I went on a 3-day/2-night trip to Toyama and Kanazawa! I have always wanted to visit these places! I was so happy that my wish came true that I jumped up and down! I drank some of Ishikawa's local sake based on your reviews, but I personally liked Tetorigawa the best! I had a Junmai Daiginjo at an izakaya and it was so delicious.... The food in Ishikawa is also very delicious, and I was so excited that I drank too much because I had so many snacks that went well with sake, such as Kabako crab, squid, Kanazawa oden, sashimi, etc. After that, I found a bottle of Hiyayoroshi at a souvenir shop and went back to the inn and drank it again... I was already in a state of unrivaled energy! LOL! I wish I could go back to Kanazawa...it was too good!

My favorite sake! This is my first time drinking it. Junmai and Junmai Ginjo are very fruity and easy to drink, but this one is sharp and dry with a high alcohol content! I was surprised to see such a difference even in the same brand...! My husband was also surprised at the difference. This is a dangerous one if you don't drink it little by little...( -ᴗ -ᴗ -呵-呵 )Shigekiteki da wa!

This is a sake gift from a friend of mine who is like a big brother to me! Dry, crisp and mature taste! But the sake is as clear as water, and even though I personally am not very good at dry sake, I was able to drink it easily and enjoyed it! My favorite Takachiyo! It's fruity, aromatic, and although it's a draft sake, it's light and easy to drink and very delicious! I love Niigata sake ♡♡♡♡!

I had been recommended Machida sake before, so I was curious and went to the liquor store, only to find out that they were sold out immediately. I took a chance and bought it, even though they only had one bottle. (I don't always buy a bottle of sake because I like to drink a variety of local sake in small sips... lol) When I opened the bottle, there was quite a lot of pssssssssssssssssssssssssssss! I was surprised at first by the sigma! Watashii mama de nondajizake konakonakatta... I was surprised at first...! And... The first bite, what the heck is this? Is it fizzy? ...a bit acidic, but with a nice sweetness... The second sip...eek, but the aftertaste is so refreshing...what's this delicious..! My impression as a sake novice, I thought it was an interesting sake! It was mellow and just the type of sake I like. I took the plunge and bought a bottle, but it was a good decision.

I am a woman of around 40 years old who has been into Sake for the past 2 to 3 years. I love Niigata and drink only Niigata sake. I know I'm biased, but I'd like to record the sake I've drunk in various prefectures, so here's my first post... I'm still a sake novice, so I'd be happy to hear recommendations from those in the know! My favorite sake at the moment is Itaru! I was shocked when I drank it for the first time... I was shocked when I drank it for the first time... I didn't know there was such a fruity and sharp sake! I was shocked when I drank it for the first time. Personally, I find it hard to drink sake that is too dry, and I get bored with sake that is too sweet. I like cold sake, but this is really good either way, even lukewarm! It tastes good all the time! Happiness! I was drinking it with some dried squid from Niigata, so it tastes even better... bliss.
