NEW BORN🤤 in the sake future, which is my favorite of all the Red Tube
The year before last and last year, the bottle was opened at a campsite in Akita Prefecture, but this year I didn't have time to go 😅 at home on "Sake Day".
Still fresh Pichishuwa!
Beautiful sake quality, as always, clean but mellow, sweet and delicious 🤤.
Not too light, not too heavy, perfectly balanced, almost no bitterness, and gone in no time at all ἤ!

Muscat type sweet and fruity, not all sweetness, but the slight aliveness and spiciness in the second half...yum!

This sake is brewed with a fantastic rice called "Sawanohana" that is not available to the general public and is said to have "Kame-no-o", "Aikoku", and "Asahi" as its ancestors.
This rice is produced in the Miyazawa district of Obanazawa City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is a sister city to the area where I live 😊.
It has a sweet and gorgeous aroma and a soft and robust sweet and savory taste in the mouth.

I feel sweetness at first, but the spiciness comes in the second half 👍The flavor is strong and even when the temperature rises, it is not sticky and has a good sharpness.

I have been longing for this "Masayo" 😆.
I bought this one because it is the standard of Gagakuyo.
The aroma is not too loud and calm.
The gasiness is stronger than I expected. I thought it was a bit watery on the first day of opening the bottle, but after the second day, the watery taste was gone as the flavor came through 😊.
The clear acidity and refreshing sweetness of the muscat type make it easy to pair with anything, and it's a great food wine.

This is the third Purple Space 😊.
The aroma is mild, umakuchi type with a little bit of alu feeling.
The acidity is just right, and it finishes just before it gets too sticky and heavy.
I'm sure it's delicious, but I have too strong an impression of how good the first Sakura label was 💦.

The sweetness is moderate and the balance between acidity and bitterness is excellent.
