This is Jyugodai Kuroemon Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama-shu.
It is a delicious sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
As the endorsement says, it is "sweet and fluffy and schwarmy.

Aromas of rice, red apple, melon and muscat grapes. First impression is bright, slightly acidic and smooth. The middle and end of the palate are interestingly layered, with sweetness and then astringency, surrounded by a soft acidity that lingers at the base of the tongue with a long finish. Overall, this is a refreshingly clear and elegant sake.

I drank it hot, and it was good, but I don't remember much about it. If I were to drink it hot, it would have been better if it were a little more peculiar.
If it was too hot, the acidity would come out too much, so lukewarm or hot was just right.

It is a cloudy sake with a sweet aroma, but in the mouth, the gasiness and acidity are stronger than the sweetness.
I made a sumptuous leek-tuna nabe with medium fatty tuna. Toro is a rich accompaniment with a crispy fat that remains even after being cooked. This sake also washes away that flavor.

It was fine, but the taste was silky and mellow ^_^😋😋 no shwashiness, but rather a delicate deliciousness💕.
Easy to drink! It has a strong sweetness when drunk chilled, but when brought back to room temperature a bit, a little bitterness peeks through. This is exquisite ❗️ I failed to drink it the right way.
