My, my first red wu🍷🎉. Delicious 😋💕💕 Aroma of citrus. Lees and fizzy fine bubbles, pleasant, Delicious 🌋😍 I would like to try more red wines 😁. I was nervous when I opened the bottle, but no problem 😙. Sake swamp is deep. I need a dedicated fridge 🔥.

Happy New Year 🎍. The weather was beautiful and the sunrise was perfect 🌄. The first sake of the year was Mutsu Hachisen's celebratory sake 🍶. Aroma like apple ✨️ Sweet, yet refreshing and easy to drink. I think it's an easy-drinking sake 😋. Goes great with osechi 🎵.

I shook it slowly to entangle the lees and it overflowed and was very difficult 🫣. Gentle fruity aroma, the smell of wooden vats. The umami of the rice, the bitterness, the astringency, and... Something deep. Delicious ♥ Exciting! Next year, I hope to encounter many different sake 🍶😆.

I recently opened a bottle of Sentori🍾. I was on the lees when I drank it all up. I tried it today 🍷 and found it to be mild and mellow. Mellow and mild. I can feel the deliciousness of rice 😋. It's possible because I drink at home 🏚️. Drink by yourself. My own way. Thanks for the food ✨
