Ona" is a raw sake. The aroma is mellow before drinking, and when you put it in your mouth, you can strongly feel the umami from the sharp texture of Ona on your tongue.
A bottle brewed by the tag team of Machida Shuzo and Mashidaya. 🤝
I had the last of a bottle, so I could hardly feel any gas, and it was a very nice sake, with the soft sweetness of Junmai on the palate, followed by a sharp and bitter taste after passing through the throat. 😋
Cheers to both corporate efforts 🍶.
The moment the cork was opened, there was a distracting sound like that of opening a soda bottle, which heightened my anticipation before drinking it. When I poured it, I could see a clear turbidity along with the sound of bubbles popping. Expectations grew even higher.
When I put it in my mouth, the pleasant bubbles stimulated my tongue, followed immediately by a crisp acidity, and then a mellow aroma with a taste of rice.
I drank it all at once. I want to drink it again!
This is a precious substitute that was given to me as a souvenir at the Sake-no-wa Tochigi Prefecture meeting. Thank you very much😊This is my first cup of sake, it is a little sweet but after drinking it, the aroma and sharpness came to me😊It was the kind of sake that makes me want to go to Zao.
The fizzy sensation felt at the moment of drinking. After the stimulation on the tongue and throat, a slightly bitter cider flavor was felt, and after passing through the throat, an indescribable mellowness was felt. Hats off to its deliciousness.
This is my first post in a while. This is a Urachiibijin that I have had on hand for a while. It has a slightly sweet flavor. When you put it in your mouth, the strong aroma comes first, followed by a dark banana flavor and a slight bitterness, and then it quickly fades away.
Hi Nirutaro 😃.
It's been a while since I've been in Sakewa 😊.
Every time I walk in the forest 🌳 I look around and wonder if there is Niru-kun walking around 😅.
This was my first Nanamizu. It had the aroma and sweetness typical of junmai sake, but was dry for its juiciness, and reminded me of the ice breaker I had earlier, which I liked. I felt very proud of this sake made at the brewery's location in the center of Utsunomiya.
Hello😃I'm sorry for the sudden notice.
We have a Tochigi Kenmin Kai off-line meeting in Sakewa 2-3 times a year 🤗Next meeting will be held in Utsunomiya on 11/9(Sat)! If you want to join us, please come and join us.
I won't force you to come 😅Please consider it!
Hououmida's cold wholesale Junmai Ginjo-shu. This was my first Hououmida and I chose the cold wholesale. After six months of aging, the sake has a very mellow and full flavor, followed by a pleasant sharpness.
This is my first Iwate sake. I was a little wary of whether it was spicy enough to make a bear spit fire. I was a little wary of whether it was spicy enough to make a bear spit fire, but the first sip was a perfect balance of umami and spiciness. It was the kind of autumn sake that makes you want to try other purple air.
I looked at the label and wondered if it was really sake. But I picked it up because it was a "hope special". The first sip had a nice aromatic mouthfeel. The aroma of American cherries came first, followed by a hint of banana. It was a complex, rich, and deep sake that was not too sweet and had a sharp, slightly spicy flavor. As one would expect from Bohu, it is a very good sake. It is delicious!
To tell the truth, this was my first Nozomu. It was a good quality sake with a depth and flavor that was more pronounced than the fruity aroma. I am drinking it again today!
It is a nigori, effervescent and very gorgeous sake. The taste, aroma, and mouthfeel of this sake, which is the result of a new production method, are a tip of the hat to the brewer. It was the kind of sake I would like to keep on hand.
The first sip of the sake had a mellow aroma and the taste of sake, but the sharpness that followed was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. It was a sake that I have always wanted to drink, and I felt that it had considerable power. It was the kind of saké that makes you want to try other saké as well.
Good evening, Nirutaro.
Congratulations on your first sakusama 🎉.
Masanochi is beautiful, tasty, sweet and really delicious ✨.
It's my favorite sake too 🎵
Thank you for your comment, ma-ki. I had longed to try this sake when I saw the check-in, but you are right, the taste matches the description of beautiful. There seem to be many other kinds, so I will give it a try.
Ona Sparkling. It is a sparkling nigori sake.
The bottle was opened with caution, but when I shook it a little to spread the nigori throughout the bottle, it spurted out like the champagne of a Formula 1 winner. It was a good sake with a dry taste.
Next time I drink it, I would like to open the bottle carefully so as not to be sad. Please enjoy it with care.

Hi Nirutaro 😃!
Ona spark🧨Yes, yes! It's a dry type and delicious 🤗.
But spark💥 comes with a danger ⚠️ 😅1/4 hurts, but it might have soaked the table with good taste 😆.
Yes, I have had a lot of problems. I have had the experience of storing my previous bottle of Sanzu in the refrigerator horizontally, and, well, it was a big problem. Then I learned the hard way that after opening the bottle, it should be placed vertically. I put 80% of the bottle in the fridge at that time, and it soaked up the flavor.
This is the first time I have had it. It is a junmai sake with a delicious flavor in the mouth. I would like to drink it again.

Yes, I live in Utsunomiya. I live in Utsunomiya. I recommend the reasonably priced course (3,000 yen), and the food is very good with no corners cut (you will love the dishes). They have good beer and a lot of sake, which I highly recommend.
This sake has an impressive fruity and juicy aroma. The first sip reveals a refreshing acidity along with a hint of sweetness, giving it a fruity freshness. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink, with just a hint of rice flavor remaining. The alcohol content is moderate, so even sake beginners can enjoy this sake. It has a light yet robust flavor, making it a perfect match with meals. It is a door to the next chapter, and we take our hats off to them for taking on the challenge with a new production method.
I imagined it would be light because of its super dry taste, but the umami came first, followed by the sharpness, and I was betrayed in a good way. Thank you very much, Mr. Torikishi. We recommend that you visit the brewery and taste the sake before making your selection.

Drinking it chilled, the refreshing sourness and sweetness are in perfect harmony. This time we drank it with ice, and it truly lives up to its name, making it perfect for hot summer days. The fruity aroma and clear flavor make it a good choice for sake beginners. It is light on the palate, and the slight acidity that lingers in the aftertaste is pleasant and refreshing. I am looking forward to getting through the hot summer with an enjoyable sake.
