I was curious about this one from the Sake no Wa post! This is Kakuemon ‼️

The aroma is refreshing!
The first sip is smooth and the collaboration of acidity and sweetness gives it a fruity feel 😙 but it's not gorgeous 😍, it's a beautiful sake 😌.
Now, let's continue where we left off last time!
My son was able to join us after 2pm, so my daughter, who has a good arrangement, made reservations at a restaurant where we could have a lunchtime drink 👍Unexpectedly, the J&N family all gathered together! My sister joined us and the five of us had a fun lunchtime drink 🤗.
However, the izakaya we reserved was no good 😩 We had to drink our burnt fries with watery shochu highball or too strong highball 😓 and moved on to the next restaurant 😤 early.
Let's have a drink at a Chinese restaurant in front of the station! So we had a light drink and a bite to eat! And the last one was Hidakaya ‼️ what kind of food and drink ⁉️
After that, we bought a cake and my son and grandpa met for the first time in a long time! For some reason, I remembered that my son was training in Kyushu 😆.
After 6pm, we split up and headed back to Tokyo station for the bullet train 🚄 after a glimpse of Hasegawa.

I had no prior knowledge of it, but when our eyes met through the fridge at the liquor store, I was kind of riveted by the way he stood there. ‼️

I'm not sure if it's dry or not! I thought it would be dry by its appearance 🤔I can feel the sweetness of the soft rice 😙 but then the sourness and bitterness come in and pass down my throat in harmony 😋This is delicious!
It was the long-awaited opening of the 🇺🇸MLB⚾️ season in the United States! We had a lot of fun watching the "Mikan Channel" and "Komogomo TV" that we love to watch 😄.
By the way, after drinking out the weekend before last, which I mentioned in the last three stories, we moved to my father's place in Ichikawa 🚃.

I heard it was sweet 🧐I wanted to try it but I hadn't gotten around to it 😅I picked it up at a liquor store and looked at the label and saw that it had a Sake degree of +3👍I thought it would be good. I thought it would be a good choice for me 🤗

The first sip has a beautiful acidity and a hint of sweetness 😋.
According to the international J&N standard, this one was also ranked as moderately sweet, and the result was an instant kill 😁.

The bottle was opened and pushed.
The top clear liquid is quite tangy, light and refreshing. Alcohol 13 degrees? It's a much lighter wine-like soda water 😓.
I immediately mixed the tailings 😆.
Yes, the sweetness and acidity has increased 👍but it's still refreshing like a traditional sake!
Compared to the usual image of Sengoku, I thought it was much less acidic.
It has a light aftertaste, so I think I can drink it with meat dishes 😆.
I'm curious to see how it changes, so I'll leave it for a couple of days 😂.
