Purchased from Iwai Kotobuki Shoten in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The aroma is reminiscent of muscat, with just the right amount of gas and refreshing sweetness. It has a lightness that is different from the usual Shichida, and it is also very tasty.
Thanks to Mr. Goto, the toji, for the treat. ❗️
I love it 🫶.
A little sweet and fruity on the palate, but the aftertaste is quite dry and refreshing.
Slightly effervescent with a strong rice flavor.
The first pour is fizzy, but the second pour is a really slightly fizzy type.
This is a pretty good type of sake, and for 2,200 yen, I'm sure I'll be back for more.
It is a different dry sake from my current favorite "Shiki Akai Ito".

It was a Friday between holidays. In the mood for a quick drink, I went to this restaurant. There was only one customer, and the waiter was a one-man operation with only one master. I took the liberty of looking in the fridge, found a bottle of Shichida, and ordered it. It was different from what I expected and was very dry.
Green apple aroma. Sweet and sour, bitter but also good.
It is full-bodied, or rather, drinkable. The true flavor may be sweetness.
There are two types of good sake: the type that you want to keep drinking without limit, and the type that you are satisfied with and put it down. In my case, this sake was the latter. Of course, the latter is rare (I drank two bottles in a row with the Nanabon Yari I drank the other day).
There was no deterioration of taste even after 3 days. It is brilliant.
Degree of buying again 10/10
By the way, the swamp of active nigori is deep. I am addicted to it and cannot get out of it. Somebody help me. Oh, no, it's still good.
