Shinshu Kamerei Ueda Inakura Tanada Hitogokochi
Junmai Ginjo
Rice used: Hitogochiki
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 16
Produced in March 2024.
I don't remember where I took it last year, but it was probably in Ueda.
This one is fire-aged, so it was perfectly safe to store in the refrigerator at home.
By the way, during GW, I visited Yaebaru, Ueda, Chikuma, and Himekawa liquor stores. By the way, we went to Yaehara, Ueda, Chikuma, and Himegawa liquor stores during GW.
My wife asked me, "Do you still go to liquor stores? We still have plenty at home, don't we? She was so disappointed. So, naturally, we wanted to eat Shinshu Soba. However, we became refugees from lunch, and we could not even park at two of the restaurants. But after us, there was a sign saying that the restaurant was sold out. We were just in time.
The photo is of Ryorazhkuan's two kinds of mori.
We were grateful for the delicious food.
Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml
Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 15%.
Manufactured in December 2024. Stored in the refrigerator at home for 4.5 months. We were worried about its freshness since it is not kept in a chilled room, but it is just barely fresh.
My wife said it was a little different from usual.
The lightness is a little less and a little more medium 😭.
I don't know if I will be able to get a fresh one next season, but I will follow the comment on the back label and either keep it in a chilled room or drink it as soon as possible without wasting it 😅.

The first Shinshu Kamerei.
It is delicious. It is fruity with sweetness and a light gassy feeling.
This is impressive.
It's a very popular wine.
I hope I can get it again.

Drinking at home
It has been a long time since I was able to purchase this product!
Shinshu Kamerei! A taste!
The aroma is sweet and cotton candy-like!
The taste in the mouth is indescribable, not unlike sake!
There is a slight chili sensation!
From the indescribable taste, it finishes with spiciness and bitterness from the sweetness.
The one and only sake!
I think there is a grapefruit aftertaste!
It's the best !!!!
No complaints, 9 points!
*Almost a 10, but a 9 leaving open the possibility of encountering something in the future!
I have yet to meet a sake that surpasses this one!
I want to drink it all, but I want to drink it long and gradually 🍶.
On the second day, the chili was completely gone.
The taste is unquestionable, but there is no doubt that there are many different flavors right after opening the bottle.
But simply good.
Ripe apple, pineapple-like top 🍎.
Slightly effervescent and tingling 🫧.
It has a strong ginjo-like character, but the drinking comfort is soft and soothing, and in a good way, it also has a special junmai-like atmosphere 😌.
The freshness is still there even though it has been aged for a long time. It has been sitting for a while, but the freshness is still there, but the sharpness is a bit weak.
If I had opened it a little earlier, it might have been more spicy 😕
But... it's good enough👍
sigh 🤤.
