Memorandum It looks like a classic type, but it's not. Slightly effervescent and refreshing but with a robust flavor and taste, it's not light but for some reason it's a dangerous one that goes down easy (P.S.U.M.). It's really a "hodenasu" 😅 Personal rating 7.5/10 points

Memorandum The only original sake in the Hakurakusei series This is my favorite one among Hakurakusei 😊. The fresh aroma fills the mouth and the beautiful acidity is pleasant. It is a refreshing sake that is rich with grapes but does not feel heavy at all. Personal rating 8.5/10 points

NEW BORN🤤 in the sake future, which is my favorite of all the Red Tube The year before last and last year, the bottle was opened at a campsite in Akita Prefecture, but this year I didn't have time to go 😅 at home on "Sake Day". Still fresh Pichishuwa! Beautiful sake quality, as always, clean but mellow, sweet and delicious 🤤. Not too light, not too heavy, perfectly balanced, almost no bitterness, and gone in no time at all ἤ! Personal rating: 9.0/10 points
