😃I was lucky enough to visit Okazaki Sake Brewery again this year 😍and I was able to get a bottle 🫶I'm so surprised to think that this is brewed by a female toji who can't drink 😅💦 I'm surprised to think that this is made by a female toji who can't drink 🤭Mitsuri-san says that she can make it without being able to drink it. No way 😆 ⁉︎ surprise 🤗. 🤗Every time I visit the brewery, I enjoy it because it is made from different rice 😋I love this brewery💕and I always enjoy it because it is a brewery that I have a special place in my heart☺️Today I had Shinshu Kamerei to end the year😍I enjoyed it very much with New Year soba noodles and sushi...juicy, fruity, but with a hint of sourness and bitterness. It is juicy and fruity, but also has a perfect acidity and bitterness that makes you roar. I really envy those who live nearby 😂I wish I could go back 😭. Nagano Sake Shop Tour (2) We left Hara Shoten and vowed to revisit next February-March, aiming for Sogape 🥹. Then we decided to have soba noodles for lunch! And we talked about eating soba for lunch! I remembered Maecin-san had eaten Soba in Ueda a while ago 🤔I checked out Sake-no-wa and decided to go to "Kusabue" ‼️ It was my first visit and it was very crowded during lunch time on weekends😳But checking out "Sake-no-wa" and observing the people waiting 👀 made the wait time seem short. I didn't realize that this would lead to later realizations... When my turn came, I ordered a light Morisoba and Kurumi Soba with one assorted tempura! The soba arrived right away, but it was a lot of food😅. After I thought I had eaten quite a bit, I unwrapped the soba that was lurking at the bottom and the amount came back and I added one more serving ♾️ loop ⁉️😳 and as a result, I was starving 😵! After that, I was not going to go there, but I parked my car at Seven and took a walk to Okazaki-san to eat 😅I was confused because the entrance seemed to have changed 😅I got two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei here: ‼️ First I'm going to make love to you 🤗. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 😌. I thought it was a classic when I took a sip, but then the sweetness came and it was a little sour 😋 It's very cost effective! I finished it with J&N's standard of sweetness but loose 😙. to be continued

Shinshu Kamerei's light nigori It is a new sake with a fire-aged green label, limited to the brewery. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of freshness of new sake. Although it is fire-aged, there are slight bubbles in the pale cloudy glass. It seems that this is the first time Shinshu Kamerei has released a light nigori, but unlike the clear sake Shinshu Kamerei, it is a bit dry and has a moderate sweetness and acidity. The dryness of the most recent sake I drank was similar to that of Shimofuri Romain. I think it is a little more refreshing 🤔. By the way, just by looking at Sake-no-wa, there are a lot of people who came to buy the limited-edition sake, and the economic effect on Ueda and Nagano is amazing. It's not such a big brewery, but Mr. Okazaki is doing his best to promote Ueda. I wish some Akita and Kumamoto breweries would learn from him instead of just trying to make it rare. The fourth picture is the turret gate at the east toraguchi of Ueda Castle. It was an impregnable and splendid castle that made use of the river terrace of the Chikuma River.

Momentum. The fridge is full. I always put it off for a special occasion. I decided to drink it. Mr. Yamada visited the brewery in the spring and bought it. It was produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is rare for Shinshu Kamerei, which is particular about its locality. After all, it has a swell that only Yamada-Nishiki can produce. The aroma is rich. The center of the taste is sweetness, which also comes from the rice. And the tangy sensation that goes down your throat is exquisite. It is exquisite. It went well with pickles, a Kyoto souvenir.

Today I got a call out of the blue from a childhood friend and we decided to have a drink at home. It's been about 10 years since we've seen each other. I was going to abstain from drinking this week, but I had no choice 😋. I opened a bottle of this one to give her something unusual to drink. It is sweet with a hint of cotton candy and a unique sourness. The lightness of the sake when you finish it off is as one would expect from Kamerei. My childhood friend, who is not familiar with Japanese sake, liked it very much and drank many glasses. The photo shows Nobutsuna Temple, where we stopped by on the way back from Okazaki Sake Brewery. Nobutsuna Sanada and Masateru Sanada, who were killed in the Battle of Nagashino, are buried there. It is located just north of Miyajima Sake Shop.

This is the second bottle of Miyamanishiki check-in I purchased when I visited Okazaki Sake Brewery last year. I was so happy to be able to buy some goods that you can't buy in the mail order 😆 I also went to visit the terraced rice fields in Inakura 🚗3 I was hesitant to drink the second bottle because I thought it would be a waste, but I opened it on New Year's Day this year and I made love to it. This is my favorite sake brewery so far 🥰It was the first one I checked in for when I visited Okazaki Shuzo for the first time last year💕They are sometimes out of stock these days, but you still have a good chance of getting it if you go to the brewery, and I managed to get a Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki 💓 until I arrived at the brewery 💓. Home drinking. I stopped by the brewery on my way home from a GW event and purchased some sake🍶. 100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture The color is clear. Not much aroma. On the palate, it tastes like green apple🍏. It has a subtle and elegant sweetness and a gentle acidity. The mouthfeel is super slightly carbonated and slightly stimulating ✨. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Cool and light, yet noble 🍶.

I bought it at the local Okazaki Sake Brewery's direct sales store. I realized that when I took the picture! I thought I bought Miyamanishiki, a brewery limited edition, but it was Yamadanishiki (lol). Oh well. I'll go back and buy some more. So I opened the bottle. It has a slight gassy feeling. More importantly, it has a fruity sweet aroma that only Yamadanishiki can produce. The taste is also well-balanced and sweet. It is so delicious that we regret that we can only buy it in a No. 4 bottle! Sake from Shinshu is delicious! Please try it!

I kept this sake until New Year's Day in order to drink it mindlessly when I was at my most relaxed. I purchased it at the brewery when I visited Ueda in the spring. It is very tasty, more subdued and elegant than Inakura's Tanada. When approaching room temperature, it smells like cotton candy. The photo shows Fuji on New Year's Day and the monument of Nobushige Sanada's helmet at Ueda Castle. For snacks, take out sushi from the long-established Japanese restaurant Uotami. I have mixed feelings about opening it in the middle of the Noto Peninsula earthquake, watching NHK's Yamauchi's moving call to action. Praying for your safety.

Kamerei is a rare limited edition of Kamerei Unlike the regular version of Kamerei, this one uses a different yeast. The usual version is a blend of 1801 yeast and 1001 yeast, but the brewer's limited edition is a blend of 1801 yeast and ? The regular version is a blend of 1801 yeast and 1001 yeast. Just my guess 😆😆. Pour the freshly opened bottle into a cup. Rich green apple aroma 🍏. Very gorgeous ginjo aroma! The aroma did not last long and faded quickly The next sips were much lighter! The aroma is said to be subdued due to the difference in yeast from regular Kinmon-nishiki! Even though it is hi-iru, you can also feel a faint gassy sensation! Fresh and lush ✨ Good sweetness too! The rich fruity flavor is superb! Savor it slowly in the mouth for a while before swallowing 🥰. Since I have a day off tomorrow, I'm opening a bottle of my favorite. The rumored Shinshu Kamerei finally arrived! In March, I was able to take one day off, so I went to Ueda on a bullet train. Fuji, and then four hours north through Saku with the Yatsugatake Mountains on my side...💦I visited the village of Sanada. This is what I bought directly from Okazaki Sake Brewery at that time. I could see why it was so popular 😭. I thought no comment is necessary. It's a must for sour taste lovers. Today's snack was ahi jio because bacon was cheap and I had extra mushrooms and peppers. Ahijo💧 goes surprisingly well with this drink🧐. The photos are of Ueda Castle and Yotaiji Temple. The latter is located at the foot of the Tomochi Castle and is the family temple of the Unno clan, the head family of the Sanada Souke clan.

It is a raw Inakura Tanada Hitogokochi from Shinshu Kamerei🐢! Finally opened the bottle 😅 due to my wasteful constitution. Needless to say, it has a gorgeous aroma! Slightly rich and thick. Still gassy even after 5 months It is sweeter than other Kamerei wines. Honey-like 🐝. Full flavor and light acidity Slightly spicy and stimulating, with a trace of alcohol. It's a bad idea, but it's delicious on the rocks with a glass of ice. I prefer it a little diluted 👌 Along with the same sweet and thick Shakamatou and Uchu lemonade 😂. This one is sugary sweet. Flavors of pineapple and apple Looks weird on the outside but Good taste 😋. Lemonade is also sweet 😆 Not boozy, lemony, refreshing and you can drink as much as you want 😊😊😊😊.

It has a strong rice flavor, yet is crisp and refreshing. The taste is enhanced by the bitterness of wild vegetables, which is unique to Shinshu at this time of the year. On a recent trip to Inakura Tanada and Ueda, I took the plunge at the brewery Okazaki Shuzo. Pushing aside the stock, I opened the bottle while my son, the drinker, was still there. Gorgeous aroma, beautiful sweetness. It is the best of the year. This is Daiginjo and this is Kinmon-nishiki. I could understand the meaning of Muscat. It was gone in no time.
