Toyoga Black Label Miyamanishiki 49% Junmai Daiginjo
Rating 4.4
Alcohol: 15°, Sake: ±0, Acidity: 1.6, Nagano D yeast, Bottle warmed, Nama-zume 2024 [out of warehouse in September 2025].
It has an elegant aroma reminiscent of wasanbon. The acidity is also effective and coordinates the sweetness. Convergence feels a bit heavy. I think it is because it is a hiyaoroshi spec. It may be easy to match with relatively heavy dishes such as meat and saury.
This is a drink comparison from a souvenir store that my friend and I stopped by on our pilgrimage to Conan's sacred sites.
Slightly sweet and easy to drink!
Today, Tennyo no Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo made with Miyamanishiki from Toyoga in Obuse, Nagano Prefecture❗️❗️
The aroma is clean, fruity, and sweet❗️As you sip, there is a mellow texture on the tongue, with raw tingling and a sharp acidity coming❗️and the fruity sweet aroma leaves the nose❗️It is also a great food sake❤️
Sake from Obuse, famous for its chestnuts. The light blue label is refreshing and summery. The taste is perfect for this time of year, with a refreshing acidity that cuts through quickly.
It is said to be drier than other brands of this brand. Next time, I would like to drink it lukewarm after the fall season.
I went on a trip to Nagano.
I went to a place on the Nakamise street of Zenkoji temple and compared 6 kinds of drinks.
This one has a strong fruit flavor.
I liked this one the best.
