I was talking to a friend about how much I like Sentori and she gave it to me as a gift. The middle of the bottle is quite like the Sentori I know. Light. I think there is a gentle sweetness of rice at the end. I wonder if it lingers a bit. The smell might not be that much compared to Kabutomushi or something. It's sweet and sour and has a carbonation even though it's not carbonated.
I was so happy to get it even though it's unfiltered sake that it's been about 2 weeks since I got it, sorry 🥲.

I picked it up thinking it was going to rain, but it turned out to be "Kirifuri" (misty rain)! Well done Yaoko, now I don't have to be mounted by the people of Tochigi Prefecture (I won't say who they are)! Needless to say, thoughts such as, "Oh, I'm not going to say who it is.
