Husband: rice, water, yeast are all from Ishikawa prefecture. I tried it cold and it was gentle and refreshing (my wife and I have different opinions lol)👀 It seems to be better when chilled to a crisp. It is slightly effervescent and 12% alcohol and I drink it more and more! This is delicious, highly recommended 🎊 Wife: My hometown is in Ishikawa prefecture and I have always liked Tedorigawa, but I never knew it had such a cute label ✨The fizziness is only faintly noticeable and it is just soft with a gentle sweetness that lingers on the palate. Delicious! But personally, I'd prefer a sake with a more refreshing aftertaste.

Husband: found a label that didn't look like sake and bought the jackets! 👀. We first drank it cold and it tasted mellow and dry, not what the jacket said it was. I thought, "This is it!" So I heated it up and it was spot on! I had it with bread and cheese, which was also good 💪 Personally, I thought it went very well with hot sake and cheese while sipping on it! Delicious 🎊

A favorite liquor store introduced this sake as "sake that goes well with food". I drank it cold. It was very good, a little dry but also sweet and refreshing, much better than I expected! It was perfect for a 👀👏 dinner with rice 🍶 It seems to go with everything👌. It is available in supermarkets in Tochigi prefecture where we live 🙆🙆.

Husband: It seems to be a limited edition ❗️ It is more mellow than refreshing. I've chilled Houou Mita until now, but I think it tastes more flavorful if it's not too cold. It was delicious 👏.

Obtained from Matsubaya Honten in Obuse. Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture. Husband: Mellow and balanced taste, I like it a lot! When we stopped by the Matsubaya main store in Obuse, we were able to sample a cup of sake for 100 yen 👀‼️🍶 (as of November 2025). I recommend 🙆 because you can sample a variety of sakes for a reasonable price.

The drink is like drinking yogurt, in a good way! It's just delicious! The moderate fizz, the gentle mildness of the rice, and the refreshing taste are so addictive that I can't stop drinking it. I want to drink it chilled. I think it is an excellent product that both dry sake lovers and sweet sake lovers can get into!

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, although the price is high, as it is carefully made in barrels. The roku was delicious. Many nigori sake are bland, but this one has a freshness that reminds me a little of lactic acid beverages, and is mellow and flavorful, yet refreshing. Next time I want to try all the varieties at Obuse's in-house bar ✨.

トンカツとみかん
This is a nigori sake version of Hououmida Mikumari, my wife's favorite. Husband: The regular Mikumari has a refreshing taste perfect for summer, but this one has a thicker taste. I prefer this one for fall🙆🍂. Wife: It's a bit schwarzy, fruity, clean and easy to drink, but it's also mellow and has a great balance ✨It's delicious when well chilled. I like the regular Mikumari better.
