So many things happened last Saturday 😳The last post was more like a synopsis 😅 so I'll recap Saturday night in a bit! At Hiro's request, I called Kurata-san and he said "I can't prepare sashimi or anything, but the seats are okay" 🚌 so we headed to the sacred place. We contacted each other at 3pm and had drinks together at 5pm 😋I think that's the shortest record ⏱️ for people we've never met before and never talked to before 😆. And after the toast we had Yamagata Masamune👍. After that, as you can see in the picture, we enjoyed Tsuru no Tomo → Amami → Azuma Tsuru → Banshu Ikkyo → Eiko Fuji → Akabu Jade → sweet to spicy and many more 😚. We were talking about Hiro-san's sake life and other things, and I was talking to the teacher about how empty bottles and empty boxes of Jyushiyo could be worth a lot of money if sold ‼️. I heard the sound of a cork opening from the counter. and I heard the sound of a cork opening from the counter, "I only want to serve one glass to someone who will be happy to drink it 🤗"! At the end, Hiro-san gave me a "Nice Masamune👍towel" as a souvenir! Thank you Hiro-san😄! We came in after 5pm and had a party for more than 3 hours, but we were the only 3 guests during that time 😅. I can't wait to do the Kenmin-kai and contribute to the sales of "Kurata-san" 😆.

I don't know where to start, but a lot happened on Saturday 🤗. First of all, we took the bus and walked to Bunraku to go to the tasting we were looking forward to! On the way, we checked the sake tasting, and found a reply from Hiro, a Masamune hunter, saying that he was going to the sake event in Oyama. We arrived at Yodogawa Sake Shop at the same time! After about three rounds of tasting, I heard a young couple behind me asking me if I was going to buy one. I turned around and saw Mr. Ars from the Kenmin Kai 😳 We cheered and chatted for a while after meeting each other for the first time in a while😄. We ended up buying two bottles so I'll tell you more about it then 👋. We got in touch with Hiro-san and decided to meet up in Utsunomiya on short notice ‼️ but Ars-san was in too much of a hurry 😅 and couldn't make his schedule 😩. He was waiting for us at a corner bar east of the station and we were a little late to meet 🤗Nice Masamune towel, easy to understand 😆. Then we took him to Kurata-san, the sacred place of the Kenmin-kai 🤗We said hi to the teacher and toasted with Yukimi-san's summer sake 🥂 which was delicious 😋. Now, let the fun party begin! Spring Girls' Gathering🌸No.7 （Okuroku is there... It has a full-bodied sweetness and an aroma reminiscent of fresh apples. The light acidity accentuates the flavor, making it a good match for food as well as a mealtime sake, and it is not boring to drink by itself. Just before the end of the party, Mr. Higu, who came to pick up Nanoha, appeared on the stage! Long time no see🤗. We had a great girls' night out again with lots of chatting, drinking, and eating 🥰.

It has an elegant richness and umami, with just the right amount of acidity and a clean finish, making it the perfect sake to accompany a meal. The second picture is a souvenir from Nanoha ✨. Spring Girls' Gathering🌸 Part 3 We had a mouth opening 🤩. The fresh gasiness is great! The mellow aroma that reminds me of pears and bananas ♡ The sweet flavor and richness is so delicious that I can't believe it's low milled rice 🥰🥰. The pork shabu shabu is made with Kagoshima Kurobuta pork... So many layers of pork, and all-you-can-eat amounts of pork belly and pork loin 😂 isn't that too much for the master? 😆

Spring Girls' Gathering🌸 Part 4 Tsubu-chan brought a bottle of sake✨ I heard that I'll bring a bottle of ♡ but...I never thought it would be an 射美! It's been 6 years since I've had a bottle? I'm so happy 🥹 that it's the first pink label brewed in 6 years! The sourness and sweetness are emphasized 🍓It has a cute taste that reminds me of strawberry drop 🍓 It is delicious with a clean aftertaste 😚 It was also served to the master and customers and we all enjoyed its deliciousness together 😊. The cake in the photo, a local sake cake (sake financier) with Shinshu Kamerei Junmai-shu, was also a gift from Dora-san for the girls' party. I've never had such a juicy financier before, it's so moist, elegant and delicious! Thank you, Tsubu-chan & Dora-san, for your thoughtfulness 🥹Thank you for the food!

I've seen this at Sake-no-Wa, but I don't know where I can find it. I'm not sure where I'd find it 🥹. The taste is almost transparent, with just a hint of ori (ori) floating from the bottom of the bottle, and the mouth is full of the freshness of the unpasteurized sake. A little bit of pineapple? The aroma is full of freshness, and the mouth is full of freshness, with a slight sweetness that is delicious. It also has a sharpness with a gentle bitterness and acidity that is refreshing and pleasant 😚.

Tochigi Kenmin Kai Autumn Party 🍁⑭⑭⑭ When we asked for a different kind of sake, one of the people at the counter was drinking it with the same mushroom hot pot as us 🍲 It has a thick and unique texture, with a slightly oily rice taste and a soft milky taste behind the rich umami.
