Kenmin-kai Sake Report Complete Jay doesn't have much memory around here 😅Noby said it was very good 🤗Hanzo is a favorite of Sashu-san. Sashu-san's favorite sake, Hanzo, won the gold medal in the "Best Sake in a Wine Glass Award" 👍I guess the sweetness tastes better when you're out drinking without eating much food 😋. Also, the teacher who also mentioned Tsubu and Kotori offered us Shinmasa's "Eating Nirvana Kame" 😳The label says it will be consumed by the end of August 2022. Hmm? What year is it now? ⁉️ Well, it will be fine if we all drink it together 😙Sweet and sour with a texture like moromi! Perhaps this is what later did something wrong to the delicate Jay's body 😆. So, it was a very enjoyable prefectures meeting😄... but... this time we had two. But... this time I had no memory at all when I arrived at the after-party 😵Noby was holding me and I wobbled around 😵‍💫 and managed to get a cab home 😓. The next day, I didn't even step outside to rest😅I managed to recover after eating Masatsugu's dumplings for lunch🥟 and curry nyu-men🍜 which Sashu-san gave me for dinner🍜😮‍💨 I hope to make good use of this reflection and remember the next Prefectural Assembly well 😤. I forgot to write something in the first "Chuhai" section 😅I'd like to say something at the end We are all connected with Tochigi love 🥰.

Tochigi Kenmin Kai Autumn Banquet 🍁⑧ Very elegant sweet flavor with a soft mouthfeel 😚 Junmai Daiginjo that goes well with food! The second one, the master snuck it off the shelf...there is such a thing ❔ Gotozin 😳 I once visited the distillery on Mr. Ota's wanderlust trip to Nagasaki. I had a chance to taste it...it had a sweet and spicy bitter 🤪 aftertaste with Japanese tastes such as pepper and citrus fruits gradually emerging, and the aroma of plants softly lingering on the palate 😌. Thank you KazKaz and Sashiu for coming all the way from far away to visit us 😃.

Tochigi Kenmin Kai Autumn Party 🍁⑦ We asked the master for a rare sake and he offered us his special one✨. I was addicted to amazake a few years ago, and I had often seen it in someone's reviews, but I never thought I would be able to get it here ❕🤩! Nanoha-san, who is a big fan of Shinsei-sama, is also very pleased 🥰. It's 8% alu, and since I've already had other sake, I almost didn't feel the alu flavor, but it was like a clean tasting koji amazake. It would be delicious with a little bit of fruit 😚.

Tochigi Prefectural Association Autumn Party 🍁⑥ Welcome Nirutaro📸! It is a stable and delicious sake with a slight hint of whey and a full-bodied flavor, and a more light and modern taste 😚. Miraculously, the party was held on the same day as the year-end party for everyone in Kansai Sake-no-wa ❕ and we introduced each other via video call as if it were a guerrilla LIVE 🤝. Kenmin-kai Sake Report (1) We had a variety of sakes from Kurata-san, including Chukai-san, which is a very dry sake, and Aizan, which is a Hanayu, because it's Akabu... No, the range from dry to sweet is too big 😅, but it reaffirms that sweet sake is also delicious when you drink outside 😋. We had a lot of sake from Kurata-san this time as well, and I'd like to introduce one of the sake that he brought to support the consumption of the Tsubu family's stock 🤗. We couldn't even find his footprints 👣 let alone his back 😍. Thanks to the excellent research skills of the Tsubuya family ‼️ I will make love to you with all my heart I didn't really feel the white malted rice, but the sweet and sour harmoniously combined with the crisp and delicious aftertaste 😙J&N we were both impressed 🥹Tsubu-chan! Thank you so much 🙇🏻🙇🏻‍♀️ The first meeting of the Kansai group was held from 2:30pm to 5:30pm and the Kenmin-kai started at 5:30pm. The first meeting was already over, but of course we were able to connect via video call with the people from Kansai who went to the second meeting 👍. The people at the party were very excited to see the stars of the Kansai region for the first time!

Probably the 5th Tochigi Prefectural Meeting ~ ‼️ It has been a little while since the last meeting, but it has been a long time 🎊. The participants this time were KazKaz and Sashu from far away, Tsubu-chan, Piro, Ars, Yasusake, Higu, Nanoha, Kotori, Nirutaro who was found by J&N Sake no Wa spy activity 🕵️ 😆 and us, 12 people in total. We are 12 people! Nirutaro-san said that he walks Niru-kun🦮 on our walking course, and we were surprised at the coincidence that we were neighbors🫢. Unfortunately, Mr. Bosuke, Mr. Alanin, and Mr. Yuki couldn't make it 😢See you all next time 👋 The place is Kurata-san, our sacred place! We'll start with a toast to Tochigi sake 😉 by Chuai 🤗Yes, it's delicious 😋. We chatted and ate while we chatted after a long time 😄The teacher brought out some rare drinks along the way and there were also some nice gifts from the Tsubasa family 🥹 for a full 4 hours 🥹 and the price was a steady 5,000 yen ‼️ Thanks again for the teacher 😊. It's been a little while since the beginning of the year, but we had a New Year's party at the Tochigi Prefectural Association 2024🤗⑭. The last sake was Tatenogawa. It is extremely soft on the palate and sinks in as soon as you take a sip. The sweet, clear, refreshing taste is enchanting. I left after the first meeting, but everyone went to the second party🐾. Thank you to the master of Kurata Shoten and the members of the Kenmin Kai for a great time 🥹I'm looking forward to the next one 🤭 Tochigi love 🩷 as soon as it's over!

We had a seat change time earlier and I was in the center of 4 ladies. Bousuke 😳Seeing this, the master served us a drink: 💁🏻‍♀️Gonin Musume Mr. Bousuke is in a harem state 🤣. Please check out Tsubu-chan's review of Ona 🤭. When I had another Gonin Musume warmed up before, it stood out with a milky feeling like warmed spuds, but this one...at 13 degrees al, it has a soft mouthfeel and a rich graininess that reminds me of a fertile land. Dusty with a calm taste with a hint of acidity from the raw yeast yeast 🤤.

I heard that it was built with the number "3" in mind. The fruity ginjo aroma, soft mouthfeel, and clear taste were as expected of a Junmai Daiginjo 😋 with a mellow umami, sweet, and refreshing taste that easily slides down the throat.

Thanks for the pictures 📸, Tsubu-chan 🥹. This one had a white wine-like aroma, a hint of apricot and honey, and a crisp, light taste that was easy to drink. And NANO happi! I'm so happy that everyone praised my work so much that it was worth the effort. Thank you all (-∞∞∞-)⁾ᵖᵉᵏᵒ Tsubu-chan, Kotori-san, Jay & Nobby-san, thank you for the sales lol. Let's put the operating profit on the cost when we sell it lol lol. That's all because of your love for Tochigi and Higu! Are you listening, Mr. Higu? I have something you want. I have so many things. And I love Shinsei! And it's purple Yatagami! I've never seen it before! No way, no way, a special gift from the teacher. I'm so excited !!!!!!!!!! (ºㅁº)! I was able to share it with the other members of the group. The bottle was a courtesy. Sorry, we got it ♡♡♡♡! I'm so happy! I heard it is one of the sweetest among Shinsei's products. It has a smooth texture on the palate with an immediate sweet lemon-like acidity. It is delicious no matter where you go. Please check out the reviews by Kotori and the others... It was a really fun and wonderful prefect meeting! I already can't wait for the next one.

We were conscious of the map painting, but we were also interested in the taste of more matured sake, so we brought it to the party: 💁🏻‍♀️ I was afraid to try it, but I wondered if it would be suitable for everyone's palate at 18.5 degrees. It has an aged aroma with a hint of sweet acidity. It has a soft mouthfeel, a moist and thick sweetness, and at the same time, a sense of umami and richness, with an accent of acidity behind the soft cocoa. It was so delicious that it made me want to ask for another glass 🤤.... It was so easy to drink that I was relieved to be able to drink it while talking about how much I enjoyed it 🤣. I'm glad we could make it to Tokushima while sharing it with the members of the Kenmin-kai. ✌🏻

It's been a little while since the beginning of the year, but we had a New Year's party at Tochigi Kenmin Kai 2024🤗⑧. The master prepared this party for us 🥹 Thank you very much.... With the lingering taste of the brew... a wave of excitement once again! We're splitting 365ml between 11 of us! That's about 2 tablespoons per person! Be careful! And, wai wai 🤣! I'm not sure if it's a re-finish kijoshu or what. I wonder what it is...it tastes like a refreshing honey, with ripe citrus and lemon-like acidity. The finishing touch was a semi-forced event by Nanoha-san, who responded to everyone's requests. Nanoha-san gave us a semi-forced sip 🤣👏🏻 Nanoha-san, who loves ✨Niimasa✨, seemed very happy to receive a bottle 🥰. We're glad she was able to add to her collection 😉.
