New from Kouei Chrysanthemum✨ You can't help but drink it 😋. A good combination of Anastasia green and twilight orange 🎶. Great balance of sweet and sour and just the right amount of citrus 👍 as you said. The other day, I went to buy a bottle of Snoqualmie. I was informed that a limited edition Christmas sake called "Merry Crescent" was going to be released! Of course, I immediately pre-ordered it: ✌️

The first new sake of the year again comes from Akabu Junmai✨. Fruity flavor with sweetness and acidity. Nice balance of sweetness and acidity👍 We enjoyed it again this year 🙏.

This is the second one I've bought on repeat: ✌️ The gorgeous aroma is already delicious 🎶. The characteristic acidity makes it easy to drink. You can drink it smoothly 👍 It's almost time for Snowman ⛄️ I've already made a reservation for this year too.... Looking forward to it 😁.

I like Mikumari and have had it twice👍. I would love to drink that nigori when it is released 🧐. It's still got the same shwashy feeling, but the flavor is more intense. It's a great taste 🎶.

The smell of the wooden vats is pleasant🎶. Banana or even vanilla-like flavor. The rich flavor of the turtle tail is also great 👏. I've had a few of the naturals in the series. I've had a few of the Naturals, and they're all good 😋.

Kouei Kiku's new classic sake✨ Haven't had a chance to drink it yet 🤔. When I went to buy Anastasia orange I brought it home with me 🚙. The sweetness spreads on the palate and the sourness and bitter taste that quickly clears up 🎶. The aftertaste is short It is a taste that is typical of Kouei chrysanthemum👍

✨Jizake Street 2025✨⑰ It was getting close to the end time. The last sake we chose was SENKOKU! Modern I-Shiki Hi-ire I've had this one before, so you can rest assured that it's delicious👍. Many sake fans attended this year's event and there were huge lines at famous breweries such as Jishin and Tasake 😲. Looking forward to next year 😁.
