The gasiness is so strong that bubbles can be seen in the glass. The aroma is gorgeous and sweet.
Mellow, umami, fresh, juicy, and surely sweet. 😋😋😋😋
The balance of umami acidity and bitterness is perfect.
It is juicy but also has a refreshing feeling. What is this?
It's a Jyushidai!
The new year has begun, so I'm going to drink the Jyushiro I won in the lottery during the old year...yummy~!
As I was doing this, I received beef from Murayama City as a tax return gift. Jyushidai also goes well with sukiyaki 😊.
4,100 yen without tax
Good evening, Mr. Muro.
Just the name "Jyushidai Oorigarami" makes me feel tipsy 😁✨.
I wonder if I can find a Jyushidai this year 🙏.
It's so delicious and impressive! I would love to experience it😊.
Good morning, ma-ki-!
It was my first time and it was very delicious 😋.
It just happened to be in stock yesterday and I was lucky enough to drink it: ‼️
I hope Jyushiyo🍶 will be easier to drink 😅.
The first time I drank a Jyushiyo, it was a superb one. There was absolutely no cloying taste, and the fruity sweetness was perfectly balanced with a sharpness that quickly faded away.
After graduating from Tokyo University of Agriculture with a degree in brewing, Akitsuna Takagi worked for a major department store in Tokyo before returning to the brewery in 1993 when the aging master brewer retired.
In 1993, upon the retirement of the aging toji (master brewer), he returned to the brewery and began brewing sake as a toji (master brewer). My pride as a son of a sake brewer was shattered and I was shocked. I was also humiliated by the lack of recognition of my family's brewery. I really wanted to compete in Tokyo to get rid of that humiliation.
The young master brewer brewed a new and innovative type of sake that was well received by the sake store owners who brought it to the brewery, and sales steadily increased.
This was the beginning of the history of Jyushidai, and "Jyushidai Nakadori Junmai Unfiltered" became the origin of Jyushidai.
This was the beginning of the history of Jyushidai.
So, this is the very first Jyushidai!
