It has a nice aroma of pears, bananas and a sense of calpis 😆! It's so healthy and sizzling so tightly that it almost spills over if you're not careful😳 The mouthfeel is smooth and the taste is pear-like. The taste is smooth on the palate, and you can feel the fruitiness of the pear flavor 😆! It's not dry, but not too sweet either, it's right in the middle of goodness for me ✨. Delicious!

The fifth and last drink is my first nigori by Kuroemon XVI ✨. It has a sweet banana type aroma with a chili gasiness. The sweetness feels juicy and the acidity is mild and easy to drink ✨. The description described it as an adult calpis soda, but I couldn't tell the calpis feeling, but I do think it's juicy 😊.

Thank you too, Kotaro 😊 Unlike Hakusyu, Hakusyu has a stronger gas, so Hakusyu has more depth of sweetness. If you are looking for freshness, this is the one, but my preference is for Hakusyu 🥰.

I've had a few nigori this season and I think this was the best I've personally tasted. It was energetic enough to blow me away with gusto, not too dry, not too sweet, and completely to my liking 🍶👍.

Purchased at my usual liquor store. I think this is the first time I've seen Kuroemon XVI on the shelf...? I opened the bottle being careful not to blow out the bottle as per the opening caution tag. The aroma is fresh, but there is a slight scent of rice. The bubbles are still coming out after opening the bottle, but when you drink it, the fizzy feeling is not that strong. There is no strong sweetness, no dryness, and no bitterness, so it is easy to drink. It is good to drink with oden, so maybe it is better suited for a mealtime drink? Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15%. Taste ★★★☆☆☆☆
