Sogapale was available in a set of three sold on line by Masaruya @ Tamapura.
The other is Mitsuo Yamakawa - Miyazumi.
The name says that it was brewed using the raw yeast method, which was the mainstream method 100 years ago.
This is a white wine. If you don't drink it thinking it is sake, you won't recognize it at all.
As expected of Obuse Winery.
It also went well with sushi.
