My father from Nagano is here, but I can't drink with him today because of my work. The only sake available was Shinmasa Viridian and Yamasan Kinmon Nishiki, so I thought it was not suitable for a meal. I gave this to my wife and told her she could open it. I will drink it after I get home from work at midnight 😊. I got the impression that it was sweeter and rounder than the Sisu Ikeda lot I had the other day, with a distinct acidity. I didn't drink them at the same time though 🤭. I prefer this one. It is delicious 😋. This will be our family's food sake for a while: ❗️

My wife's parents came from Nagano 😊 We all went for a night walk together and returned home for oden and souvenir sake. They asked for a request, so I asked for "Yamazan then" and this is what they said "This is the only one we had for Mr. Miyajima". This is it: ‼️ From the lactic acidic aroma, a little bitter, rice flavor, sweet acidity, and chorogasiness. It's like the one that my mom likes to lay down Koei Kiku no Ikubou. This is delicious~❗️ Nagano sake, the best ❗️ thanks 🙏

It was an elementary school graduation ceremony. Since she is the only girl in our family, it was a different and deeply moving experience. She has grown up so much. So in the evening, we opened a bottle of the Lord of the Cellar. As you probably know, the label on the back of the bottle says that it is recommended to be refrigerated for 1 to 2 years, so I followed the recommendation. How serious I was, following the previous Kuheiji. Needless to say, the taste is excellent. It has an elegant sweetness rather than sourness at the forefront, and as it warms up, the aroma of the wooden vat is more noticeable. Hana pear, that's for sure. My wife and I were so happy 😊.

I ordered this year, but it was shipped yesterday and arrived today ❗️ in a cardboard box from the brewery, which is nice 👍. And I'm going to drink it tonight ‼️ I'm a serious drinker, so I'll drink it as fast as I can 🤣. It's light cloudy but slightly nigorigo. When you put it in your mouth, it has a fluffy clear yellow-green sweetness with an apple-like aroma, and a gasiness that is not too assertive. The bitterness from the mid-palate is pleasant. The bitter taste from the mid-palate is pleasant, and the spicy taste lingers on the tongue until it finally fades. I had this after the rest of the Blossoms Moon the other day and it didn't beat it at all😊This one is much clearer. Well, it's good when you drink it as you are told properly 😌Happy 🩷.

I was supposed to be shopping for food wine, but our eyes met, and this girl's push got the better of me and I brought her home again this year🌸. It's a cute rum-like liquor and was too good again this year 🩷Yes, it's still better with a little creaminess or vanilla flavor on top 😋 if it's mixed with oriki.

A junior colleague at work gave me a "Thanks for your help. It's a souvenir of my trip back to Saga" 🌸 This makes me too happy😭. My first Blossoms Moon🌙. It has a clear sweetness that is typical of Nabeshima, with a slight gas and minerality. It has a nice thickness and when I checked the rice, it was Tajima strong. I see what you mean. The lingering aroma on the tongue and in the nose after swallowing smells like flowers. Was it the label? What is it with Mom and these flowers? But it smells like flowers, right? We were in agreement. We are in hanami mode one step earlier 🌸 Thanks ❗️ delicious ‼️

I have been returning Sentori since late last year. Here is the organic naturals of SENKYO that returned to Edo, raw 😊. The bottle was opened with gas. It's a clear sake (I later realized it was orikara, lol...). The aroma is fruit + lactic acid + scent of wooden vats. The first half is sweet and fruity, with a hint of pear. Woody aroma too. The second half is acidic and mild. The alcohol is low, so the finish is drier than I had imagined for organic naturals. It is a complex yet pleasant sake that can be savored forever. Sengoku is still great. ❗️

I was wondering if I would be able to drink it this year, but luckily I came across this Sogapère Ephis. I wondered if the bottle was really 750mL because it was so thin. I wondered if the bottle was really 750mL, but I was amazed that it contained that amount of wine and didn't cost 2,000 yen for such a high quality. I opened the bottle without letting it sit 😊. The acidity is very effective, and the moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the muscat flavor for a moment. It has a white wine-like quality, but with the flavor of rice. There is also a bit of gas. There is a pleasant acidity in the background throughout. On the second day, the sweetness and umami increased. Sogapère is delicious even when heated. I can't drink it because I'm working two nights from today, so I'll look forward to the weekend 😌. I heated it up. The sweetness of the rice is enhanced and it's great! Especially heated 🩷.

I happened to come across this one when I was heaving at work recently. I wondered if God was watching my hard work. Aside from that, this is my first Black Label. Freshly opened from the cellar in minus, the aroma is mild. It is a classic sake, with a clear watery mouthfeel, clear sweetness, bitterness and umami following from the mid-palate, and a lingering umami at the end. It has a nice taste that does not interfere with meals. When the temperature rises a little, the sweetness comes out softly and the flow to the umami that remains on the tongue comes together nicely. The overall impression is clear, like a crystal ball. This is delicious and can be drunk as much as you like 😊.

Drinking with seniors. Sorry for the rough background💦. This is the one that caught my eye. I heard it's called "Oroku" but I've never seen it before. I immediately decided to go for it at ❗️. It's a "Ohroku" so I guess they let it sit for a while and ship it at the best time, but it still has the freshness of direct pumping and the thick umami of rice that is typical of Ohroku. What is unusual about it is that it is lightly cloudy with a hint of orikomi. It is easy to tell that this is rare even among Oroku wines. It was delicious! ❗️After all, it is Ohroku. ‼️ (I got scared when I saw the retail price with the senior next to me afterwards, but we decided to be impolite 😝)

Continued drinking with seniors. I found this one in the fridge that I hadn't had this year! I asked for it without hesitation and we all enjoyed a four-pack 😌. It's a great rice wine. It has a good balance! It has a slightly more carbonated freshness than the Tokujun and a little more sweetness than the Tokujun. It was delicious. ❗️

After returning home from the night shift and drinking a bottle of Sentori Dobrok, I decided I wanted to drink a little Sumi sake, so I opened a bottle of this one I came across the other day. The shape of the bottle is unique. The aroma is sweet. In the mouth, it tastes more like melon than apple. Makuwa-ri? The sweetness of the rice from the apple is good. ❗️ Slight gasiness is also nice, acidity is not strong. In numbers after a long time, if the whole flow is 10, the sweetness and aroma are the main taste until the first 4/10, and the green sweetness coats the top of the bottom, which is just right even if the bitterness chases after it from 3/10. The last 9-10/10 leaves a pleasant astringent and bitter taste at the base of the tongue. Not much acidity? Anyway, the more I drink it, the more I think it "tastes" good. I have a stupid tongue, but I think this sake has an atmosphere similar to Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiroki? This is delicious 😋. On the 3rd day after opening the bottle, I heated it up. Delicious warmed up 🩷.

My mom bought this bottle for me at the liquor store. Last year it had a rather dry aftertaste and was delicious warmed up, so I thought it would be good again this year, but when I drank it, the sweetness was definitely more than last year's. ❗️ It has a strong carbonation and a moderate acidity. When I mixed the muddy stuff, it was solid and lumpy 🤣. Drinking this is already a cream soda with vanilla ice cream floating in it‼️ Or rather, that taste of cream soda after you want to eat cream soda ice cream when you were a kid and it melted. Too good ⭐️ Today I will taste it without heating it up😊 It's the top one I've had this year By Mom.

First time since the name was changed to Yuki no Mayu. It's been a while since I've had a junmai ginjo from the brewery's forest days 😊. Well, how does it taste? Was it like this? When I drank it before, I thought it had a little more rice flavor or a slight vanilla-like sweetness, but maybe I'm imagining things? It's beautiful and sweet, but I think the acidity is a bit stronger than I remember. Delicious. But the sweetness is a bit different from what I remember. 😶‍🌫️ I heard the inside hasn't changed, but I have a stupid tongue💦. I wonder if it will change after a few days? Sorry, 3 days after opening the bottle, the sweetness has depth and it's delicious. ‼️

It's cold❗️ Too cold to come home from outside and drink 🍺, so I warmed up the last remnants of Tasyu light nigori to get warm ♨️ And after it warmed up, here it is 😊. Nabeshima✨. No need to say anything, it's still delicious 😋. It's clear, moderately sweet, with a firm umami and minerality. I'm sure every Nabeshima is delicious!

Mom likes sweet wine, so here is a challenge to try this one with her. Kraft Sake🍇. The bottle is green while the inside is light purple to pink. The aroma is wine 🍷. The taste is more acidic than I expected, tasting more like white grapes than grapes like grape. But I personally think it tastes like mixprune 🤭. No bitterness or harshness at all. It tastes just like juice. Compared to the Hanafu I had the other day, it doesn't have much of a sake feel when you go this far, but I thought that was what made it so great 😊. Delicious 😋. Yes, I heated it up because I had to 😋♨️ yes, hot 🍇 craft saké, not hot wine‼️ this is delicious 😋.

It was a pep rally, so I opened this one that was sitting in the cellar: ❗️ I removed the plastic around the cork and held it down with my thumb, but then I bounced it off and the lid blew off 😵. The aroma is sour grapes🍇. Yes, like sparkling red wine, even though the color is clear. But it's a nice aroma. What is this❓ The rice flavor is also amazing. I'm impressed 🥹🥹. Something good is going to happen✨

Back from night shift and cool down with the news in the middle of the night. Today I opened a bottle of this one 😊. I gave it to a junior colleague of mine as a gift when he came over for a drink a few years ago and haven't been able to find it since. First of all, the bottle is a beautiful color 🩵. It's a wonder that after mixing the ori and pouring it into a glass, it looks mind-blowingly light blue. The taste is based on an appleiness that is a little more refreshing than my favorite Tokujun, with the lactic acidity and creaminess of the oli, the fine gasiness from the oli on the tongue, and the slight bitterness and thickening that remains. Tasake is still good!
