Winter CARP Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu ORIGARUMI 720ml Rice: Hitogochi from Shinanomachi (90%), Hime no mochi from Shinanomachi (10%) Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol level: 16%. Seimasamune brought from Ueda. We had a feeling that it was going to be a big hit, so we put a pot stand on it and opened the bottle. Yes, the bottle was opened automatically. We had a vessel ready and poured it immediately, so we didn't waste the sake. But, it was very strongly carbonated with a lot of energy. Light sweet, schwishy, chili delicious 😋. Next up is spring carp 😉.

At the Nagano station drinking comparison -> purchase. I thought it tasted light, but a nice sweetness came later, and I thought it was interesting, so I bought it. It is made from glutinous rice, isn't it?

勢正宗らしい、旨味、酸味、甘味のバランスのいいところに、ふわっと春らしい華やかさがあって、春の旨口とでも呼びたくなる。 一通り味わった後、きれいにキレていくところも素晴らしい。 いやー、これはほんまに全ての要素がバランス良くて、めちゃくちゃ好き。 もっといろんなお店に置いてほしい。

Seimasamune Honjozo Shiboritate Nama-nama-shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol content: 19%. I bought this for a nightcap. It was a little round but had a thicker body, and I thought it was effective the next day, but it was 19%. The fourth one is Mendou Chikori's Chinese noodle soup (🍜). On Friday afternoon, I took a day off and went to Ueda to participate in the Marillavel Festival. On the way to Ueda, there was a snowstorm around Myoko, but I managed to get to the Shinshu Kamerei Brewery in time before it closed. There was no end to the number of customers at this time of the day, and there was a long queue at the cash register. I bought a Mari-label T-shirt and a key chain. However, I heard that 700 bottles were prepared in two days, but 550 bottles were sold on Friday. On Saturday, they sold out of the draft sake early, and the fire-brewed sake was so oversold that they had to stop selling it for the two days of the event. How many bottles did they sell?

On this day, I had a drink after a long time with a business colleague of 30 years. We have shared many hardships on many projects since the dawn of our current business. He is still working before his 70th birthday. We spent a pleasant time talking not only about the old days but also about the future. The first sake tasting set was from Nagano. It was delicious.

One of our family's favorite bottles of new 💓 sake from ‼️ Sei Masamune, so we went to Kadokami Fisheries 👉! We bought some sea bream and sushi 🍣! The sea bream is served in a salt kettle 😋 wrapped in egg whites with lemon zest, rosemary and parsley and salt in the oven👍mixing different things in the egg whites makes a light and slightly western style salt kettle 😊if you use less salt it won't be too salty. Low al and with the subtle sweetness and astringency of rice, green curd goes well with seafood💓I recommend it for western fish 💓‼️ I used the leftover sea bream kama and kama to make puyabase. I plan to make risotto with that puyabase tomorrow🥰It will go well with the rice texture of the risotto❤️ can't wait for tomorrow's party‼️ ⭐️Impressions for individual sake are in charge of shinsaku3😊

Overall 9 (out of 10) Seimasamune😋 featuring my favorite "glutinous rice hot-kake 4-step brewing". Pekho-san found GREEN CARP's new sake on the line 💡 and brought it home👍. According to the description, According to the description, it is a junmai-shu with a characteristic "umami" and "sharpness" among the CARP series 🧐. Delicious 😋. It is mainly sweet and refreshing, with a touch of astringency to give it a sharpness or accent that is not just sweet 👍. I wonder if the 59% rice polishing ratio leaves a little bit of miscellaneous taste and the low alcohol content of 13 degrees makes it easy to drink👍. I had it chilled. Pairing impressions were made by Pekho 😅 The aroma I felt was  -Aroma: The aroma of rice flavor.  -Aroma: Slightly astringent taste that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)  -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 0 aftertaste  -Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste  -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0  -Astringency: Start 2→ Lingering 2  -Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Large number = thick and rich (5 is the maximum)
