I went to the Japanese Sake Festival. At the venue, Uma-san and Yasube-san were there as staff members. Both of them were very cool. There was a long line for "Saku". We were allowed to line up and sample various kinds of sake. I really liked the mellow flavor of IMPRESSION-M (M for Megumi no Tomo of Enochi). The IMPRESSION-G (G of Genochi no Tomo no G) was I didn't like it because of its acidity.

At Yotterette, a direct produce market in Wakayama, Japan. I went to three markets to buy chestnuts and persimmons. I went to three produce markets and bought chestnuts🌰 and persimmons; I went in early October, so the persimmons did not seem to be in season yet. I was happy to see that the fish was cheap and fresh. I received saba-zushi (mackerel sushi) as a gift from Kyoto, so I decided to match the Pacific Ocean at Sandesi. It has a clear and refreshing taste. It had a refreshing taste, but it also had a delicious flavor that went well with the mackerel sushi. Sake from Wakayama with mackerel sushi from Kyoto. Not bad.

Olive oil 🫒 to go with the kamaboko. My son gave me this as a gift, but it didn't come with the kamaboko from Suzuhiro, so I didn't get a chance to taste it until later. I wanted to drink it with Kihotsuru. The Tsumugi series. It had a soft sweetness, juicy green apple-like flavor and spread The acidity was well-balanced.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. In the fall, I want to drink Yonetsuru. It has a clear dry taste with a good umami. It has a good umami taste. On the second day, the corners are removed and the umami is even more pronounced. I drank too much. It went well with sweetfish and squid sashimi.

It contains raw Akutobata fish. I decided to have lunch, attracted by the "raw akuto fish in it". It was just after the lunch break, so I asked for yamori without hesitation. The aroma, rich flavor, and acidity of the fresh fruit in the middle seemed to reset the rich flavor and oiliness of the Akuto fish, and I finished the dish. It was an unexpectedly wonderful lunch 😊.

The last Expo I visited several times was the last one I was able to go to with Mr. Umai. Otters were quietly displayed and sold next to the Austrian Pavilion's concession stand. The musical score on the label 🎼. He explained that the sake was brewed while listening to Johann Schüttlaus' "Waltz on the Cove". Afterwards, I was lucky enough to be allowed to taste it. Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio: 23 Delicate Clear and transparent taste typical of Otters. It is interesting to see how the music influences the taste 🎵.

This is the first Murayu I was able to drink at home. Unlike its image, it has a free-spirited taste with sweet and sour flavors that spread lightly. It is like a wine. On the second day, it has a softness like a pear, and the yankiness felt on the first day seems to have calmed down. The taste was unexpected for me, but I would like to repeat it. The locally grown peanuts 🥜 that I buy every year at the JA's weekly vegetable sale turned out to be delicious. Boiled in salt went well with Murayu.

The Sennenichi Sake Brewery in Awaji City, the hometown of Hanshin Tigers player Chikamoto, was a stop on a one-day bus tour from the local community association. His mother works at the brewery. There were many goods of Chikamoto's in the brewery. If we had not been in a group, we could have tasted the sake more slowly. It is a pity. We bought a limited quantity of hiyaoroshi. I bought it. It is strong, rich and dry. I liked its rich umami. It is the perfect sake to go with the autumn swordfish. I participated in this bus trip for the first time because I was playing a role in the community association, and I was glad to have met sake that I did not know about. It was good.

I received this from a friend in Hiroshima as a birthday gift. It is a very great drunken heart. It is a slightly dry, mellow sake with a gorgeous green apple-like aroma and a delicious deep flavor at 17 degrees alcohol by volume. I am thankful that I don't buy it myself.

It has a nice balance of sweetness, thickness, and a hint of sourness. It is easy to drink and delicious. It is light with a slight gaseous feeling. On the second day, the aroma becomes mild, The second day, the aroma becomes milder and the sweetness becomes rounder and richer. This is also my favorite flavor.

The day before my husband's birthday, we had a joint birthday party in Kyoto. My mother and husband share the same birthday, but this year my sister celebrated her birthday with my mother, so for the first time in a long time, my husband and I spent time together. We had wine without sake for dinner. The next day we went to Matsuo-taisha shrine, which is famous as the "god of sake brewing. I would be happy if I could drink good sake all the time. Back home, I opened a bottle of this sake I bought at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. I tasted many different kinds and liked it. It has a fruity aroma despite the retro label. It reminds me of white wine. I liked the balance of firm rice flavor, acidity and sweetness. On the second day, the fruity part of the aroma calmed down, and the overall roundness of the wine brought out the full flavor of the rice. I think this is the first time I have tasted Shiga Watabune No. 2 sake rice.

I bought it after tasting it at a department store in Umeda. It is a sake brewing company that started business in 2014 as DHC Koguro Sake Brewery, which was surprising since DHC has an image of cosmetics. The alcohol content is 17%, which makes it a bit on the dry side, but the undisclosed acidity level is moderate, It went well with roast chicken (🍗).

My daughter returned home for the first time in a year and a half. I had prepared a bottle of plum wine for her because she loves plum wine. A BBQ was held at Wakata and Yuki's house and I attended. It had been years since I had been to a real BBQ, and I was completely excited. The snacks made by Wakata were delicious. There were 6 of us, Mr. and Mrs. Wakata, Uma Uma Uma, Maru, special guest bouken, and myself. For a detailed review of the drinks, please refer to bouken's article. I forgot how old I am and lost my memory during the drink. I was completely taken care of by the Wakata family. Thank you very much. It had been a long time since I brought my own Tobiroki, but it was easy to drink because it had a wash effect even at the BBQ.

A very small production of only 200 kilograms. I thought it was a sake made with lily flower yeast, but it was a sake brewed by Mr. Yuri Inoue, the toji (master brewer)! Rice used: Yamadanishiki Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 58 You can feel the umami of rice right from the start. It is my favorite sake with moderate sweetness and a good balance with acidity. On the second day, the round sweetness increased. It went well with bonito tataki.

Check-in 666 I couldn't get No. 6 for a long time. I finally decided to open a bottle of this sake that had been waiting in the cellar. The glass still has thin bubbles on it. It still has thin bubbles in the glass and feels a bit chippy. But the fresh acidity and fruitiness has calmed down too much, and the sweetness is all over the place. It was a pity that the sharp acidity typical of Niimasa rounded out too much and gave a somewhat blurred impression. However, it was not that it was not tasty, but the creamy texture was precious. However, I feel that it would have been better to drink it a little earlier at our house. It went better with pizza topped with shiso than with Japanese food.
