I've been curious about Uemon-san 🍶 since I drank it last year on a trip to Nagano, Japan.
Look at the label👀!
Juicy, juicy, juicy! 😳
I have to buy it 😍.
The darker taste of Junmai
Properly juicy and sizzling in the body
Lingering aftertaste is gone? The finish is a fluffy spread of alcohol with a return from the aftertaste.
As the label says: 🏷️!
The second day is a little out of character, and the personality is lost, becoming a simpler type of wine 🥹.
Was it a first day drinking out type 😗?
Hi HANNAH!
It's so seductive that the label on the back says [Shuwa Shuwa Juicy] that I would buy it 😁✨✨.
I'd like to try it since I haven't drunk Uemon yet 😊.
Gorgeous aroma
Lightly sweet on the palate, but with a gusto of acidity and grain flavor. A refreshing sourness lingers in the aftertaste.
Alcohol 16%.
Sake level: Normal
High acidity
Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️
From a slight gassy feeling ~ Hmmm! Dark!
More mellow than dry 😄.
The aftertaste is of the type that spreads gradually.
Take a sip and feel the flavor for a while... it's the type of sake you drink slowly 🍶.
For the first time in about 20 years, I processed catfish and made tempura.
Surprisingly, it had no smell or habit and was a little different from the image I had in the past 🤔.
In a good sense, anyone can eat it, in a bad sense, it has no individuality and no flavor.
It is a pairing failure as it is very much defeated by the deliciousness of the sake. LOL!
The fried sweetfish is stable 🆗.
#YOMOYAMANAGANO Kuroemon drinking comparison. The sweet and sour variation of Miyamanishiki. This automatic server is good. I want it. I'll drink endlessly.
Kuroemon XVI, the first 😊.
al feeling in the mouth
What's that? High alcohol content?
It's so good that it makes you think it's too high. ❗️
A little bit of acidity and sharpness.
I'll never get tired of drinking this.
I left it for a while, maybe on the 3rd or 4th day...
Oh, the aliveness has become mellow ❗️
Umami and a bit of acidity: ❗️
This is good 🤣
I love Nagano sake 🍶.
I want to go on a sake brewery tour for a month or so 😄
