It was so hot that you would think it was summer💦. So I opened a bottle of this one because the other day's Sandoni Nozomaki was very acidic and the Tasake no Midori was finished. The aroma is gentle and gentle ginjo aroma with a milk-like milky aroma. In the mouth, it has a clear and elegant sweetness that spreads to the tongue, with little bitterness and a nice crispness. It is an elegant sake. ❤️It is sweet, but not clingy, but not lacking, and really good. ❗️It strikes me now. ⚾️ Even my mom, who has a more trustworthy palate than myself, said "Oh!" I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not. I think it's similar to Shinshu Kamerei.

I'm having a lazy drink with my mom while watching a recorded soccer game. I ran out of Hanakaze, so I opened a bottle of this one! Phew! The aroma is, hmmm? It smells more sour than the usual Ni Nozomi. Pouring it into the glass, the carbonation is still there. The sweetness is not so sweet. It's not too sweet. Mom says it's like a chrysanthemum, like a smoked fish. Papa thinks that it is like a plum or like kelp tea. In other words, it is a little different from the Ni No Kozo that I always drank. The acid is strong. Well, now. Is it a problem of the lot? Since I buy it at a reliable liquor store and keep it in the cellar, does it mean that it is the evolution of the birthplace? I wish I could have had something a little sweeter today. I'll have to check if I come across it again😊.

It's been a while since I've been home tasake 🏠. Today is nabe, so it's just perfect 😊. Opened the bottle, apple-like aroma 🍎. No gas, full sweetness, appleiness when it's well chilled, not too strong acidity. When warmed up, the soft and gentle sweetness spreads further, delicious 😋. I am grateful to everyone who makes sake and will keep up with them. ❗️ However, I ended up going to the liquor store today and bought this and another bottle that caught my eye 😌. Mom loves Hanakaze: ❤️ Rice and agave are inevitably expensive, but this one definitely beats the cost in taste👍! Slight yellowish cloudiness, pink grapefruit-like acidity, bitterness, a bit of gas, and rice flavor. Happy ❤️ Mom is overjoyed😋.

It was a beautiful autumn day, so I washed my stuffed animals 😊and also went out for yakiniku at night 😊. Since it's autumn, I went to buy Hiyadoroshi 🍁 and found this 💁. Yoohoo ❗️ I love Mimuro cedar ❤ Sweet good smell, from, oh! Yubari melon 🍈 orange that 🧡. Everything in Mimuro Sugi's Romance series is delicious, but sometimes I wish it had a little more umami, but this hiyaoroshi complements it perfectly. ‼️ A delicious hiyaoroshi to drink while listening to the sound of insects on a long autumn night, yummy 😋.

It was a farewell party for my juniors. It was a precious time for me to grow through teaching. I went to my favorite bar that I hadn't been to recently, and since it was all-you-can-drink, I said hello to the manager afterwards, and he bought me a few drinks since it had been a while 😊. It's dry with a slight banana feel, classic but with a great flavor, a quintessential sake 😉.

On the second and third day of a three-day weekend, I went to a college alumni game overnight. It's been more than 10 years. The scenery has changed a lot 💦I think I'm still as good as the current players 😊After drinking with my juniors, I want to eat Tochigi ramen noodles with clear soy sauce and green bamboo handmade noodles in western Japan too 😭. Lately I've been drinking a lot of slightly higher alcohol or light cloudy sake, so it's been a while since I've had this one 🟣 which is clear, definitely sweet, juicy and refreshing. It tastes just as I expected, nothing to say ❗️ delicious ❤️

いつも指導してくださる方からいただきました🫢ありがとうございます😭 遠慮なくごちそうになります😊 ちょうど前日まで高砂を飲んでいたので三重リレー。 このお酒は神の穂に三重酵母、三重尽くしです!香りは控えめ、口に含むと厚みのある甘さと米の旨みがブワッと広がります。バックにはほんのりブランデーのようなフレーバーも。酸味は控えめ、後半はクーッとアルコール感が来てきれたあとに旨みが残る。味わいのある旨い酒です😋 単品で飲んでも美味しいけど、食事に合いそうです😊 後日の発見。こちら、ロックにするとクリアな甘さとコメの味がよりはっきりして旨い‼️

Even though we are about 1/3 of the way through September and it is still hot 🫠 today, the cicadas have decreased in the daytime and the autumn bugs have started to sing at night. Here is yesterday. Fly High nigori ver. When I tried to open the bottle, it started bubbling up and I thought, "Oh no, no, no, no, no! I imagined it to be a lactic acid sweet one, but it was less sweet than I expected. Nevertheless, Houou Mida, the aroma and taste are beautiful 😊. It seems rather dry when chilled. I prefer it a little sweeter, so I'm looking forward to it tonight or tomorrow 😋. On the second day, as expected, the sweetness increased a bit and the bitterness in the second half became a bit milder and more balanced to my liking 😉.

The other day I was confused with Mikumari Fly high and bought that one, but later I came across it again and drank it again this year 🫧. I opened the bottle after the kids' birthday party after they went to bed: ❗️ It's only carbonated, and every time it's graceful bubbles 🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧. It's hot 🫠 even though we've passed the Obon holiday. This past week I have been working and doing all the household chores as my mom is on an overseas expedition with the youngest one ❗️I can do it if I do it ‼️It's not my first time so I'm getting used to it😊. Well, I ran out of Sogape-san, which I had been using as a food wine, so I opened a bottle of this one as a reward for myself 🎁. It's refreshing and deep. It has the freshness and sweetness of micro-gas, but also the acidity and bitterness of a sake made from the traditional sake brewing method of "nama-hashiroshi" (traditional sake brewing method). Various elements are combined into one, yet elegant. It's delicious and deeply soaked in water 😋‼️ I'm back and ready to go again 💪😤💪😤😤.

I received it at my senior's house. At that time, my memory is still perfect. I really like the balance between the acidity and aroma of Shinsei, and especially the sweetness of Viridian. ❤️ Every time I drink Shinmasa, I think it has a "Shinmasa-ness" to it. ❗️ I also had it slightly heated. I happened to get a bottle of New Sakurabana Nama Sake🌸. I opened the bottle. The bottle has a malted rice aroma. When poured, it is slightly carbonated. In the mouth it has a sourness like strawberries, sweetness from the rice malt, a slight wild woody aroma and bitterness, and an elegant sweetness that lingers on the tongue. When it is cold, the acidity is noticeable, but when it warms up a little, the sweetness and umami opens up and it is again delicious. I think it is similar to the Sansudo I drank the other day, but this one seems more refined and elegant. Also, is the koji taste a little stronger? In any case, it is delicious. I don't know when I will encounter it again. On the third day, it looks like the last of the strawberry milk I made by mashing it with a spoon myself 🍓🥛.
