This is one of the bottles that I let sit in the fridge with the majority of the liquor to be drunk at Christmas or New Year's 😍.
If you drink it alone, you may feel it's not so good, but if you drink it with food, somehow it makes the food go along 😙It's delicious ‼️‼️‼️

Matsuya Sake Brewery, Nagareki no Sake Brewery 😊.
It was labeled as super dry, but? It was not sharp enough for my taste 😞.
It's not as sharp as I like, and although it's called Junmai Ginjo, the aroma and aftertaste are not as good as I'd like them to be. I think I expected a little too much 😭.

I remember it was very tasty 😋.
Around the same time, I had a chance to drink "Peng" from Tottori, which was on Natsuko's sake, and was surprised by its fruity aroma: ‼️

I feel like it's similar to the Sentori Sanshiki Happo Genshu I opened the day before 🤪It's delicious but I can't put into words how different it is from Sentori 🙇 It's delicious ‼️

Kamo Nishiki Shagafuda Sake Tankoba Kumi Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate 😊 sweet, not oily, not shuwa shuwa, but refreshing and delicious 😋.

I opened the next one yesterday, thinking I drank too much after the Gensai I opened yesterday was empty 😱.

I've never opened a bottle of Snowflake before 😍There was a sticker on the bottle that said "Beware of blowout when opening" but there was no blowout and no need to open and close the bottle 😃.
The sweetness of the snowflake is ⤴️ moderate 😋.
The schwashiness is also low ❗️
It's not too sweet, it's refreshingly delicious 😅

On Sunday the 14th I went to Nagano Prefecture in search of sake 😅The Masumi barrel sake was opened the same day and finished today 😋.
Next up: Kawanakajima Genmai Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo Miyamanishiki ❗️
I thought the aroma and sweetness of this sake was moderate, perhaps because I've been drinking a lot of sweet and fruity schwarz lately 😅I'm a taste aficionado, but that's my personal opinion 🙇.
I have a strong memory of the first Genmai I drank, a special junmai with orange label, Yamadanishiki, unfiltered raw 😙 I would buy it if I could find it.

Today was a very long day of driving for me personally😅.
I bought 2 bottles at Miyajima Sake Shop in Ueda City, 1 bottle at Shinshu Kamerei Sake Brewery, 2 bottles at Sake-no-Osaka-ya in Chikuma City, and 1 bottle at Sakeho Seimizuya in Saku City before heading home: ❗️
On the way home, I bought an apple🍎 and some Japanese sweets at Hanaoka, a confectionery in Higashiomi-shi that serves delicious walnut sweets [this is important ❗️]. I emptied the bottle of Yamasan I opened last night for a late dinner and opened a bottle of Masumi Junmai Ginjo Arabashiri barrel sake I bought today. ‼️
The smell was not fruity fruit, but ?
It was festival barrel sake❗️
It's obvious❗️ I can normally drink room temperature barrel sake in front of the festival office, and it was delicious 😋.

Next time you go to Sake-no-Osaka-ya, I recommend you to go to Sake-no-Kasuga-san, which is a little closer to Nagano. ‼️

I opened the bottle after emptying Kameizumi 😋.
Kameizumi is the sweetest ⤴️ and Yamasan is the cosiest 👏👏👏👏.
I believe it was 1600 yen without tax 😅.
Junmai Ginjo for 1600 yen is ‼️‼️‼️
It's 1600 yen, but it's a little bit shwashy and light nigori 🤩This is a tasty one 😋I recommend it 😋.

I opened a bottle of Snowball last night and have about 1 gou left, next is Kameizumi CEL-24😁 which I bought last night.
Yesterday, I drove to a liquor store just out of curiosity 😁I walked in and the owner said, "Did you get summoned?" I said, "What? What is it?" The owner said, "I'm here ‼️" and in the fridge there was a "snowman" "I got it today, this is the end of the season" lucky ❗️. So I bought the snowman, Yamasan and Ni-Uto and went to check out another store and found Kameizumi and brought it home 😍.
Kameizumi is of course tasty, but I had a bottle of Yukidaruma right before, so I should have had a dry sake today 😅.
After resetting my mouth, I drank it and it smells like fruit and tastes sweet and delicious😍😍and the aftertaste is 👌If you're a sake novice, you might fall for it⁉️😋.

The owner of the liquor store told me about the arrival of Sentori Snowman UA collaboration 😋, so I drove after work on a weekday and bought it safely 😍.
Last year I couldn't even see the snowman and UA snowman, but this year I got them 😄.
I can't explain or comment on the taste difference between Snowman and UA Snowman 😱.
He is a delicious guy ‼️

It is Senkori Niki Origarami 😋.
It's less sweet and a little more schwarziness than EikoFuji Origarami Hakuyoyo 😁.
I haven't compared them side by side, but I personally prefer Koei Kiku Snow Crescent, partly because of the chance to fall into the swamp 😘.

The day before yesterday, I finished a bottle of Koei Kiku Merikure by myself, and last night I finished the remaining Shinshu Kamerei and warmed myself up with Imojochu (sweet potato shochu) with hot water and had a good night's sleep😅.
Tonight I'm drinking Eiko Fuji's Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Oorigarami Shiranyo ‼️
This is already a sweet fresh juice 😋!

I still had some Shinshu Kamerei left over from last night's opening, but decided to open a slightly fatter bottle of Kouei Kiku Merry Crescent for refrigerator convenience 😋.
Delicious ‼️ It was less schwarzy than the Snow Crescent we drank the other day 😚.
The sound when opening the bottle was also subdued 🍾.

The Sengoku Niki Oirigarami I opened last night had only about 1 gou left😅I couldn't finish it like this.
I couldn't end it like this, so I opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo that I had left in the fridge. ❗️ It is not sweet and not a dry type, but it is refreshing in the mouth even when drinking while eating 😋. It tastes good ‼️
The new green label orikarami sake was also good, but this one is delicious too: ‼️
You can buy it at the brewery, so I enjoy long drives 🤩.
