Fresh acidity and ginjo aroma. Sake flavor is refreshing in the mouth. The sense of umami continues until the end. The rice used for the rice is "Saga no Hana". This is the first time for me to taste sake from Saga, but the description of the rice gives me a sense of Saga.
The description says that it is unfiltered, but the color is almost transparent.
As I was about to run out of sake stock at home, I bought an unfiltered draft of Nanada at a nearby liquor store.
Nanada is known for its low-polished rice, but this time I chose Omachi Nishiki 50.
When I opened the bottle, it was gassy and I could taste the expected fruity aroma, sweetness, acidity, and slightly carbonated tanginess, but it seemed to have less flavor. It was a bit gassy when opened. I drank it after dinner without any accompaniment, and before I knew it, 3 gou of it was gone. I will enjoy the taste change in a few days with the remaining 1 gouge.
I have been wanting to try Shichida for a while.
This is one of the best sake for a mealtime drink.
It has a good balance of sweet and spicy, and a strong umami flavor.
It is a good sake that I would like to keep on hand in the refrigerator during the summer because I never get tired of drinking it.
If the season is fall or later, I would like to try heating it up.
The usual word "Shichida" is reserved? The words "Shichida" are small and reserved.
The taste seems sophisticated and different from the usual image of Shichida.
The mouthfeel is fruity and you can feel the high alcohol content on your lips. Yet it is 16 degrees.
The aftertaste disappears with a slight bitterness, or maybe not..,
Last day of New Year vacations. Thinking about what to drink 🤔I chose this one👍
The nose has a hint of sweetness and fresh citrus acidity, with a hint of alcohol and a slight ear of rice.
In the mouth, it is fresher and sweeter than expected, with a hint of grain, and finally grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness.
With Yose-nabe. The combination with the ingredients makes it less sweet and spreads a pleasant sourness and umami. It goes well with nabe dishes.

Strong aroma and dry taste
It has a nice gassy feeling, perhaps because it's a fresh sake.
As you can see in the introduction, it tastes similar to Ihyakumangoku, which is another brand of sake.
However, I personally regret that there is no lingering feeling of richness or lightness.
Fruity, sweet, with a bit of bitterness. I think it is a trendy taste nowadays. I think it tastes different from Morishima. I thought it would be strong, but it was 16 degrees. Anyway, it is a delicious sake and I recommend it!
