Tonight is the first "Shichida" in a long time 🍶.
And it's the first time for me to drink it raw.
I can't wait to drink it with my companion.
I couldn't wait to open the bottle 😊.
The aroma, well, it's the same Shichida I've been drinking until now 😊.
The taste...oh, it feels pretty dry 😋.
I forgot what it tasted like before because it's been so long 🤣.
I've been shifting to sweet and savory lately.
My taste buds have shifted to that direction: ⁉️
It was a night when I rediscovered the deliciousness of the spicy and umami type 😍.
I felt that I need to maintain a good balance of drinks to maintain a wide range of taste sensations 💦🤣.
This sake is brewed with locally produced high quality sake rice and famous water with fireflies flying around, and is a completely unfiltered, once-fired Junmai-shu from the 21st century.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)

(The rice is carefully brewed with a low degree of fineness without shaving. (The glossy flavor of the rice is brought out to the maximum extent.)
Noble aroma (crisp)
The best balance of acidity, spiciness, sweetness, and umami.
A perfect match for food (goes well with everything. It is a good match for food (anything with a strong flavor is recommended).
Yamadanishiki
Shimane sake break.
Aroma of grape. The taste is clean, refreshing, and fruity. The taste is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 75%. It is delicious with a little bit of rice flavor.
Shichida is said to be a 70% five-part polished sake.
This sake is sweet and full-bodied.
When you taste it, you will find a pear-like fruity taste in the back and a full-bodied umami in the front, followed by a bitter or rough acidity.
