Well well well, Today we have Beaumichel, Bliss 😋. It's so sweet ❤️ I thought it was like honey🍯 precious wine! I think it is the best modern type of sake, not a mealtime sake, but an aperitif or dessert sake. It's perfect for those who love sweet sake and noble sake 😊. Well, well, well, well... it's been a long time since I've had a chance to drink Shihuyu! Murasakyu's raw sake, cedar ball label, sake brewed with Gohyakumangoku! The aroma is only faintly fragrant, but if you include it, it has a perfect balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity, none of which is outstanding, but all well put together 🤔. It's refreshing and cool, so it won't interfere with your meal, It is delicious 😋.

Well, well, well, Shin Takachiyo [broken]. Alcohol content is set low at 12 degrees. It seems to be served as a sake exclusively for hirzake😋. The liquor store told us that it was made with the image of green apple 😃. Oh, I see, if you put it that way, it has a green apple feel 🍏. It's sweet and fruity 😆 👍That's what I love. I love it, sweet fruity 🍏 ❤️ It's not a bad idea to drink from noon while looking at the posts of the senior members of Sake no Wa 🤣 because today is my day off. Because today is my day off👍. 300th anniversary of Mr. Muro's check-in without permission. Congratulations and cheers 🥂. I chose Jyushidai Gin-Sen ✨ for the toast! I posted the same thing in the summer, but this is another bottle that I let sit for a while, and I think it has more flavor and more fruity taste than when I drank it before. I think I may have succeeded in laying it down 😊👍 I can have a good drinking session today too 🤣. I am very busy, but I will do my best so that we can have a good new year. Well, well, well, here it is today✨ Atago no mats🍶 from Shinzawa Brewery, brewing the ultimate food sake! It has a slightly cloudy white color and a fruity aroma. The sweetness and acidity are intertwined and it's a nice 🤭. I haven't had it in a while, but it's still delicious 😋. When the temperature rises a little, you can feel the bitterness in the back of your throat, and it's fun to see the change 😊. I'm drinking it before dinner even though it's supposed to be a food wine... 😆. But it's really good on its own 👍👍👍👍 It's a very good drink 😤.

This one comes with a tasting sheet and only the person who looks inside can know the specs😃. I tried to guess before opening the tasting sheet after drinking it, but I was way off 😭. It's hard 😓. I guess that's true. It's not that easy to guess 😤. It's interesting to see a specification like this where you can think about whether the specs are right or wrong on the tasting sheet after the fact 😊. It was a new discovery as it seems a bit different from the image of Houou Mita 💡. This was a very good 👍👍👍!

Kangiku-san, the order of drinking is back and forth. 😅 Unfortunately, I could only get one bottle of this series this year and I've been saving it until today 💁. I dentity2024 Mild nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake So-no-Mai No.83 From the first day, from the second day, from the second day to the third day I felt it tasted better when I let it sit a little longer than when I just opened the bottle. I felt it was better when the bottle was left a little longer than when it was opened. It's definitely Kangiku's hit straight to the top, and no explanation is needed at this point. I think it needs no explanation at all ^_^. I would like to get the other 3 bottles that went out together and compare them next year 😊.

Kudo Jr. after a long time 😊. Junmai Daiginjo with Hakutsuru Nishiki polished to 30%👍 Gorgeous and juicy, Sweet without being too sweet👍 Surprisingly good value for money with these specs. It's 13 degrees, so you can drink it rather easily. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not 😆😆😆😆. Delicious 😋 is the perfect word ✨ That's all I can say 🤤.

The most refreshing of the lineup. so it is the easiest to drink😃. It didn't come out last year, I believe. Well, there are messes in business everywhere, and I think the biggest challenge is what to do after that, well, I guess you cleared that up and now you are here 😊I'm rooting for you! This one, too. It's a very good one 👍. It's not a nigori sake, but more like an orikarami, and the turbidity is rather suppressed in this one. It's not bad, but the bitterness is also strong. ☝️ It's a little bit sweet and light in the mouth 🤔. It was a good comparison today🙆.

The most fruity of the day 🤔. I had it last year and it was still delicious 🤤. A well put together sake of today, not the good old sake of the past but the sake of today👍. The label is a snow woman, so I guess it's a soft image. It's also very sweet and has a nice shwashy feeling. ‼︎ It's so sweet and delicious, I can't stop sipping and sipping ☺️ I'll be back next year ✨

Yukiten Next, Jikin Nigori Special Pure Nigori Oh, this one has a great cloudy flavor, a nice citrusy aroma from the beautiful ginjo aroma, and a deliciously sour taste that comes all at once. I wanted to do today's sake comparison, so I consulted with my wife and came up with a lineup, but it was the hardest one to get my hands on 😭I got it today 😤. I hope you get this one no matter what if you find it ☺️

Well, well, well, it's the season of Nigori-zake (cloudy sake) Nigorizake drinking comparison I wanted to try a nigorizake drinking comparison at home once 😤. First right: Sengoku Snowman Second from the right: Jikin Toku Jun Nigori Nama Second from the left: Daimine, Winter no Otosore 1st left - Tenbi a.k.a. Yukiten First, the Snowman. It has the strongest oriki among these 4 bottles. When I opened the bottle, it came up to the top of the bottle and it didn't spill, but it got mixed up before I could drink the top clear 😅. That's how strong it is and this year's is delicious too 😋. The balance of sweetness and sourness was perfect, and the tanginess was strong too 🍶It's still delicious 😋. Today's entrée was Sendai's famous Seri Nabe.

November comes early before I know it😅😅 New sake is now available, so I have to work hard to organize my stock 😤. Aromatic ginjo aroma, and when you drink it, it's a big hit of sake! The flavor of the rice spreads out. It's not as fruity as it was a few days ago. That's good👍.

Well, well, well, well........ I'm off tomorrow. So I opened a bottle of Sagami Gin-Sen to reward myself. I'm so glad I did 😆. Tropical fruits 🥭. Not too sweet, but nice. The bitterness follows afterwards, well balanced and very easy to drink, perfect for drinking 👍. I hope I can get it again 😊. Oh, it was delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
