Purchased at a roadside station when I went to my hometown Chichibu, Saitama for soba noodles. This year's new sake 🍶 was a sip when I opened the bottle! It's a soda drink with a 60% rice polishing ratio and delicious 😋 pure rice sake 🍶......with seasonal white shrimp....

Purchased from a Chiba sake lover, Fukushuku ㊗️ brewery. Despite the fruity aroma, it has a strong bitter taste with a sweet and bitter kick! Ponzu (ponzu sauce) with shirako (white cod roe) and squid sashimi....awesome! This sake is for seafood...I knew it...a sake for the experts...delicious!

Purchased at Tsuchida Sake Brewery. Aroma: Sweet aroma of rice, sweet taste! The taste of mellow rice flavor is very sharp! The moderate bitterness in the aftertaste is also nice 👍I enjoy it with red vinegared sardines and salmon canapés as a side dish. The combination with seafood is ⭕️♪ The fact that it is made to order further doubles the deliciousness...yummy!

My favorite Chiba sake 🍶 "Fukusuku" 🍶 freshly squeezed raw sake! I think it's the season...not much aroma, but the taste...rich, mellow, umami...not too sweet, with a pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste...kuhhhh...excellent! I like it...tonight, I will enjoy it in a pot with a little bit of it.

A horse mackerel, shrimp chili, yam & broccoli 🥦 grill from Sagami Bay that I caught today...first Michell♪ light nigori nama sake! When I opened the bottle, it was a little bit heavy! I was ready for it...but it was over. When I poured it into a sake cup, it was so refreshing...it was so alive...it looked like calpis...but it was not. ..... The mouthfeel is like Calpis for adults. You can feel the delicious taste of rice......9% alcohol content, be careful not to drink too much...! I didn't know that rice and rice malt could make this kind of sake... It overturns the concept of sake... I guess you could say it's something else... Delicious 😋 Hey~♪

Matsu Midori Hiyoshi Oroshi, which had been sitting in the fridge, was opened! The aroma is sweet and fruity from Omachi! The flavor of Oumachi and the moderate bitterness from the sweet flavor are superb...! The umami of Omachi...irresistible...I enjoy it with seasonal sashimi...little by little...

The first HOPE SENKYO is delicious! It has a mellow, umami mouthfeel, and you can taste the deliciousness of the rice. The subtle acidity and slight bitterness in the aftertaste are also excellent...I enjoy it with sashimi in the autumn season.

My favorite Kanagawa sake 🍶♪Matsumidori! The aroma is slightly fruity...mellow and umami...classic flavor. You can taste the umami of the rice. The aging process has made it more rounded and angular! Pair it with the flavors of autumn! I enjoy it with raw bonito.

Local sake from Ogawamachi, Saitama 🍶 with a sweet rice aroma...sweet and bitter on the palate with a nice bitter aftertaste...some breweries have traditional sake that goes well with strong flavors like hormone or pork marinated in miso...but this sake 🍶 is very modern 😋 delicious! ...mellow and delicious taste...enjoy the flavor of the rice...I want to drink this again...

This is "Gokeijo" which was a gift. I'm not a fan of hiyaoroshi, but... the slight sweet aroma of rice... the mouthfeel was "sweet! I can't believe it's hiyaoroshi, it's so refreshing and fruity......and delicious too! I'm sipping it slowly...thanks a lot!

A sake that I have wanted to drink for a long time! Kanagawa Sake brewery Izumihashi. I went directly to the brewery to buy it... I hesitated between "Akitombo" and "Raku-fu-mai", but I chose Raku-fu-mai Jungin... The aroma is a faint sweet aroma of rice. .... The taste is a hybrid of good old-fashioned sake and trendy sake. It can also be used as a food sake. ⭕️ Delicious 😋Without knowing it...I drank it all 🤦 again ....

I'm not a fan of the local Saitama sake 🍶 Hiyayogoshi: .... I'm not a fan of local hiya-roshi, but I've had this one at ! This one is rounded and rounded...good for a mid-meal drink...I had an image of Teimatsu as a bold and wild sake to go with Ota hormone...but it's mellow and umami...yummy...yummy!

The spoils of our trip to Minami-Boso, a binge-drinking, binge-eating... Narumi, one of my favorite Chiba sake 🍶... Tonight we will enjoy a relaxing nabe (hot pot) with delicious 🍲 sake I'll enjoy it. Slightly fruity aroma... sweet and tasty mouthfeel... Good bitterness in the aftertaste. It's delicious! The fermentation-derived shwashiness is also good.... It's still delicious!

Trophies from our trip to Minami-Boso: ♪ Purchased at a sake brewery in Oyado! Aizan's fruity sweet aroma...mellow and umami mouthfeel...sweet and bitter on the palate with a sharp finish! The moderate bitterness of the aftertaste is superb! The benefit of the 240 altitude super-hard water? It can be drunk on its own or as a food sake (⭕️). It's delicious!

It's been a while since I've had HahayoYoku...I had it when it was first opened at my usual izakaya...it has a pineapple aroma, sweet taste...but you can taste the rice...I always wonder how rice and rice malt can make it taste like this...it's hard to find local Saitama sake...but I can drink it anytime I come here... I can't get it easily, but I can drink it anytime I come here.......

The trophy of my trip to Minami-Boso for binge drinking and eating...I knew that the sake made from the original yeast has some peculiarities...but this is quite good...The acidity from the white malted rice and the aroma is very sharp in the aftertaste from the shuwashu feeling! It's sour......like wine......but the citric acid is effective......it's quite a maniacal sake🍶.

The annual trip to Minami-Boso for a binge drinking and eating trip♪ A marriage of Chikura snacks 🐟 and local sake 🍶...Boshu shrimps in season now 🦞 Kinmedai, Isaki, Meichi-tai...the best of Minami-Boso...my daily fatigue was blown away♪ Oh...Wagura! Wazo is a sake brewed by the Wazo Shuzo Brewery, which is well known for its "Seisen" sake. I had an image of brewing traditional sake 🍶...but this sake 🍶 has a modern feel, which is very trendy right now 🍶! The blend of 4 brands of rice polished to less than 55% that represent the brewery, and I was curious about the aluzoe...but the blend was excellent! Aroma: fruity 😋 Mouth: sweet and delicious 😋 Aftertaste: moderately bitter... I love it... it's delicious! I can't... drink... eat... enough... satisfaction...
