We were attracted by the pop-up saying "Shimizuya, the president of Shimizuya, recently drank No.1" and took it to the restaurant.
It is indeed a deep flavor that is hard to believe it is 13%, and the moderate acidity is perfect for the hot summer.
It is fun to encounter such a delicious sake.

We are staying in the mountain going to Tateshina from Saku.
I went to Shimizuya, 30 minutes to the town!

Since it was after the Obon vacation, some of the sake I was looking for were sold out, but they had a quantity of Meikyojo-Tomizui Himuro Special, so I opened a bottle at the inn right away.

The other day I was returning to Shizuoka from Ueda via Komi and passed the main store. I didn't stop by because I had already bought a lot of sake, but when I looked it up later, it seems to be a famous store 🧐.

I went to buy sake only for myself from the inn. The rice fields around here are beautifully tended. The underground water is also delicious and I thought there is a reason why the sake is so good. Tsuchiya Sake Brewery will be my next stop 😊. lala190904Sweet and sour aroma. Like strawberries and apples.

Not too sweet, with a moderate sweetness and a mellow flavor.
