I've been wanting to drink Banshu Ikkenten ✨ since last year. I was thinking of buying it, but my daughter's club game took us to Hamamatsu 🚙. Speaking of Hamamatsu, the sake shop I visited before should carry it! It's close to the venue of the game, so I walked there to buy it 🚰. I found it lined up in the fridge and got it safe and sound! I got it safe and sound: ✌️ When you open the bottle, it smells like banana and melon 🎶. Melon taste in the mouth. The finish is crisp and delicious👍. It's not a sweet nigori.

Snowman changed to a fresh brewing method this year: ☃️ I was really looking forward to it🎶. I made a reservation early and got the first lot! I got two bottles. ✌️ The bubbles are rising when you turn the perforated stopper, but not that much. The glass is covered with fine bubbles. Smells great 🎶 like pears! Yum! If you ask me what has changed since last year I can't answer clearly, but I feel that the umami and bitterness have increased I think it became milder 🤔. Sentori has returned to Edo ✨New lineup! I have to go buy some soon!

Long time no see 🎶Kangiku I was able to buy a bottle of Danshaku chrysanthemum this year. This year, I was able to buy the one I couldn't drink last year. It has a gorgeous aroma like pineapple 🍍 when poured into a glass. The aroma is gorgeous and pineapple-like. The taste also reminds me of pineapple. The sweet and sourness spreads like a sizzle! When the lees are mixed well, the mild flavor increases. but the bitterness in the latter half of the bottle will give it a sharp edge. The Shiraginkai will be available soon, so there will be more opportunities to drink Kangiku. I think I will have more opportunities to drink Kangiku. ☺️

The new sake season has arrived! This year, the first to drink is Akabu NEWBORN Junmai✨. The aroma is understated but melon-like fruity aroma reminiscent of melon 🎶. First sip? Not very sweet 🤔. I was curious about Mikumari✨ when I saw it on Sakewa. I bought the 2nd one since it seems to have been released! The aroma is gorgeous, like apples and pears! When you pour it into a glass, you can see the fine bubbles! The 🫧 is amazing! When you take a sip, the sweet and sour taste pops out! Not too sweet, but rather dry. It's the type of sake I like a lot! I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 😊.

I bought it because I was attracted by the Kame-no-o + Namo yeast. The aroma is more fruity than I expected 🎶. This is my first time to try Senkyoku's Kijoshu. When you open the cork, you can smell the sweet fruity aroma 🎶. Rich sweetness like cotton candy and SENKYO's typical Sourness ✨ It leaves a lingering taste in the mouth like after eating a tropical fruit I thought it would be sweeter 🎶 but it is. I thought it would be sweeter, but as expected Sentori 👏. Looks like it would be a good dessert sake after dinner👍

Miyamanishiki and Shinsei No.6 yeast✨ Very nice combination! I imagined a citrusy taste from the orange appearance I was expecting a citrusy taste, but instead I got a muscat-like sweet and sour taste. The sourness is followed by a bitter taste on the palate, but it finishes nicely. but it goes away nicely 🎶. I haven't had Yamamoto in a while, but it's delicious!
