First time at Tamagawa♪ Junmai brewed with Omachi, a favorite of mine! Aroma: Sweet aroma like syrup...mouthfeel 😅Thick and thick! The rich flavor and sweetness of Omachi is superb! The aftertaste is a nice sourness, which leaves a lingering aftertaste. Since I went to Yamanashi today, I enjoyed the taste of autumn with stewed sakura (horse), akebono soybeans (which are in season now), and simmered dishes....

The spoils of my trip to Minami-Boso, I bought my favorite ❤ "Fukusuku" ㊗️ at Iwase Shuzo's brewery. It has a cute 😊 sea turtle label... The aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of rice, and the mouthfeel is sweet and tasty😋 before it turns sharp! It's a jungin brewed with hard water, so it's a little dry... I'm enjoying it with yakitori from Chichibu and zaru-tofu from Chichibu...yummy....
