There is a sense of rice in the fruity. Maybe this is good as a rice in a clean middle? It would be better if the rice feeling came a little more to the fore, but it is delicious.

Let's start with the standing aroma. It smells like sweet and sour strawberries. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of rice spreads first, followed by a crisp and sharp mouthfeel with sourness.
It is served with Donko no tomo-wazu. The mochi (glutinous rice cake) texture and the unique flavor and umami of the liver, combined with this sharp sake, enhances each flavor and gives it a refreshing taste at the end. Delicious 😋
