There was also 2021 in the store, but I chose this one.
Both were made in 2025, so I think the brewery is telling us it's time to drink them.
However, as I believe that long aging is justice, I chose this one. Not that it really matters (laughs).

It was made in February, and then left out for a summer, so it's a little more rounded than the usual Shichida.
I don't have to tell you, it's delicious 😋.

Rice feel. Slightly dry? It has a sweet taste in the mouth at first, but when you taste it thoroughly, it sinks in and you realize that it is rice. Maybe it sinks in even more because it is a sake of memories.
Since I had a strong image of the previous white wine Nanada, I wondered about this one, but this one tasted more like a sake.
It still tasted a little fruity.
