Classic followed by modern I-Style ✨. The taste was a little different from what I had imagined. The sweetness and sourness are both understated and balanced. It is fresh and smooth 🎶. A bit late to the party, but Sentori is back in Edo ✨. This time it's a classic fire-roasted version of I-Shiki I was looking forward to it since it is rumored to be very tasty 🎶. When you pour it into a glass, it has a fizzy and bubbly 🫧 aroma reminiscent of lactic acid beverages 🎶. The aroma reminds me of a lactobacillus drink🎶. Low sweetness and refreshing sourness It's hard to describe the taste, but Delicious! No wonder it gets rave reviews for sure😊. I was able to buy the modern fire-brewed version, so I'd like to compare them. I'd like to compare the two ✌️

Checking in for the first time in a while😅 I've been a little under the weather and have been cutting back on my drinking. Nagi from Kangiku's OCEAN 99 series ✨. We had this last year and it's delicious👍. Pitchy and gassy 🫧 fresh Sweet and sour and bitter. I hear the specs have changed this time around, but it's still as delicious as last year✨.

Al-soaked daiginjo from Hato Masamune 🕊️ ✨ The chic label ❄️ is so out of character! Sweet, clear, and tasteless. It goes down smoothly 👍 It has a nice sharpness that is typical of Aruzoe, but it has a 17% alcohol content. It has 17% alcohol by volume, so it's dangerous if you get carried away 😅. This year, February 2 was Setsubun 👹. We have hand-rolled sushi every year! Not that we forgot, but we had some sake left in the fridge that we bought last year. It's not flashy, but it goes well with all kinds of food! It's a perfect food sake 🎶 that you can drink easily.

I tried to find a way to get it, and I got it. ✌️ The first ⭐Jikon no nigori ⭐and 2 bottles of ⭐Jikon no nigori Thanks to the perforated stopper, there was no spillage. Opened the bottle: ❕️ The fruity aroma is pleasant 🎶. It is not too sweet and has a great umami flavor. When you taste it thoroughly, you can also taste the bitterness. I've been wanting to drink Banshu Ikkenten ✨ since last year. I was thinking of buying it, but my daughter's club game took us to Hamamatsu 🚙. Speaking of Hamamatsu, the sake shop I visited before should carry it! It's close to the venue of the game, so I walked there to buy it 🚰. I found it lined up in the fridge and got it safe and sound! I got it safe and sound: ✌️ When you open the bottle, it smells like banana and melon 🎶. Melon taste in the mouth. The finish is crisp and delicious👍. It's not a sweet nigori.

Snowman changed to a fresh brewing method this year: ☃️ I was really looking forward to it🎶. I made a reservation early and got the first lot! I got two bottles. ✌️ The bubbles are rising when you turn the perforated stopper, but not that much. The glass is covered with fine bubbles. Smells great 🎶 like pears! Yum! If you ask me what has changed since last year I can't answer clearly, but I feel that the umami and bitterness have increased I think it became milder 🤔. Sentori has returned to Edo ✨New lineup! I have to go buy some soon!

Long time no see 🎶Kangiku I was able to buy a bottle of Danshaku chrysanthemum this year. This year, I was able to buy the one I couldn't drink last year. It has a gorgeous aroma like pineapple 🍍 when poured into a glass. The aroma is gorgeous and pineapple-like. The taste also reminds me of pineapple. The sweet and sourness spreads like a sizzle! When the lees are mixed well, the mild flavor increases. but the bitterness in the latter half of the bottle will give it a sharp edge. The Shiraginkai will be available soon, so there will be more opportunities to drink Kangiku. I think I will have more opportunities to drink Kangiku. ☺️

The new sake season has arrived! This year, the first to drink is Akabu NEWBORN Junmai✨. The aroma is understated but melon-like fruity aroma reminiscent of melon 🎶. First sip? Not very sweet 🤔. Sourness and bitterness are a little strong Is it the youthful freshness of new sake? By the second day, it seems to have settled down and become more balanced. I feel it has become better.

I was curious about Mikumari✨ when I saw it on Sakewa. I bought the 2nd one since it seems to have been released! The aroma is gorgeous, like apples and pears! When you pour it into a glass, you can see the fine bubbles! The 🫧 is amazing! When you take a sip, the sweet and sour taste pops out! Not too sweet, but rather dry. It's the type of sake I like a lot! I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 😊.
