Slightly fruity smell. Softly sweet and light in the mouth. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of rice, with an extended acidity, a slight sweetness, and a bitter taste that fades away. It is delicious. The impression is gentle. The third day. It tastes better when it has been open for a while. After the light fruitiness, the water is a little sour, a little bitter, and clean. Not too much of a bad taste, just a good feeling.

Nagano sake is delicious 🍶, and my favorite Shinshu Kamerei and Hitogokochi are my favorites. .... Fruity aroma, sweetness of rice, good bitterness in the aftertaste, and a nice sharpness! Nothing to say about it, roast pork and local edamame (edamame is in season) to go with it. .... Next time, I'd like to pair it with Shinshu soba noodles...

I love ❤️ Shinshu Kamerei, which was sleeping in the fridge! The mouthfeel is sweet! However, the aftertaste is exquisitely bitter and sharp! This is it! The bottle arrived yesterday, but the announcement was in the afternoon and I couldn't get to the stones. The taste was a little more refreshing than last year's. Still, it was fresh and smooth on the palate, and can be said to be Hitogokochi's best. Still, the freshness and smoothness on the palate make it the pinnacle of Hitokokochi. Due to the publicity, some distributors still have some stock left. If you are free tomorrow, why not visit Ueda?

Shinshu Kamerei, a long-sought-after product, managed to purchase it at his favorite liquor store. It has a gentle sweetness, but it tastes as if it disappears without leaving any aftertaste. I felt the taste was very delicate and carefully crafted. It is by far the most delicious sake I've had recently!

The nose has a dark, sweet and gorgeous aroma of melon and white peaches. When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and bitterness at the same time, and it is nicely balanced with the chili sensation on the tongue. I liked it better after a few days than right after opening the bottle, as it seems to be more balanced. It is a sake to be enjoyed by itself rather than with a meal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Ishikawa Sake Shop. I was a little hesitant when I bought it because it is not cheap for home drinking, but it was a very satisfying sake.

We went to the brewery and waited in line to purchase the Mari label. Since I went to the trouble, I bought it in fresh condition. It is really straight Shinshu Kamerei. This bottle has all the reasons why I love Shinshu Kamerei.

On this day, we celebrated my eldest son's graduation and job hunting with a drink at RIKI 🍻. After 🍺, we went to Shinshu Kamerei. Full of sweetness and umami 😍. It's still delicious 🥰! My son was also pleased with the taste 😁. My son wanted to try the assorted horse sashimi 😋! We don't get many chances to eat it when we're away from Kumamoto, so we splurged 💪.

15 degrees, Polishing ratio: koji rice 55%, kake rice 70%. It has a fresh aroma like a spring breeze and a well-balanced, gentle taste. Taste it with a meal😋. Fresh, rich, sweet and tasty, enjoyed at 1,540 yen per bottle. I will make an effort to find the next one 😎.
