Since I found it, I luxuriously compared Jikin. This one is more to my liking: ❤️ I'm sorry for the apple, but if that one is Gunma Meigetsu, this one has the stability of Fuji. It has a great balance of moderate acidity, bitterness in the aftertaste, and umami in the aftertaste that is not too strong. ‼️ Too bad it's not easy to drink, but I guess that's what makes it so good: ☺️ I was healed ‼️ We can start working hard again in July 💪.

Drinking outside alone on a business trip. I found Jikin. When was the last time I drank it? It is beautifully delicious. It was like when I first tasted Gunma Meigetsu (apple), and then the sweetness and deliciousness followed in the latter half. After the sake disappears from the mouth, the lingering taste is delicious. This area may have something in common with Takasago, which I drank at home the other day. When drunk on its own, it is thick, but it will settle down on its own to a perfect balance depending on the meal. ☺️

A recruiting-related business trip from the countryside to Tokyo💦. The first train in the morning, I woke up every hour thinking that I shouldn't be late. On the bullet train, I read Keigo Higashino's Masquerade Hotel for the first time in a while, and it was so interesting that I couldn't sleep. I did my best. ‼️ I'm rewarding myself for the past week by not going home today✨. Isojumo, which is not the first local drink, with sashimi. Luckily, it opened on the palate. There is just a slight chili sensation. The aroma is not so great, but the sweetness is like a ripe melon. But it's not too sweet, it's crisp and clean. When it warms up a little, it is like a banana. But it's also nice that it goes down smoothly and leaves a slightly pungent taste. I see, this is delicious 😋.

After returning from a night out drinking, I went to CEL-24 for the first time in yellow 😊, with dried salmon given to me by my mom who was waiting for me and my senpai. Actually, I had been through Kameizumi because it's relatively always there on my dad's business trip home 💦 for a long time & for the first time, a gin dream. Yes, pineapple 🍍. Fruity acidity, thick flavor, yet moderately refreshing 😊. It's good after all 🍍‼️ Sorry I didn't go through with it 🙇.

Drinking out with seniors😊. A restaurant where you can't go wrong every time. Medium fatty tuna, striped horse mackerel, etc. (I forgot). I started with the dry one. The kind that accompanies the meal without disturbing it. I didn't ask for a bottle for the picture because they seemed busy with the sake 😊. Drink comfortably with each other, this is important👍.

Today I had the day off from work and my mom and I went shopping 😊I have 4 kids but thank goodness I have a weekday off 😌. I worked for 3 hours in the afternoon on a rush job but went home and had a beer while grilling okonomiyaki and then this 💁. I already know it's delicious ❗️ Balance of flavors, micro gas and freshness, nothing to say: ‼️ Yokoyama was pretty good too, but it's still good to drink right after that 😋. Nabeshima Green 🟢 is still one of my best 🥰. It's delicious ‼️

Today I went to the local liquor store for the first time in a week. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea. So, I decided to buy some cheap and tasty sake 😊. Yokoyama, I know it's always there but you can't go wrong ❗️ Price is in the 1600 yen range including tax ✨. It's fire-roasted but has a slight gas, sweet juicy with a slight bitterness or not, just beautiful and delicious 😋. The first sip is a bit sweet, but the more you drink, the more it goes down smoothly and you can go on drinking it as much as you want. Yokoyama, no doubt about it: ‼️ Great cospa: ‼️

Father's Day is gone and today was another busy day 💦 but honestly, it's like Father's Day every day that everyone is doing well and we can have a drink every night while slowly watching the news😊. Well, this time I brought home for the first time Takashi's Tsukasa🟢, a new challenge for us, although we are a dobrokku family when it comes to summer muddiness. When I open the bottle, it's just a pusher. The aroma is koji. When you put it in your mouth, you get a gentle gas, koji & 🍡 a taste like the white stuff of dango. There is also a yogurt taste in the middle and latter half of the bottle. The sweetness is quite strong. The aftertaste is clean 😊Mom says it's delicious 😋. In contrast to the Senkou Beetle 🍋 I've been drinking lately 🎯. When it gets warm, the sweetness makes it a bit potpourri, so I prefer to drink it well chilled.

Our beetles are pupa. But we have to go catch the alcohol beetles. I went to the store last week, the day after the release date, but I didn't see any beetles. I asked the clerk and he said they were sold out💦. But the nice thing about Sentori is that they get another shipment a little later 😊. Actually, this might be the first time I drink it at home ‼️ When I opened the bottle, it had a nice aroma with a fresh yeast yeast flavor, which is typical of Sentori. The taste is refreshing with a nice acidity 🍋. It's refreshing on a hot day or a still day 😊. Delicious ❗️ quintessential Sentori 🥰.

It is getting a little hot and humid during the day. I wonder if this is the time to start drinking summer sake. After work, I went to the liquor store to get some summer sake. But this year, too, I'm going to drink summer sake. It was about 0°C so there was no spillage, but I was afraid of the automatic stirring ❗️ so I loosely closed the lid and opened it fully when the time was right 😊. It tastes like a rumney. I was scared and loosely closed the lid to see when the time was right and fully opened it 😊The taste is like a rumney with just a hint of banana? The strong gas is refreshing. It's dry, but it's also refreshing 😋. The lightness of the 13% in the sip is in the first half, and after the middle you can feel the alcohol, but when you finish it, it's still light? Anyway, it's great again this year: ‼️

Finally June and early rain: ☂️ I don't mind if it rains, I just wish it would stop for my commute 😌. It's been a while, hasn't it? It's Nabeshima 😊. Junmai Ginjo Akaban Omachi Nama. Rich and mellow 🫠. The first sip is a whiff of sweetness. As the temperature rises a bit from fresh out of the cellar and as you drink more, you can more properly taste the ginjo aroma and umami when it swells in your mouth, and the bitterness in the second half. The sweetness is balanced and harmonized with various elements scattered in the darker sweetness, but the main thing is the mellowness, which I am sure is Omachi's character. I have a stupid tongue. I think it is sweeter and fuller than the hi-ire I drank in February. I like both. It's quintessential, delicious ‼️

I had a bottle of Kaze no Mori the other day for a drink outside, but I wonder if it had been open too long. It didn't have any gaseous sensation and was a little too sweet. I would like to drink Kaze no Mori at home and enjoy the changes. So I drove out to buy some to drink at home after a long time 😊I bought this one from The Kaze no Mori among several varieties: ❗️ I came home from night shift and opened the bottle even though the date had changed 😊. The cork didn't skip, probably because our refrigerator is well chilled. It has a nice aroma😊It has sweetness, umami, and acidity that spreads from the moment you put it in your mouth. When it is cold, it is muscat? When it warms up a little, the sweetness is as thick as Kyoho grapes or Yubari melon. The sourness and bitterness come from the sweetness and the bitterness. This bitterness has a nice effect and is delicious 😋 The alcohol taste that lingers on the tongue at the end is not unpleasant and is rather pleasant. The warming up of the rice adds even more flavor to the rice. The complexity is also good. In our case, on the first day, as it warms up, the gasiness and sweetness become stronger. Quintessential Kaze no Mori of Kaze no Mori ❗️ This is in the 1500 yen range, tax included 💦.

Following the food sake relay the other day, here is a relay from Mimuro Sugi of a line of sake to be drunk slowly after the kids go to bed. Souvenir from mom's father😊. I haven't had Shinshu Kamerei in a while. This is delicious to drink even if you think it's good 🤤. Like a mix of green apple and grape? Freshness and slight gas that doesn't seem to be fire-roasted, mild acidity and bitter accent in the second half. The first sip is clear, and as you take two or three sips, the flavor seems to take over. Delicious with every sip 😋. Two couple strikes: ⚾️ On the second day, the flavors open up and it's even better❗️

A slight fever and cough prevented me from attending a drinking party with my juniors. However, I have an appetite, which is frustrating. Well, it's a sad start, but I couldn't wait to open the bottle while making dinner to recover from the miraculous food wine relay ❗️, or should I say, ❗️! This is my first Takasago ✨. I had read in various reviews that it was dry and suitable for a food sake, but when I opened the bottle, I was pleasantly surprised by the ginjo aroma. It's much more fruity than ‼️ imagined 🍎🥝and a little bit gassy because it's just opened. It is a bit gassy because it is freshly opened, but from one moment to the next, it is filled with a cascade of acidity that is like a fresh yeast yeast strain. As if dancing on top of it, there is the umami and astringency of rice from the mid-palate, then bitterness on the tongue in the second half, and finally the umami and sweetness of the rice lingering in the aftertaste. And this is all so wonderfully balanced in such a short time that it makes you want to drink the next one again💦. Totally enjoyable on its own😵. A little grapey thickness as it warms up. Elegant‼️ This is amazing😍. It's even better on the third day or so, with more grape-like sweetness and rice flavor! I think I'll stop making it a food sake. If it's not my mom's favorite like Hiroki, I'll keep it to myself 😛. (Unfortunately, she liked it.)

A record of drunken outside drinking. Kuroryu's raw sake. Unusual 😵. I drank a lot of things that day and had a lot of fun so I didn't have time to write it down. It's a shame that I only remember that it was delicious 😭 I think there are many situations like that when I drink Kuroryu 💦.

Mimuro Cedar here. I see similar labels a few times a year, but Natsujun is a clear sake. I thought it didn't have much of an aroma, but when I drank it, I knew it was Mimuro Sugi 😊. Like a ramune with a bit of vanilla. Slightly slightly carbonated. Fluffy sweetness spreads, maybe a little dry from the middle to the second half. Slightly dry in the middle and second half. No matter which Mimuro Cedar you drink, you'll never go wrong ✨.

Drunken outside drinking record. I thought it reminded me of YK35, a 35% polished Yamada-Nishiki. I don't remember exactly what I drank, but I do remember that it was quite a tasty sake, a little more modern than I expected, but at the same time mellow and calm. I think there are some good sake from Okayama, too.

Drunken outing record. I was surprised to be able to get a bottle of Jyushiyo 😵. I often see comments that it is sweet, so I had imagined it to be sweet, but the sweetness is elegant and not too assertive, and the dignified and contoured acidity and umami are beautifully balanced and easily quenched 🟢. This is certainly delicious. It was delicious no matter how many glasses I drank to make sure 😊. I'm drunk though.

A record of drunken outside drinking. This is my first sake. I hadn't seen much of it, but it's a sake from Nagano. It was quite nice with a moderate sweetness and flavors like freshly cooked rice 😊. Delicious ❗️
