Well, well, well... the guy I've been wondering about for a while now 🎵 The aroma is slightly sweet, and in the mouth there is a slight gasiness and umami, followed by a strong sourness and bitterness, and you can feel the alcohol content. I was told that they use No.6 yeast, so I guess it reminds me a little of Shinmasa 🤔. I will have the No.7 yeast next time after some time. 👍

Now, now, now, I'll have some Iraka. I know many of you got it early and reviewed it, finally I got it too 😊. I read your reviews and just gulp it down with fresh spit everyday 🤣. Finally I could drink it. The quality of the sake is beautiful! The clear color and fruity aroma, my expectations are high 😋. I wish I had met my birth sake. I wish I could have met my birthday sake. Encounters are so important 😅. I think it will be good for those who like a refreshing sake, modern and classic. I'd like to try some of the others 😊👍

Well, well, well... I got the bottle this year, too, so I can open the bottle without any worries. Starting with Gin-Sen, Toku-Jun, Jun-Gin, White, and BLACK, we have 5 bottles. I heard that there will be another one next month, so if I can get that one, I will be able to open a complete bottle. Jungin, which has been in our cellar for a year. It's really good. It has a sweet aroma right after opening the bottle, and when you drink it, it has a sweet, delicious, acidic, and finally bitter taste, which is exquisite. The fruity taste makes it very easy to drink. It is very easy to drink. It was extremely good 👍👍👍👍! It seems that everyone is getting this year's release as soon as they find it. It is getting more and more difficult to obtain every year. I guess I'm really a meek person 🤣.

Well, well, well, well, Akabusan's seasonal sake😍. I'm almost ready for the cherry blossoms 🤔I'm feeling SAKURA one step ahead 😁. It's a low alcohol 12 degrees and I'm enjoying it 🤣. It's a low alcohol, but it's not thin and still has a strong AKABU character. I think AKABU has a high percentage of low alcohol seasonal sake 🤔. Delicious 😋 Beautifully clear color, even after drinking, the cleanness stands out. The sweet and sourness follows it, and the fleeting feeling of it running out is spring-like, I think. I was watching the MLB season opener on TV, Mr. Otani, and before I knew it, I was drinking too much. I want to save some for tomorrow. Oh no, I almost ran out 😅 This was sold out immediately. I'm glad I got it 🙇.

This is the third year in a row I've gotten it😊👍✨ Beautiful clear sake, the aroma is also nice, reminds me of pear🍐kiwi🥝green fruits! Sip, banana, lychee, lafrance I still feel the citrus. I always wonder why it's made from rice. I always wonder 🤣. What a high level of perfection! I am very happy with the taste. Yamadanishiki 20% x Akaban Omachi 80 I personally like all of Kangiku's works, but this is the fourth one since the first one I received, I think. I think this is the fourth one since the first one I got from Kangiku. The impact made it my No. 1 favorite sake. 😋. It's still the same today............................, Kangiku's Haruhi Special yell This is No. 1! Slept under the floor for about 2 years🤣 I really like this sake ❤️ I've never had a bad experience with Kouei Kiku-san. 😁👍 The yellowish tinge from the aging process reminds me of kijo sake 😋 The acidity is gone and it's rounded out. The richness of the flavor has been enhanced and the aging process went well this time 👍 Koueikiku, it is extremely good 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

Well, well, well, today is the Doll's Festival, the Peach Festival. I opened a bottle of Momoten🍑, also known as Momoten💁. After the sizzling sound of gas escaping subsided, we opened the bottle: ‼︎ First, let's start with the top 😁. It is tangy and sweet 😋😋. It is hard to believe that it is 15 degrees Celsius, so I drank the first glass easily. ☺️ The second glass after mixing the orikiri, the sweetness is followed by the deliciousness: ☺️ I think I'm going to end up drinking too much 🤣. Well, well, well... March has come early. The end of the fiscal year. A year goes by so fast 😳 I have a little connection with Katsuyama. This sake and brewery are famous for a certain manga. It's on hiatus now? but it's still running 😢. Katsuyama has a wide range of sake from very good to very bad, This sake is in the middle of the range, so it is said to be good for everyone. It has a nice sweetness and pineapple flavor. It's not too strong and pronounced, so even those who don't like sweet sake can enjoy it, after all it's a food sake 🤔 Moreover, it's recommended to be kept at room temperature and in a cool dark place. It's not too bad even if you don't have a cellar 👍 I want you to pick it up at least once, Katsuyama. It was a great drink!

Well, well, well, well... Ippakusuisei is a first for home drinking: ‼︎ And Aizan 😊, however, it is an aged sake. It's a year and a half old and I was afraid to open the bottle. I can't smell the aged aroma 😳It has a slight yellowish color, a hint of caramel and lychee when I sip it. I bought it as an aged sake, but it would have been interesting to compare it with what I can buy now. Well, well, well... I have had the opportunity to drink a lot of Jizukin so far, but this is my first time. This is the first time for me to try this special pure sake. Gohyakumangoku, 80% Yamadanishiki, 20% Polishing ratio 60 Oh, I see. I wondered if it was a junmai ginjo with two different types of rice. I thought as I drank it 😋. Yummmm, the aroma and taste are so fruity ✨. It was so good that I really got into it and kept drinking 🤣. It was extremely ummah 👍👍👍👍!

Acid ‼︎ is soooooooo sour 😳 not disgusting so it's easy to drink 😋. Even without any snacks, it went down so fast and easy that I found it empty ‼︎ Shin Takachiyo series is good 🍶🍶.
