Yamagata Prefecture Takagi Shuzo Jyushiyo Nakadori Akaban Omachi Kamimoroshiro
Fruity aroma like peach and muscat.
The taste is just overwhelmingly delicious.
The sweetness comes first, but the aftertaste is clean.
I set a very high bar for this wine, but I was even impressed that it easily surpassed it.
It is not easy to find this brand, but I would like to drink it if I can find it.
Drinking outside with my wife, or rather, dinner
We went to a neighborhood izakaya (Japanese style bar), which we have become accustomed to recently.
We had a variety of dishes such as boiled spinach, sauteed mouka shark with mushrooms, etc. The last dish was Sanriku wakame (seaweed) shabu-shabu.
This is the brown raw wakame that turns a brilliant dark green when dipped into the broth.
The last dish was a shabushabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu.
The ginjo aroma of the top shelf aroma is modest, but the moment it enters the mouth, it bursts with a gassy, sweet and fruity aroma that is a must. The aroma, which was reserved, is more like a hint or aftertaste, and the fruitiness can be enjoyed. The richness of the lees, the lactic acidity, and the fluffy acid bitterness. Too good to be true!
It is a nice match with the crispiness of wakame shabu shabu!
Don't torture me, I'll just say sake words on my own.
〜Oh no! It's already the second half of February! 〜Oh, no!
Thank you for the feast!
Colonel Lal, good evening 😄I see you were able to get a bottle of Jyushiyo Oorigarami and had a chance to drink it! I'm too jealous 😄It seems to go well with wakame seaweed shabushabu and mouka shark sauteed with mushrooms!
We went there with a full intention of drinking good sake, and the first thing the manager recommended.
He said it was a rare sake of a higher grade among the Jyushiyo brands.
It was indeed delicious. I felt a little sourness.
Sake Mirai is used. Polished 35%. This sake is bad. This was what I meant by no miscellaneous taste. Compared to this sake, other sake is full of miscellaneous tastes...
And the balance of sweetness, spiciness, bitterness, acidity, etc. is perfect. It is unquestionably different from any other sake I have ever tasted.
