I bought this at a liquor store in town when I went to Hiroshima in GW. This was the only Kamerei they had and I took it to my brother-in-law's place to drink 😊. I wondered how it would be 🤔 as it was a little over 1000 yen and not very polished. The aroma is just right and you can feel the deliciousness of the rice and the crispness is very good 🤤. It's just like they say it's a big seller at the store 😁.

6/10 Tomikyucho's summer sake. It is said to have a "crispiness" to it. I looked it up and found that it is a term used to describe the texture of linen or cotton. Anyway, it's supposed to be refreshing. Let's use it. "Shari-feel" is a word that means "crispness. The taste was refreshing, with a hint of bananas that raised the summeriness of the drink to a new level. It is a delightful sake that is easy to drink and has a crisp mouthfeel.

Drinking outside. The aroma is mild, the taste is sweet and delicious, and the soft water quality, typical of Hiroshima, makes it easy to drink without any unpleasant taste 😄. We enjoyed it with sukiyaki style beef kone!

It has a gentle, clean, and refreshing top-fragrance, and a soft mouthfeel. When you drink it, you can taste the muscat aroma and the full flavor of the rice, but the aftertaste is very light. I didn't drink much Kamotsuru because I didn't like nigori sake, and also because during the brewery tour, I felt that it was aimed at overseas and tourists due to its large scale, and that the local community was somewhat neglected, although there was a lot of distribution. ⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️

Record 24th bottle We chose this sake for a drink with out-of-prefecture guests so that we could drink a variety of sake. If asked to introduce a sake from Hiroshima Personally, I would choose Kamotsuru Gold.

Hassaku Yogurt Aroma reminiscent of mandarin oranges and yogurt with a sweet and sour taste. The sharp mouthfeel gives a sense of fresh sourness. The spiciness is felt with a hint of lactic acidity, and it finishes with bitterness. The citrus acidity and bitterness remind me of Hassaku. Fresh and delicious. ★★★★

Pale yellow. Clear. High viscosity. Aroma of ethyl acetate. Full-bodied. Yogurt. Slightly strong, full sweetness on the palate. Gentle acidity. Moderate bitterness. Mellow. The aftertaste is rather long. The sweetness is noticeable even though it is said to be super-hot. Rating 3.8

Ryusei Extra

Bought it because of the glamour of the label. I remember it being contemporary, but... I have to write my impressions right away, I haven't grown since my summer vacation picture diary.

Is this your first Ryusei? Maybe I've had it before, I'm not sure. The label is a dragon, how do you say? It is stamped with a mold, which is also good! The aroma is modest. Soft acidity in the mouth. It is slightly fruity. It is said that this sake is a challenge to use wild yeast. I will try to drink more sakes from various breweries!

Finally got a Makoto mirror that I fell in love with after drinking outside 👏. I'm from Aichi, so I thought there was no way I could buy Hiroshima sake in my neighborhood... but it's a limited distribution item? I'm not sure, but I was happy to find it at a chain liquor store ✨. I always drank the blue label Omachi at the store. This is also Omachi and it's Seikagami, after all! It's safe! I bought it. It's refreshingly sweet, this and that 🤤. Personally, I find it easy to drink! I like it! I want to try other Seikagami...I want to meet them 🙏(Actually, I found out that there is a store in the next town that carries it and went there today and cried because it was temporarily closed) By the way 🍶. I recently purchased two small plates for snacks at a 100-yen store. It's good for preventing overindulgence in snacks✨. Today, I served it with canned mackerel with miso and crab cakes with wasabi mayo.

Sour and dry with a strong austere flavor. Warm citrus acidity like mandarin oranges, slight sweetness, caramel flavor without sweetness, perfect with baumkuchen filled with honey👌.

2008BY was served warm. I have had many kinds of Taketsuru, but the 2008BY is the oldest ever. The color is a dark brown. It has a caramelized taste and a sharpness that can only come from long aging.

Second cup. (*^^*) Hiroshima is a famous sake brewing area. (*^^*) The first sip has a sour taste. Then the aroma of koji. And sweetness. The water is also good. Takehara is near Yamaguchi prefecture. It is a good sake. I feel good when I drink at this restaurant. (*^^*) It is also thanks to sake. I can reset the fatigue of work. It is good sake.
