I finally decided to open a bottle of this sake that had been waiting in the cellar.
The glass still has thin bubbles on it.

It was a pity that the sharp acidity typical of Niimasa rounded out too much and gave a somewhat blurred impression.

Sakai Bring Your Own Off-line Meeting
It was fun to participate in an off-line meeting after a long time, organized by Umaumai-san.
I decided to bring my own sake instead, which I tasted at a department store event and liked and purchased.
Compared to the other specs, I think it had a more robust overall flavor and a sense of maturity. I like the sound of "limited edition".
Each of the sakes that everyone brought had their own feelings in them,
