In 2024, I was somewhat busy with work and was not able to go out for our annual sake trip 😓 We only had 2 prefectural meetings, but we met up at events, started a women's group, and met some new people, so I think our scope has expanded 😌.
In 2025, we would like to go on a sake trip together again to meet new people🤗.

I was talking to a friend about how much I like Sentori and she gave it to me as a gift. The middle of the bottle is quite like the Sentori I know. Light. I think there is a gentle sweetness of rice at the end. I wonder if it lingers a bit. The smell might not be that much compared to Kabutomushi or something. It's sweet and sour and has a carbonation even though it's not carbonated.
I was so happy to get it even though it's unfiltered sake that it's been about 2 weeks since I got it, sorry 🥲.

When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a gorgeous, fresh aroma of melon, pear, green apple, etc. The mouthfeel is also fresh and clear with a sweet and sour astringent taste.
The palate is also fresh, with a clear sweet, sour and astringent taste. It is more acidic and astringent, reminiscent of kiwi ✨.
There is a lingering acidity in the aftertaste, but it is clean and non-habitual, so you can feel the freshness in the aftertaste!
