It has been a long time since I have had this sake at home. The rice difference of Junmai Ginjo of Toyoga 😊.
I bought this one at a supermarket in Suzaka on New Year's Day. Next to Obuse. This is the only time I've seen Toyoga in this color. It is not sold at Nagano station. The price is cheap. For local consumption?
Next, we tried "Hitogokochi" with a yellow label.
It is sweet and refreshing, just like the image of Hitogokochi. It is easy to drink, so I drank it by itself at the beginning and end of a meal.
I recommend comparing these two rice varieties, as it is easy to see the difference between them.

We started with the purple labeled "Miyamanishiki".
It has a strong and bold taste. The sweetness came after that, and it was very drinkable. It was good as a food sake.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
It's a small brewery, so it seems they don't carry much of it. However, the navy blue, green and orange labels are available at the sake shop at Nagano station 😊Nagano station, near near near 😆.

It was produced in October 24.10, stored at home in ice temperature, and opened.
It is a very well-balanced sake, not too floral and moderately sharp. Delicious 😋.
Toyoka-san, I ran out of stock at home. I guess it's time to go on an expedition and replenish 😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌇.
Both Ga and Shang are delicious, so please do 😋.
Maybe this weekend I'll be in Shinshu and I can bring some home for you? 😉 😉
Yesterday we went to a sushi restaurant!
I ordered sweet, tasty, and slightly fizzy from the owner, who is from Nagano, and had my first Toyoga!
What is this deliciousness... 🤯!
It was a melt-in-your-mouth texture and an explosion of mellow flavor!
Super jackpot ‼️🎯
The first move was the stingray liver, followed by the finished sardines!
The liver type was interesting in the style that it comes on your hand: 🫴🏻
☀️
It has a very mellow sweet smell 😳
I thought the sweetness would be great ❓ and when I sipped it, the sweetness was surprisingly light. It is clean and refreshing sweetness. ☺️
It is also fresh and clear 😙.
I think it's a type of sake that you don't often find with a fragrance and a low sweetness 🤗.
Polishing ratio 59%, alcohol content 15%, Hitogochiki 100%.
When I was shopping at a liquor store, a clerk recommended this sake to another customer. I had never had it before, so I picked it up and asked the clerk if it was good. I asked the waiter again if he thought it was good, and he said yes. I was surprised and believed him. Maybe it was my imagination, but it smelled like a Nagano sake like Shinshu Kamerei or Kawanakajima Genmai. When you drink it, the sweet and sour flavor spreads to the core and finishes with bitterness. I see...it's good. I will pay attention to it in the future.
Good morning, nakopapa 😃.
Toyoga! It's one we'd like to try: ‼️
We've had Toyooka, but we haven't had a chance to try it yet 🥲We'd like to keep an eye out for it!

Today, Tennyo no Shizuku from Toyoga in Obuse, Nagano Prefecture: ❗️ and Jungin no Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-shu: ❗️❗️
The aroma is not much. A sip brings a tingling acidity on the tongue and the slightly sweet taste of junmai nama-nama no ikkatsu❗️ easy to drink, and the No. 4 bottle opened quickly - ❤️ next time I will buy it in a bottle. ⭕️
Special Junmai 🍶 bottle warmed and fired sake ✨Biyamanishiki🌾 + Hitogochi🌾.

Third glass of Banikuman 😆 Aroma 😳 Acid that awakens when you hold it in. Seme feeling and schwarziness. Tastes like white wine ✨great with sashimi wife's sesame sauce 👍 also good with bagna cauda with shinshu miso and mackerel can dip 😋.
Nagano is the name of Banikuman @ Nagano 20240905
Good evening, hoshiaki 😃.
I see you're from Nagano, Japan! I like white wines so I'd like to try it 😋I thought "speaking of Nagano" meant a restaurant recommended by hoshiaki 😅I guess it's the name of the restaurant 😆.
Thank you for your comment Jay & Nobby😊Yes, sorry for the confusion😅I drink a lot of Shang, but this was my first time with Ga and it was quite a distinctive drink. I would like to try other specs.
