The aroma before drinking is not sake-like in a good sense. It is difficult to describe, but it smells like a Western-style pastry?
It was refreshing, as is typical of Niigata sake, and although it seemed to have a sweetness on the tongue, the sweetness was quite subdued after drinking.
There were some bubbles, probably due to the fact that it was a draft sake, but I didn't feel much carbonation when I drank it.
It was the first time in a while that I drank a sake that was not too sweet.

It was a bit fizzy with a bit of a schwash. The aroma was mild and slightly sweet. The water seems a little hard, but is it right? There is a slight ripe banana-like sweetness, followed by an intense sharpness and astringency. It is a good sake, certainly in the tradition of Niigata sake, but clearly different in character from those of Hachikaiyama or Kubota. It has character, but it is not bothersome, and is good as a food sake. Therefore, I felt that it is difficult to find a good accompaniment when drinking alone. Thank you again for the sake tonight!

The aroma is sweet but subdued.
