Decided to check in 100 ✨. The name is said to have come from a warrior in the Warring States period who used sincerity, not brute force, to persuade people's hearts. It takes both sincerity and time to persuade people. I really feel that way as I spend time with my children every day. I want to be the kind of teacher who can touch the children's hearts. Today's dish Marinated horse mackerel in Nanbanzuke✨ My husband's choice of sake (3) I feel it tastes even better when it is cooled down in Nosaku 😆. We compared modern and retro sake. I compared the Modern with the Retro and found the Modern to be smooth and easy to drink and the Retro to be mellow. My husband is a modern drinker and I am a retro drinker. But both are delicious!
