This one, which can only be purchased at the direct sales outlet, is a very luxurious sake with Yamadanishiki as the malted rice and Aizan as the premium rice.
The malted rice is Yamadanishiki, and the premium rice is Aizan.
I tried to compare it with Junmai Cho-Sara ✨.
The aroma is lychee.
The sweetness comes first, but then the umami and slight bitterness give it a nice fullness 🎵.
Am I the only one who feels it's spicier than the super-hot one...? LOL!

I got a bottle of super spicy one I've been wanting to try at a beautiful direct sales place ✨.
Opened the bottle at 5°C and heard a slight pshhhh sound✨Mild aroma, light mouthfeel, gentle sweetness, apple-like acidity spreads, and when you think the umami has arrived, it finishes cleanly and smoothly. I felt a slight gas in the aftertaste ✨.
The sake level is +10, but it's so refreshing, well-balanced, and easy to drink.
