Notes for outside drinking. I have had this series with different rice before, and was surprised to find such a good sake in Okayama again. It is a delicious sake that has the flavor of cooked rice, but also has a modern feel 😊.

Outside drinking notes. Never thought I would come across this 😵. The stopper is a crown like a bottled beer 😅. The taste is a Japanese champagne, with a sourness that must have been brewed well and the sweetness of the rice not eaten by the sourness, and a strong carbonation. ❤️

I discovered the red IMPRESSION and this is a buy. ❗️ This is the 4th kind I've had this year... This one was sweet and juicy from the day I opened it 🫠. The micro gas is perfect, the acidity is there but not assertive, the balance is perfect, too good 😭I should have bought another bottle of ‼️ 😭that once in a lifetime is the best part 😊. I think this is my favorite of the four ❤️ This is the one I really, really love😍Mom agreed ✨

Our nigori line came from Snowman to Snow Crescent. When we went to the liquor store to look for the next one, we found a bottle of "Huh?" It's Urasato's Usu Nigori. ❗️ There are quite a few bottles left, but is it ok? When I opened the lid and poured it, there was a nice aroma. Not just fruit, not just lactic acid, but a fresh aroma. It has an elegant aroma like a perfume, but in a good way. When you put it in your mouth, the lactic acidity and gasses are followed by the juicy rice sweetness that swells up on your tongue. It is indeed a bit melon-like, but more elegant. The second half from the first to the last half, while retaining the sweetness, the bitterness comes in the back. As I thought when I drank Urasato before, it is a sake with good "taste". Delicious. ‼️

Sashi-Drinking with seniors🍶 Brief record. I was curious to try this one because I was a little stuck on something when I drank a different one before. It's different from your review, but it's very classic and heavy, and it was a little too much for me at the end of the after-party💦. I'm a drunk, so I can't rely on that.

For the record only😊 Drinking with my senpai. I ordered sashimi for two, but this was for one 😅It's delicious, so no problem ❗️ The hikakami, not too sweet, but still aromatic in the mouth, went well with the sashimi 😉.

It was the last day of a three-day weekend 😊. My youngest son had a tennis match yesterday, he did his best and stuff, so let's do sukiyaki already ❗️. Here's what I chose for my sake 💁. I went all the way to the store the day before yesterday to buy some 👑. Of the several varieties, I still prefer my favorite, Yatsu ❤️ This time it's a rare version of ⭐️5 ❗️ This one is delicious ❗️ with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. It has a freshly cooked rice feeling, a gentle gassy feeling, and a pleasant pungency from the astringent bitterness and alcohol in the latter half of the bottle. I think this second half is the best part of the Yaoxo. This is the hook that makes you want to drink it again. It is robust, yet clear and refined. Happiness: ❤️

I came home from night shift, took a bath, and had a drink with my mom just after midnight 😌. Here's a bottle of Kouei Chrysanthemum. The light nigori at the bottom of the bottle was appealing to bring it home. The bottle opened with a long pshoooooosh, not much aroma, grapefruit like flavors in the mouth like a wooden vat, umami like cooked rice, I like this kind of Koei Kiku, ❤️ acidity is also good. The sweetness and riceiness increased after I muddled the cage and left it in the glass at room temperature for a bit. ❗️ I think you have to drink Koei Kiku over a period of days👍
