I haven't been able to do any writing 📑, so the 🥲 order will have to come later 😅.
Time goes back to ⌛️... two Saturdays ago when a lot was happening! As I mentioned in my previous post, this was the day of Bunraku's tasting at a nearby liquor store that I always drive to😙.
We took the bus 🚌 and walked 🚶 out to drink and arrived at the store sweating 💦!
No one from the brewery was there that day, but a young couple from the liquor store was there to help us... "Would you like a tasting?" Yes! That's why we came by bus and on foot 🤗" We exchanged greetings 😁Started tasting 😁‼️
Four different tastings in three bottles 😋I knew I wouldn't buy any of them 😆I enjoyed tasting mainly the expensive Junmai Daiginjo Namazume 😚 I'm a commoner who feels expensive is good 😅.
Sun Citron was available in two varieties, regular and one year aged, but I was easily caught by the phrase "only a few of the aged ones left" and got it👍!

First of all, the aroma... I don't remember 😑.
I can't remember ἑ I took a sip...yeah! I remember it has a very strong apricot flavor 😋.
I think the aging process may have increased the depth of the flavor!

I haven't tried the aged sake but I get the impression it would be a good debut 😊.

I tasted them all 😋 and to be honest I couldn't really tell the difference 😆 they were light and easy to drink with an apricot feel 😋.
