Almost no gassiness, just a strong sweet flavor 😋.
The acidity is not too sharp, and the aftertaste is short and clean.

I opened the new one at Manwith Live 🐺 in February and finally opened last year's one💦.
Compared to the one from the live show, it's a little less spicy and sour and a little more sweet.
Maybe it's because it's been sitting for a while, but it doesn't have any horns.
Still a shuwashu rice champagne 🍾.
The rice is still very sweet!

Sake from a small local sake brewery 🍶.
Junmai Daiginjo, low alcohol, clean sake but with a robust rice flavor, refreshing dry aftertaste, good as a food sake (P.S.U.M.)

Sake brewed with "Hitomebore" from Kogota Agriculture and Forestry High School in Miyagi Prefecture
The brewer is Kawatakei Shoten who brews "Koganezawa", a delicious Yamahai sake in the same town 😊.
Our eldest and second daughters are also enrolled in the same high school😅.
It has a mild sweetness from the rice and a clean, slightly dry taste.
It makes me want to drink more and more!

It's been a while since I've posted here, but I've been slacking off a bit 💦 As you say, it tastes even better when the rice is grown by the kids👍and maybe Miyagi makes a lot of sake from rice.
