Well, well, well... Akabu no Nigori-✨! First, let's start with the top clear liquid without mixing in the ori, oh, it's so refreshing 👍It has a refined and gorgeous aroma and taste 😋. Here we go...add some oriki to the top clearnace. The flavor and silky texture is a nice change from the previous one 🤗. I've had it every year, and the more I drink it, the more delicious it becomes. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Well, well, well... Here comes Jikin!　So, Tojo Yamadanishiki 🍶. Before eating rice cakes, since it was Kagamibiraki, we had it as an aperitif. It was served as an aperitif before the rice cake was served. Great taste as always! I can drink it by itself without any side dish. I really love Jikin😍Fruity but with a clean aftertaste. Now, when I'm done drinking, I'm going to have some rice cake 😊. Speaking of Sendai, "Zunda" is the most delicious thing in the world.

Well, well, well, today, while eating the rice porridge with the seven herbs, I finally got a break from work and opened a bottle for the NEW YEAR 😆✨. I'm going to drink it as all the senior members of Sake-no-wa have already sent their comments on the tasting 🤣. It's good, it's good, it's good, it's stable 👍. I'm on my third bottle of Tasake, and I'm only a few days away from having 12 bottles.... I'm on my 3rd bottle now.... I will collect them patiently 🤔. This was also a very good bottle of Tasake👍👍👍

Urakasumi x Ichinokura. The second year of collaboration project sake 🍶. Dry, quite dry 🤔 Not much, no aroma. Faintly, ginjo aroma. The first year was quite popular, so I got it this time. Maybe I didn't hear as much buzz as last time. Oh, but it seems to have sold well. The pre-order was sold out👍. It is a good sake that you can drink and not get tired of drinking 😋.

Well, well, well, Ohmine 2grain Aizan! Wow 😳 beautiful, clear and not a bit cloudy color. Aroma: gorgeous, fruity, and delicious! Yummy, yummy, yummy 😋. No bitterness at all... ‼︎ It is softly sweet but goes down smoothly, and it is delicious and pleasant to drink, with a slight warming sensation at the throat 🤣. It was delicious and nothing like any sake I've ever had 🤤. It was a very good drink 👍👍👍👍!

Happy New Year 🌅Guests: ㊗️🎉 The first bottle of the new year is Hakurakusei from my hometown, Miyagi 🌟. The ultimate food sake, fresh, crisp and clean 😋. It really goes well with any meal 😋. I drink it with just the supernatant, or mix it with orikomi. It's a nice taste. I'm going to work from New Year's Day 🤗I'll be working from New Year's Day again this year ^_^I'll be working tomorrow too ^_^. I think I'll be off the day after tomorrow🤔. I'm going to work hard this year too, and raise my kids while I'm working hard and doing my best 💪, my kids are growing up fine on their own. ❤️ I hope everyone in Sake-no-wa will join me again this year 🙇I hope many of you will get involved and I will get involved 😆🤗🤗.

The aroma of the ginjo is gentle and delicate, and when you put it in your mouth, it is a little tangy, then sweet, and finally a slight bitterness that disappears... ☺️ I wish you a happy and blessed year next year 🍶.

Merry Xmas everyone! I never dreamed that I would be able to choose this at the end of the year for Christmas 🥹. Life. Life" is something that dwells in all living things. The message from the brewery on the label is the spirit of the brewery 😭. I am also a person on the side of creating dishes because of my job, but I am making dishes with a lot of life, and we are breathing life into our own creations. What a deeply moving sake 🍶. Drinking this made me think a lot. I hope to set a new goal on Christmas Day and achieve it next Christmas.... I hope to achieve it next Christmas 🙇. And now, the sake that was entered in the Kudoki-Ue New Sake Competition! It's absolutely delicious 😋 you know, when you open it, you can smell the fruity, pear-like aroma wafting through the air, and when you sip it, it has a beautiful sweetness, with no cloying taste at all. I think it is the best modern type of sake, not a mealtime sake, but an aperitif or dessert sake. It's perfect for those who love sweet sake and noble sake 😊. Well, well, well, well... it's been a long time since I've had a chance to drink Shihuyu! Murasakyu's raw sake, cedar ball label, sake brewed with Gohyakumangoku! The aroma is only faintly fragrant, but if you include it, it has a perfect balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity, none of which is outstanding, but all well put together 🤔. It's refreshing and cool, so it won't interfere with your meal, It is delicious 😋.

The liquor store told us that it was made with the image of green apple 😃. Oh, I see, if you put it that way, it has a green apple feel 🍏. It's sweet and fruity 😆 👍That's what I love. I love it, sweet fruity 🍏 ❤️ It's not a bad idea to drink from noon while looking at the posts of the senior members of Sake no Wa 🤣 because today is my day off. Because today is my day off👍. 300th anniversary of Mr. Muro's check-in without permission. Congratulations and cheers 🥂. I chose Jyushidai Gin-Sen ✨ for the toast! I posted the same thing in the summer, but this is another bottle that I let sit for a while, and I think it has more flavor and more fruity taste than when I drank it before. I think I may have succeeded in laying it down 😊👍 I can have a good drinking session today too 🤣. I am very busy, but I will do my best so that we can have a good new year. Well, well, well, here it is today✨ Atago no mats🍶 from Shinzawa Brewery, brewing the ultimate food sake! It has a slightly cloudy white color and a fruity aroma. The sweetness and acidity are intertwined and it's a nice 🤭. I haven't had it in a while, but it's still delicious 😋. When the temperature rises a little, you can feel the bitterness in the back of your throat, and it's fun to see the change 😊. I'm drinking it before dinner even though it's supposed to be a food wine... 😆. But it's really good on its own 👍👍👍👍 It's a very good drink 😤.

This one comes with a tasting sheet and only the person who looks inside can know the specs😃. I tried to guess before opening the tasting sheet after drinking it, but I was way off 😭. It's hard 😓. I guess that's true. It's not that easy to guess 😤. It's interesting to see a specification like this where you can think about whether the specs are right or wrong on the tasting sheet after the fact 😊. It was a new discovery as it seems a bit different from the image of Houou Mita 💡. This was a very good 👍👍👍!

Kangiku-san, the order of drinking is back and forth. 😅 Unfortunately, I could only get one bottle of this series this year and I've been saving it until today 💁. I dentity2024 Mild nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake So-no-Mai No.83 From the first day, from the second day, from the second day to the third day I felt it tasted better when I let it sit a little longer than when I just opened the bottle. I felt it was better when the bottle was left a little longer than when it was opened. It's definitely Kangiku's hit straight to the top, and no explanation is needed at this point. I think it needs no explanation at all ^_^. I would like to get the other 3 bottles that went out together and compare them next year 😊.
