It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of enjoying a Hana-Hanayo...#1☝️ favorite Hachitan Nishiki...aroma pineapple 🍍 indescribable sweet not just rice flavor 🍍 I want to drink it as is...delicious...nothing more to say..!
Ibaraki Sake from a gift 🍶.
100% Hitanishiki produced in Ibaraki! The aroma is fruity and sweet. The mouthfeel is sweet and bitter, then sharp! Is it dry? Today, I'm sipping it with my son and daughter-in-law with potato salad and chikuwabu (a kind of fish paste) as a side dish.
It is a gift of Niigata sake 🍶 made entirely from rice grown on Sado Island 🍶It doesn't have much aroma and the taste is sweet and bitter without any peculiarity... The rice is "Takane-nishiki" and Niigata sake has a strong image of light and dry taste but this is easy to drink 🦪 Oysters, deep fried flounder, raw mackerel sashimi. I enjoy it with oysters, fried flounder, and raw mackerel sashimi... with my wife.
When the bottle was opened, it was a little cloudy...but on the second day, the cloudyness was gone and it was easy to drink...Miyamanishiki's rich flavor...sweetness increases...bitterness is good...it's still delicious! It is still delicious with grilled chicken and Urayasu's specialty "grilled hamaguri"...great as a mealtime sake! It's also great to drink on its own, but...that's why I can't stop!
The trophy of my trip to Minami-Boso, a bit sour aroma from the sake brewing process, reminds me of tropical fruits...sweet and sour on the palate, also tropical 🏝️ fruit flavor...I was a bit impressed...I didn't know rice and rice koji could do this... I was a little impressed with the seasonal sashimi, tsuzuki, sea bream, barracuda, kinme...delicious.......also good to drink on its own 😋!
I've been into Kanagawa sake lately 🍶 18 degrees of sake! It's like a local sake 🍶 from the mouth. It's like a local sake 🍶 with a traditional flavor...I enjoyed it with ehoumaki rolls 😋...rich, mellow, umami taste
The 240th item is the hardness of the brewing water. Sake brewed with hard water is dry and crisp! Fruity aroma of OMACHI....mellow OMACHI flavor with a good bitterness that gives it a sharp edge! Good for seafood...today, I'm sipping on some raw tuna that my son served...
A splash when the bottle is opened! The aroma is sweet and fruity, the mouthfeel is sweet, and the taste is mellow and delicious! The taste is sweet and mellow, with a nice bitterness that comes afterwards. Driving to Chichibu today 🛣️ and enjoying it with my favorite yakitori and potato salad...sipping away...
Jay & Nobby Good evening 😋 Yakitori & potato salad from the butcher shop is delicious 😋 Nothing like a good sake 🍶 to go with it! It's a blissful time 😋🍶.
I bought this bottle directly from the brewery at the end of the year. The kindness of the brewery staff...I can't wait to stop by again...! It's alive! The aroma is subtle, the mouthfeel is sweet and delicious...unlike freshly squeezed sake, it has no curdle and is easy to drink. It is well-balanced and easy to drink! We enjoyed it with yakitori, seared kipper, and sea bream sashimi.
The spoils of a recent trip to Minami-Boso: YK is the initials of the toji (master brewer), Yuzuru Kikuchi. 66 is the ratio of polished rice. It is a raw sake with 11% alcohol by volume. .... Easy to drink. The aroma and mouthfeel have the sourness of a traditional sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast! It's like banana🍌...I was a little surprised to know that rice and koji can make such a sake🍶...I enjoyed it with my favorite "Whale 🐋 sashimi" and "Chicken sashimi" as a snack while thinking about Minami Boso. .... I'm enjoying myself....
Good evening brother 😃.
I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised at the amazingly tasty 11° Freschwurst 🤗.
It's been a while since I've tasted the sourness of Narumi 🥹.
The annual trip to Minami-Boso, a place for binge drinking and eating. Again, we ate too much .... Chiba marriage♪ Chose local fish and Kururi's local sake 🍶Fukuju㊗️...☆ Unlike the label, this is a real wine! It is rather mellow and dry! The malted rice is made from Hokkaido comet and the hanging rice is Fusakogane made in Chiba prefecture. This journey will continue forever...
I wanted to try "Meikyojosui" once... For those who love Omachi, the aroma of sweet Omachi is irresistible... sweet and bitter, then sharp! Delicious 😋 Hey...today, I'm sipping a little bit of it with a side of springtime-anticipating taranobudo tempura, squid nameko🦑, and a tuna eating contest....a little bit of alu aftertaste, but...yummy 😋.
I'm working from today...but since it's the New Year (Oshogatsu🎍), I had a barrel of "Fukusuku" sake that I got in Minami-Boso! You can feel the deliciousness of the 70% polished rice...it's sweet and tasty without being as sharp as the aroma of the barrel...I'm enjoying it with my wife with western style oseki-yobushi...
Happy New Year 🎍!
The first sake of the year is my favorite, Sagaminada! Perfect! I like it 🎍Oshibushi, oshitsuke (deep-fried tofu) with sashimi.............................New Year's dishes go great with sashimi! Thank you for another good New Year's Day 🎍! I am thankful♪
Happy New Year, brother 🎍.
It's good to start the New Year with Sagaminada, one of the most drunk sake ✨.
Thank you very much 🍀 for your support during the old year.
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇🙇.
Ponchan-san Happy New Year 🎍I will enjoy meeting various kinds of sake 🍶 this year too 😊and enjoy looking at the posts of sakewa... Please, I look forward to working with you in the new year.
ma-ki- san Happy New Year 🎍Thank you for allowing me to enjoy New Year's dishes while drinking Sagaminada this year as well! I am looking forward to enjoying many different sake encounters this year as well.
Happy New Year to you, Jay & Nobby ⛩ My first drink of the new year was my favorite, Sagaminada...! Be careful not to eat too much ⚠️...but we look forward to working with you again this year 😀.
It's a new sake, so it's a bit rough! It has a strong sweet bitterness and a sharp aftertaste! Today's Kanagawa marriage...Teriyaki teriyaki "oshitsuke" from Odawara port...sipping it with a little bit of it...my first "oshitsuke"...this is delicious...I'm going to be addicted...
Hi brother 😃
We had the Shoryu Pengcai one a while ago 😋 and we both loved the characteristic bitter taste 🤗 I would like to try the "Oshitsuke" one too!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃The new sake 🍶 is a bit peculiar...freshly squeezed, this roughness is good...but the oshitsuke is 40% of its body is fat, so be careful not to eat too much: ⚠️. But...this is delicious 😋 Please try it!
10ZG-STQ Happy New Year ㊗️ first Aburabozu...it was delicious...I'm addicted to this one...I also bought a fence today, so I'll have sashimi today! I'm looking forward to it 😊.
Purchased at a roadside station when I went to my hometown Chichibu, Saitama for soba noodles. This year's new sake 🍶 was a sip when I opened the bottle! It's a soda drink with a 60% rice polishing ratio and delicious 😋 pure rice sake 🍶......with seasonal white shrimp....
Purchased from a Chiba sake lover, Fukushuku ㊗️ brewery. Despite the fruity aroma, it has a strong bitter taste with a sweet and bitter kick! Ponzu (ponzu sauce) with shirako (white cod roe) and squid sashimi....awesome! This sake is for seafood...I knew it...a sake for the experts...delicious!
Hi brother 🐦.
There are so many albacore that it could be mistaken for white rice 😻That's great with lots of sashimi! I haven't tasted this one but it looks delicious with seafood: ❣️
Purchased at Tsuchida Sake Brewery. Aroma: Sweet aroma of rice, sweet taste! The taste of mellow rice flavor is very sharp! The moderate bitterness in the aftertaste is also nice 👍I enjoy it with red vinegared sardines and salmon canapés as a side dish. The combination with seafood is ⭕️♪ The fact that it is made to order further doubles the deliciousness...yummy!
My favorite Chiba sake 🍶 "Fukusuku" 🍶 freshly squeezed raw sake! I think it's the season...not much aroma, but the taste...rich, mellow, umami...not too sweet, with a pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste...kuhhhh...excellent! I like it...tonight, I will enjoy it in a pot with a little bit of it.
