Here it is today! Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi! This is the "Tozawa Revitalization Project by Growing Sake Rice", a crowdfunding project that I participated in last year! In fact, Shinshu Kamerei is doing a lot of things while really thinking about not only the sake but also the local community 😄 Of course, the sake is delicious, but this is also attractive!
The aroma is apple and muscat! There's a beautifully polished feel to it, like a top-grade powder. The sweetness is a bit strong at first, and the bitterness is a bit strong. The aftertaste is also moderately delicious but a little rough. After a few days, you can taste the roundness and umami, and the flavor is even better. Sake that can be drunk in a relaxed manner is still delicious!

I'm drinking at home🎶🎵
At the end of March, I went to Nagano Prefecture.
The purpose was to visit Zenkoji Temple to thank for the pilgrimage to the 33 temples in the western part of Japan👏.
We also went to Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda City😊.
(Maybe this is the real purpose? 😅)
My wife and I were able to buy two bottles of 🐢😍.
Today is the 5th year of Sake no Wa, started on 2020.4.11, so we opened the bottle at ㊗️ 🎵
I'm completely addicted to sake thanks to the posts and comments of Sake no Wa and everyone at Sake no Wa!
This Shinshu Kamerei is one that I drank when I first started 🔰 Sake no Wa and was impressed by the taste.
It is truly delicious 😋.
This year is my 6th year in Sake-no-wa, so I will try my best to post more than ever 🙇 Thank you for your support.

I'm a little sad that Shinshu Kamerei only serves 4-packs of draft sake anymore 😢.
But I can't buy it like in the old days, so I don't care either way 🤣.
Muscat-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is quite gaseous and gorgeous.
It's like green apple type sweetness, gasiness, and a slight astringency.
Yes, Shinshu Kamerei is still easy to drink 🍶Fruity and light ‼️
It goes well with shredded cheese and dried fruits 🤤.
Pickles didn't go well with it 😂.
The third picture is a recently released lemon sour called Peel 🍋I personally think this one is better than the very expensive Future Lemon Sour 😋🍋.
But whatever it is, the unsweetened Hyoketsu lemon is good 🤣‼️

The first aroma is softly sweet.
In the mouth, it is mildly juicy and sweet, although it lacks a chiri-chiri-ness.
