My mother-in-law stopped by the corner counter with me while she was in the neighborhood over the weekend! This is my first Akabushi! It was a delicious combination of gorgeous sweetness, sourness and gasiness just right 🍶. Even my mother-in-law, who usually drinks more orthodox sake, Is this really sake? She was surprised that this was really sake.

. Sake squeezed that morning is bottled, The sake is bottled in the morning and sold at the liquor store at noon. I went to the main store of my usual liquor store to pick up the bottles a day late 🍶. The aroma is fruity melon! The taste is sweet and juicy melon! No sourness, but a combination of bitterness and sweetness like grapefruit 😆 Fresh taste. After a week or so, the freshness has calmed down a lot and the mellow flavor has become stronger, which is also delicious 😋.

. The second glass was a special Junmai Nama sake from Bikyuu. The sake is freshly squeezed and bottled as it is. The aroma is mellow grape. Sweetness, bitterness and sharpness. Fresh taste too 🍶. It was a paid tasting at a wine store, and again we only stayed for about 10 minutes 😭 thank goodness we were able to stop by quickly!

. We got Matsu no Tsukasa which is made from organically grown sake rice "Watabune" 🍶. Nice golden color and exotic patterned label 😊. The aroma is fresh apple. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness, bitterness and a slight gassy feeling. The freshness and cleanness of the namaomoto was delicious!

. The label looks like a Japanese folktale with a motif of the Japanese native plant Aomoji, the raw material of the sake😊. I recently purchased this at the Young Dawn 2025! I was surprised when I drank it 🍶. It has the delicious taste of sake and the complex flavor of herbal sake! Interesting and delicious with grapefruit, lemongrass, lactic acidity mixed with bitterness, sweetness, gassy and many other things! It was my first craft saké and it made me want to try more of them 😋.

. Bring Your Own Drink (2) This time it was Satsushu Masamune, following Tenpyo two years ago, from Kagoshima! He brought two bottles of junmai (pure rice) and junmai ginjo (junmai ginjo). Both had sweetness and umami, and were easy to drink with little throat irritation 😋. I think I prefer the Junmai one because it is lighter. I think I prefer the Junmai one because it is lighter. The picture shows one cup of Junmai Ginjo that was left over and I took it home 😆. By the way, I took a bottle of Senkou Modern Sanshiki with me 🍶.

The taste is a concentrated, gorgeous sweetness and bitterness together with a fresh gassy sensation that goes down your throat as you swallow! Mmmm, delicious 👌 Accompanied by shrimp baked in a steamer basket I bought last year & hot vegetables 🍶.

It's a brand I've been wanting to drink! We had it at a soba restaurant where you can drink sake with children on a three-day weekend not long ago. Muscat aroma, It is light at 13%, so it can be enjoyed slowly with sweets or on its own rather than as a mealtime sake 😋.

. Long time no see for office drinking! I was accompanied by sake, so I chose a stable brand 🍶. Yuki no Bijin Junmai Fully Fermented Hououmida Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu Saku Junmai Ginjo Enochi All were delicious, but Hououmida's fruity sweetness and gorgeousness especially had everyone roaring with delight 😋. And at this occasion, we started the Urban Legend Sake Club! There are only 3 of us... but I'll leave the urban legend stuff to you, I'm in charge of sake and will be promoting it 😆.

. This is the "back" of Sakunohana. The text on the label is reversed, interesting 😊. And there is a diagonal tag. Recently, when I placed some points diagonally on my work documents, I was told to correct them straight because I felt uncomfortable in the review.... I guess I must have subconsciously thought of a sake label... The taste is just the right amount of sweet and tangy. It has a clean aftertaste and was delicious as a lunchtime sake👍.

. Sagami Sake Brewery was the main part of the Hasegawa Sake Shop lineup on this day😊. Among them, I chose Yugioh. The label is very different from the usual moon after rain, light and crystal pretty 🍶. The aroma was slightly fruity with a hint of grapes. When I drank it..., Something gentle 😭 The soft and fluffy grape-like sweetness spreads in the mouth, leaving a lingering taste of understated bitterness and cleanliness at the end. Anyway, it is a sake with a gentle taste! It's delicious!

. A whimsical souvenir from a little while ago by my husband 🙏. Kurotembi, summer-colored labels with lights pushed all over the place. We often see them at Sake no Wa, and a little out of season .... Not to mention the taste: ❗️ Amami's refreshingly sweet and gassy and clean taste 😊. Even though it's light at 13 degrees, I couldn't tell the difference between it and 15 degrees for me and I'd get drunk the same way 💦. It was consistently delicious 🍶.

. Yaei Brewery established in 2024, Niigata Prefecture. They learned sake brewing at Abe Brewery🍶. ITTEKI (ICHI-GURUENE) JYUWARI KOJI SHU vol.0-3 HAKUYOYA I had a cup of "ITTEKI (Ichigure)"! Aroma like lactic acid bacteria, or perhaps a pilchard! It has a full-bodied sweetness and a little sourness. It seems to be rich in amino acids, and you can taste that flavor when you drink it. It was delicious too😊.

. Kita no Nishiki Kinenkan 30th Anniversary Label I received this as a gift from a person at work who is from Hokkaido😊. Thanks 🙏. The logo on the box is cute while also having a retro feel! The taste is delicious, with just the right amount of sharpness, sweetness and sourness 🌸. After a few days, the sharpness mellows out and the flavor is more easily matched with food! A precious bottle, a treat!
