Forgot to post 😉. This is Kangiku's first series 🍶. And it's "Koshihikari" 😲. I wonder what it's like? As soon as you put it in your mouth, it's delicious 😋🎵. I bought 2 bottles for some reason😅(happens sometimes) My fridge is full, so I'm going to have a selection 🇯🇵 I'll have some 🙏. When I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass, it went 🫧shuwa🫧 but no fizziness at all. I thought I felt a gorgeous aroma, My mouth was filled with a fruity, dark, sweet flavor 😋. I didn't get to eat eel on the "Doyo no Ushi" (day of the ox) on the 19th 💦. I got my hair cut at the hair salon and went home 🏚️ (I'm shocked that my bangs are now on, the eyebrows 😥) I think Eikoufuji is the first time I've been to ❕️ 🙄. And "Sake Mirai" yatter 🙌! The cork was opened with a "pshhhh" signal. Sweet fruit aroma 🐽. It has a melon-like sweetness with just the right amount of lemon-like acidity, juicy yet refreshing. It also has the flavor of rice, Eikoufuji x Sake Mirai = delicious 💕😋💕. Today's Tsumami Tuna tartar (with mustard and various other ingredients, finished with a drizzle of cooked balsamic) Chicken ham and cucumber coleslaw style (with crushed mixed nuts 🥜 on top) Marinated avocado and pineapple (I use a marinade based on yakiniku sauce ✌️) All delicious 😋💕. Work stress blew away =͟͟͞͞ (¦3[▓▓])

Still, I haven't stopped drinking and eating: ✌️ Today, I tried "Hidakami Aizan" 🍶, which was recommended by the liquor store. I love fish, but this is my first time to try "Hidakami" ✨! ✨. And it's "Aizan" 🩷. The aroma is slightly sweet. Soft on the palate, with a gentle banana-like sweetness and a refreshing, gentle acidity with a slight bitterness, The aftertaste is refreshing. It's delicious! But I need to get some Hidakami not Aizan 😁. Thanks for the food 😋🎵

Hoshikai✨️✨️✨️ It's still delicious 😋🎵 What made me fall in love with sake, It was another sake 🍶 though. I guess it's been a year with this sake 😌. It's early. 🇯🇵 Sweet and sour aroma 🐽. Slightly tart. Tropical fruit (mixed fruit?). Juicy like, Sweet like honey or wasanbon 🤤. Sweet but with a refreshing aftertaste😋🎵. It's so hot every day I feel like I'm going to dry out 💦. I had already decided to drink "Kuwagata" 🍶 and "Kabutomushi" was delicious 🤤💕. Kabutomushi was also delicious 💕. I wonder if there were fewer bottles of Kabutomushi this year than usual. I heard it's because there are a lot of summer sake like Kuwagata and Fireworks 🙄. But I'm looking forward to that too 😉✨️ Now - opening the bottle! As the note says, it's shuwa shuwa in the bottle 🫧. So much energy 😆. Still, it took less than 2 minutes. It smells like rice, or maybe apple in the lactic acidity 🐽. In the mouth, an adult lemon soda. Hmmm? Lemon sour 🍋. It's refreshing 🍋.
