Compared to the usual image of Sengoku, I thought it was much less acidic.

I have been abstaining from drinking while stocking up on hiyaoroshi, so I will be consuming the stock for a while.
This time, I bought a lot of "Abe" Junmai Ginjo standard sake, fire-brewed sake, at Saito Sake Shop just before the ban on alcohol consumption.
It has a rice polishing ratio of 60% and a low alcohol content of 13°.
The aroma when the bottle is opened is light and not sweet.
When you take a sip, it has a soft, soft mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness, and an acidity that is not too assertive. While the light aftertaste spreads, a dry slight bitterness from the alcohol occupies the mouth, inviting the next sip.
It is best served cold.

Although it is a draft sake, the tingling sensation is weak.
The mouthfeel is fruity, yet refreshingly gentle.

Collaboration between Tsuruno Sake Brewery and Tobiran no Mori Sake Brewery, both of which were affected by the Noto earthquake and tsunami! If we can support them even a little☺.
Now, about the sake, the owner told me that it has a sweeter, more Tobiraman flavor compared to the Tanisen original, and he was right 😂.
I'll take the sake as "Hiran" 🙏.
The aroma is sweet. The mouthfeel is also soft pear? I can feel the soft sweetness 👍.

When opened, the aroma is light with a faint 🍐 feeling.
Taking a sip, the matured sweetness and roundness first spreads on the tongue.
When swallowed, it has a slight sourness, but at the same time the bitterness and astringency stand out. The bitterness lingers as an aftertaste. The quality of the sake is light, as is typical of Niigata Prefecture.
The sweetness in the mouth is to the taste. It has a bitter taste that goes down the throat, making it a good choice as a mid-meal sake.

When the bottle is opened, it has an aromatic sweetness.
When you put it in your mouth, the gorgeous and round sweetness of the rice spreads in your mouth. The rich sweetness lingers in the mouth, followed by a slight sourness and a slight bitterness that finishes the palate cleanly, without being overpowered by sweetness.
You can enjoy the sake face to face without pairing. Delicious.
The sweetness is more rounded and tasty after a few days of drinking after opening the bottle 😆.

By the way, this past weekend. We were walking in the forest where we usually walk when we noticed a child running energetically. He was just an ordinary kid, but even after he passed by, something was bothering me...I wondered why 🤔 and thought back to the T-shirt he was wearing with an orange pattern on it that looked like [Hakuryu's autumn rise]...I get it! It was because it was linked to autumn sake 🍁! I was strangely convinced😊.
We named him "Hiyaoroshi-kun" between the two of us 😆. ひなはなママGood evening, Jay & Nobby😄You shouldn't link children and alcohol!
