Although it is a junmai ginjo-shu, its aroma is restrained, and it is characterized by the ginjo flavor that can be felt when drinking it. It is a sake that should be enjoyed with food rather than as a stand-alone sake.
Since we drank it at home, we could not taste it with food 😆.
This is the kind of sake you drink at a restaurant 🍶.
Ona Special Junmai Nigori Nama Shu 720ml.
Aroma and taste unique to new sake,
Nigori with smooth mouthfeel. ❤️
It has a nice sharp aftertaste with a sparkling fizz.
The balance is wonderful, and it's the first time in a long time.
A very tasty nigori ❤️
It might be the best in recent years. ☺︎
Good aroma
When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle sweetness, followed immediately by umami, alcohol and astringency.
When you finish it, the alcohol taste lingers in the mouth.
It may be good with Western food because of its fresh sweetness.
At first I thought it was sweet, but then the sweetness became less pronounced. It is far from a crisp, big, dry wine, but it is light, has a nice rice aroma, and is delicious. ⭐️4.6
Sake from the Kikunosato Sake Brewery in Tochigi Prefecture🍶.
The first mouthfeel is mild, and after that it has a nice smooth taste. The spiciness increases as you change the temperature in your mouth. I served it with steamed sake from a convenience store and gatsu ponzu vinegar. It is a delicious sake.
This is my first time drinking this Ona: ❗️
Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, the expectations are high 😊.
The aroma is fruity ❗️
The taste has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
The taste is well balanced with sweetness, acidity, bitterness, etc. ❓
I can't tell it's from Tojo after drinking only this 😅.
It had a little bit of roughness of raw sake when it was opened.
But from the 3rd day, it became milder and easier to drink 👍.
It became easy to drink👍
It's a very tasty sake with a good umami flavor 😃.
Ona Junmai Ginjo Harumi-harumi Shinshu Orikigarami
The mouthfeel is as if the alcohol content is high,
Even though it is an orikarami, it is not too sweet,
It is gorgeous, yet crisp and delicious!
I wanted to drink spring sake.
This one is very dry and refreshing!
It goes well with a variety of foods.
100% Gohyakumangoku
