I often see them at Sake no Wa🍶, I couldn't resist and had my first match today 👊🍷! What a great sound! Sounds so good 🙌! It's so good 🙌! KO'd as soon as I put it in my mouth! 🤕💦. It has a sweet aroma, but it's more than that. The rice flavor is strong 😋💕. Finished crisp and clean with acidity 🎵. Good match 😆. I can match it with anything, Chicken Tsukune with fried burdock, sauteed Brussels sprouts with garlic, pickled turnip and red bell pepper. I'm going to eat it!

First time in my life 👏👏👏👏. The sake label is so 👀difficult to tell if it's sake or wine 🌺 I can't even tell if it's sake or wine 🌺 The aroma is fresh and fruity 🐽. When the lees are mixed, it becomes light cloudy, It's true! Strawberry with condensed milk 🍓. And yet, the acidity is still there, The rice has a mild flavor 🎵. I've been avoiding dry sake because I'm not a fan of it, but I was wondering what 🦪 sake goes well with seafood 🤔. There are many, but why "cannibal rock"? I thought 🙄. I heard it is an old tale from the country of Tango..., I'm a sucker for yokai👺 and old tales 😁. I'll have it with sashimi and sea cucumber vinegar 🎵. (I heard it's the local sake for manjin crab, but I can't afford such an expensive one 😥) Fresh when chilled! It's dry and refreshing, but with a hint of sweetness. Sourness from the sea cucumber vinegar and sweetness from the sake 💮💕. I'll have a small sip today. I like dry taste. 👍️

Yesterday I was talking about Suzuka, I also used to live in Higashi Osaka, I have been to Mt. Katsuragi several times for a drive & picnic 🚘️ The view on a nice day is fantastic🙌 (but windy 🌬️) Depending on the season, the cedar and cypress trees can be a bit painful for me because of my hay fever 🤧. Cork opened peacefully without any flying 😊. Fresh aroma of blue banana🍌 with a hint of cedar 😤. Sharp taste with a little bitterness 🍶. Drink and reminisce 😁.

When I used to live in Suzuka, I only knew Miyanoyuki and Suzukagawa🍶😅(never even drank them). I wasn't interested in sake at all back then... what a waste 🌀 But I remember that I sometimes got sakekasu from this brewery and it was so delicious when I made kasu-jiru (sake lees) or amazake (sweet sake) 💕💕. So, I tried to make a seared sakekasu miso with a completely different type of sakekasu as a snack. It didn't turn out crispy, but the roasted rice cake was delicious 🙌. The sake is something, just fresh! Fruity🍷. Delicious with beautiful rice flavor 🥰. Flounder sashimi and moebi with vinegared miso 🥂. Sake is also a once in a lifetime experience 🙏.

It's even worse 😚. I heard a sizzling sound when I opened the bottle, but it didn't feel like a sizzling sound, it was very quiet. Lemon like tangerine - maybe lychee 🤔. Gentle aroma and sweet and sour taste of white yeast 🍷. The sourness makes it easy to drink because it's not too sweet and not too heavy 🎵. It healed me today 😆.

First time in my life Hirotogawa ~🇯🇵🙌 When I open it, it has a shwashy acidity 🫧 and, It smells like peaches🍑😤. It's dark sweet and full-bodied though, The sweetness and richness is so strong, but with a nice acidity, you can drink it endlessly 😚. I would love to have a dedicated fridge, but I hesitate when I think about how many bottles of alcohol I could buy for that amount of money... I'm a small person 😥.
