After returning home from the night shift and drinking a bottle of Sentori Dobrok, I decided I wanted to drink a little Sumi sake, so I opened a bottle of this one I came across the other day. The shape of the bottle is unique. The aroma is sweet. In the mouth, it tastes more like melon than apple. Makuwa-ri? The sweetness of the rice from the apple is good. ❗️ Slight gasiness is also nice, acidity is not strong. In numbers after a long time, if the whole flow is 10, the sweetness and aroma are the main taste until the first 4/10, and the green sweetness coats the top of the bottom, which is just right even if the bitterness chases after it from 3/10. The last 9-10/10 leaves a pleasant astringent and bitter taste at the base of the tongue. Not much acidity? Anyway, the more I drink it, the more I think it "tastes" good. I have a stupid tongue, but I think this sake has an atmosphere similar to Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiroki? This is delicious 😋.

My mom bought this bottle for me at the liquor store. Last year it had a rather dry aftertaste and was delicious warmed up, so I thought it would be good again this year, but when I drank it, the sweetness was definitely more than last year's. ❗️ It has a strong carbonation and a moderate acidity. When I mixed the muddy stuff, it was solid and lumpy 🤣. Drinking this is already a cream soda with vanilla ice cream floating in it‼️ Or rather, that taste of cream soda after you want to eat cream soda ice cream when you were a kid and it melted. Too good ⭐️ Today I will taste it without heating it up😊 It's the top one I've had this year By Mom.

First time since the name was changed to Yuki no Mayu. It's been a while since I've had a junmai ginjo from the brewery's forest days 😊. Well, how does it taste? Was it like this? When I drank it before, I thought it had a little more rice flavor or a slight vanilla-like sweetness, but maybe I'm imagining things? It's beautiful and sweet, but I think the acidity is a bit stronger than I remember. Delicious. But the sweetness is a bit different from what I remember. 😶‍🌫️ I heard the inside hasn't changed, but I have a stupid tongue💦. I wonder if it will change after a few days? Sorry, 3 days after opening the bottle, the sweetness has depth and it's delicious. ‼️

It's cold❗️ Too cold to come home from outside and drink 🍺, so I warmed up the last remnants of Tasyu light nigori to get warm ♨️ And after it warmed up, here it is 😊. Nabeshima✨. No need to say anything, it's still delicious 😋. It's clear, moderately sweet, with a firm umami and minerality. I'm sure every Nabeshima is delicious!

Mom likes sweet wine, so here is a challenge to try this one with her. Kraft Sake🍇. The bottle is green while the inside is light purple to pink. The aroma is wine 🍷. The taste is more acidic than I expected, tasting more like white grapes than grapes like grape. But I personally think it tastes like mixprune 🤭. No bitterness or harshness at all. It tastes just like juice. Compared to the Hanafu I had the other day, it doesn't have much of a sake feel when you go this far, but I thought that was what made it so great 😊. Delicious 😋. Yes, I heated it up because I had to 😋♨️ yes, hot 🍇 craft saké, not hot wine‼️ this is delicious 😋.

It was a pep rally, so I opened this one that was sitting in the cellar: ❗️ I removed the plastic around the cork and held it down with my thumb, but then I bounced it off and the lid blew off 😵. The aroma is sour grapes🍇. Yes, like sparkling red wine, even though the color is clear. But it's a nice aroma. What is this❓ The rice flavor is also amazing. I'm impressed 🥹🥹. Something good is going to happen✨

Back from night shift and cool down with the news in the middle of the night. Today I opened a bottle of this one 😊. I gave it to a junior colleague of mine as a gift when he came over for a drink a few years ago and haven't been able to find it since. First of all, the bottle is a beautiful color 🩵. It's a wonder that after mixing the ori and pouring it into a glass, it looks mind-blowingly light blue. The taste is based on an appleiness that is a little more refreshing than my favorite Tokujun, with the lactic acidity and creaminess of the oli, the fine gasiness from the oli on the tongue, and the slight bitterness and thickening that remains. Tasake is still good!

Cheap and tasty 😋. Maybe even $2,000, but it's so good, I'll buy it❗️ Yes, no matter how good it tastes, if you can't get it, it's useless ‼️ I bought a bottle of MID's nigori this year, no doubt 😌. It's a very clear, clean sake that is typical of Kid, and when mixed with more nigori, it becomes a nice, tight gas & mellow sake! But I wonder if this doesn't have to cost 1500 yen including tax❓ The best thing is that everyone can afford it👍

Probably the first craft saké I drank consciously. I've had my eye on it for a while and finally brought it home. The aroma is citrus 🍊 with a grapefruit feel. My daughter's birthday😊. Requested dinner is oden 🍢. Thanks, daddy likes it too 🍢. I opened this one today 💁. My first Wakamusume🩷. It has a gassy feeling, and the sweetness and flavor spreads in the mouth. It has a thick, slightly vanilla-like sweetness backed by a rounded acidity and bitterness in the latter half. This is the first time I've had it, but it's delicious. ❗️

The other day the sake from Nagano was a little too high level for our couple to understand, so we went for something a little more common lol! We found it at a liquor store😊. Nice price too. Fruity aroma, thick sweetness. Chilli a bit gassy. Alcohol through the nose is also fruity😊. If you ask me if it's apple, it's a bit more sweet. If you ask me if it's melon, it's a bit more sour. It seems to be my mom's favorite flavor 😌. Anyway, Nagano ✖︎ Hitokochi, still the best ❗️ On the second day, the cork popped and the bottle was opened. It's even richer and better⭕️

Every time I went to the liquor store, I thought "what's this new Koei Kiku?" but I went through with it and finally brought it home. I can't buy a fat bottle of Kouei Kiku unless I have space in my cellar 🤣. Well, the lid opens with a gas puff, just like Kouei Kiku. The aroma is not as sour as I expected, more like green apple 🍏. When you drink it, it has the pleasant acidity and riceiness of Kouei Kiku. Slightly gassy. I thought this Seikai would have a light sweetness and a little dryness in the second half, but as it warmed up, it swelled up, but it was still light and delicious 😊. Also, I did eat the seven herbs porridge 😉.

Yesterday I was on night shift after 8 hours from day shift, so I opened the bottle today🫧🫧. Bubbles that almost overflow when you open the lid🫧🫧🫧🫧. Big bubbles and light niggles, unlike the zero the other day. I thought the secondary fermentation in the bottle might have eaten away some of the sugar, but it's still sweet 😊. Thick sweetness like grapes, bubbles and freshness from the acidity of the sake ✨. I think this is an enhanced version of my favorite Sandoni Nozomi brew. Awesome new year, too good 😍. I think it's going to be another great year ‼️

The last sake of the year is this one, which is stable and reliable. After all, it is my standard sake, no complaints. ❗️ It's also good to drink by itself while making osechi😊It's also good to drink with tempura and kakiage (deep fried tempura) 😋and also good to drink with soba noodles☺️ I think I'll have a nice New Year's Eve 🍶. This is the first time we have received an instrument in our home😊. My brass band mom saw the label and had a few words to say. "Aren't you holding the instruments the other way around?" The taste is sweet with a hint of grape, a hint of gas, and a refined, refreshing low alcohol aftertaste, delicious 🥰. I drank and requested Fukumuyo a long time ago. It was a gift from Nagano 😊. Well, my impression of the drink was a bit different from what I imagined after reading the back of this one. First, I drank it well chilled and made eye contact with my mom and said, "What is this? We both agreed that it tasted like the futon we got out of the closet at our grandma and grandpa's house at the beginning of the year. But we agreed. Mom said it tasted like shochu. It was a little too sweet for our liking, and when we heated it up, the umami and sweetness increased and it became better. Sorry it's not the brewery's recommended way to drink 💦. Each sip had a ning? Hmm? I was talking about my parents' house and laughing as I drank it and realized I had lost a lot 😌Thanks for the drink! I opened the lid, took a sniff, and thought, "What's that? It smells good. ❗️ and the whole thing is clean with sweetness and umami with a spiciness in the second half 😊The closet feeling is gone. This is the taste of Nagano 😋 wonder😮.

After drinking a heated bottle of Yamamoto "Do" while watching Detective Tsuda with my mom, we decided we wanted to drink a little more, so we opened a bottle of this one since we wanted to keep the "Do" for heating! The other day I had a classic that was so good that I held back thinking it would never surpass it, but then I saw it at the store and bought a bottle of Modern Zero. But no worries 😊. This is just too good 😌. Gas, sweetness to my liking, a slight woodiness behind the lactic acidity, and acidity in the mid to late part of the bottle. I think I actually prefer this one. Great that it was easy to find👍. I feel like I can't sincerely and honestly say it's good if it's too rare, no matter how good it is.

It's a liquor store and makes a strong statement! Prices are cheap! I came home from night shift, had a beer and then went here. Settled and pictured💦. Dark!　Dry!　Not much sweetness. Sloppy, carbonated porridge. Like drinking, like eating, I guess the proper thing to do is to swallow it. I'm going to heat it up tomorrow: ‼️ I think that's probably the right answer👍 But it's late today so that's it😊. Your personality is amazing ❗️ I heated it up as announced! It's dry when it's hiya and I wanted a little more sweetness, but it was still delicious 😊. But beware, the bubbles will explode if you use this warmer. The picture is after it spilled out like an afro💦.

It's been a long time since I bought a new crop 😊. It's been almost 2 years? I thought it tasted better in a tasting glass than in a cup. I thought it tasted better in a tasting glass than in a cup. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, a thick sweetness, a slight bitterness in the middle part, and then a sweetness again and an aroma that passes through the nose. Aroma sweet bitter sweet aroma, "shinshi" or ⁉️ Mom says it's delicious too😊. It was a nabe, but the nanbanzuke she made for me 3 days ago turned out nice and tasty😊.

I came across it again this year at a liquor store😊. One of my favorite Mimuro cedar products. It's slightly carbonated, tastes like a melon soda, like a ramune, delicious 😋. Sweet, but not too sweet, refreshing 😊. The very little bitterness at the end is also nice👍 Mom loves it too ❤️
