Tochigi Prefectural Association⛄️Winter Women's Meeting🤗⑩ The master's secret sake, which is aged at minus 10℃ for more than 3 years and shipped after waiting for the right time to drink. It was a very happy time for me to be able to drink so many delicious sake ✨. Thanks to the master and everyone as always 😌. I checked later and it was over 13,000 yen for a bottle 🫢.

The smooth texture, the sweetness of the rice, the moderate acidity, and the slightly bitter accent make it so delicious that you can drink it as much as you want... There was not much left, so we only just barely had enough for one cup each. It's a pity that there wasn't enough to go around. Nanoha-san brought us color-changing 🩵🩷 herbal tea and truffle-flavored chips 😋.

I've seen this at Sake-no-Wa, but I don't know where I can find it. I'm not sure where I'd find it 🥹. The taste is almost transparent, with just a hint of ori (ori) floating from the bottom of the bottle, and the mouth is full of the freshness of the unpasteurized sake. A little bit of pineapple? The aroma is full of freshness, and the mouth is full of freshness, with a slight sweetness that is delicious. It also has a sharpness with a gentle bitterness and acidity that is refreshing and pleasant 😚.

Tochigi Kenmin Kai Autumn Party 🍁⑭⑭⑭ When we asked for a different kind of sake, one of the people at the counter was drinking it with the same mushroom hot pot as us 🍲 It has a thick and unique texture, with a slightly oily rice taste and a soft milky taste behind the rich umami. I remember reading an article once that said, "Except for extremely inexpensive sake, a few dropper drops of alcohol in a bottle can make the aroma stand out and the flavor become crisp and tasty. The 5th Tochigi Prefectural Association Autumn Banquet🍁. Actually, I had a mushroom hot pot at the last Kuratasan. I got a mushroom hot pot and it was really delicious. I secretly hoped it would be a mushroom hot pot again at this time of the year! A pot of mountain mushrooms that you can't buy at the market. There are no shiitake mushrooms in it, which I don't like, so I can eat them without choosing, and they were delicious. And the rare sake we got from the teacher. A refreshing and sour sweet sake. It tastes like a spoiled ramune. In many ways, it was a very precious experience.

The 5th Tochigi Prefectural Association Autumn Banquet🍁. It has been a long time since we held this event and I was very much looking forward to it. This time we had KazKaz, Sashiu, and Nirutaro for the first time. It was a great meeting and it was wonderful to have sake with them. Since everyone has already reviewed the event I would like to introduce some of the sakes that left an impression on me. Tsubu-chan? Dora-chan? Dora-chan brought in some sake for me, Dewa IDEHA Harukasumi. And Nanoha was asked to play the major role of passing on the "IDEHA" to everyone, and I was afraid to do so, but I passed it on with trembling hands. I like sourness, so it was a perfect match for me. No. 6 yeast is amazing. The sweetness is refreshing and sports drink-like. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I love it. Thank you, Tsubu-chan and Dora-chan, for the new encounters (-ᵖᵉ⁾ᵉᵏᵒ). It was a fun prefect meeting from start to finish. Sashiu-san, thank you for staying with us the next day. KazKaz, I am worried that I showed you a near miss and showed you me without makeup. Please forget about it lol. I am looking forward to the next Kenmin-kai.

Tochigi Kenmin Kai Autumn Banquet 🍁⑨. The rice flavor is plump and fruity, with a refreshing taste. You can see 🟣 bags here and there in the photos 📸. Sashiu-san gave each of us a souvenir. It's a cup of sake and local noodles that I've never had 🥹Thank you for your thoughtfulness ❕.

Kenmin-kai Sake Report Complete Jay doesn't have much memory around here 😅Noby said it was very good 🤗Hanzo is a favorite of Sashu-san. Sashu-san's favorite sake, Hanzo, won the gold medal in the "Best Sake in a Wine Glass Award" 👍I guess the sweetness tastes better when you're out drinking without eating much food 😋. Also, the teacher who also mentioned Tsubu and Kotori offered us Shinmasa's "Eating Nirvana Kame" 😳The label says it will be consumed by the end of August 2022. Hmm? What year is it now? ⁉️ Well, it will be fine if we all drink it together 😙Sweet and sour with a texture like moromi! Perhaps this is what later did something wrong to the delicate Jay's body 😆. So, it was a very enjoyable prefectures meeting😄... but... this time we had two. But... this time I had no memory at all when I arrived at the after-party 😵Noby was holding me and I wobbled around 😵‍💫 and managed to get a cab home 😓. The next day, I didn't even step outside to rest😅I managed to recover after eating Masatsugu's dumplings for lunch🥟 and curry nyu-men🍜 which Sashu-san gave me for dinner🍜😮‍💨 I hope to make good use of this reflection and remember the next Prefectural Assembly well 😤. I forgot to write something in the first "Chuhai" section 😅I'd like to say something at the end We are all connected with Tochigi love 🥰.

Tochigi Kenmin Kai Autumn Banquet 🍁⑧ Very elegant sweet flavor with a soft mouthfeel 😚 Junmai Daiginjo that goes well with food! The second one, the master snuck it off the shelf...there is such a thing ❔ Gotozin 😳 I once visited the distillery on Mr. Ota's wanderlust trip to Nagasaki. I had a chance to taste it...it had a sweet and spicy bitter 🤪 aftertaste with Japanese tastes such as pepper and citrus fruits gradually emerging, and the aroma of plants softly lingering on the palate 😌. Thank you KazKaz and Sashiu for coming all the way from far away to visit us 😃.
