Slightly fruity smell. Softly sweet and light in the mouth. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of rice, with an extended acidity, a slight sweetness, and a bitter taste that fades away. It is delicious. The impression is gentle. The third day. It tastes better when it has been open for a while. After the light fruitiness, the water is a little sour, a little bitter, and clean. Nagano sake is delicious 🍶, and my favorite Shinshu Kamerei and Hitogokochi are my favorites. .... Fruity aroma, sweetness of rice, good bitterness in the aftertaste, and a nice sharpness! Nothing to say about it, roast pork and local edamame (edamame is in season) to go with it. .... Next time, I'd like to pair it with Shinshu soba noodles...

I love ❤️ Shinshu Kamerei, which was sleeping in the fridge! The mouthfeel is sweet! However, the aftertaste is exquisitely bitter and sharp! This is it! Sakai Bring Your Own Off-line Meeting 202510 YASUBE & KAORIN brought their own Sake (2) Actually, YASUBE brought 3 bottles of sake, and Shinsei was an insurance policy in case Shinshu Kamerei was sold to someone else 😁. The year-end party was a Shinshu Kamerei festival 🤣. You can only buy Shinshu Kamerei if you go there. It's slightly effervescent, juicy and delicious 😋! I envy those who can buy Shinshu Kamerei 🥺! I've already given up 😇

Once I let her drink the 🐢 that T&D gave me. My childhood friend was so into it that she couldn't resist drinking it. I went to the brewery and bought some 💖 (last month?). Fresh, fruity and so beautiful✨. It's still delicious 🤤. Now I want to go there too 😫.

At a liquor store I frequent in Saitama, Japan. I was lucky enough to get it. Shinshu Kamerei With fried maha-haze that I caught with my son I'm going to eat it with fried maha-gee! The smell is like green apple I personally feel it is green apple-like The first sip is lightly sweet and apple-like with no aftertaste. The second sip has a spicy taste that lingers on the tongue and back of the throat. I would like to try others, but it's hard to find. but it's hard to find.
