It's a very good wine, but I always see it at the store, but surprisingly this is the first time I've had it at home. This is the first time I've ever had it at home.

When you open it, it smells so good 😌 The flavor is moist and elegant with a sweet and floral aroma and the umami of rice. The taste is moist and elegant with sweetness, floral aroma, and rice flavor, with a very slight chilliness. It's kind of like a ni-no-kozo (not summer) from Sanchi, but overall it has a refreshing feeling. The bitterness in the latter half is also good👍.
It was supposed to be a food sake, but it's too good as it is✨.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy another bottle and try it at home. I thought I would buy a different one and drink it at home 😊.
I think my mom's comment "it's very well balanced and has a proper sake feel to it" is right on the money 🙇.
