Serial numbered limited edition sake: ‼️ Juicy fruity aroma like melon 🍈. The mouthfeel is a beautiful, well-honed umami as you would expect from a Junmai Daiginjo 😋. The crisp, dry taste that rises from the bubbles is also impressive👍. From the mid-palate, the elegant and flowing acidity, and the aftertaste passes down the throat nonstressfully. ‼️ It was a wonderfully complete and highly technical bottle 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.

A gorgeous bottle of 40% polished Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture's special A district😊. Round and dense mouthfeel but with a spreading sweetness that is elegant. ‼️ The luxurious rice flavor that comes out of it and the minerality that flows through it doubles the deliciousness 🤤. You can feel the luxurious and noble taste of "THE Junmai Daiginjo" and it is a superb bottle 😋😋.

The balance between the fine acidity and the softly swelling umami taste that spreads with a slight carbonation is superb 😋. I don't know if the expression is correct, When you close your eyes, it is as if you are surrounded by a clear stream and bathed in negative ions...that is how delicious it is! LOL! Iwanoi 240 (brewing water with a hardness of 240) Fukuhara Sake Shop Hanpukai Limited Gohyakumangoku Dense aroma of grain and honey I had it cold, but the way it spreads the flavor is amazing, just like a heated sake 🤤. It has a soft and mellow mouthfeel, with a nice crisp dry taste that starts to take effect in the middle part of the bottle. ‼️ And the acidity is clean and linear all the way through, giving it a very well-rounded taste 😊.
