I'm going to have a physical exam tomorrow. I'll take it without worrying about it. I found Impression for the first time! I've always wanted to try it😊. First of all, I can't throw away this stylish bottle💦. Psst...open the bottle. Slightly sweet aroma. When you drink it, it has a mellow, rich sweetness and a slight gas that balances the sweetness. I wonder if the sweetness in the middle part of the bottle has a ripe banana-like taste. I have a stupid tongue. The aroma that passes through the nose is rich, with a little bit of acidity at the end, and the umami that lingers on the tongue. Is it fire-aged? I could have bought another bottle. ❗️ I think that once-in-a-lifetime experience is also a good thing. It's delicious 😋.

The first GW holiday was spent all day playing soft tennis with my little one. It's been a while since I saw him play, but even though he is in grade 4, he has developed an aura and I was impressed by the way he really competes in the world of competition 🥹. And here we are at night. I went to the liquor store because I wanted to drink Sanshiki again and they didn't have it, but they had this one in blue: ❗️ The bottle was opened with automatic stirring. It was sweeter than the last time I drank it, and it's a hit with me as a lover of organic naturals and microcarbonation: ⚾️ All Sentori are delicious as Sentori should be, so I'll spare you the taste record 😌. This one will be gone soon?

GW❗️ work makes me busier and harder💦 than during the week. But if I go home and eat and drink good food properly, I'll be back 💦. Today I went home and cooked hamburgers, miso soup and salad with my daughter. It was fun 🥰. We ran out of our food wine, so we opened a bottle of this one that we had a miraculous encounter with again 💁. Just so elegant💎. The clear yet thick liquid, the aroma, the taste, and most of all, the taste that lingers on the tongue is a sigh of relief. I feel that the contradictory qualities of classic but not old-fashioned, thick but refreshing, are perfectly coexisting. Ah, I'm back: ‼️ I'm off tomorrow 🤭. My mom is a modernist, so I'll have it all to myself and chivi chivi 😊.

Abé. First abe? I found it and had it 😋. It has a gentle sweetness and lactic acidity, no bitterness, and it disappears quickly, so you can drink as much as you want. The alcohol content is low but not insufficient, beautiful balance and taste, this is delicious ❗️ I drank the entire bottle I ordered by myself. It was so good I realized it was empty😵. Abe, I hope your local liquor store sells it 🙇.

I went for a drink with my work colleagues😊. This is the one I saw at the Actually, this is the first time I drank Hanamup consciously? My impression was that it tasted like YK35, a very good sake when I started drinking sake (about 10 years ago). It is different from today's modern, the◦ Junmai Daiginjo. The sweetness is not unpleasant, but has a thick wasanbon-like flavor, no bitterness, and a nice sharpness 😊. I can't rely on this as it is a drunken record.

The weather was fine, but it was a bit chilly. However, since it was GW, we had a barbecue in the garden. ☀️ It was easy and fun 👍! And since my stock of sake was getting low and I only had a few that were hard to open casually, I went out for a quick purchase before dinner. I thought of the AKABU AIR that was so good until yesterday, so I thought of a similar clear, sweet, slightly gassy sake... and it came to mind. 🏷️ As I thought, it has a clear sweetness with the flavor of rice that is light but not too much, a refreshing acidity and a slightly gassy feeling, and it is low in alcohol and easy to drink. It's a low alcohol, easy to drink, and very smooth. The sake is also not too bad 😊 delicious ❗️

This is actually my first AIR 😵. Beautiful clear bottle with a golden lid. Psshhhh open the bottle and enjoy 😊. Really clear and delicious 🩵. Light gasiness, light acidity, rummy but not that sweetness that lingers on the tongue, clear sweetness, good sharpness. Low alcohol is also nice and light ☺️ This is delicious 😋.

A junior at work gave it to me 😊. He got it filled at a department store event ✨The filling date is April 19: ‼️ What a good sized bottle. The scent is like cypress 😲. Mom says it smells like the liquor cabinet at her parents' house. When you drink it, it has a light sweetness followed by a cypress-like aroma 🌲 It reminds me of the sake my dad used to drink from the Masu when I was a kid. If the "barrel" is so assertive, I can't complain about the naming. ❗️ It's refreshing and has a nice sharpness. Let's drink it with rice😊. Thank you ‼️

A record of drunkenness. Lastly, here's one you don't see very often. Sake from Okayama, I've been drinking a bit lately. I remember that it was a draft sake, but in the middle to the latter half of the bottle, it had a strong classic sake taste. I think it was a bit dry. I can't guess😅. I think Mikado Matsu was probably the most interesting one I drank that day. Also, I found a chimera that my mom seemed to like.

I had this one in a zig-zag run of sweet and refreshingly dry next to sweet and refreshingly dry. I was already talking with my senpai and I didn't write it down 🤭 I think I wanted to drink it again because it was mellow even though it was dry. I imagine that the sweetness and acidity were well matched. But I can't count on anything when I'm drunk.

Drunken Notes. The one before was dry, so I definitely went for the sweet and juicy one, so here it is. It was as expected. Somehow, I think I prefer drinking Sono Kangiku and Kouji on the spot at a restaurant rather than buying them in bottles and drinking them while watching them change. But that's just my impression as a drunk.

It seems that there are different types of Riasakenaturel with different rice. I happened to come across two types on different days at a liquor store. This one seems to be made with rice from Mr. Takko. Nagano ✖︎ Miyamanishiki, the best! First of all, the bottle is different 😵. The taste is still like Sogapale, but the sweetness is a bit stronger than the others, and there is a nice astringent bitterness. There is also a very small amount of gas. I have a stupid tongue though. In a word, it's good. As with all Sogapale, it tastes better when the bottle is warmed up a little after opening or after a few days have passed. So, I would like to thank the makers and savor it a little bit at a time. The second day. The flavor has become thicker. When you drink it, the rice flavor is soft and fluffy, then sweet and sour, and finally wine-like astringency.

I also bought 💦. I really like this one😍. I agreed with my mom that it tastes like when you cut a pink grapefruit in half, sprinkle granulated sugar on it, and scoop it up with a spoon and eat it hard 🩷😊and by the way, we also agreed that the spoon is the jagged one 🤭.

Hay fever? I have a headache and I feel tired. Coughing also won't stop. I have a cold but no fever, so night shift was tough 💦. I went home in the middle of the night and here I am. Shinshin. By the way, when I cook, I wear the apron given to me by the brewery here 😊. It took me 5 minutes to open the bottle, even in the cellar where the temperature was below 0℃. The bubbles are as beezy as they say 🫧. Clean sweetness, bitterness in the second half, and sharpness. Well balanced. Bachi bachi carbonation but not too modern in taste, but a bit creamy and elegantly sweet. Makes me want to drink the next one again 😊 but I'll turn it around: ❗️ I think I can sleep well. I want to sleep 😭 delicious 😋. It's been 2 days since I opened the bottle and the sweetness and umami have taken over. Mom says she likes it better than Senkou's Yukidaruma.

I bought it because of the blue label 🟦. Akabu tastes good no matter what you drink, but it still makes me a little nervous in my mind, unlike Nabeshima and Sengoku. Sweet aroma when you open it psshhhh. In the mouth, there is really a slight gas and a moist sweetness. It has a pleasantly thick sweetness with a hint of vanilla. There is almost no sourness or bitterness. Akabu, after all, is delicious 😋. I will buy it again next time with confidence: ❗️ I went back and found a Houou Mita with a similar sweetness, which was Junmai Daiginjo-Shu Mirai Unfiltered Honmai. I found it was Junmai Daiginjyo Sake Mirai Unfiltered Honkai. I wonder if this sweetness is the sweetness of Sake Mirai? I learned a little ✨

My junior came to see me from Osaka. At that time, he bought me a bottle of sake because there is a good sake brewery in the neighborhood 😊Thank you 😭. Actually, sake from Osaka is rare, isn't it? The one that comes to mind is Akirika. I have an image of dry, dry sake. It's been a long time since I've had an aluzoe 💓 The aroma is mild. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle aroma of rice and elegant sweetness. No bitterness. It is quite tasty 😋 Aftertaste is a bit spicy. It's also 18-19 degrees of alcohol after a long time ✨It's also very drinkable 😋I'll enjoy it with my mom 😋thanks 🩷.

My father from Nagano is here, but I can't drink with him today because of my work. The only sake available was Shinmasa Viridian and Yamasan Kinmon Nishiki, so I thought it was not suitable for a meal. I gave this to my wife and told her she could open it. I will drink it after I get home from work at midnight 😊. I got the impression that it was sweeter and rounder than the Sisu Ikeda lot I had the other day, with a distinct acidity. I didn't drink them at the same time though 🤭. I prefer this one. It is delicious 😋. This will be our family's food sake for a while: ❗️
