Seigo
I bought it because of the blue label 🟦.
Akabu tastes good no matter what you drink, but it still makes me a little nervous in my mind, unlike Nabeshima and Sengoku.
Sweet aroma when you open it psshhhh.
In the mouth, there is really a slight gas and a moist sweetness. It has a pleasantly thick sweetness with a hint of vanilla. There is almost no sourness or bitterness.
Akabu, after all, is delicious 😋.
I will buy it again next time with confidence: ❗️
I went back and found a Houou Mita with a similar sweetness, which was Junmai Daiginjo-Shu Mirai Unfiltered Honmai. I found it was Junmai Daiginjyo Sake Mirai Unfiltered Honkai.
I wonder if this sweetness is the sweetness of Sake Mirai?
I learned a little ✨
