Slightly fruity smell. Softly sweet and light in the mouth. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of rice, with an extended acidity, a slight sweetness, and a bitter taste that fades away. It is delicious. Sake Ingredients:Rice,Rice malt Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 39 Alcohol content: 15 This is the size of a 1.5 liter bottle! Nothing good is happening these days (🐯 if it were the best in Japan, right?), but this Ginkame🐢 is too much of a quicksand, so we decided to drink it over the three-day weekend. It's still sweet and tasty and easy to drink, but it must taste different from freshly made. I felt better while drinking it and drank quite a bit of it😋.

㊗️800 check-in😇 I just found out that I will be celebrating 800 check-ins 😇 Of course, I chose Shinshu Kamerei 🐢. The last time I checked in, the number was always this sake, so I chose 🐢 this time, too😇. This is a limited edition sake that I bought at the brewery during my trip to Ueda this spring 😀. It's a very well-balanced sake, not too sweet and not too sweet and yet not too cloying 😀. I think Shinshu Kamerei is the best sake for me right now. I feel happy just by drinking it 😇. By the way, the Dodgers had a great game today...I'm looking forward to seeing Ohtani in action in the final game tomorrow 😇.

It's been a while😊. I came to Tokurakami Yamada Onsen! On the way here, we went to Okazaki Sake Brewery and got a bottle of Kamerei, a limited edition sake from the brewery👍. Enjoying the nature while renting a bicycle along the Chikuma River! Soba Cuisine at Kayasan, where we are having Soba and Sake 😋.

I'm drinking at home 🎶♬♫♫🎵🎃. Today is Halloween👻. Thanks to all of you I managed to check in at Sake no Wa 600😊㊗️ Today's special sake is the sake we bartered with Yasubeyesan from Sake no Wa. The best one from Shinshu Kamerei? It's the best one from Shinshu Kamerei 😍😊. Let's have some 😊. One word: "Ume~"! Nice aroma, fruity, Junmai Daiginjyo feel, almost no bitterness, almost no bitterness. ㊗️🎉 so I'll start with a can of Japanese whiskey highball from sake 🥃. My husband bought this sake as a souvenir from his business trip to Nagano! Actually, he also bought me another limited edition sake from the brewery, which I personally liked better (I should have taken a picture of it...) At that time, I was just starting to slowly get into sake and was indifferent to the rarity of sake, but I'm confident I can react better now 😂 lol

I was able to safely buy a bottle of light nigori green label yesterday, so I opened a bottle of stock. The new glass is also nice. I was worried that it might be a little bitter because it was produced in January and made with Yamae Nishiki. I was worried that it might be a little bitter, but it was juicy, fruity, and full of flavor with a hint of gas. The body and flavors are thick and this is what I call "aji-nori". Indeed, it was stored at home at -2°C in ice-cold storage, so it was like "hiyaoroshi" of Shinshu Kamerei. I'll have to stock up on this next year...lol

Cheers to Otani's 10 strikeouts and 3 homers last week 🤩. It's really a story too good to be true, even for a baseball comic, and it's too embarrassing to write about ❕🤪. Is this guy a monster❔❔❔❔? Slightly fruity and pear-like aroma with a hint of spiciness on the palate. In the mouth it has a slightly tangy, fresh gasiness and a slight sweetness that matches the aroma, followed by a bitter finish ❕😀 😀. I still like Hitogokochi rice sake! ★★★★★
