First right: Sengoku Snowman 2nd from the right Jikin Toku Jun Nigori Nama Second from the left: Daimine Winter no Otosore 1st left: Tenbi a.k.a. Yukiten The last one is Yukiten. The most refreshing of the lineup. so it is the easiest to drink😃. It didn't come out last year, I believe. Well, there are messes in business everywhere, and I think the biggest challenge is what to do after that, well, I guess you cleared that up and now you are here 😊I'm rooting for you! This one, too. It's a very good one 👍. It's not a nigori sake, but more like an orikarami, and the turbidity is rather suppressed in this one. It's not bad, but the bitterness is also strong. ☝️ It's a little bit sweet and light in the mouth 🤔. It was a good comparison today🙆.

The most fruity of the day 🤔. I had it last year and it was still delicious 🤤. A well put together sake of today, not the good old sake of the past but the sake of today👍. The label is a snow woman, so I guess it's a soft image. It's also very sweet and has a nice shwashy feeling. ‼︎ It's so sweet and delicious, I can't stop sipping and sipping ☺️ I'll be back next year ✨

Yukiten Next, Jikin Nigori Special Pure Nigori Oh, this one has a great cloudy flavor, a nice citrusy aroma from the beautiful ginjo aroma, and a deliciously sour taste that comes all at once. I wanted to do today's sake comparison, so I consulted with my wife and came up with a lineup, but it was the hardest one to get my hands on 😭I got it today 😤. I hope you get this one no matter what if you find it ☺️

First right: Sengoku Snowman Second from the right: Jikin Toku Jun Nigori Nama Second from the left: Daimine, Winter no Otosore 1st left - Tenbi a.k.a. Yukiten First, the Snowman. It has the strongest oriki among these 4 bottles. When I opened the bottle, it came up to the top of the bottle and it didn't spill, but it got mixed up before I could drink the top clear 😅. That's how strong it is and this year's is delicious too 😋. The balance of sweetness and sourness was perfect, and the tanginess was strong too 🍶It's still delicious 😋. Today's entrée was Sendai's famous Seri Nabe.

Well, well, well, now for the hana yang, earlier we had grapefruit, and this one is a pineapple🍍. I was able to get a bottle of the new Hanahyokyu Gohyakumangoku, so I'll have this one in turn 🍶. Needless to say, it has a fruity aroma, and when poured, it is colorless, clear and beautiful! It's very typical of Huayouyasumi. It's like a flower sunset 😊. I still like it. ❤️ The amount of time it has been in the cellar has softened it and brought it all together nicely. Sweet, delicious, acidic, bitter, and aromatic. All of them are perfect👍 It was extremely good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Label before becoming a snow cocoon kamosu mori When you open the bottle, it has a citrusy aroma, a little cloudy white color, and when you drink it, it tastes like a grapefruit, I remember the owner of a liquor store told me that it tastes really good with vanilla ice cream 😋. I'm going to leave some for a while and give it a try 💁. I'm going to go buy some vanilla ice cream 😆. It has a strong acidity, so I think it would go well with sweet food 👍

Well, well, well, today we have the Black Dragon zodiac bottle with the Year of the Dragon label😅. I guess I've been taking care of it a little too much. November comes early before I know it😅😅 New sake is now available, so I have to work hard to organize my stock 😤. Aromatic ginjo aroma, and when you drink it, it's a big hit of sake! The flavor of the rice spreads out. It's not as fruity as it was a few days ago. That's good👍.

Well, well, well, well........ I'm off tomorrow. So I opened a bottle of Sagami Gin-Sen to reward myself. I'm so glad I did 😆. Tropical fruits 🥭. Not too sweet, but nice. The bitterness follows afterwards, well balanced and very easy to drink, perfect for drinking 👍. I hope I can get it again 😊. Oh, it was delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

I was really curious because you guys posted it and I found it at Yamaya and just had to pick it up 😆. Spodolis with 5 degrees of alcohol 😆😆😆😆. Rice and grapes (Koshu) I had an image that it was like wine because it is made from grapes 🤔I thought it would have an astringent sour taste. However, it was not like that, it had a sweet and fruity taste from the aroma of grape 🍇. It was a little tangy, easy to drink and went down smoothly. ☺️ Not like sake, not like wine, but in a good way 😊. It was a delicious sake 🍶. I asked my kids to buy a baked sweet potato from a truck that came to sell it in front of my house, so I drank it with a side of baked sweet potato 🍠 and it tasted even sweeter 😆.

Kikuhime is a rich, mellow, umakuchi (flavorful) sake that has been matured slowly to add umami flavor. Therefore, it is slightly golden in color. The label on the back of the bottle says "Kikuhime", We had aged it in the refrigerator for another year. It was not just slightly golden, it was a solid golden color. It's slowly turning into autumn, let's drink it while relaxing today. ☺️ Kikuhime, full of deliciousness in the long autumn nights, with a light grain aroma. Delicious aroma! Very good for a quiet drink 😊. The robust umami flavor comes up afterwards. It is a good sake 🍶.

I think Denshogiku will have a non-origara-mi soon, but that was the first Denshogiku I had ever had. Of course, it's also very tasty. This is the first time I've had this orikarami version 😆👍. It is the most delicious and sinks into the five and six internal organs 👍👍👍👍👍. The taste, aroma, sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness are all perfect in my opinion 😋. One of the bottles of sake I purchased just the other day when I visited my brother-in-law and his wife in Tokyo for the first time in a year. I guess the city is different. The selection is unbelievable 😕 I chose a few bottles of the best that I couldn't buy in my hometown and got them 😆. First of all, I got some Edo-kaijo-kakei. Aromatic aroma, sweetness that is typical of Aizan, and a good balance of acidity 🤔. More fruity 🍶. It's delicious! The small 290ml bottle was not enough for me, I would have been happy with a regular 720ml bottle 😲. I finished it in a blink of an eye 😅 too good 👍

Second bottle today😋. I've been wanting to try this one. I had high expectations of how delicious it would be if I poured it over rice wine and komachi 😊. Ahhh 😲 what can I say? Yummmm! Sweet, tasty and acidic, a perfect three 🙆. A balance that does not make you tired of drinking 👍 I'm in the mood to drink as much as I can because I had some unpleasant things happen today😅. I hope to be able to work again tomorrow with full of energy and vitality 🙏. I'm sorry if my posts make you feel uncomfortable. 🙇‍♀️ But you know, this rice wine is really ‼️ delicious 😋😋😋😋. The bottle opened with a nice popping sound😃. I don't feel the aroma that much. I can feel it 🤔. The first sip has sweetness, but I also feel sharp spiciness, both. At first the sweetness comes in a little bit, but as you drink it, it gets more and more sharp and spicy, with a bit of bitterness. It has a different taste from Sharaku. Fukunoka is a sake made from 100% rice from Fukushima. It's not bad, but if it was side by side with Sharaku, in my opinion It's delicious, but I'm a meek person 😆.

Well, well, well... Today I opened this bottle 💁. I was curious about this brand because of your high evaluation of it 😃. Fruity aroma, gentle fragrance with a hint of daiginjo. When you take a sip, the delicious taste of rice spreads in your mouth. It has a sweetness and a solid feel 🍶. It's not so sweet that it interferes with the meal, but has a nice sweetness and umami that blends well with the color of the food. 👍 It's a versatile type, it was good 👍😆👍
