Today is Ona's Hiyadoroshi! This is the sake that made me fall in love with Ona and made me realize how delicious hiyayoroshi can be😄We will have it again this year.
The aroma is banana. It has a mild aroma. It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and moderate acidity that blend well with each other, and the aftertaste is crisp. At first, I felt it was too strong due to its high alcohol content, but after the second day, it became very mild and the mildness was added to make it more delicious. The taste is as good as ever. Always delicious 😄 Tochigi Ai 🥰.
I've been choosing sake by rice lately (lol)... I like other sake rice too, of course, but I think I prefer early maturing sake rice that has a nice sharpness to it 😄.
