Nagano Sake Boutique Tour (1) The weekend before last, we had planned to go to Chiba, but it was suddenly postponed on Friday night, so we were free. Okay...let's go to Nagano! Let's go to Nagano ‼️ but we don't have the same vitality as the Tsubajiya family 😅 so we decided to go overnight 🤗. Then we looked for a place to stay and booked a reasonably priced hotel with all-you-can-drink buffet around 10am, and left at 7am the next morning! The last time I went on a Nagano sake trip was in March 2023, so it's been about 2 and a half years 🤗. The drive to Nagano was a beautiful sunny day with no traffic jam, so we first visited Shimizuya's Koumi Honten! Just to be sure, Nobby asked, "Do you have any Sogape sake?" Nobby asked, "Do you have any Sogape sake?" and was told that it usually comes out in February and March and is sold out right away, so they don't have any now. The sake trip is still going on, and I'm going to drink the sake I got at Hara's. I told shinsaku3 & Pekho that I wanted to drink it. I'll make love to you! The aroma is...! It's so sweet and sour and fresh! I'm going to drink it for the first time........ The third one is the kids I brought from Nagano 🤗I only have one bottle of wine in my 👋. to be continued

I saw Tsubu-chan's post and checked when we bought our Kinkame ❓ and realized that it's been more than 7 months since we visited Nagano liquor stores 😳 (the 3rd picture is of the Kamereisans we could buy at that time during our Nagano expedition at the end of March) 😅. It was the most expensive sake we ever bought 🤭 and it was too good to open, so it sat at the back of the fridge for a long time 😆. But we decided that we couldn't keep it like this 🤔, so the time came to make a decision 😤. So, it's an ordinary weekend, but I'm kinda going to go to Kinkame 🤗. I really don't have to wait until New Year's to open the bottle 😅I'll open the bottle without hesitation! It has a very gorgeous aroma 😌, says Nobby! One sip and... 😳☺️😍Yummy 🎵 It's full of pineapple 🍍feel and sweet, but fresh, not too sweet, and finally sharp and delicious ❗️ No, it's really sweet! But it's delicious 😋 and after a few conversations, it was gone 🥹. It was good but it was still too sweet for us 😅.

I made a pilgrimage to sake shops in the Tōshin region. Sake-no-Osaka-ya → Sake-no-Hara-Shoten → Jizake-ya Miyajima → Sake-Ho Shimizuya → Sake Eiya I enjoyed the variety of sake 🎶. Raw sake bottled from the tap 🍶. You can taste the super freshness of the sake as it was squeezed at the brewery! This is amazing! I've never seen anything like it. Must be fresh and delicious! Too bad I can't drive all the way and drink the sake 😭 But I'm very happy to see it! Farewell to Nagano, here's our farewell sake on the Shinkansen! Mikotsuru Nigori This is the sake that everyone at Sake-no-wa has reviewed as delicious! I bought it without hesitation! How nice! It's full of energy! Shuwa shuwa! The momentum of the gas feeling is amazing😆. Dry with moderate sweetness. Muscat-like flavor on the palate Greffle citrusy slight bitter aftertaste What a coincidence! Snack is also Shine Muscat The fourth picture is me on the Kamikochi live camera 🤣🤣.

This one was purchased on the day of its release at a special store in Ueda. The sales were limited to 5 dealers and the brewer's direct sales store. I was lucky to be able to stop by on the day of release 🥰. It was also available at the sake brewery I stopped by after that. Fruity aroma that I like. Fresh, clean and crisp finish. It's very tight (ˊo̶̷ᴗo̶̷̷`). Delicious and happy handsome I bought it in a bottle as well. I will enjoy it while taking good care of it.
