The aroma is like whey.
When you take a sip, it has a great umami and strong flavor! It's sweet and fresh, but it feels like it stays on your tongue forever. It's like you just scooped out the wattage of a melon and ate it, or put a flavor enhancer on your tongue (????). It's like a melon with a little bit of the wattage on the tongue.
It leaves a taste on the tongue, but it's not sticky and it's a refreshing drink, so it's the kind of sake I like to drink with sushi or seafood 🍶🍣.
