Today, I got this from a sake friend of mine! My favorite Shinshu Kamerei. I'm so happy. I was wondering when I should drink it because I love it so much, so I decided to have it this time.
The aroma is like apples and pears, just like Kamerei. When you drink it, the sweetness comes first and then the chirichiri (a chili pepper) taste comes. Then comes the umami and bitterness, and the aftertaste is refreshing. The initial sweetness is well purified by the bitterness, so it is not too sweet until the end. I was surprised at the sweetness, which I have not had in a long time, but it is a quintessential Kamerei!
After the second day, the umami taste increases and you can enjoy it even more. The whole thing is so beautiful that I want to keep drinking it forever 😄.

Good balance of sourness and sweetness. Smooth to the throat. Sweet and tasty, mellow and easy to drink. Easy to drink and delicious. 2 days later, beautiful aroma in a glass of wine. Surprisingly, it went well with curry.

The Sengoku Niki Oirigarami I opened last night had only about 1 gou left😅I couldn't finish it like this.
I couldn't end it like this, so I opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo that I had left in the fridge. ❗️ It is not sweet and not a dry type, but it is refreshing in the mouth even when drinking while eating 😋. It tastes good ‼️
The new green label orikarami sake was also good, but this one is delicious too: ‼️
You can buy it at the brewery, so I enjoy long drives 🤩.

Shinshu Kamerei" after a long absence
We went to "Yoiton" in Mizonokuchi.
It was a very expensive sake, but we ordered it without hesitation,

We have a rule in our family that the first new sake of the season is the start of the sake drinking year 😇.
The 25~26 sake drinking year will start with a new sake from Shinshu Kamerei 😇.
We were told by our regular liquor store that the new Shinshu Kamerei sake would be available on Saturday, so we extended the start of the sake drinking year until today 😀.
It's been a long time since I've had a fresh bottle of 🐢sake 😇.
We still have a few bottles of 🐢sama hi-ire, but I definitely prefer the nama sake 😀.
The aroma is more subdued than jungin or jundai, but it has a fruity yet robust sweetness and sharpness 😇.
I drink a lot of nigori type sake.
I also focused on Shihiro and Wakamusume, but with 8 bottles of Shihiro and 6 bottles of Wakamusume's light nigori, I think I did ok 😀.
This season I will imitate Hiro and become a hunter 🙆♂️
First, I will be a nigori sake hunter...or Ori hunter for short!
Next, I will drink more than 10 bottles of 🐢sama, 🐢hunter😇
Lastly, I will be a ❤️ hunter, looking for my favorite sake rice, Aizan😇

This masterpiece won the Prefectural Governor's Award at the 68th Nagano Prefecture Sake Competition. The label is individually hand-numbered.
Although it is a junmai daiginjo, the ginjo aroma is subdued, and the fruity aroma is typical of Kamerei.

Today, Shinshu Kamerei Nagano Hitogochiki went on sale in Nagano Prefecture.
At a certain sake store, the stock lasted only about 4 hours.

The top aroma is modest and elegant, with a sweet, wasanbon-like aroma.
In the mouth, it has a transparent Wasanbon or melon-like sweetness and a slight sourness. The aroma and sweetness change to a gorgeous, sparkling pineapple-like aroma on the back end, and the acidity finishes it off nicely. It leaves a cappiness and a slight tongue tingling sensation.
Not exactly in the middle of my favorite, but brilliant. A model of the Jyushidai series.

I always hesitate to open the bottle and let it sit for a while 😅It's been over a month though 😅I opened the bottle 🍶 and enjoyed the fresh & fruity taste.
