After leaving Mishina-san
We had only 2 gos of 8 kinds of sake that day, so let's go to one more restaurant on the list!
We went to Tsuruno, which had some sake that we had noticed on SNS!
We had been treated by a Hakodate resident the other day, so we went there to say hello to him!
There was still some Jyushiyo!
The same sake future as the Toyo Bijin I mentioned earlier!
More fruity and sweet!
Somehow drinking Jyushiyo makes me feel happy!
Since I drank the same one in Miyagi this summer
I can't see you often, so I'm going to enjoy it slowly!
The first customers leave early!
The Swiss guy next door, the master, his wife and I had a lot of fun chatting!
It's a fun night 🌉!

Day of Farewell Ceremony
After my mother's funeral, I came home and breathed a sigh of relief...
Grief may be just around the corner 😢...
Dora-chan said
"Come on, let's have a toast" 🍶.
Oh my god, Jyushidai came out: ‼️
When did you...
The aroma is just a hint of
Ginjo aroma with a hint of sourness
On the palate
Anyway, it is well-balanced!
The refreshing sweetness and acidity is as expected of Jyushidai ❣️
It goes well with sashimi.
Of course, it is delicious on its own.
But if you want to keep drinking it all the time
I think it's KATSUKOMA 🤔 if you want to keep drinking it 🤭.
Every time I remember it.
I was spontaneously bursting into tears.
I cried for about eight days.
Every time I remember
I might naturally burst into tears.
Offering a toast 🍶
-Thank you.
Long time no see "Jyushiyo".
At "Uonto" in Takatsu.
(They have "Jyushiyo" there! I was overjoyed.)
(I was so happy that they have "Jyushiyo"!) The restaurant has the dignity of a champion, or rather, the difference in quality, and the time is superb.
It is a superb experience.
I want to drink it again.
We had a bottle of Jyushidai Nakadori Chogoku.
On a Sunday, we toasted with a good sake.
I thought the name "beyond the highest level" was a very exaggerated name for a sake, but when I drank it, I realized that it was indeed a Cho-Kyoku.
Rather than an instantaneous deliciousness, it has a flavor that gradually permeates the body, which is typical of Jyushiyo.
There is no hint of alcohol, spiciness, bitterness, or any other negative elements that could be perceived as negative, and it goes down the throat smoothly and peacefully.
Even a slight lick is enough to fill the mouth with happiness, and one can immerse oneself in a long, luscious aftertaste.
It makes you think that the legendary nectar may be this kind of liquid. Perhaps it even surpasses such a liquid.
It was an overwhelmingly beautiful sake that lived up to its name of "superlative.
