Today's dish Fried horse mackerel✨ Masamune Instrument Masamune is the sake that got me interested in drinking sake 🎷. It started with the fact that I thought the label was nice, and then I googled it on the internet and thought the phrase "a sake that enriches your life like listening to your favorite song" was lovely ✨. Today's dish Spaghetti with cod roe cream✨ I always think it's delicious, but I don't know how to convey the taste, so I tried the drink comparison set to see if I could properly tell the difference in taste 🫣! But this is mellow (junmai daiginjo) or, Fruity (junmai ginjo) Mellow (special junmai sake), Elegant (junmai sake) This is the first time I understood 😳✨ I hope to do some sake reviews soon 😮‍💨 For now. Today's dish Marinated sea bream✨ We went to Omine Sake Brewery. There are many café menu items that I am interested in, such as cheesecake with sakekasu and amazake with apple and caramel ✨.
