I happened to meet Ms. Usagi Goten🐰 at the Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival. I consulted with Usagoten🐰 about the sake to bring to the Sakai Bring Your Own Off-line Meeting to be held on the weekend, and he guided me to the Onogawa booth. I tasted it and liked it so much that I bought it. Thank you very much Usagi 😁. And I was going to bring this sake to the off-line meeting, but .... I couldn't resist and opened the bottle. I was going to bring it to the party but I couldn't resist and opened it 🙏 .... Mellow and gently matured for 2 years in refrigeration. Still it has a freshness to it. The balance between the two was delicious.

Moon after rain of my favorite drink. It is refreshing and easy to drink with a nice mouthfeel. I couldn't really feel the dryness. I drank Oroku first, so maybe I don't know how it really tastes. The picture is out of focus 🤣.

Lunch at Yamanaka Sake store in Umeda. I was disappointed to find that the rice balls made with my favorite sake rice were gone. I was curious about the ultra-low temperature aging, so here it is. I was curious about the super cold-aged sake, so I ordered this "Oroku. I have been enjoying aged sake lately, so I have high expectations for it. The aroma of the aged sake is very pleasant. It has a rich, smoky, deep flavor in the mouth. It also has a sweetness and a complex umami lingering taste that was pleasant. The lady next to me ordered another bowl of rice, so I was caught up and ordered a second bowl.

After lunch in Kyoto, thanks to Pon-chan, we found out about a sake festival at the Kyoto Takashimaya Department Store and decided to drop by. I was with my husband, who is not a drinker, so we didn't really enjoy it. I was with my husband, who does not drink, so we could not enjoy much, but when we found a bottle of Jyushiyo Kuronawa, he recommended that we should drink it because he did not know when we would encounter it again, so we went separately to taste it. I was able to taste it, though not immediately after opening the bottle, Fruity aroma like LaFrance. It has an elegant sweetness like Wasanbon (Japanese three-bean cake). The bitterness that comes out at the end was a nice touch. This black rope is also made with the "secret tamagase" technique.

Limited to 1000 bottles. The back de-robbit. There is no other choice but to buy it. I am excited to drink it. The aroma is fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel small bits and pieces of it bouncing around in your mouth. I was impressed by the beautiful acidity, which I have never felt before. I liked the balance between the sweetness and the LaFrance-like sweetness. On the second day, I couldn't feel the petitiveness as much, but overall it was calm and tasty.

I was looking forward to drinking the Purple Space Diamond Label. I had purchased it a long time ago and finally got to drink it. I couldn't help but grin at the deliciousness of this sake brewed with Iwate sake rice "Yunokou" and Ozirinal yeast "Giovanni no Chikara" 😁. The umami and the sweetness without any unpleasant taste was so delicious that I ended up drinking too much 😆.

When I was suffering from taste disorder, alcohol tasted like water with a faint sweet taste, I didn't want to drink it because it tasted so bad. I felt so bad that I gave up participating in events I wanted to go to because I didn't feel comfortable tasting alcohol in this condition. The sales staff of Yonesuru, who were familiar with this sake at the department store, gave me a variety of samples. The sales staff of Yoneshaku let me taste various kinds of sake, and I was able to confirm the taste of the sake, so I bought it. It has a robust taste of sake yeast yeast yeast. I was very thankful for it.

I tasted it at Takashimaya and liked it so much I bought it. It had a delicious aroma like ripe pears that did not mind the high alcohol content of 17+ degrees. I was enjoying the drink at the time, but due to the corona I contracted from an acquaintance at the end of February, I am still suffering from taste and smell disorders as an aftereffect even now that the fever has broken. The sake was quickly consumed by my sake-loving wife. My daughter, who returned safely from LA, was heartbroken at the news of the fire.

NOMANNE x ROMANCING SAGA "Final Emperor Ko-Imari Cup Sake" This Aritayaki cup sake contains Junmai sake made from Saga Prefecture's Saga no Hana (flower of Saga). The aroma is melon and the taste is crisp. I did not feel much change in taste from what I drank before.
