Thank you 🫢 for this from someone who always instructs me 😭. Feel free to feast 😊. Just the day before I was drinking Takasago, so it was a triple relay. This sake is all about the divine ears, triple yeast and triple! The aroma is subdued, and when you put it in your mouth, the thick sweetness and rice flavor spreads out in a whirlwind. There is also a slight brandy-like flavor in the background. The acidity is moderate, and in the latter half of the bottle, the alcohol taste comes and goes, leaving a lingering umami taste. It is a delicious sake with a lot of flavor. It is delicious on its own, but would go well with a meal 😊.

Even though we are about 1/3 of the way through September and it is still hot 🫠 today, the cicadas have decreased in the daytime and the autumn bugs have started to sing at night. Here is yesterday. Fly High nigori ver. When I tried to open the bottle, it started bubbling up and I thought, "Oh no, no, no, no, no! I imagined it to be a lactic acid sweet one, but it was less sweet than I expected. Nevertheless, Houou Mida, the aroma and taste are beautiful 😊. It seems rather dry when chilled. I prefer it a little sweeter, so I'm looking forward to it tonight or tomorrow 😋. On the second day, as expected, the sweetness increased a bit and the bitterness in the second half became a bit milder and more balanced to my liking 😉.

How long will it stay hot 💦? Abnormalities are the norm 😱. The other day I got Sakurabana, and this time I got Umihana 🌊. Without any previous information, I opened the bottle thinking it would be a refreshing, acidic, dry one from the light blue label. In the mouth, chili gas, gentle sweetness, little acidity, clean aftertaste. If the other day's Sakurabana had a strawberry milkiness, this one has a banana milkiness. Unlike what I imagined, this one was sweet and tasty. ✌️ Mom was happy too😊Yumminess‼️ The second day, I feel a little minty or cool.

The other day I was confused with Mikumari Fly high and bought that one, but later I came across it again and drank it again this year 🫧. I opened the bottle after the kids' birthday party after they went to bed: ❗️ It's only carbonated, and every time it's graceful bubbles 🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧. No spills, but a different kind of strong carbonation🫧🫧 from the secondary fermentation. Almost bubbly in the mouth when opened 🫧. Mitsuya cider of old 😆. Once it settles down a bit, you can taste the sake better. Tasake, after all, is really good sake that doesn't fool you with 🫧 ❤️

It's hot 🫠 even though we've passed the Obon holiday. This past week I have been working and doing all the household chores as my mom is on an overseas expedition with the youngest one ❗️I can do it if I do it ‼️It's not my first time so I'm getting used to it😊. Well, I ran out of Sogape-san, which I had been using as a food wine, so I opened a bottle of this one as a reward for myself 🎁. It's refreshing and deep. It has the freshness and sweetness of micro-gas, but also the acidity and bitterness of a sake made from the traditional sake brewing method of "nama-hashiroshi" (traditional sake brewing method). Various elements are combined into one, yet elegant. It's delicious and deeply soaked in water 😋‼️ I'm back and ready to go again 💪😤💪😤😤.

I received it at my senior's house. At that time, my memory is still perfect. I really like the balance between the acidity and aroma of Shinsei, and especially the sweetness of Viridian. ❤️ Every time I drink Shinmasa, I think it has a "Shinmasa-ness" to it. ❗️ I also had it slightly heated. Normally it takes courage to drink this way, but it was also excellent 😋😋😋.

I happened to get a bottle of New Sakurabana Nama Sake🌸. I opened the bottle. The bottle has a malted rice aroma. When poured, it is slightly carbonated. In the mouth it has a sourness like strawberries, sweetness from the rice malt, a slight wild woody aroma and bitterness, and an elegant sweetness that lingers on the tongue. When it is cold, the acidity is noticeable, but when it warms up a little, the sweetness and umami opens up and it is again delicious. I think it is similar to the Sansudo I drank the other day, but this one seems more refined and elegant. Also, is the koji taste a little stronger? In any case, it is delicious. I don't know when I will encounter it again. On the third day, it looks like the last of the strawberry milk I made by mashing it with a spoon myself 🍓🥛.

Sake party at my senior's house. The first toast was a toast to San-do. We had several kinds of Sansho, but I think Ninouzou is the best when you consider the cost and taste. However, on this day, I was the youngest, but I drank so much that I fell asleep on the floor of the senior's house, causing trouble for my wife and everyone else. I drank as much as a student. So, this is only a record of the event 😌.

Less than $2000 & I want to drink Sentori = this one: ❗️ You can buy Sentori without any doubt 😊. Is this one fire-aged? It has the acidity of a sake yeast yeast, sweetness like Chardonnay, but less sweet and dry? You can drink it smoothly and easily 😊. Delicious ❗️ I like the balance better after a few days than freshly opened: ❤️

I cleaned up and took a bath after the house barbecue the other day and slowly watched TV while watching this 😊. I went looking for a sake that bubbles, and after wondering about the Tasake Micro bubble at the liquor store, I decided to go with this less expensive one 😊. The bubbles are rather strong 🫧Good 🫧. Aroma of rice and good acidity when you drink it. I think the sweetness is moderate, but together with the bitterness in the second half, I think it just leads to a refreshing aftertaste. I have a stupid tongue. It is very delicious 😋.

Summer vacation, busy 💦. Today is a rare day off for all 4 kids, so let's grill some meat already 🍖. I grilled meat while drinking beer and drinking myself 😌. to drink the rest of Hana Yuu while grilling hormones after the kids finish eating, here is the one I laid down for half a year 😊Sogapale in midsummer ❗️ Aroma, sweetness of rice, acidity, slight chilli and spiciness despite being laid down, goes well with meat 😌. Luxury~! Drinking Obuse Winery's sake makes me talk about going to Obuse with my mom before we were married. That's another great thing about Nagano sake 😘. When the meat is gone, we'll have a dessert instead, Koei Kiku's Gekko Rendezvous, taste flirtatious 👅It's a good time to drink while talking with mom slowly ☺️

I ran out of food wine, so here it is 😊. Hana Yuu 🌸 that I happened to come across. The aroma is good old fashioned (about 15 years old?). Daiginjo-style ginjo aroma. The taste is clear and sweet with no gas, and the sweetness is thicker and mellower than apple or something like that. The middle to the latter half of the brewing process, the bitterness and umami follow each other. Perhaps it is because it is fire-roasted, but the second and subsequent sips are not too spectacular, and it seems to fit in well with the meal. It has a good balance when drinking with horse mackerel, meat and potatoes, fried bitter gourd, and any of the other dishes. It's a great balance. After the second day, the sweetness increases a little. The aroma when you drink it is still wonderful, and the umami and bitterness are just right, so you can drink it by itself forever 😌.

I am old again. My birthday ended in a huff as I was working the night shift, but I came home from work and had a drink at midnight when the date changed. Since I have an early day tomorrow, I decided to have a light one 💁. This is the first rendezvous I've had at Kouei Chrysanthemum. The label is cute😍. I thought it had no gas, but it had a gentle gassy feeling. Then, the nutty flavors I like, like a bed of Koei Kiku Ikubou, with a gentle sweetness, rice flavor, and a square acidity. Low alcohol content, which is great for summer. This is delicious ❗️ Even my mom endorses it as delicious 😊.

The Kurosawa I just opened was gutsy, so I decided I wanted to drink something sweet with my mom 😊. This would definitely be a sweet and tasty one even before drinking it: ❗️ The aroma is sweet fruit, like ripe bananas or evening melon? The taste is also the sweetness I was looking for, slight gas, moderate acidity, accented by bitterness after about 5 seconds of delay. It has a thick sweetness, but it is easy to drink because of the alcohol content of 13%. You can safely open a bottle of Mimuro Cedar when you want to drink sweet and juicy. ❗️ 400 check-ins before you know it💦. I know every review is similar and hard to understand, but looking at my own records brings back memories of flavors that aren't written down, I think 🤭. Most of all, I really look forward to your records and reviews 😌.

Sake given to me by my father in Nagano. Kurosawa = dry image. When I opened it, I smelled the aroma of wine 🍷 I wondered if it was a white wine type. I thought it might be a white wine, but it was more like brandy. It was dry, with almost no sweetness. It looks quite strong 💪 The label says it is 18 degrees Celsius. I see 🧐I wonder if it can be heated in winter? The only other sake with a similar taste that I can recall is a sake I had about 10 years ago from Kosasaya Chiketsuru. I bought that one for heating sake in the winter. It was so long ago that I can no longer rely on anything! I'll have a sip and sip. ❗️

Drinking with classmates in Onomichi😊. The shopping street was still hot in the evening, but the breeze was blowing and the Tanabata decorations were swaying. Wind chimes were also in place here and there. The only sake we drank was this one offered by the proprietress. It was a delicious sake with a cream soda flavor. I may want to drink it again.

This time, Shibata's be cool. Seasonal ones are always in UV-protected bags. ☀️ The aroma is not so strong. It smells like a green apple that has not fully ripened. When you put it in your mouth, you feel green apple + sweetness. The first time you taste it, you will be surprised by the sweetness of the rice cake and the bitterness of the rice cake. The next cup will probably be totally different (in a good way). If you ask me if it is cool, I think it is a little sweet for summer (I want a little more sourness), but that is my personal choice. When it warms up a bit to about 5-10 degrees Celsius, the fullness and gorgeousness bring the whole thing together and it's good luck. Kido is delicious 😋.
