My daughter's birthday😊. Requested dinner is oden 🍢. Thanks, daddy likes it too 🍢. I opened this one today 💁. My first Wakamusume🩷. It has a gassy feeling, and the sweetness and flavor spreads in the mouth. It has a thick, slightly vanilla-like sweetness backed by a rounded acidity and bitterness in the latter half. This is the first time I've had it, but it's delicious. ❗️

The other day the sake from Nagano was a little too high level for our couple to understand, so we went for something a little more common lol! We found it at a liquor store😊. Nice price too. Fruity aroma, thick sweetness. Chilli a bit gassy. Alcohol through the nose is also fruity😊. If you ask me if it's apple, it's a bit more sweet. If you ask me if it's melon, it's a bit more sour. It seems to be my mom's favorite flavor 😌. Anyway, Nagano ✖︎ Hitokochi, still the best ❗️ On the second day, the cork popped and the bottle was opened. It's even richer and better⭕️

Every time I went to the liquor store, I thought "what's this new Koei Kiku?" but I went through with it and finally brought it home. I can't buy a fat bottle of Kouei Kiku unless I have space in my cellar 🤣. Well, the lid opens with a gas puff, just like Kouei Kiku. The aroma is not as sour as I expected, more like green apple 🍏. When you drink it, it has the pleasant acidity and riceiness of Kouei Kiku. Slightly gassy. I thought this Seikai would have a light sweetness and a little dryness in the second half, but as it warmed up, it swelled up, but it was still light and delicious 😊. Also, I did eat the seven herbs porridge 😉.

Yesterday I was on night shift after 8 hours from day shift, so I opened the bottle today🫧🫧. Bubbles that almost overflow when you open the lid🫧🫧🫧🫧. Big bubbles and light niggles, unlike the zero the other day. I thought the secondary fermentation in the bottle might have eaten away some of the sugar, but it's still sweet 😊. Thick sweetness like grapes, bubbles and freshness from the acidity of the sake ✨. I think this is an enhanced version of my favorite Sandoni Nozomi brew. Awesome new year, too good 😍. I think it's going to be another great year ‼️

The last sake of the year is this one, which is stable and reliable. After all, it is my standard sake, no complaints. ❗️ It's also good to drink by itself while making osechi😊It's also good to drink with tempura and kakiage (deep fried tempura) 😋and also good to drink with soba noodles☺️ I think I'll have a nice New Year's Eve 🍶. I will work hard from tomorrow‼️ I hope everyone at Sake-no-Wa has a happy new year 😌.

This is the first time we have received an instrument in our home😊. My brass band mom saw the label and had a few words to say. "Aren't you holding the instruments the other way around?" The taste is sweet with a hint of grape, a hint of gas, and a refined, refreshing low alcohol aftertaste, delicious 🥰. The second day was a little sweeter and tastier, more to my liking than the first day 🤍.

I drank and requested Fukumuyo a long time ago. It was a gift from Nagano 😊. Well, my impression of the drink was a bit different from what I imagined after reading the back of this one. First, I drank it well chilled and made eye contact with my mom and said, "What is this? We both agreed that it tasted like the futon we got out of the closet at our grandma and grandpa's house at the beginning of the year. But we agreed. Mom said it tasted like shochu. It was a little too sweet for our liking, and when we heated it up, the umami and sweetness increased and it became better. Sorry it's not the brewery's recommended way to drink 💦. Each sip had a ning? Hmm? I was talking about my parents' house and laughing as I drank it and realized I had lost a lot 😌Thanks for the drink! I opened the lid, took a sniff, and thought, "What's that? It smells good. ❗️ and the whole thing is clean with sweetness and umami with a spiciness in the second half 😊The closet feeling is gone. This is the taste of Nagano 😋 wonder😮.

After drinking a heated bottle of Yamamoto "Do" while watching Detective Tsuda with my mom, we decided we wanted to drink a little more, so we opened a bottle of this one since we wanted to keep the "Do" for heating! The other day I had a classic that was so good that I held back thinking it would never surpass it, but then I saw it at the store and bought a bottle of Modern Zero. But no worries 😊. This is just too good 😌. Gas, sweetness to my liking, a slight woodiness behind the lactic acidity, and acidity in the mid to late part of the bottle. I think I actually prefer this one. Great that it was easy to find👍. I feel like I can't sincerely and honestly say it's good if it's too rare, no matter how good it is.

It's a liquor store and makes a strong statement! Prices are cheap! I came home from night shift, had a beer and then went here. Settled and pictured💦. Dark! Dry! Not much sweetness. Sloppy, carbonated porridge. Like drinking, like eating, I guess the proper thing to do is to swallow it. I'm going to heat it up tomorrow: ‼️ I think that's probably the right answer👍 But it's late today so that's it😊. Your personality is amazing ❗️ I heated it up as announced! It's dry when it's hiya and I wanted a little more sweetness, but it was still delicious 😊. But beware, the bubbles will explode if you use this warmer. The picture is after it spilled out like an afro💦.

It's been a long time since I bought a new crop 😊. It's been almost 2 years? I thought it tasted better in a tasting glass than in a cup. I thought it tasted better in a tasting glass than in a cup. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, a thick sweetness, a slight bitterness in the middle part, and then a sweetness again and an aroma that passes through the nose. Aroma sweet bitter sweet aroma, "shinshi" or ⁉️ Mom says it's delicious too😊. It was a nabe, but the nanbanzuke she made for me 3 days ago turned out nice and tasty😊.

I came across it again this year at a liquor store😊. One of my favorite Mimuro cedar products. It's slightly carbonated, tastes like a melon soda, like a ramune, delicious 😋. Sweet, but not too sweet, refreshing 😊. The very little bitterness at the end is also nice👍 Mom loves it too ❤️

Today I had to work until morning after the night shift, but my two junior high and high school sons had final exams, so the three of us went out for yakiniku for lunch. In my 40s, I would say that it is somewhat frustrating to eat the same lunch but be full and have the high school students eat meat. So I went to bed in the evening and I wasn't hungry 💦 at night. But I made chanko-nabe for the night and had it specializing in vegetables😊It was just plain delicious😊. And since I could eat, I decided to get on a roll and have a drink at home this year. I don't know if I was pulled in by the bottle, but when I opened the bottle, the aroma was of cider with a faint apple aroma. It has a slight carbonation and tastes like cider 🫧 with a slight bitterness in the second half that goes well with a meal 😉 Mom said it was easy to drink too. It's a little less rich or thick than the hi-ire, but in a good way, it has a nice freshness that is not typical of tasake 🩵. Delicious ❗️

I brought home a bottle of the rebranded Sentori. I had a hard time deciding which one to choose because of my cellar, but I decided to start with Kame-no-o, so I brought home a bottle of the Classic. The aroma, the sweet yogurt feeling. The carbonation is strong. The sweetness is less than you would expect, with a grape-like sweetness in the middle, and a sourness that quickly shows itself, and then a sharpness and bitterness at the end. The aroma has a nice woody aroma with a hint of vanilla. This is good! As expected of Sentori! But then again, it seems like I've had this somewhere before. It seems to be from the same place. Is it a little bit sweet and wild, or is it a little bit like Hozu? I can't rely on it because I have a stupid tongue 😭. It becomes creamy and mellow when mixed with cage. The bitterness at the end is also up a bit. This is good again 😋. I'm sure it's the type of beer that will become more umami in the first few days after opening, and the individual flavors will become more balanced and cohesive. Looking forward to it 😋.

I decided to try Akabu after a long time, and dared to choose the standard one to take home, after wondering about the NEW BORN one. It has a sweetness that is not too strong, a delicious rice flavor, an acidity that is not too assertive, and a clean aftertaste with almost no bitterness. It is still a beautiful and delicious sake 😊. It's fruity and all the flavors are well balanced, and my mom says it's become her favorite too 😌.

No photos, record only. Went for a drink with my senpai. It was my first time to drink Izumo Fuji, so I started with hiya. The flavor gradually increased as it approached room temperature. The sweetness and umami are especially good in the second half of the sip. A little banana-like. I heated it up and confirmed that it was still very good 😊.

Ikubou is my favorite of the Kouei chrysanthemums. I missed buying it at a local liquor store, but I found it on a business trip the other day and brought it home 😊. I've had it many times before, but this time I opened the bottle early instead of letting it sit. The aroma has a hint of acidity, but in the mouth it has a thick sweetness and nuttiness, maybe even a touch of brandy, depending on how you feel about it. The gas and the alcohol that passes through the nose are also pleasant. I'm going to drink it over the next few days while enjoying the changes.

A junior colleague bought it for me as a souvenir from a business trip. The ginjo aroma is slight and not too assertive. Green apple on the palate. Strong sweetness, clear sweetness and good acidity. Slight chili gas on the tongue. The aftertaste is slightly pungent with little bitterness. In general, I think it is a beautiful sake. It's good 😋. This small bottle is just right for a gift from someone who doesn't usually drink. But a large bottle of this sake is more than welcome. Thanks to my juniors😌.

The second half of today's night shift was tough. It was just before 1:00 a.m. when I returned home. I open this page while watching the news on "Watteiroku. The other day, I had an unexpected encounter at a liquor store I stopped by on a business trip. The lid is extremely hard💦. A soft and gentle ginjo aroma. The color is clear. Sharp and clear sweetness in the mouth. The middle part of the aroma is pleasant, with the umami of rice, strong bitterness, and astringency, but it is not unpleasant, and the aroma with this umami and bitterness is pleasant, cutting through and passing through to the nose. The aroma is pleasant, and the bitterness is pleasant. The final taste lingers on the tongue. It is a classic sake, but it is not old-fashioned. The crisp acidity that comes out as it warms up is also delicious. Thanks for the encounter: ❗️ The last time I drank Tokujun at a bar, it tasted more like I was back at home, but this one is more refined. It may be because it's from a home-drinker's palate. It's really good. ❗️ The more you drink, the better it gets. In a way, it's my standard sake along with Tasake and Nabeshima Tokujun, isn't it? I don't give it to my mom, who loves modernity, but drink it alone😜.
