Speaking of Hiroshima sake, Kamotsuru I remember drinking gold daiginjo a long time ago. I heard that Kamotsuru is the originator of No.5 yeast. A classic top quality sake ✨ Light with a mild and refreshing aroma! It has an excellent balance of sweetness, acidity, spiciness, and bitterness. It can be enjoyed at various temperatures with any ingredients. Goes well with grilled mackerel with grated ponzu sauce!

Sweet and tasty and shwashy✨ It is less sweet and more gassy than Arabashiri. The sweetness like Wasanbon sugar and the acidity from the lactic acid are well balanced and it is exactly like Calpis soda ✨. It's a very elegant sweetness and freshness....delicious! A while ago, my wife and I were at the Marissa Resort Southern Seto in Suo Oshima, Yamaguchi Prefecture. When we checked into the hotel, we found a welcome lounge in the corner of the restaurant, where we enjoyed coffee, tea, and other beverages, including wine, beer, and sake. I had three cups of sake.... Ottersai is still as fruity and delicious as it has been for a long time ^ ^. We also had a little dessert and snacks, and I was feeling a little tipsy. In the evening, there is a bar lounge, where guests are welcome to drink as they please, self-serve style.... Here, too, there was Otters ✨. Why is that...? You can sip on shishamo while it cooks in a small oven ✨. I was happy to see that the refrigerated case in the hotel store sold several varieties of Otters and a bottle of Ganki sake... ✨.

Delicious 😋. Fruity and rich A perfect balance of umami, sweetness, acidity and fizziness ✨. It enhances the ingredients and yet the sake itself has a strong presence. I went to Marumoto Sake Brewery to purchase Takebayashi Karoyaka Daishoro. It has a mellowness from being aged for less than a year, but still has a fresh gasiness from being unfired, a clean flavor from Yamadanishiki, and a slightly sweet melon aroma ✨. It's a delicious sake ✨.

The basic Gekkeikan Mild aroma, slightly sweet and light with a delicious flavor...a little sourness in the second half keeps the cup going. This is the only Gekkeikan in the same price range from a major sake brewer that does not contain any added acidifiers or sugars. It is a sake that complements food and can be enjoyed at temperatures ranging from cold to hot. Personally, I feel the balance of mildness and freshness is best at room temperature. This quality is amazing! ^ ^ It's a definite room temperature sake 👍.
