If you wish, you will meet someone 🥹. The other day on my tour of liquor stores, I was casually looking at the refrigerator at Mekada Sake Shop when I felt a presence 🤔I stopped and my eyes stopped at...hmmm? That Mr. Shinomine🫢⁉️ I rubbed my eyes and checked again 👀 Are you Shigemasu? Or...yes! I asked Nopie to check too, but this was definitely Shinomine-san: ‼️ I really wanted to buy Rokumaru 😅I've been into dry sake lately 🤗but I didn't know that this is the No.1 most popular sake 🍶 among Shinomine's many lineup 😊. I'll make love to you on Shinmasa day 🤭! I love it when I take a sip and feel a strong acidity in the clean but heavy texture of the sake ☺️ As I continue to drink, this acidity balances out the overall flavor and is a perfect combination of umami and spiciness😍This is delicious 😋 but I feel like I'm getting drunk too fast 😚. I was able to enjoy this long-awaited encounter 😌. And the third picture! I put the labels of Shigemasu and Shinomine side by side 🙄. How do you like it⁉️You can't go wrong 🤣 So, please look forward to the next article, "Shigemasu's ambition sneaks up on Shinomine" 👋.

I'm a little behind on posting 😅This is the first of three bottles I drank this week... It's been a while since I had my 7th bottle of Masayo ‼️ Now that I think about it, maybe this is the first Masayo we had 🙄 Maybe it was fresh then and this time it's fire-roasted 🤔. I'll make love to you The aroma is not so strong... And when I took a sip, I couldn't help but hear the harmony of "Wow 😳umamaii🤩" 🎶 echoing through the J&N house🤗. The mouthfeel is light and pleasant, with a slight sweetness, but at the same time it has a nice acidity and a hint of bitterness that gives it a nice kick from the umami 😋 It's well-balanced and this is delicious ‼️ This is the core of Masayo's series 👍. Gekka🌕 means moonlight in the Yamato language, but we divided it into two days, Monday and Tuesday, to make it rhyme 😆. By the way, the other day, during our tour from the dealer to the liquor store 🚗, it was just lunch time and we decided to eat out for the first time in a while! We went into CoCo Ichi, which we happened to see while driving 🤗They had take-out, but this was our first time to eat at a restaurant😄We both ordered the Summer Veggie Spice Curry 😙Jay and I ordered the Summer Veggie Spice Curry 🍛! The aroma of the spices wafting through the air is irresistible 😌It's been a long time since I've had CoCo Ichi-Curry 👍.

I see that today is 6/6 and it is New Government Day! Then we too ⁉️ I fell in love with Kinkonkan when I saw Aladdin's post about a month ago😍I had a sudden urge to drink it ‼️ I found it for sale at the store the other day 😊I found another label in the fridge at first, but when Jay muttered 'I wanted sake future...', there it was! and Nobby. This one was on the shelf at room temperature🤗. I've had it outside a few times, but this will be my first time drinking it at home😊. I'll make love to you The aroma is slightly fruity 😌. I'm sure you'll love it 😌 The aroma is slightly fruity 😌 and when you take a sip, you'll find that it's very smooth to drink with a nice aftertaste 😋 I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did 😚 I'm sure you will too! Time goes back, on this day, the TV broadcast of Yamamoto-kun starting ⚾️Dodgers game 🏟️ was scheduled to start at 11:00am, so I started walking before 9:00am to coincide with the broadcast! When I raised the second bottle of Abekan last month, Ryupapa and Kurimomo recommended me to drink🤗 the goldfish label of summer sake: ‼️ Nobby looked for it! And we found it😄! Nobby! Well done 🎉! Miyagi sake from Tochigi sake! I'll make love to you! One sip and you'll see... a clean, refreshing swirl of deliciousness ‼️ Yes, it's delicious 😋! And this day, I paired it with Asanoya's 😍If you have this, you don't need anything else 🥹. I drank it all up like I was sucking in a swimming goldfish 🌀 but don't worry, the empty bottle was filled with goldfish! There was still a goldfish left in the empty bottle 😉. By the way, last weekend. We were supposed to go to Chiba to visit my father, but on Friday we received a letter about a recall on Jay's car 🚙 and the contents said "there is a defect in the program related to steering wheel operation and in the worst case scenario, the steering wheel may become inoperable" 😕...no, like at high speed. I was afraid of steering wheel when I was driving 😱 so I decided to leave my car at the dealership overnight since it was the time of inspection. So we decided to leave the car at the dealership for a night because it was time to have it inspected. Well, we got a good deal on the car, so it's all good 👍

Here's another Tochigi sake: ‼️ At the Mashiko pottery fair we went to in GW, we stopped by Okada Sake Shop on the way to Mashiko Station😊As I wrote in a previous post, it is a sake shop with a wonderful wife who encourages us to try more and more sake 👍She even offered us two bottles to open our mouths and my son was tipsy 😚. The wife is a dry wine maker! Miyamanishiki 🤗. It was an unusual route to buy Nozomu-san and carry him on my back before going to Sotaike 😅. I'll make love to you The aroma doesn't taste sweet 😌. I love the aroma, but it doesn't taste sweet 😌! It's a beautiful sip 😋 but it's not dry 😚 it's a food sake with sweetness and umami combined with a slight acidity that makes it go down smoothly 😊. It's also good heated, but I drank it all cold 🍶. I was looking at the fridge when I arrived at a liquor store far from here ‼️ and found a regular Gin Kame 😳 I was excited for a moment but when I saw the price I decided to pass on it 😆 But I got Yamae Nishiki 🐢 instead 👍and found the other one I was looking for too! I got a good deal as you can see in the picture 😉. 4 Tochigi Ai 🥰 in a row!

Tochigi sake to follow😊. In the Kumamoto Off-line Meeting post by Tomo-san about 2 months ago, he and honda-san were strongly recommending Nanamizu's Omachi ‼️ as outstandingly delicious! For some reason we had never had a chance to try it 🥲 so we had to bring it to our fridge 😙. And here is the third bottle of sake that I had in my backpack as a candidate for the "Kiri Number" 🤗. And here's a sudden J&N Queue 🔔. This is a close-up photo of the left side taken at the sake photo spot 😆 Anyone else think it looks familiar 🤔? Now, what kind of sake is this and how similar is it to the photo I posted on ⁉️ If you can figure it out, you're a J&N connoisseur 🤣. I'm going to make love to you! I will make love to you with all my heart The aroma is fruity and sweet ☺️ The first sip has a nice spread of umami 😋 and then a little bit of dry acidity blends in 😚 very juicy and delicious ‼️ I see what you mean, this is a delicious bottle with a lot of "Omachi feeling" 🤗. I love Tochigi, which I learned from Kumamoto 🥰. The correct answer to the quiz was 400CI's Mida-san. ‼️ It's the same angle of view as then 🥹.

Yes, the 501st bottle is also Tochigi sake 🥰. Actually, there were 3 Tochigi sake candidates for the 500 in, and one of them was this one, Ona-san: ‼️ I packed those 3 bottles in my backpack so that I could go to any of them and bring them to the walking location😄. So here is a picture of Ona-san taken outside too😊The yellow-green color of the label on this one blends in with the forest🌳😌. So, as you can see in the picture on the right, we compared Yumesasara with Nikko Honor 👍. Yumesasara, an original Tochigi Prefecture rice variety, has Yamadanishiki as its mother and T Sake 25 as its father! We have a lot of love for Tochigi 😆. I'll make love to you with all my heart but I'm a little late in getting this up, it's from last Sunday😅. Here you go 🤗 I'm going to try this one! This one is also fruity and sweet, but the Ona is lighter and more refreshing 😋. Nikko Honor and Ona are both fruity and delicious 😍I guess if I had to compare the difference between them, Nikko Honor is like a pineapple 🍍 and Ona is like a melon 🍈🤔. Jay could clearly feel the difference when he tasted the sake with his eyes open 😚honmakaina Come on! We are starting again from the turnaround point for the big 1000 check-in ✅😄 Tochigi love from the great land 🥰.

It's finally here: ‼️ J&N's memorable 500th check-in is also the 100th bottle of Tochigi sake, which is also memorable 🤗. I knew I was going to get it from among the Tochigi sake 😊. I went to buy Nikko Homare👍 after reading the posts by bouken, Nemuchi and Mamio. I took this picture in the park where we always walk together as we did for the 400th anniversary! What a nice photo 😙. I'll make love to you with a toast to "500 times congratulations! The aroma is like a gorgeous 🍍! When I take a sip, wow😳This one has a solid flavor and a lingering sweet and bitter aftertaste. ☺️ I thought it would be more refreshing, but it's fruity and delicious 😋. I started sakéwa in late 2021 and it's been about 2.5 years! I never thought I'd make 500 posts 😅 but thanks to the connections I've made with everyone on sakewa, I've made it this far 🥹. When I finally got here, I was impressed once again by all the legends who have posted more than 1000 posts 😌. About half of the 100 bottles of Tochigi sake are Senkou & Bida! I've been drinking others, but there are still many brands I haven't tasted yet, so I'll continue to devote myself to the Tochigi Sake Road 😤. The Tochigi love continues 🥰!

A little late in posting 😅I had a drink on Friday 🤗. Following Semishigure by the Sea of Turtles, we will be having Koei Kiku's Twilight Orange 🍊 for the third consecutive year! This one has a good reputation with the sake and we want to drink it every year. ☺️ I'll make love to you The aroma is sweet and fruity with high expectations☺️ I'm going to drink this every year...! I wonder why it has such an orange 🍊 feeling 😚 and I feel like I talk about the same thing every year 😅I don't know the answer 😆. The sweet and sourness is so sweet and juicy, and then the bitterness comes and it's like orange greefle 🥹No, it's really good 😋It was 14 degrees on Friday, so it went away quickly and easily 😁. What was left was............................................................J&N twilight with a cup of tea 🍵 and a sip of sake 🌆. And speaking of twilight, here's the latest 🏟️Dodgers😑. We lost again this morning, our fourth straight loss 😫. It's a relief that Otani got his first hit ⚾️ in 10 at bats 😮‍💨 and even though he has a leg injury, he still made it to third base 👍 but I'm worried about tomorrow and the rest of the day 😟. And tomorrow, Yamamoto-kun will be starting‼️I can't watch TV at midnight and I'm under a lot of pressure after back-to-back losses, but hang in there 👋

The second bottle of Abekan-san: ‼️ We drank the first bottle a while ago and were so impressed with its taste 🥹 that Nobby immediately got the second bottle of Abekan 🤗. This one is a real dry wine! I'll make love to you Not much aroma 🤔. Jay felt a slight sweetness when he took a sip, but Nobby said this one is really dry 😄. I switched from Mutsu Hachisen, so there was a big swing from sweet to spicy 😅. In any case, it's a good food sake with a clean and crisp mouthfeel and umami flavor 😋. On this day, we had soba noodles, yakitori, mini sushi, and a wide variety of other dishes! I enjoyed eating and drinking Mutsu Hachisen with the yakitori and Abekan with the sushi and soba noodles 😄. By the way, did anyone see "Let Snow Man do it" on TV📺 last night? They were competing to see if they could kankopi the choreography of a dance in 3 minutes ⁉️. The adaptability of young people who dance regularly is really amazing ‼️ and we watched it for 2 hours, laughing and admiring the performance 😆. I think it would take us 3 months to learn it 😅and maybe 3 days to forget it 🤣.

On Tuesday, I had a long meeting and was going to be home late, so I said to Nobby, "Go ahead and eat! I sent a line to Nobby and he replied "I'll worry if you don't raise sakekawa 🤔I was thinking of drinking it today 😋" ‼️ Nobby is a person who thinks about Sake-no-wa as the center of his life 😆 If that's the case, I have to hurry 😤 and I finished my work with a full head and left the office and went home 💨 as if running away. You can do it if you try 😆. I've got to make a quick decision on what to drink, so I look in the fridge and decide on Mutsu Hachisen Red Label that caught my eye. I'll make love to you! The red label made me think of a dry sake, but the aroma is kind of gorgeous and sweet ☺️ I took a sip and found it to be very fresh! Sweet but not dull, fruity, light, sweet and bitter delicious‼️ Thinking back... I felt like I've had this before 😊I looked back at my review and saw that I had a fire-brewed bottle at last summer's Kenmin Kai. When I looked at my summary review, I saw "with Tsumami 😊" No, that's all ⁉️ messy~~! I looked at Kotori's review and she said "sweet and fruity, with a gorgeous fruity impression".....................................great work 👍 I wrote it down correctly this time, so it is firmly etched in my memory that Mutsu Hachisen red is sweet and fruity 😚.

This past week was a tough training week, as Jay had his checkup 🏥 on Friday and Nobby went out to filial piety🌹 for his mother from Friday, so we ended up not drinking for 6 days from Monday to Saturday😓. ☹️ We will meet again on Sunday and have a long awaited feast 🤗. After looking at the fridge and trying to decide which one to try, we decided on this one, which has three young buds challenging the toji for a generational change: ‼️ It's a bottle of three buds aiming for the future👍. I'll make love to you I think it's easy to drink and medium-hot 🙂 The sweetness increases with each sip 🤔, but it's delicious without being dull 😋. It's not enough for our taste buds to evaluate whether or not this is a success or not 😆. By the way, I'm late to post this episode because I haven't had a drink in 6 days 😅. We returned to Utsunomiya station from Mashiko and decided to go somewhere! My daughter's quick and efficient action is a big help at times like this 😄 We quickly found a restaurant and went in! The horse sashimi and yakitori were delicious 😚. After leaving the restaurant, my son asked for Chinese food, so we went to a Chinese izakaya and drank Shaoxing sake for the first time in a while along with some snacks 😋. Ahhh...! It was a day of walking a lot, eating a lot, and drinking a little! It was fun 🥰.

I've been wanting to drink Shinoho 🤔 now that I think about it, it's a totally different kanji, but I bought it by mistake😅. So this is my first time at Shigemasu 🤗. Make no mistake about it guys 😉. I'll make love to you without any information at all 😆 I'll make love to you Yes, the aroma is sweet ☺️ I'll take a sip...! Sweet? Or is it bitter? It's mild on the palate, but it's quite bitter, and at first we both agreed that it's bitter 😗. But as we drank more and more, we could feel the bitterness moderately 😚 We said we would drink it slowly, but it was so good that we finished it right away 😋. Now, let's continue our GW Mashiko walking tour: ‼️ After leaving Okada Sake Brewery, we walked for about 20 minutes in the heat ☀️ with no one else on the road 💦family of four 🥵 and finally reached Sotaike Brewery 😮‍💨 After entering and looking around, we tasted three bottles of Sanbana! The first was the sweet "Hana-Sanran" with apple aroma, followed by the sour "Howa Howa" that we had previously enjoyed, and finally the "Honjozo" which was served warm and was all delicious! We didn't buy anything at the pottery market, but my daughter somehow bought two boar cups and gave them to me as a gift 🥹. Now let's go back to Utsunomiya and finish up ‼️ and we were off on our way again 🤗.

I've been drinking all through the GW period 😅I had to rest my liver for 3 days from Tuesday to Thursday 😑. And the one I've been waiting for on Friday ‼️ was the one recommended by kino. and also drunk by bouken 🤗Sansenzori's fragrant Shiboritate. I've been wanting to drink it for a long time and finally managed to get my hands on it during a long-distance 🚙 izakaya tour the other day👍. I'll make love to you with delicious sashimi from Asanoya I'll love it with Asanoya's delicious sashimi! I love it ♬! It's fruity 🍎🍏 and fragrant 👌 and bouken is right, it's sharp and spicy with a hint of sweetness 😍If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "ummai" 😚. I can't tell you how many times I've said it's good 😁Yeah, Sanzenmori is the best 🥹. Let's continue our GW Mashiko stroll! On the way to Mashiko station, we found Okada Sake Brewery ‼️ and peeked inside to find a fridge full of Nozomosan 😍The owner's wife came out and started tasting the sake, saying "Even if I explain it with my mouth, you won't understand unless you drink it". I knew I couldn't leave empty-handed after drinking so much 🤔I knew I could only buy Sanbana at Sotaike Shuzo, so I got Nozomu's Miyamanishiki, which the wife said was dry 👍and went back to Sotaike.

When the cicadas are lined up at the liquor store, it feels like summer ☀️ is finally here 😊. J&N will be having it for the third consecutive season here‼️ Well, let's see how it goes this year🤗. I'll make love to you I take a sip and it's like this 😙 this this this this ❗️ this is the acidity ‼️ And the more you drink, the more delicious it becomes, and it tastes just perfect 😋. It's like a Japanese style white wine and it's just delicious😊I may have to get another bottle of this🤗. Now, let's look back on J&N's GW 😌. We arrived there around 10:00 a.m. and the place was already crowded with people, including many foreigners! We looked around the stores along the road, but to the untrained eye, they all looked the same 😅I couldn't tell the difference between them and the hundred-yen shops 😆. But it was a hot day 🥵 so we went early to a restaurant ‼️ with a nice breeze on the terrace 😌 and had a beer for lunch 🍺 and a roast beef bowl that was delicious 😋. After leaving there, the four of us went for a stroll in the direction of Mashiko Station! My son is a bit more talkative now that he has a little alcohol in him 😚 and my daughter and I enjoy talking together 🥹 We continue walking past the pottery market area. About two weeks ago. Nobby, who had business in the Tochigi City area, asked me, "I'm stopping by Ouada Sake Shop tomorrow, is there anything I can buy? So I was looking at what they were selling, and I found Abe Kan: ‼️ I told him that there was one thing I was interested in, but I didn't tell him what it was. Then the next afternoon, I received a LINE with a picture of Mr. Kan Abe saying, "I got it at Ohwada! What? How did you know? ⁉️ and he replied "I understand about alcohol 😊" 😆 That's just great👍! So my son came home that day and we had a family party for the first time in a long time🤗. This one I sent a comment to some people that they would like to try it 📝. Pale, dry, light nigori by mayu Tangy and dry with a touch of calpis by pyonpyon Delicious with seafood by Lara's Sake Yes, it is! It's exactly the kind of flavor that makes it so delicious 😋 I'm sure I'll be back for more! By the way, a story from GW My daughter wants to play golf! So we went to a golf club for the first time in 3 years ‼️ I wanted to go for a nice shot 🏌️‍♀️ with father and daughter but.................................................my body was so stiff that I couldn't hit the ball at all 😅 My daughter was a beginner 🔰, but after a little instruction, she started to hit it and was making good hits in the second half of the game👍.

I came across this one at Saito Sake Shop, which I visited in search of Abe-chan💚! The red string on the label, which is the mark of the last bottle, and the words "Super limited light nigori" caught my attention 🤩 without any prior information input 😅I picked it up with no doubt 🤗. I'm sure you'll love it 😌. I'll make love to you The aroma is fruity and smells like something I've smelled before 🤔 but I don't know what it is. When you take a bite, it's juicy and sweet 😋Sweet, but refreshing and delicious ☺️ And what did we have with us on this day? My daughter, who came back from Ichikawa with me, brought a takoyaki plate and we had a 🐙takopa🌕🥳‼️ We're not used to this 😅Noby prepared all the ingredients and the three of us had a lot of fun working together🤗. The first one was a la la la, but it started to take shape and it was good👍The second one had kimchi, cheese, and other ingredients, and we even had fun making a baked Neapolitan in the holes we left 😄. I named it "Yapori" (baked Napoli) and it was really delicious 😋. We had a delicious dinner at Wakamusume with takoyaki and yapori ‼️ both were fun and tasty 😊.

I was unable to log in from Saturday until noon today 😱I checked with the management and they said I needed to restart the app 😭I was shaking with fear all day wondering if my J&N records would be lost 😭I just got back safely 😨😮‍💨 So here's the story of the weekend Saturday 2 weeks ago...ok! I wanted to get some Abee-chan 💚 and decided to take a leisurely drive to a liquor store about 40 km north of here to the "Saito Sake Shop" 🚙. But to my surprise, ⁉️ was sold out of Abé-chan💚😓I couldn't give up at this point😤, so I moved 80km south from there! There I got the remaining 2 bottles of Abé-chan 💚 without any problem 👍Then I drove another 60km to get home 🚙That's a total of 180km drive and I got it, so I wasn't tired 😉. So we opened the bottle of Abe-chan 💚🤗. It's green, which is my first choice together with T.KISO! It's sure to be good even before you drink it 😋. Good! Last year I couldn't convey the taste in words, so this year I'll show you what I can do 😤 even at J&N: ‼️ Now, take a sip... Woohoo😳Yummmm~😍 I think it's sweeter than last year, but it tastes just like you wrote 😊. Oh, ⁉️ again all I can say is yummy 😆.

A bottle Nobby brought me for a dry Tochigi sake: ‼️ It's been a while since I had a HADE MATSUKOTO a long time ago 🤗. I just got back from Ichikawa and had a relaxing drink at home😙. I'll make love to you! I'm going to make love to you! It's delicious! It's very comfortable to drink and has a great flavor and sharpness 😚. It's not a fruity modern dry wine, it's spicy, but it's not heavy, it's kind of 🤔 very supple 🥹It's a bottle that will make you drink more and more 🤗. By the way, a story about Monday in GW Ichikawa On this day, J&N & my daughter and Jay's sister celebrated Jay's father's US jubilee ㊗️ with Jay's father in a wheelchair and went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar) that Jay had been to before ‼️ but unfortunately his son was not attending due to a cold 😢. This is a very reasonable izakaya where the price is 680 yen for a bottle of Jyushiyo, but they were out of it that day 😓 We had Bakuren => Daishichi => Hakkaizan 😋. I asked my father, who used to be a top salesman, "Didn't you used to go to this kind of izakaya a lot in the old days?" He replied "Oh, it used to be a higher grade 🤔"...but we all laughed 🤣. We couldn't stay too long because I get tired easily, but I'm glad we were able to celebrate 🤗Thanks to my sister who takes care of me everyday 🥹. Thanks to everyone Tochigi love 🥰.

In the first half of GW, we both came to my father's place in Ichikawa on Sunday! We didn't plan to drink much that day, but 🤔Jay, my sister and I went shopping for dinner and while we were buying snacks, I had a sudden urge to drink 😁I figured since we were in Chiba, we should go to Narumi 🤗, so we went to a nearby liquor store! We went to a nearby liquor store 🤗 and among several bottles, a "limited edition of 600" caught our eye and we brought this one along👍. A little too much information about this limited edition bottle 😅. My daughter joined us and the party started 😙. The first sip has a slight sweetness with a sharp acidity and a slight bubbly taste! No, this is a white wine 😳. It wasn't the best snack of the day 😅 it was 13 degrees and gone in no time 😋. By the way, talking about my daughter's recent addiction. Inspired by a handsome gaijin she happened to meet 😆 My daughter is suddenly motivated to learn English conversation ‼️ Jay also had a hard time at first at his current company 😫 but it's hard for people to do that unless they are forced into a situation where they have no choice 😤. In my daughter's case, curiosity got the better of her 😅but she's working really hard now 👍I hope she manages to keep going 😌. I think she would grow up a lot if she had an overseas boyfriend or something 😉.
