Good fruity aroma like ripe grapefruit 🍇. The mouthfeel is a spicy, bouncy particulate ❗️ The fresh and juicy sweetness that seems to come out of it is the best 🤤. Freshness like spring water, and the moderate yet voluptuous and pleasant umami of Omachi 😋. The acidity, which is silky smooth and effective from start to finish, is also excellent 😋‼️ Delicious 🤤🤤🤤.

Very nice fruity aroma like ripe white peaches 🍑. Sweet and juicy on the palate! 😎 The palate is balanced with a clean and refreshing acidity 🤤. It will be an excellent match with Western food such as carpaccio and appetizers rather than Japanese food in the first half of the meal. ‼️ This was one of the best bottles that was refreshing, sweet and juicy, yet still goes well with food ❗️😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Note the opening of the bottle: ❗️The tremendous fizzy sensation is very much anticipated: ☺️ The nose is enticingly fruity, like ripe melon 🍈. The mouthfeel is fizzy but smooth thanks to the fine microbubbles 🤤. The balance between the refreshing sweetness, bitter flavor, and the silky Oli is superb 😋. It's a great bottle that is full of freshness but still expresses the good taste of sake 😋 ❗️ The presence of omachi is also great: ❗️ Too good🤤🤤🤤.

One said to have been offered at the 2016 Japan-Russia summit: ‼️ The aroma is deeply fresh and fruity, like LaFrance 🍐. On the palate, the minerality and clean, silky acidity are wonderful 🤤. The rounded flavor that expands without any cloying taste, and the elegant finish that seems to seep through. ‼️ It was a Junmai Daiginjo that is very satisfying on its own, but also never gets in the way of the food, and is a two-faced Junmai Daiginjo that gently accompanies the food. ‼️ Delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤
