I've been so busy with my trip to Nagano 😅I've been so busy that my sake activities tend to get delayed 😓.
Well, the next morning after a good night's sleep or lack of it 🥱, we met an old man at the breakfast buffet who was a heavy drinker, and he looked like he had just had a second helping of rice 🍚 and back again 😳.
After leaving the hotel, we went to the liquor store we discovered by chance last time 🚙 and there he was, Mr. Katsikoma ‼️
We had to spend more than 4,000 yen, but Nobby encouraged us to buy some sake since we were here 😊!
The first bottle was decided to be the cosy Jurokuyo! Then I was looking in the fridge for the rest and found a bottle that Pon-chan had drunk a while ago 👀 It was a bit expensive 😅 but it was good enough for 4000 yen! So, here's Matsuo-san from Nagano for our first drink 🤗.

The aroma is fruity 😌.
I'm going to make love to you 😌! It seems to be dry 🤔 but it is unexpectedly sweet 😋 and bitter 😚.
It's like "sweet on the way in, bitter on the way out! I wish they would make it a motto and put it on the label😇
I split it into two days, which is unusual, but the second day was sweeter as Pon-chan wrote 😙, but I only had a cup of it left on the second day 😆.

Here's the trip report again: ‼️
We headed to an inn in Iizuna Kogen beyond Nagano city 🚙 Actually, after booking online the night before, I checked YouTube to see what kind of inn it was, but I could only find one from 9 years ago 😑... We talked about what we would do if we didn't go there😰, but we found a sign on the mountain quite high up! I'm glad I found it: 😮💨
As soon as we entered the entrance, we saw an open view in front of us and found a single inn in the back! The rooms are quite spacious, but there are not many things in them, so there is plenty of space!
All-you-can-drink buffet for dinner🤗A group of 6 people was seated diagonally behind us, but I think I've seen them before 🧐...! I tried to report to Nobby that they were the same people we saw when we were people-watching at the grass whistle 😳 and he said, "Right 🤭!" I tried to report it to Nobby.
He seemed to have noticed it too, but I didn't think it was such a coincidence that we met again at an inn on top of a mountain from a crowded soba noodle shop in Ueda 🫢 in the vast Nagano area...!
I'm going to make love to you for the first time in a very long time 😅.
The aroma is fruity and has a nice atmosphere 😌.

Most people would go to Nagano and only visit the sake shop ⁉️ 😅 but for the residents of the sakéwa world, it's a great trip 🤗.
This year, my daughter's boyfriend 🇺🇸 came to Japan was a big news! elliePurchased last summer at Sake Kasuga in Nagano, Japan.
There are so many famous Nagano sake breweries that I was lost and decided to go here.
The apple aroma is vaguely recognizable 🤔The refreshing sweetness and acidity matches well with the aroma. It does not interfere with the meal.

On Sunday, after visiting each other's parents' houses over the weekend, we came back at about the same time in the evening, a little tired 😓.
When Jay heard that Nobby was very busy cleaning up his parents' house😮💨, he decided to stop by Asanoya for some delicious sashimi 🤔, and was lucky enough to get some leftover slices of his favorite tuna 👍He came home in high spirits and met up with Nobby ❗️
I told him that I got some sashimi 🤗 and he smiled and said, "I didn't get anything!" and then he was back with a big smile and his energy was restored. ‼️
We had a miraculous encounter in Nagano with Katsikoma ❗️, but this was the first time we drank at home!
Pouring the sake into the cup, a gentle aroma wafts through the air.
And when you take a sip, it tastes beautiful and fresh 🤩.
The sashimi to go with it is a little different from the one you buy at the supermarket, or even ten tastes different. ❗️ I feel nothing but happiness when I drink sake with it 🥹.

We had a happy and enjoyable evening while checking the difference in taste between the two 🤗. さしゅーJay & Nobby, it's Kachikoma, isn't it? I have also purchased it once in Toyama. Like Hayashi, many of Toyama's sake are delicious and have a strong flavor. It goes very well with sashimi.
