Purchased at Saito Sake Shop for home drinking From the moment it is poured, it has a fruity aroma. The first sip is mild and thick. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, followed by a slight sourness. It is aptly put: it makes you feel like a pineapple. You can keep drinking it without getting tired of it. The sake degree of -13 degrees is not a feat 😄.

This is a spewing drink: ⚠️ Every time I twist the screw a little, it starts to overflow... open... close.... I finally opened the bottle after a few minutes of opening it with my palms turning red 😣. The aroma is subdued, but it has a refreshing apple-like flavor, faintly similar to that of an Olin. Along with the aroma, a subtle sweetness and umami taste gradually spreads in the mouth. It is quite sharp for a junmai daiginjo. While savoring the fullness of flavor and moderate sharpness, we enjoyed it with a retort curry we got as a souvenir.

From the gentle aroma of pears and apples, the sweet and sour 🍓🍒 fruitiness fills the mouth 🥰 It has a strong sweetness, but the light sake quality and acidity stand out and neutralize it well. The finish is wonderfully balanced between cute and refreshing. With its silky gasiness, this is a sake that you should not drink too much of, just like a juice. The third picture is an event information of Utsunomiya, although I am worried about the effect of rain 🤭.

Glory Fuji's Hoshitenkouroku❗ I'm not a fan of limited editions, but I was attracted to Eiko-Fuji and its novel label. Here are my impressions of the 100% comet... Ginjo aroma with fruit sweetness 😆. Some sourness? But apple🍎banana🍌? It is sweet in flavor! Although it feels a little sweet, it is clean and easy to drink👍. Delicious ✨

The long-awaited Sunday evening ‼️ After an emotional reunion🥹 after a week in Utsunomiya, we J&N are in a whirlpool of joy like a drum turning a pile of laundry🧺 🌀😊. Now what shall we drink? We looked at the fridge and decided that since it had been a while since we had had a low alcohol drink 😋, so we chose Chokaizan. ‼️ The first time we drank it before was ridiculously delicious, so we were looking forward to it.... I'll make love to you now ♬ I'll make love to you now ♬ I'll make love to you now I'll make love to you ♬ I'll make love to you ♬ I'll make love to you It's a gentle sipping 🥰It has a juicy acidity and then a clean and crisp feeling that is pleasant 🤔But as you continue to drink it, it was still dry 😙But it's still a good sake 🍶😍and you're on to your second bottle ‼️ By the way, last weekend, Jay went to his father's place in Ichikawa and Nobby went to his mother's place in Noda after taking care of his father in Ichikawa. Since it was Father's Day, Jay took his father for a bath 🛀 and scrubbed his skinny body 🧼. The water pressure of the shower 🚿 seemed to hurt his skinny body and he said "Ouch 🤨 I'll be gentle with you, please be patient ☹️". I'm going to be gentle with you. My father's two sisters also happened to be over that day, so it was nice to be able to show my dad in a young shirt after his bath to my aunts. ☺️

The last bottle I drank last weekend! I wanted to try it after I saw it was raised on Sake no Wawa. ‼️ I saw that Bouken-san drank this one! I opened the bottle with high expectations 🤗. I'll make love to you I'll make love to you! I'm sure it's more of a dry wine, but the aroma gives off a sweetness as well 😚 It's a perfect summer bottle! By the way, last Sunday when my daughter was back home. Jay's company has decided not to use plastic bottles as part of their sustainability efforts! I told her during a party with my daughter that we had to buy a tumbler, and she said, "You should buy a proper one. I told her that she should buy a proper tumbler, and that was the end of the conversation. The next day at dinner, my daughter said, "I won't see you next week, so this is a little early, but here," and gave me an unexpected Father's Day gift 🎁a paper bag 🥹I looked inside and saw a T-shirt and a tumbler 👍Nice choice even though it wasn't a ‼️ pretend one! And the third picture is the message card that came with it😊. I drank a bottle last weekend 🤗. At a liquor store where we found a bottle of Ginkame in the fridge, we peeked in to see what they were preparing to deliver by the cash register. Nobby asked with pure eyes 🥹, "Can I buy this 🤤⁉️? So I got one after a long time👍. This is Yamae Nishiki 😌, which I remember receiving as a gift 🎁 when I met Tsubu-chan at my first offline meeting. It's an ordinary day, but the last time I gave it away, I didn't want to waste it, so I opened the bottle immediately this time 😊. I'll make love to you! I'll make love to you! It's juicy and delicious 😋 and the aroma is quite sweet as well 😄. I've come to realize that a sake that feels quite sweet at the entrance becomes sweeter as you drink it more and it's hard for J&N to finish a bottle 😅🤔No. I've figured it out now? I'm not sure I get it now. I think that's why it's more like a dry sake 😋 but still, Shinshu Kamerei is still delicious! By the way, this week, Nobby is going to Chiba on Monday to support Jay's father 😌 and then to Nobby's mother's place, so we will be separated for about a week 🥲 and automatically have no sake 🍶 life 😑 although I have beer 🍺😅. I will raise the sake I received last weekend 🤗. The first one is Sanzenmori, which we've been addicted to for a while now. The blue color of the bottle and the label is so beautiful that it makes me feel cool just by looking at it 🎐. Before drinking it, Nobby asked me, "What temperature is this? I looked at the label and said, "It's almost 18 degrees! Jay replies, 'It's almost 18 degrees...' That's not good 🫢We had to drink it slowly and be careful not to get too drunk 🤔...we were talking while drinking. But I knew it! 18 degrees is not drunken 🥴, to which Jay replied, "Is this really that high? Nobby looked at the label and asked, "Is this really that high? No, it's not! ‼️." "No, that's just the sake level," he said! It's about 14 degrees alcohol by volume 😆. There you have it 🙄! Jay's theater of assumption 😓😓. So back to the sake 😅 It's called "Aromatic Suzumizu Sake" and it's very aptly named and served chilled 🤗. When you take a sip, you can taste the fresh and clear flavor with a slight sweetness in the umami, probably because of the gorgeous aroma. ☺️ It is a delicious summer sake with a clean aftertaste. ‼️ When you know it is 14 degrees, you will sober up and enjoy it with a sip 😋. I'm going to be more and more addicted to it 😍! I'm getting more and more addicted to it😍.

It's been a while since I had my 7th bottle of Masayo ‼️ Now that I think about it, maybe this is the first Masayo we had 🙄 Maybe it was fresh then and this time it's fire-roasted 🤔. I'll make love to you The aroma is not so strong... And when I took a sip, I couldn't help but hear the harmony of "Wow 😳umamaii🤩" 🎶 echoing through the J&N house🤗. The mouthfeel is light and pleasant, with a slight sweetness, but at the same time it has a nice acidity and a hint of bitterness that gives it a nice kick from the umami 😋 It's well-balanced and this is delicious ‼️ This is the core of Masayo's series 👍. Gekka🌕 means moonlight in the Yamato language, but we divided it into two days, Monday and Tuesday, to make it rhyme 😆. By the way, the other day, during our tour from the dealer to the liquor store 🚗, it was just lunch time and we decided to eat out for the first time in a while! We went into CoCo Ichi, which we happened to see while driving 🤗They had take-out, but this was our first time to eat at a restaurant😄We both ordered the Summer Veggie Spice Curry 😙Jay and I ordered the Summer Veggie Spice Curry 🍛! It is a junmai ginjo brewed with "Yamadanishiki" produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is grown under contract. The aroma is soft and gorgeous, similar to that of pineapple or apple, and the mild, slowly spreading, strong sweetness and umami...followed by a hint of bitterness. The crisp gassiness that is only possible with fresh sake can still be felt the next day, with a slightly subdued rice flavor and subtle hints of apricot and plum. I've been drinking all through the GW period 😅I had to rest my liver for 3 days from Tuesday to Thursday 😑. And the one I've been waiting for on Friday ‼️ was the one recommended by kino. and also drunk by bouken 🤗Sansenzori's fragrant Shiboritate. I've been wanting to drink it for a long time and finally managed to get my hands on it during a long-distance 🚙 izakaya tour the other day👍. I'll make love to you with delicious sashimi from Asanoya I'll love it with Asanoya's delicious sashimi! I love it ♬! It's fruity 🍎🍏 and fragrant 👌 and bouken is right, it's sharp and spicy with a hint of sweetness 😍If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "ummai" 😚. I can't tell you how many times I've said it's good 😁Yeah, Sanzenmori is the best 🥹. Let's continue our GW Mashiko stroll! On the way to Mashiko station, we found Okada Sake Brewery ‼️ and peeked inside to find a fridge full of Nozomosan 😍The owner's wife came out and started tasting the sake, saying "Even if I explain it with my mouth, you won't understand unless you drink it". I knew I couldn't leave empty-handed after drinking so much 🤔I knew I could only buy Sanbana at Sotaike Shuzo, so I got Nozomu's Miyamanishiki, which the wife said was dry 👍and went back to Sotaike.

Purchased at Saito's last month! Maruhi's limited edition from Mr. Hachiro Huraisen, who gave it to me before! I bought it. I felt the acidity of the Hakucho very much, but this one........ It's still acid 😂 from the aroma 😂. But very mild mouthfeel, sweetness and acidity that reminds me of white wine✨. I can't drink wine because it doesn't go well with it, but this one is delicious 💪.

I came across this one at Saito Sake Shop, which I visited in search of Abe-chan💚! The red string on the label, which is the mark of the last bottle, and the words "Super limited light nigori" caught my attention 🤩 without any prior information input 😅I picked it up with no doubt 🤗. I'm sure you'll love it 😌. I'll make love to you The aroma is fruity and smells like something I've smelled before 🤔 but I don't know what it is. When you take a bite, it's juicy and sweet 😋Sweet, but refreshing and delicious ☺️ And what did we have with us on this day? My daughter, who came back from Ichikawa with me, brought a takoyaki plate and we had a 🐙takopa🌕🥳‼️ We're not used to this 😅Noby prepared all the ingredients and the three of us had a lot of fun working together🤗. The first one was a la la la, but it started to take shape and it was good👍The second one had kimchi, cheese, and other ingredients, and we even had fun making a baked Neapolitan in the holes we left 😄. I named it "Yapori" (baked Napoli) and it was really delicious 😋. We had a delicious dinner at Wakamusume with takoyaki and yapori ‼️ both were fun and tasty 😊.
