The taste has a refreshing aroma, sweet and sour like muscat. It's not a draft sake, but it has a fizzy taste! It's delicious! The sharpness is very good and doesn't leave any residue on the palate. This is another sake I would like to repeat.

Today, I saw the postponed field day in the morning and had a lunchtime drink at Sugitama in Center-Minami afterwards.
Sugitama seems to have different sake menus for eastern and western Japan♪ There are a good variety, you can choose the amount of sake you want, lunch is available, and it's family friendly, so it's easy to use because you can have a drink from noon♪
I'm called Masayo at Sake no Wa, but this will be my first time at Garakudai ✨.
I didn't recognize the aroma. It has a soft mouthfeel, with a hint of sweetness that is gently asserted by a refreshing acidity that is also citrusy. The aftertaste is clean and spicy 🤔I did not feel the sharp sharpness described in the description, perhaps due to the time spent.
It tastes better with sashimi! It can be served both before and during a meal👍.

The bottle was opened with a splash. Nice aroma.
The aroma is refreshing and a little sweet.
When you drink it, it is heavier than expected, and you can feel the umami of the rice.
After the middle and unique taste, it has a rather long aftertaste with a rice flavor. However, when I drank it two days later, the aftertaste was not as long.
Overall, it is an elegant sake.
