Slightly effervescent and refreshing but with a robust flavor and taste, it's not light but for some reason it's a dangerous one that goes down easy (P.S.U.M.).
It's really a "hodenasu" 😅

This is my favorite one among Hakurakusei 😊.
The fresh aroma fills the mouth and the beautiful acidity is pleasant.
It is a refreshing sake that is rich with grapes but does not feel heavy at all.
