Nagano Sake Shop Tour (3)
After leaving Okazaki-san, we followed the exact same route as before😅Go to the next sake shop, Sake-no-Osaka-ya🚙.
Last time I was here, there were a lot more rare sake in the fridge 🤔This time there was not that much, or maybe it was just the time of year? Or did they change the lineup?
I got it at Ikusakaya because I was looking at the fridge and I was like, "What? I got it at Ikusakaya because I had a strong memory that I took a quick look at it on my last Nagano Sake Trip and it was really good 🤗.
I was surprised to hear about the fire at Furuya Sake Brewery on the news after that 😰 but with the cooperation of Osawa Sake Brewery, I was able to buy a rare bottle of Osawa & Wawa for the hanpukai (distribution)! I went to the cashier with a big hug!
The shopkeeper asked me, "Do you know this bottle?" I told him that I knew about it and picked it up right away! Please drink it and have a good time 😊.

The aroma is sweet 😌.
I think it's sweet 😌! It has a strong flavor 😚 but it's gentle on the palate 😋 combined with a nice bitterness, it's a mature bottle 😌.
After this, we will head to our hotel in Iizuna Kogen, just beyond Nagano 😅.

9/9 hiyaoroshi ban (Nagano).
Aroma of Japanese pear or apple and yogurt. Slightly sweet, soft sourness comes and drool. Delicious. It has the taste of Nagano Prefecture's sake, which is soothing. Delicious.
Purchased at a liquor store. The system is that you can get the right to purchase rare sake with the ticket you get according to the amount of your purchase. Friendly to regular customers and heavy drinkers. Tends to expire.
Kisofukushima sake brewery with an impressive toji (master brewer) who looks like a comic storyteller. Zenkichi is only available at special dealers, so this may be a first for home-drinking.

I bought this in Nagano last summer 😁.
Nagano sake, delicious 😋.
Now, unlike Genmai, this one seems to be seen often.
Since the brewery was founded in 1540, it is said that Shingen Takeda drank this sake. I'd like to see the historical records to support this 😗.
It looks like dobrok, but it seems to be backstrained, so it is smooth and creamy😋 on the palate.
It's dry and dry. There were some comments online that it has a peculiar taste, but I don't think so 🧐 It's easy to drink.
The side dish is Tosa-Yaki bonito.
The photo is of the terraced rice fields of Ubasute as seen from Chorakuji Temple.
I bought a lot of Genmai, so I didn't buy Ubasute Masamune... 😥I regret a little.

I asked the owner of Ikusakaya for a recommendation, and the moment I heard the words "usunigori ‼️", I immediately bought it 😊.
The bottle was opened with a lot of energy 😊.
It has a sweet and sour taste but it finishes with a touch of astringency 😊.

微発砲で白ワインの様な味わい
だけどちゃんと日本酒としてのふくよかさがあります
知り合いから｢酸っぱい｣って言われていたのですが、それほど酸味は感じませんでした
酵母番号が違うのかな？
ちなみに我が家にワイングラスがなかったので、こんなブランデーグラスちっくなのです

本品、今年2回目の登場です。
ここのお酒はあいかわらず美味しく、食事と共に飲んで良し、単品でじっくりと飲んで良しですね
里芋の煮物と鰹のたたきと共にいただきました。
開けたらガスで栓が吹っ飛びました(笑)
でも注いで口にするとそれほどのガス感は無く、九平次らしいヨーグルトの様な甘味と酸味。
度数のわりにアルコール感もないので飲みやすいお酒です。
