I never thought I'd meet a sake from a place that is so familiar to pokégirls.
It's so good! It has a strong sweet taste, a sour taste that comes and goes quickly, and a beautiful aftertaste!
This is just plain delicious, there are too many sake that I don't know about!

The nose is clear and gorgeous, reminiscent of ripe apples and melons✨.
The wine starts off with a direct sweetness that is dense 😳
What is surprising is its texture, despite being so sweet, it is not clingy at all and the clear sweetness glides over the tongue ‼️
From the mid-part, the freshness that is only possible with nama-shu comes out, and it finishes with a surprisingly refreshing aftertaste. This contrast between the impact of the sweetness and the beauty of the finish is delightful ✨.
It was a great treat to drink it crisp and chilled with cold sake.
What can I say, it was a blink of an eye...

It has a crisp, dry mouthfeel with an aroma that is more like grapefruit 🍊.
This is a great bottle to chill and serve during dinner 🍾 with infinite Carpaccio🐟!

Izakaya "Sanyo-do".
At first, I chose something I had never had before.
The aroma of the sake was strong with that of Showa-era sake (?). The aroma was strong, with a bit of that Showa-era sake(?) feeling.
I thought it was a bit different from my taste, but when I put it in my mouth, it was surprisingly fruity. Muscat flavor. The acidity is also good.
Not too sweet and not too harsh. It is rather tasty.

First time in New Year's Day, we had a couple's banquet 🎊.
I made a luxurious Yokoyama GOLD 😍It's been a long time since I've had a Yokoyama 😍It's ‼️ delicious. The sweetness and bitterness changes depending on the temperature 🥰.
And today we had pork shabu shabu, crab cream croquettes and shrimp cream croquettes with Akita souvenir "smoked iburigakko tartar sauce"💓.
The gakko connects the egginess, mayoiness, and smokiness perfectly, making the croquettes a few more delicious 🥰‼️ GOLD enhances the depth of flavor ✨It was delicious👍!

Our first sake after returning to Saitama was our favorite
We opened a bottle of our favorite sake, Yokoyama 😃.
As usual, sweet and delicious 😋.
We also had a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei left over from a visit to my parents' house 🍶.
They are the same sweet and umami type and very tasty,
Kamerei is soft sweet and delicious, while Yokoyama is tight and sweet and delicious.
That's the image I have of them 😋.
Kamerei is sweet and delicious with a lingering aftertaste until the end, while Yokoyama has a pleasant bitterness and astringency combined in the middle, which is felt in the back 😋.
Both are delicious 😋.
