After 2 holidays and 16 working days since last year, we are now on a New Year's vacation, switching places with the rest of the world.
This time, I am going to visit you with "Ona", the first "arabashiri" type I have ever seen!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a fresh and aromatic aroma of strawberries, melon, and berries.
The mouthfeel is bright, but soon after, the flavor is mellow and glossy, like berries. The slow, relaxed touch is truly elegant. The concentrated juiciness of sweet and sour astringency is as delicious as melon or grape juice filling your mouth!
However, there is no pettiness or heaviness, and the wine flows clear and pleasantly with a refreshing acidity. It is truly irresistible ✨.
I like the dryness of nigori, but the richness of arabashiri is also good!
It's been a while since I've had an "Ona" and it's intoxicating 😋.

My omikuji was a small fortune 💦Let's work hard this year and keep our feet firmly on the ground🦵💪.
Let's start with the standing aroma. The fluffy sweetness reminds me of cotton candy. The light sweetness spreads in the mouth, followed by a good amount of bitterness and crisp umami, which is typical of Ona 👍.
Hinai Jidori chicken with roast beef. The Hinai Jidori chicken is tender and rich in flavor, and the roast beef is rich and fatty with a sweet flavor.
