HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024③. Rakuraku zuru? Tano-no-zuru? No, it's Sasazuru 😁. Izushi Sake Brewery's 200 year old red clay warehouse still exists. Even more acidic than Sennenichi. Overall, it is refreshing. I thought it would be extremely spicy, but it is quite easy to drink. Of the B set, Nada Ichi is my favorite. The top aroma has a strong alcohol flavor. It is a very rich and mellow sake, as it is a pure sake. I don't want to compare it to other sake, but it has the feel of mellow shochu or spirits.
