I thought I was drinking it every year, but I was wrong.
It's a crisp and dry style. It is good.

I've been wanting to buy Kyushu sake ever since I realized how high the level of Kyushu sake is 😆.
I wondered if I should start with the Saga sake, Shichida😍Summer Sake, but I brought it to you: ❣️
I'll start with the sake 🥂.
Not much of an aroma!
I wonder if it is the sweetness of the rice.
After the slight sweetness, there is a slight sourness, followed immediately by the astringent taste that spreads out with a bang!
There is no gaseous feeling, and this astringent taste is slowly spreading in the mouth.
It is not so sharp, and I felt a sense of alcohol in the aftertaste.
This is Shichida 🤔.
It's low alcohol, but it's rather heavy.
It has a strong alcohol taste, and it's not a smooth drink.
It's a summer sake, but it's not exactly crispy 😅.
I guess "fresh and light" would be closer to the word: ☝️
It's just a hint of sweetness and a little bit of sourness.
You can enjoy the astringent taste, it is suitable for a mid-meal drink. ☺️
I want to drink this again! I didn't get a chance to try it, but the winter nigori in Sake-no-wa's post looked delicious, so I'll try that next time👍.
Winter is still a ways away, but it will still take some time to consume the summer sake, so it's just as well 🤗.

I'd love to try some Yokoyama, but it's not on my radar 😭 but Kyushu has many delicious ones like Nabeshima, Hiran, Chiebijin, etc. 😍I'd love to start with Shichida and Nigori 🤗.

This is my first summer sake 🩴.
I don't think it has much of an aroma.
It's not fruity.
It's not fruity, but it has a gentle sweetness and a slightly strong bitterness.
It is easy to drink. ❗️
The bitterness calmed down a bit on the second day.
It became even easier to drink😊.
It tastes great with any meal, Japanese, Western or Chinese👍
