It has a very nice berry scent, just as it is reputed to be 🍓. The mouthfeel is softly juicy and sweet, but like a clear, clear stream, it is a wonderful expression of beautiful, uncluttered rice flavor: ❗️ It also has a fresh gassy taste, certainly a modern taste, but also a somewhat noble and dry taste 😋. Jikin delivers a cup of sake that seems to have all the charm of sake in it. ❗️ As expected from Jikin, delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.

Here's the first one for the New Year: ‼️ Hasegawa Sake Shop Palace Hotel Tokyo Store exclusive "Secret Sake" ㊙️ I was lucky enough to get it! The specs are the same as Ryuusen and Ryugetsu, so my expectations are maxed out🤤. It has a luxurious ginjo aroma and a full aroma of aged style 😊. The mouthfeel is juicy and fluffy, with umami that seems to slowly well up from deep within ‼️ The mild and gentle mouthfeel is just like a nonstress soaking through 🤤. Beautiful, clean, and clear from start to finish, But the flavor is very strong and satisfying 😋. As expected of Jyushiyo ‼️ delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.

Fruity aroma like well ripened fine muscat. ‼️ The mouthfeel is as juicy and mineral-rich as it gets on the palate. But it's not heavy at all, and the great acidity that follows sets it up nicely 😊.
