Today I would like to try this one that I haven't been able to drink for a long time due to the timing 🎶🍶.
Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️mmm💕not quite floral, but it has a sweet and fresh ginjo aroma 😉✨️😉.
In the mouth, there is a slight and subtle schwarziness 🫧🫧🫧 and it is refreshing 😊and finishes with some pure sweetness and spiciness 🎶😉 It is a low alcohol, easy to drink and tasty sake 🎶😉.
After work at Tennoji.
I saw the words "Kuroemon XVI" on the menu, so I went in.
It was a brand I wanted to try lol.
It was a gentle sake with a fruity, sweet and savory taste.
It was as delicious as I imagined it would be. 🙆♂️
This is a really juicy sake, just like the label on the back!
It smells sweet and fresh, like a pear with lots of moisture, accompanied by citrus acidity✨.
It has a nice gassy feel in the mouth, and the fresh sweetness and acidity seeps out like when you bite into a chilled fruit? It's like biting into a chilled fruit with the fresh sweetness and acidity seeping out 😆 lol
It's not a very crisp wine, but the pear-like juiciness is followed by a grapefruit-like acidity, making it sweet, delicious, and refreshing ✨.
This is the first time I've had Kuroemon XVI, but this makes me want to try the others from the other end of the spectrum!
Yum!
Junmai Ginjyo Miyamanishiki
Rice used: Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15%.
It has a slightly yogurt-like aroma, a slight carbonation, a bitter taste, and a slight sourness.
It tastes like 🍊summer oranges and is a refreshing sake.
It would be a good match for dishes with cream or sour Thai food 🇹🇭
Nama Summer Sake by Kuroemon XVI
The mosquito coil label stands out.
The subtitle is.
"juicy, juicy, juicy"
Piquant and muscat-flavored
A perfect bottle for summer!
