki shochu. In 2018, a new sake division, Yokoyama Brewery, was established on Iki Island to produce sake. Yokoyama apparently trained at the Sumikawa Brewery, famous for Toyo Bijin. Brewing sake on Iki Island has been talked about as a revival after an absence of about 70 years. Ikinoshima is located between Tsushima and Kyushu
