Mouthfeel is clean and slightly mellow. After the juiciness and umami, the acidity comes in a flash and it is refreshing. The alcohol is strong, so it's a good choice for a tzumaki. The alcohol is very strong, so it's better to have a snack with it. 👍️ Good for cosmopolitan ✌️ 😆 Perfect summer drink 🍶.

Today's selection 🇯🇵 is a summer sake 🍶 and my first, Saint. Indigo label is 👍️ The bottle was opened with a pop! The aroma, I'm not sure, is fresh and sweet 🐽. Light on the palate but full-bodied 🎵. The gasiness is refreshingly sour and sweet, like a rumple 😍. Juicy and refreshing like citrus 🌊. I can drink it smoothly. Yum 😆✨️ gulp juicy 🤤. I love it 😚. Beautiful mouthfeel. Not much of an aroma. After the sweet and tasty juiciness that spreads in the mouth, it has a nice sharpness with sourness and a little bitterness. ✨️ boiled octopus roe with vinegared miso, edamame and okra grilled young corn with miso cheese fried small shrimp scallop sashimi sea grapes I think Japanese food is good 🎵 I'm going to escape from reality for a while ✈. I still want to feel refreshed 😉. Today's selection 🇯🇵 is a summer sake from Drunken Whale 🍶! Whoo-hoo-hoo! The mouthfeel is crisp and clear! Juicy aroma like kiwi 🥝😤. The taste is bitter with a dry dry dry taste 🥸. The aftertaste is also sharp and crisp ⚔️⚔️ I thought summer sake would have a lower alcohol content, but it has 17%😓. I have to work tomorrow, so I'll be moderate 🤫.

It's been hot or warm all day 😥. I just got home from work and wanted to refresh myself 🌿. The owner of the liquor store recommended that I should have only sake or... cold tofu, So I made it easy! Chilled tofu and pork shabu shabu. Pork shabu with cucumber and tomato and refreshing 😋. Chilled Natsu Gin🥃 to a perfect temperature. Light, refreshing and fruity 🐽. The sweetness and tartness like La France is pleasantly smooth and goes down the back of your throat😝😝😝. A savior to lower the discomfort level 🙄. I hope to order again 🙏. Japan 🇯🇵 is still amazing. Even sake has a version for each season 🩷. I'm so proud of my country of birth 🙏, I am proud of this country I was born in😌.
