Stupid busy day continues. I am looking forward to drinking on the weekends. Yoshida Kura has been on my mind for a while. It has some kind of novelty label and I was torn between red and green. Upon opening the bottle, a nice popping sound. It has a strong schwarziness, and the sharpness is weak. It is juicy sweet and sour, but the acidity wins. The balance is good🙆. At the time, I was wondering whether to buy Senkou's Kabutomushi, but this sake can replace it 🤔. The characteristic is the hinted aroma, which has a slight habit of mottling. I would say it is a juice, but this habit brings back the feeling that it is sake. Delicious.

Kawanakajima 😁 obtained on a trip to Nagano. We will have Omachi. The Miyamanishiki we had last time was dry and dry. This one is extremely sweet. It has an elegant, sugary, fruity sweetness. And it is dry and sharp. It has a slight bitterness (I've been drinking sake for several years, and I'm finally getting a sense of bitterness these days 😓). It makes me feel rich. The photo shows miso from Nishinomoto and Nitta Brewery, the base of mixed rice from Kinohanaya, and sakekasu cake from Okazaki Sake Brewery.

I was on a business trip to town on the train so I could have a drink 🤩 and go home. This izakaya is called "Kikudokoro" and is located in a small building. It seems to have been open for only 4 months, so it does not appear in the location information. It is run by a young owner. The food is good and the sake is tasteful. We entered the restaurant because we confirmed the rainfall on the food log. Other restaurants were Yokoyama and Narumi. The food is good 😋 The salted motsu stew was excellent. This is my first time drinking Wakanami. It has a moderate acidity and umami, and is a good food sake. I didn't come across Amezure, but it reminds me of it.

I have kept this one from last year. I bought it because I had previously enjoyed the same brand of Zero. It seems to use hydrangea flower yeast. This one was a little dry with less sweetness. The aroma was a bit like Setoichi. I think the brewery brews several brands, but all of them have a unique aroma in common. I've recently figured it out 🧐. I had rakkyo kimchi and soba noodles to go with it.

Hi Jay & Novi😃 I think most of the sake from this brewery is dry which is easy to drink ^ ^. Personally, I liked the sweetness of Zero, although it is not dry. I like this brewery but it is a bit expensive 😓.

Last week, I was in Yokohama on a business trip. I took a look at Ichiishiya Sake Shop and found an unusual label of Sawaya Matsumoto, which I couldn't resist purchasing.... I looked it up later and found out that it was an old sake aged for 3 years. I later found out that there were only 1,000 bottles of this 3-year-old sake. As a Matsumoto fan, I was quite lucky. ✌️ The number 1314 seems to refer to the number of Okamoto Village in Tojo District, Hyogo Prefecture, a special A district where Yamada-Nishiki is grown. When I went to the supermarket today, I saw that the Kuroge Wagyu beef was on sale at half price, so I decided to have this as my entrée 😁. The taste is amazing with a slight effervescence remaining. The aroma is slightly light, but has a unique Matsumoto aroma. It's fresh and I can't believe it's been aged for 3 years ἲ. I wonder if this Ichiishiya Brewery carries any local Kanagawa sake? They had an abundance of Nagano's Jukyu and Chiba's Higashi Kaimori.

Purchased last summer at Haruta, a sake brewery in Nagano. There are so many famous Nagano sake breweries that I had a hard time deciding which one to buy. The apple aroma is vaguely recognizable 🤔The refreshing sweetness and acidity matches well with the aroma. It does not interfere with the meal. The picture is Zenkoji Daikojin.

I bought this in Nagano last summer 😁. Nagano sake, delicious 😋. Now, unlike Genmai, this one seems to be seen often. Since the brewery was founded in 1540, it is said that Shingen Takeda drank this sake. I'd like to see the historical records to support this 😗. It looks like dobrok, but it seems to be backstrained, so it is smooth and creamy😋 on the palate. It's dry and dry. There were some comments online that it has a peculiar taste, but I don't think so 🧐 It's easy to drink. The side dish is Tosa-Yaki bonito. The photo is of the terraced rice fields of Ubasute as seen from Chorakuji Temple. I bought a lot of Genmai, so I didn't buy Ubasute Masamune... 😥I regret a little.

It's my first time to see this dance 😆. I didn't meet him when I visited Nagano last summer and I met him this time 😭. I bought a new car so I took a long drive and I didn't expect to meet you! As for the taste, when you put it in your mouth, the acidity first becomes noticeable. Soon it disappears and a soft, understated sweetness follows. I see, it is a sake that goes well with meals 🧐I had a feeling for a moment that it was like Edo Kaijo, but the acidity in Genmai does not linger. It's soft 😋. Good sake. The snacks were vinegared mackerel and kaki no tane. I bought 3 bottles: 🙇🏻

I had a consecutive holiday until Monday, so I went to Chikuma's Togura Onsen to visit Zenkoji Temple, which I didn't get a chance to visit in the summer. ♨️ to get energized for the next year 😠. But this ryokan, the food is amazing‼️ roast beef, sukiyaki, crab, kaname, albacore tempura, etc... I can't eat enough😅. I'm staying over Monday and the corporate effort is oozing out for the price ^^;. For the photo, we stopped by Nishinomoto but there was no draft sake, so we bought miso instead. The accompaniment to the food is Nanasho. A little spicy and soft to drink. The taste is more than enough for a regular sake 😋.

Finally, an amazing one from Iso Boast. They went out of their way to stock it: ❗️ I looked it up and it's incredibly expensive... 😓I'm worried about the cost of the restaurant, etc. I'll have to go back to them for a drink. What a waste, I was already very drunk so I couldn't taste much but... It was fragrant and smooth on the tongue. It also retained the classical part of sake🍶. Yesterday I was drinking thinking it was Hanamura (花邑). When I looked at the picture, it was Hana Tomoe 😓I've been drinking too much since Monday. I went to Yokozeki in Fujinomiya. The name Yokozeki means "moon after rain. I heard that the owner named one of the brands after the moon after the rain. I don't remember which brand. Was it Jusan-no Yoru? Yesterday, I heard that a colleague of mine got married, so I decided to give this sake to him as a celebration. I wish I could have drunk it 😂.

Well, I guess I drink too much 💦. March, I tend to drink on weekdays. I've stocked up on alcohol...💦. Well, here is Takebayashi, a souvenir from Okayama. The other day it was a three-crown with a sake degree of ➕. When I requested ➖ sake, the clerk recommended this one, and I immediately decided on a brand I had never heard of. Purchased at Wine and Sake Takeda. It's fruity and sweet 😋 but when you take a quick sip, it's extremely spicy afterwards! Rolling it around in my mouth, it was even spicier! This spiciness was a bit unexpected. I like the contrast 🙆. This sake seems to be shipped after a year's sleep. It is a blissful moment when drinking this sake, which is not available in Shizuoka 😃. The photo is in front of Takamatsu station where I was before entering Okayama.

I will take this one that I purchased on my summer history trip 😋. It feels much fresher since it is after drinking San Kwan. I think it has more sweetness and acidity than Yamadanishiki. It is just a little 😓. There was a nice popping sound when the bottle was opened. It still has a schwarziness after 6 months 😋. I still like this kind of sweet sake with a moderate alu feel. And this Kame-no-o is from Sakura City, but it seems to be the one used for Senkou 👀. The accompaniments were roast beef and roast pork from Kazuya, a butcher store in Shimizu. The roast beef here is ridiculously delicious 😭.

Purchased at "Wine and Local Sake Takeda" near Okayama Station 🍶 It was a very beautiful liquor store and had a selection of sake from all over Japan. I was intrigued by all the sake from Okayama that I had never seen 😙. I hadn't had nigori draft yet this year, so I decided on this one immediately. It's really exciting to open a souvenir sake 😆. The taste is dry. It goes down your palate quickly, but after it goes down your throat, it hits you on the nose. It's a bit like Takefujima 🤔. The sushi in the picture is a specialty called Mamakari. The name comes from the fact that it was so delicious that everyone was eating the mamakari.

I enjoyed the Southern concert 🤩‼️ It was the usual Southern from a lot of new songs. In Takamatsu, when I tried to eat udon, only 2 restaurants were open in front of the station, and these 2 restaurants were taking care of 10,000 Southern fans... 😓. It was so crowded that we could not eat. In the evening, I went out to Okayama to drink with a friend who is a Shinto priest 🍺. I drank a bottle of Daisenji Shirakiku for the first time... 🍺. Fruity. Slightly refreshing. Easy to drink 😋. The picture is Shimotsui Horumon Yaki Udon, a B gourmet dish.

Sanko was given to me as a discharge gift. A friend in Okayama sent me... and 2 squares. ❗️ My friend is a Shinto priest of Yatsushiro Shrine, which is famous for its cursed straw dolls. He shared a lot of sake with us. We enjoyed it warmed up 🍶. Tomorrow we will travel to Takamatsu for the Southern All Stars concert 🚄. After that I will stay in Okayama and I am looking forward to drinking 🍺Okayama sake with a friend who is a Shinto priest 😊.
