Summer sake from Sentori, Beetle!
In a wine glass as usual 🥂.
The aroma is mild, with a hint of citrus.
The moment it hits the palate, a citrusy (lemon?) The taste like citrus (lemon?) spreads in the mouth. I thought of a lemon sour.
The aftertaste is bitter like shochu and citrus flavor lingers in the mouth as an aftertaste.
The impact and aftertaste in the mouth are impressive.
It was the perfect sake for summer.

A supreme product from Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture

The aroma was calm and refreshing (I drank too much and my range of expression is limited. Please forgive me)
Not much bitterness or sweetness, and the umami of the rice should be felt directly. The end of the drink disappears easily into the back of the throat.
The lingering aftertaste is pleasant.
We drank it with Kasumi's bonito and baby cheese as our main course, and it was an excellent match.
This is a sake that needs to be repurchased in a bottle.
It may be my favorite of all the ones I've had.

We ordered a combination of multi-water-curling noodles and chicken white soup. The noodles are thin and firm for a curly noodle. The soup is rich but elegant, and the low-temperature-cooked chashu pork is soft and delicious.

The aroma is softly banana, vanilla, and sweet floral. It also has a hint of cork, whey, raisins, and a lingering acidity and umami flavor that hits the throat.
I felt some bitterness when it was cold, so I preferred it at room temperature. When warmed up, the roundness and richness are more pronounced 😚.

CWS, I was going to buy this kouhashi, but I picked up yamahai by mistake🤗.
I was going to buy this one, but I picked up a Yamahai by mistake 🤗 The year of production is November 21, and it seems that it was sold as koshu after being aged for a year, so it must be about 3 years old? I am not sure.
It has a firm sweet and sour taste with a subdued aroma reminiscent of banana, quince, and apricot, a graininess, and a flavor that strangely resembles the barrel and cork aromas of Western-style sake 😌.

The fluffy, fine-grained oriel dances around the bottle like a snow globe. ❄️ It has a rounded texture on the tongue, with aromas of pear and lychee. The first day after opening the bottle, it feels a bit dry with a lively gassy sensation. The next day, the gas settles down and the sweetness increases.
The second one, the day after the Tochigi Kenmin Kai was held, Tsubu-chan, Sashiu-san, Higu & Nanoha-san, who were staying with us, and I had a cafe lunch 🍽️🥞.
The male waiter had a really good looking anime voice 🤭.
The time passed so quickly and we had to say goodbye to Higu & Nanoha and Sashiu-san 👋🏻🚄Please come back again 😃.
