As it was a spring sake drinking comparison, there was also an ogoragarami from Ona! (I received this for White Day).
This one has a nice sharpness in spite of its aroma and goes well with sashimi. It's a very smooth and easy to drink sake.
Plump, banana-like, slightly calpis-like aroma.
Milky by the bottle. Slightly banana milk.
The roundness has a fine acidity and rice flavor.
The taste is smooth and sweet, just what I wanted to drink.
It may be a little too strong to drink,
But it is unintentionally drinkable.
Taste 3.5/5
It is the aroma of Ona! It's emphasized and it's bitter or more bitter. It is very refreshing.
It is good as a food wine, but it can also be drunk on its own.
Kadoya Sake Shop February Hanpukai Sake
Yamadanishiki grown by a farmer who won the Yamadanishiki Beyond the Best Project sponsored by the Otters' brewery, polished to 17%, and stored in ice temperatures.
The ginjo aroma is more subdued than expected.
The very clear and smooth mouthfeel is followed by a delicate yet core rice flavor and sweetness, and finishes with a beautiful aftertaste.
It is amazing that the rice has so much power even though the rice is cut down so much.
The most specious of the three types of sake, Ona.
When I checked my post on Sake-no-wa, I found that I have had a surprisingly large number of opportunities to drink it, and this is my 7th time!
But this is the first time for me to drink this blue-green label.
Compared to the first two, I thought it would be fruity and deliciously sweet, but it is also dry!
My impression is that it is more mild than the other two.
Eating was the main course of the day!
Soy milk nabe and many more dishes!
I asked for udon noodles at the end of the meal!
I didn't know about this dish!
My wife said it was a little more like sudon than udon!
After dessert, we had the usual yonaki soba (buckwheat noodles) at Kyoritsu Resort!
The inn also served its own soup yakisoba, a famous dish in the Shiobara area.
I shared half of it with my wife and we were already down for the day. ⤵️
I took an open-air bath in the room and felt dreamy.
My wife gave me her consent to return tomorrow to get the Higashi rikishi, Houou Mida Aikoku, so I was able to sleep well (_ _). O○.

Hello, Shinshin SY 😃
I've heard some connoisseurs talk about Nasu Shiobara's hot spring ♨️ as the best one 🤗.
I'm looking forward to the sake shop 😋 and the private open-air bath in the room! That's great 🤗 looking forward to seeing you at the liquor store!
Good morning, Jay & Nobby. I came home quite late because I took my time to enjoy Tochigi prefecture. We got both kinds we were looking for and brought them home. Thank you very much for the introduction to the liquor store 😊.
