I went to the liquor store to see if they had some in stock, but they didn't 💦I asked the clerk and he said they were just about to put them on the shelves, but they were there: ⛄️ I remember seeing last year's review of the heat, I thought it was drier and less sweet than I had expected. I'm sure it was a little less sweet and drier than I thought it would be, but this year it was carbonated and stirred automatically 🫧 and it was too good! Here it is~⛄️ On the third day, the bubbles are activated by the warming of the sake. ❗️ When it settles down, it has a melting oli, a strong aroma, a pronounced acidity, the umami of rice, and a luxurious 😌 warming taste. ♨️

I was on a business trip to Yamaguchi with my team at work😊. We went for a light drink the day before before the main event the next day. Since I came all the way to Yamaguchi, I had a bottle of Toyo Bijin. It has a ginjo aroma, softly rounded sweetness, moderate acidity, and good sharpness. No gas. The Daiginjo✨. The rice flavor is nice after it warms up a bit.

The Sentori Kijoshu was a bit drier than I expected, so I opened it up to make sure it was ready to drink ✨. When I opened it, I could smell the sweet aroma 🌸. On the palate, it has a gentle sweetness of rice, saltiness (minerality), and a strong astringency and bitterness from the mid-palate. The N I had the other day is more beautiful and elegant, but this one has a gutsy hook in the second half that makes me want to drink it again 😊. Good thing it's a bit warmer than right out of the cellar at 0 degrees to give it a bit of fullness: ❤️ IMPRESSION , not off the hook ⁉️ Delicious ‼️ After a few days of drinking, it's sweeter, juicier, keeps juicier, milder bitterness, too good ✨.

I went to buy a bottle of Edogari Kijoshu, I had to drink it 😊. The Organic Naturals' Kijoshu was easy to recognize because the color of the bottle was obviously different, but you have to look at the sticker very carefully to recognize this one. The aroma is vanilla. The sweetness is moderate for a kijo-shu, but the sourness and bitterness from the first taste and the vanilla cream-like aroma that lingers in the mouth. The acidity in the middle is like "blue cheese" according to my mom. The sweetness and umami will be just right tomorrow. I'm impressed that Sentori has Sentori's character after all. I want to drink black organic naturals again 😌. The sweetness increased a little on the second and third days 😊But I felt it wasn't like a kijoshu. I know it's supposed to be 13% alcohol, but it's so smooth that it becomes watery in the second half and lacks the thickness to catch the acidity of Sentori. I guess it's just a matter of my mood now that it's getting colder 😌.

It's been a while since we've had a special pure ‼️ at our house. 1) I love the balance of the label when it is displayed in the cellar! 2) The slight apple-like aroma when it opens. (3) In keeping with the times? Slightly low gas. (4) Exquisite balance: not too sweet, not too spicy, not too bitter, yet not too much. (5) Cost under 1800 yen! It's still well balanced. It feels a little more refreshing than before, but I won't know tomorrow. I still like it the best among all the tasake. ❤️

I found Hakuten in one of your reviews and decided I wanted to drink it after a long time, so I went to the liquor store to think about this. There it was, fresh Hakuten 🤍. The aroma is mild. Mouthfeel is rice, sweet gas, juicy, clear, acid, bitter, and alcohol. At first sip, the first 1/3 was thin and the second 1/3 was bitter and alcoholic, but as you drink it slowly, the whole thing gradually becomes juicy and cohesive, the more you drink, the better it tastes, it's a wonder 😊. I could drink this all the time. On the second day, the sweetness increases just enough, the bitterness and alcohol in the second half drops a bit, yumm ✨ There's a slight grapefruit feeling in the background, or that feeling of rice and agave flower style. Just a hint. I wonder if it's my imagination.

I went for yakitori & drinks with my juniors 🍺. We had a good time drinking without hesitation 😊. I was surprised to find that I could not buy it because it is usually sold at the liquor store. I was expecting a sweet and thick sake, but I got the impression that it's very refreshing. The aroma is not flashy, the sweetness is elegant, crisp and elegant sake that does not interfere with the meal 😌.

If I were asked to name my favorite of the Kouei Chrysanthemums, I'm sure it would be Kouei: ❤️ Mildly sweet, nutty flavor with pleasant acidity, and the flavor improves as the day goes by after opening. Of course, it is also good when laid down. So I drank a little first to open temporarily😊. It is still delicious 😋. I'll be chivi chivi chivi over the coming days 😘.

It was so hot that you would think it was summer💦. So I opened a bottle of this one because the other day's Sandoni Nozomaki was very acidic and the Tasake no Midori was finished. The aroma is gentle and gentle ginjo aroma with a milk-like milky aroma. In the mouth, it has a clear and elegant sweetness that spreads to the tongue, with little bitterness and a nice crispness. It is an elegant sake. ❤️It is sweet, but not clingy, but not lacking, and really good. ❗️It strikes me now. ⚾️ Even my mom, who has a more trustworthy palate than myself, said "Oh!" I'm having a lazy drink with my mom while watching a recorded soccer game. I ran out of Hanakaze, so I opened a bottle of this one! Phew! The aroma is, hmmm? It smells more sour than the usual Ni Nozomi. Pouring it into the glass, the carbonation is still there. The sweetness is not so sweet. It's not too sweet. Mom says it's like a chrysanthemum, like a smoked fish. Papa thinks that it is like a plum or like kelp tea. In other words, it is a little different from the Ni No Kozo that I always drank. The acid is strong. Well, now. Is it a problem of the lot? Since I buy it at a reliable liquor store and keep it in the cellar, does it mean that it is the evolution of the birthplace? I wish I could have had something a little sweeter today. I'll have to check if I come across it again😊.

It's been a while since I've been home tasake 🏠. Today is nabe, so it's just perfect 😊. Opened the bottle, apple-like aroma 🍎. No gas, full sweetness, appleiness when it's well chilled, not too strong acidity. When warmed up, the soft and gentle sweetness spreads further, delicious 😋. I am grateful to everyone who makes sake and will keep up with them. ❗️ However, I ended up going to the liquor store today and bought this and another bottle that caught my eye 😌. Mom loves Hanakaze: ❤️ Rice and agave are inevitably expensive, but this one definitely beats the cost in taste👍! Slight yellowish cloudiness, pink grapefruit-like acidity, bitterness, a bit of gas, and rice flavor. Happy ❤️ Mom is overjoyed😋.

It was a beautiful autumn day, so I washed my stuffed animals 😊and also went out for yakiniku at night 😊. Since it's autumn, I went to buy Hiyadoroshi 🍁 and found this 💁. Yoohoo ❗️ I love Mimuro cedar ❤ Sweet good smell, from, oh! Yubari melon 🍈 orange that 🧡. Everything in Mimuro Sugi's Romance series is delicious, but sometimes I wish it had a little more umami, but this hiyaoroshi complements it perfectly. ‼️ A delicious hiyaoroshi to drink while listening to the sound of insects on a long autumn night, yummy 😋.

It was a farewell party for my juniors. It was a precious time for me to grow through teaching. I went to my favorite bar that I hadn't been to recently, and since it was all-you-can-drink, I said hello to the manager afterwards, and he bought me a few drinks since it had been a while 😊. It's dry with a slight banana feel, classic but with a great flavor, a quintessential sake 😉.

On the second and third day of a three-day weekend, I went to a college alumni game overnight. It's been more than 10 years. The scenery has changed a lot 💦I think I'm still as good as the current players 😊After drinking with my juniors, I want to eat Tochigi ramen noodles with clear soy sauce and green bamboo handmade noodles in western Japan too 😭. Lately I've been drinking a lot of slightly higher alcohol or light cloudy sake, so it's been a while since I've had this one 🟣 which is clear, definitely sweet, juicy and refreshing. It tastes just as I expected, nothing to say ❗️ delicious ❤️

いつも指導してくださる方からいただきました🫢ありがとうございます😭 遠慮なくごちそうになります😊 ちょうど前日まで高砂を飲んでいたので三重リレー。 このお酒は神の穂に三重酵母、三重尽くしです！香りは控えめ、口に含むと厚みのある甘さと米の旨みがブワッと広がります。バックにはほんのりブランデーのようなフレーバーも。酸味は控えめ、後半はクーッとアルコール感が来てきれたあとに旨みが残る。味わいのある旨い酒です😋 単品で飲んでも美味しいけど、食事に合いそうです😊 後日の発見。こちら、ロックにするとクリアな甘さとコメの味がよりはっきりして旨い‼️
