It's been a while since I've had a Gobashi ✨. Freshly pressed raw sake with 17% alcohol by volume ✨ A beautiful sake with a nice balance of sweetness, umami, spiciness, and richness. It's a bit high in alcohol (17%), but it's smooth and not too alcoholic. I love the Saito no Shizuku sake rice because it has a dense sweetness ✨. It has a sharpness that makes me want to drink too much... lol Curry nabe with chicken stock It went well together ^ ^

I got this one at a discount, about 800 yen including tax ^ ^. I offer a cup of sake when I finish my daily cleaning and when I take a bath, I put about 100cc of sake in the bathtub, but I take it before that ✨ I like to offer sake that I think is delicious...lol Hakutsuru Nishiki, 15% used ✨ It's a neo-Yamadanishiki type of rice. Polishing ratio is 70%. At room temperature, there was a little bit of a sticking point, but when served lukewarm to hot, it became a delicious sake that could be drunk easily and mildly without any sticking points. ‼️ It's mild, but you can still taste the umami and the sharpness. I recommend it as a friend for nabe. It's fun to enjoy premium local sake and sometimes it's fun to experience the corporate efforts of a major sake brewery 😀.

Quite a rare sake, brewed with special brewing water, probably by separate tank order ✨. It is said to be a sake that was slowly fermented for 45 days at Ibaraki Sake Brewery, where Rairaku is brewed, with a 45. It has a slightly floral ginjo aroma and a clean, light body ✨You can taste the delicious sweetness of Yamadanishiki and its soft richness in good balance ✨. The fresh acidity is pleasant because it's a nama-shu. The brewing water may have contributed to the mild intoxication ✨. Goes well with white fish sautéed in olive oil✨ This sake is not generally distributed, but I'll upload it for your reference✨

New Sake Kasumishu from Hitakami ✨ The bottle was opened with a nice sound ✨ The aroma is sweet like cotton candy, and when you pour it into a glass, you can see tiny bubbles of air bubbles. Fresh but rich sweetness and pineapple flavor! Yummmm ✨ The balance is also wonderful as it goes down smoothly after that ✨. We enjoyed it with chicken and chicken meat....

I've always wanted to try Chiyoroku ✨. I was able to get it at the right time ✨ Olli dancing when opening the bottle is a promise 😛. It's a fresh and crisp drink with almost no alcohol...in fact, it's 15 degrees, so it's dangerous! The gentle sweet flavor and mild acidity really makes you want to gulp it down lol! I envy the people of Akita who have such delicious sake close by ✨!

We chose this one for today's New Year's Eve ✨. We were thankful for a bountiful harvest and prayed for the health and prosperity of our family and friends✨. It has a mild aroma, a light sweet flavor, a faint orikara, and a slightly long finish. The sweetness may increase after a few days, but since I brought it to a sake-tasting gathering, it was gone in no time lol! It was my first time to drink this sake, but it was delicious!

I love Drunken Whale, but this is my first time to try Ginrei. Ginpu is milled to 50% and has daiginjo level specs, high cost performance ✨. It's fire-aged, so it can be stored at room temperature, which is great this time of year. ☺️ The aroma is mild and the sweetness is moderate, but the refreshing acidity, umami, and richness will accompany the flavors of a variety of dishes, from Japanese to Western 🎵. When you're tired of the sweet and fruity taste of new sake, this slightly classic sake will refresh you ✨. Sake is delicious 😋 and I reaffirm it! Sake from Kochi in general has a refreshing taste that goes down your throat and has a clean, crisp taste...that's the image I have ✨ Went well with baby scallop tempura ^ ^ ^

My latest boom Banshu Ikkyo✨ I was also able to get my hands on some Shippo lees tangle raw ✨. I learned that the Shippo series started when it was revived after a fire a few years ago. So there's a reason for that appreciation on the label... ✨ I hope to visit Sanyo Hai Brewery again to hear more stories... ✨ Thank you for brewing such delicious sake... ✨ There is a warning on the bottle, but the gassiness is mild ✨. Sharp bodied, slightly sweet and most importantly the aroma is wonderful 😀. Melon melon🍈! Clear and refreshing melon cream soda ❤️ It's a ✨ Shin Gin Milling that scrapes the rice clean, Stress-free Zero Gravity System and the No. 1 sake brewery in the neighboring prefectures can't take their eyes off of you 👀!

Senkou's snowman, we got it again this year✨. I opened it the day I got it. After about 10 seconds of opening the bottle, the automatic stirring started... and it never overflowed, but it looked fine 😁. Silky mouthfeel and well balanced ✨ No sweetness, no sharpness, no umami. It's so good ✨ ❣️ The acidity was milder than last year. As expected 👍Senkou is looking great this season too 😀. Postscript 2 weeks after drinking a third of the bottle, the gasiness is the same and it's even mellower ✨. Yummmm 👍

November 1st freshly made doburoku✨Was I relieved to see a cork with a hole in it? I spewed it out and wasted a little bit.... It's like a thick, thick drinkable yogurt, yet it has a shwashy feel on the tongue^ ^ ^. Great gassy feeling✨ Sweetness, umami, and acidity are also strong, but the aftertaste is clean... Alcohol is slightly low at 14 degrees... ✨ What a strange and delicious sake! Doburoku...yes...it's possible... 1,400 ✨Tax included

It's been a while since I've had a Gozenshu I used to drink a brand called Sumiya Yahei a lot (20 years ago) ✨ This Mimasaka has a mild umami and I think it might be the No. 7 yeast ✨. Light-bodied, with a gentle sweetness, but also clean and crisp... a classic with a modern edge... a beautiful sake that I never get tired of drinking ✨.

This season's draft sake is the start of Sengoku Modern Zero ✨. Lightly sweet and sour, with a light flavor ✨. Light bodied, but can be enjoyed in a variety of Japanese and Western styles ✨. Personally, I like Kame-no-o Classic by Sentori, so I can't wait for the Nama-shu, Hi-ire, Oirigarami, and Foam ✨😛.
