We left Hara Shoten and vowed to revisit next February-March, aiming for Sogape 🥹.
Then we decided to have soba noodles for lunch! And we talked about eating soba for lunch!
I remembered Maecin-san had eaten Soba in Ueda a while ago 🤔I checked out Sake-no-wa and decided to go to "Kusabue" ‼️
It was my first visit and it was very crowded during lunch time on weekends😳But checking out "Sake-no-wa" and observing the people waiting 👀 made the wait time seem short. I didn't realize that this would lead to later realizations...
When my turn came, I ordered a light Morisoba and Kurumi Soba with one assorted tempura! The soba arrived right away, but it was a lot of food😅.
After I thought I had eaten quite a bit, I unwrapped the soba that was lurking at the bottom and the amount came back and I added one more serving ♾️ loop ⁉️😳 and as a result, I was starving 😵!
After that, I was not going to go there, but I parked my car at Seven and took a walk to Okazaki-san to eat 😅I was confused because the entrance seemed to have changed 😅I got two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei here: ‼️

Soba and sake...the best 🥳. WOMMomentum. The fridge is full. I always put it off for a special occasion. I decided to drink it. Mr. Yamada visited the brewery in the spring and bought it. It was produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is rare for Shinshu Kamerei, which is particular about its locality. After all, it has a swell that only Yamada-Nishiki can produce.
The aroma is rich. The center of the taste is sweetness, which also comes from the rice. And the tangy sensation that goes down your throat is exquisite. It is exquisite. It went well with pickles, a Kyoto souvenir. ellieToday I got a call out of the blue from a childhood friend and we decided to have a drink at home. It's been about 10 years since we've seen each other. I was going to abstain from drinking this week, but I had no choice 😋.
I opened a bottle of this one to give her something unusual to drink.
It is sweet with a hint of cotton candy and a unique sourness. The lightness of the sake when you finish it off is as one would expect from Kamerei. My childhood friend, who is not familiar with Japanese sake, liked it very much and drank many glasses.

I remember being surprised at how easy it was to drink, with a fresh, apple-like aroma and a very clean taste that I had never had before. ☺️

100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
The color is clear.

It is very tasty, more subdued and elegant than Inakura's Tanada. When approaching room temperature, it smells like cotton candy.
