Warming it up increases its richness, but it can be a bit cloying, so I personally prefer it chilled.
Melon-like aroma. When I opened it, I thought it was a melon soda type with a strong gaseous taste. But it has a nice sharpness and the sweetness does not remain that much. The aroma is fruity, but the drink is refreshing, so I think it can be used as a food wine. It is delicious.
A mysterious sake which I bought from the Sado port sake shop of Utashiro. To match with the description in the shop, this mysterious sake ver 3.0 is really clean and crispy and cause no burden to the drinker. I guess it is a Junmai Ginjo style - which comes with sharp fruity melon sweetness. A little bit if rice sweetness too. Very clean and not much after taste. Real kire, and nicely done. At 2000 JPY, it really worths this price! Great one!

Today's 8th sake is Garakudai, which is a new brand for me. I didn't even know it was called "Utashiro" 😅.
The aroma is not fruity, but it gives a hint of the deliciousness of rice 🤗.
On the palate, it is a delicious sake with a good balance of rice flavor, acidity and bitterness 😋.

This is a new brand to me. It is from a sake brewery on Sado Island. The rice polishing ratio is not stated on the label, but it does not seem to be that polished. The taste is not light, but has a strong presence.
