I don't know about the usual Ona, so I was wondering if they might be dry or not. I don't know the usual Ona, so perhaps it is dry even at this level. The aroma of the ginjo is indescribably pleasant and sweet. However, on the edge of the tongue, it feels dry.

Still, it was sharp and crisp, as if to say, "It's dry! The feeling that the wine is sharp and tight is quintessential Ona-san 😙.
We are the type of people who drink mostly by feel, so this is a perfect bottle for us. ‼️
