週末に飲んだのを翌週徐々に上げていくってのが定番のペースになってきました😅 さてコチラは半月ほど前に千葉の酒屋さんから連れてきた４本の子供たちの内の一人🤗 寒菊は８本飲んでる我々ですが、こちらはお初となる松尾自慢さんです‼️ 甘過ぎるのは苦手😅と言いながら結構飲んでんな😆 ではいただきます♬ 香は甘い感じが漂いますね😌 一口含むと、これは旨い👍「これならワタシもいけそう😋」とノビィ 二口目も、うん！甘いけどね😙これくらいなら良いよね 三口目…うんやっぱかなり甘いね😅旨いんだけどね😚 と半分くらい飲み進めましたが、これは飲み切っちゃうよりも明日に残して半分にした方が良いという大人の判断😌 という事でノビィ監督から選手交代が告げられました🙋🏻‍♀️選ぶのはジェイコーチ！千葉から移籍した別の子供が誰かは次回のお楽しみ♪ さて選手交代と言えばオープン戦が始まったMLB⚾️ドジャースも知らない顔がいて😅トレード組の新戦力などは開幕前にしっかり予習しておかなきゃだし🤔また大谷くんとドジャースをYouTubeで見る機会が増えそうです😆 日本開幕まであとわずか😍さけのわユーザーでチケット当たった人居るのかな🤔

My daughter & him 🇺🇸 visit report Final We talked until about 3am on Sunday night 😅. And Monday lunch was bought by my daughter and him! Thanks a lot 😊. Then we went to Penny Lane, a popular 🍞bakery🥐, and each bought what we wanted 🚙. We had coffee ☕️ and tea 🫖 and talked about the differences between 🇯🇵🇺🇸, the difficulties of conversation, and the future, and then it was time to go home 🥺. Three days passed in a blink of an eye 😢I dropped them off at the station 👋 and got home before 5:00pm! I was so tired 😓We took a half hour nap 💤. We woke up and talked about dinner. I thought I'd skip the alcohol today with the leftovers. But I'm thirsty, so I'll have just one beer? I look in the fridge and think... let's go for the booze 🤗. So here's what I was going to open on the first day! Nobby bought this checkered red-and-white Chiebijin for a special occasion after seeing Sake-no-wa: ‼️ We were talking about having just a light drink with the leftovers 😅I took a sip... it's easy to drink with sweet acidity and pleasant gassiness 😚 This is certified to be ridiculously tasty: ✌️ By the time I said I'm going to call it a day 😌, it was already empty... what? I thought I'd skip the booze 😅 Well, he is going back to the US tonight 🥲. but to my surprise, my daughter got a ticket 🇺🇸 for GW👍Young is good 🥰... End of the day

Report on the visit of my daughter & her boyfriend 🇺🇸 (3) At first, we were nervous in the quiet restaurant, but gradually we started to relax 🤗. We saw the owner was dodging the bits of the Tsumami and said, "I'll have some of that too! I'll have some of that too! Sorry for the loss of food 😅. Next up was the tuna 🥹 which the owner is proud to say is one of the top three tuna of all time. I had the marinated red and fatty tuna, which made me want to meditate and look up to the heavens when I put it in my mouth 😇. He said this place is by far the best in all of Washington DC 😍. Nobby gestured and said "you...this restaurant...like...fish" in his native tongue, and the owner laughed when his daughter said "That's Lou Oshiba 🤣" 😁He was all smiles when he heard it 😊. I'll take that as a yes! He served me salted fish and dancing whitebait! He was surprised by the dancing fish 🫢 but it was delicious too 😙. And now, the sake we drank during that time🤗! The first one was Sengoku Risshun Asashibori! It was past its prime and there were only a few left, but it was nice to have something that brought us good luck 😋! Next was Shichihon-yari! We've had it at home before and it was consistently good 😙Finish with Tobiroki for a refreshing finish👍. We were all very satisfied 😊It was expensive but it was a precious moment to experience something out of the ordinary 😌. This is my 50th bottle of Sentori 🥰🥰🇺🇸 to be continued

Daughter & he 🇺🇸 visit report (2) On Saturday, we stayed up late until after 2:00 a.m. 🥱. But we are old enough to wake up early, so we went for our usual walk in the morning 👍returned before noon, but they were still dreaming 😴. They woke up around midnight! It's a proof of youth to be able to sleep till noon😅But my daughter said she could sleep well for the first time in a while 😌I'm happy as a parent 😄. After that, we all had a leisurely Japanese breakfast brunch, and in the evening we took a bus 🚌 into the city! When we got off the bus, he said "Thank you 🇯🇵" and then Nobby said "Thank you 🇺🇸". Not the other way around: ⁉️. Our destination was a nice sushi restaurant with only 7 seats at the counter, which was reserved just for us that day! We ordered a course with many snacks and toasted with beer first, then asked what kind of sake they had. We started with the Hikakami from the list! I knew it would be perfect with the fish 😋. He said he had never had such a great fish before 😊 and his smile said he was glad we came 🥹. J&N's sake was also on tap, followed by Yamasan's Sanke Nishiki Usu Nigori! I'm so glad I had a chance to try it 😙. Next up was Yamasan's Sanke Nishiki Usunigori, which I've been wanting to try, so I'm happy! It had a clean aftertaste and went well with the fish👍! Last weekend was a three-day weekend with a lot of substance😅. My daughter and he arrived at Utsunomiya station in the early afternoon on Saturday 🇺🇸 and we immediately went to our favorite restaurant, Karan, to eat gyoza🥟, followed by his request to eat Tochiotome🍓 ice cream😋, which made 80% of all the Tochigi food 😆. After that, we all stopped by the supermarket and headed home! The party consisted of Nooby's deep-fried fish paste with salt! And in the center of the table, my daughter led the party with 🐙takoyaki 🌕 + more 😋! The sake was a Kyoto souvenir he brought me! I'm Shensei, who decided to drink something he's never had before🤗‼️ I'm going to make love to you! I love the sweet and fruity taste 😊He and my daughter said it was good but they only had one cup 😅We both enjoyed it 😙. His English was interpreted by my daughter for Nobby😄Noby also showed off the words he knew and his gorgeous body language🤗He said his English had improved 3 times 🥹. Then we drank highballs 🥃and had a nice conversation 😊and for some reason we decided to play Blackbeard's Crisis and instead we flew into the air with a cute beanstalk 😆 which flew 3 times as far as Blackbeard and we laughed so hard 🤣. From there, we moved on to UNO! The time went by and before we knew it, it was 2am🥱. I guess I was overdoing it from the first day. ⁉️ to be continued

By the way, my daughter and her boyfriend 🇺🇸 are finally coming to our house this weekend😊and in preparation for that, I took an English conversation lesson with voice translation on my phone while drinking this day 🧑‍🏫 As we were talking, I googled 🤔 to find out how to say cram school in English and came up with cram school. I tried to pronounce it as "cram" and the voice translation heard [crime: crime] and said 🤨No, no, no! You don't have a crime school 😠. Okay! And when I said it with a slightly different pronunciation, this time it was heard as grandmother: ☹️...ehh, I can't get through that much 😫.... Well, they say that body language is 55% of the impression a person gives to others when they speak 😅I guess that's where Nobby, who is very good at this, comes into play 🤗.

Let's buy something we've never had before! Series 🤗When Nobby went to a liquor store far away 🚗, takeshon-san recommended a cosy one, so I got this one: ‼️ The specs aren't disclosed, but it's said to be a gem that has been carefully polished to the core of the rice 🤩. I'll make love to you The aroma is sweet and reminds me of tropical fruits. I take a sip and oh 😙 this is the first solid sweetness I've tasted in a long time 😋 I think I've tasted this rich sweetness somewhere before 🧐 but I can't remember where at all 😓. The sweetness is complemented by a moderate bitterness, but the sweetness still prevails 😅I couldn't finish it in one day, so I had to split it between two days 😌I could go for sweet 😌... By the way, last weekend we both went to Jay's father's place in Chiba 🚙 before going shopping at "Sake no Oikawa" where we usually stop by 😉 Some say this is the true purpose of our visit 🤭. We got a total of 4 bottles, the one we were after and the one that somehow caught our eye 👍now off to his father we go‼️ When I arrived at the apartment, I put the kids in the fridge🤗I asked them to lie down with their father's favorite Calpis water so I could stand them up 😆 sorry 🙏. But it was a relief to see them gaining weight and feeling better this weekend☺️

Our wedding anniversary is today, right? I was wrong 🤣Wednesday was our estimated 31st wedding anniversary🤗. We decided to celebrate that day with a small celebration at coffee ☕️ and save the celebratory drink for the weekend! Now, where do you think the celebratory drink should be❓ Yes, you guessed right! Yes, all of you who raised your hands are right ‼️ is like a lottery where you can only win 😅. So of course the sake chosen for the celebration was Tochigi sake! Sawa Hime 🤗. The label was renewed in Japanese style with a motif of "juni-hitoe" (twelve-layered kimono), which is a Japanese word for "princess" and "12" in the name of Sawa-hime. I'll make love to you! I'll make love to you! It has a gentle taste and ☺️ is light but has a strong umami on top 😋 It gets better and better the more you drink it 😙. The label on the back says "light and delicious junmai-shu" which is exactly what it says: ‼️ I think this is a perfect bottle for sake beginners! And the entrée of the day was a delivery of kamameshi and sashimi set that my daughter arranged for us for our anniversary 🥹 Thank you very much for your help 😌. Let's walk happily together in our 32nd year, Tochigi Ai🥰.

It's been about a year since Yamazan-san had Hitogokochi last February ‼️ and this time it's the green label Yamae Nishiki that I wanted to drink because of its not too sweet 👍 rating by Sake no Wa 🤗. I had it on my shopping list for Novy 📝, but it was sold out on my last visit to a liquor store and I gave up 😢I was looking forward to next year 😞 and had half given up on it, but the other day I got a happy report 🥳 that "it was there and I bought it". I'll make love to you! The aroma is mildly fruity🥭. It's modern but with a dry eye, it's like a morai 👍As a result, it was the best of the three bottles I had last weekend, and J&N's rating is going up. ⤴️ It was so good that I finished it quickly 😅Switched to a highball 🥃 from here! I was watching and listening to 80's western music on YouTube as I did the other day, learning English lyrics in preparation for the conversation with my daughter's boyfriend who is coming to our house next weekend😅. We also go for our usual walk while checking our English conversation together 😄That makes the time go by surprisingly fast and makes an hour seem like a blink of an eye 🤭It helps to keep our brains active 👍.

Answer announcement of the last post🎊 The bottle opened in the middle of Tenmei was Urakasumi: ‼️ Speaking of Urakasumi... back in the day when my father could drink sake, whenever I went home to my parents' house, Urakasumi Zen always came out and he proudly said 👍"It's important that this Zen is on the back👍"😄I remember we used to drink it together all the time 😌. We were not at all familiar with Sake at that time 😅I don't think it's too much to say that we only knew Urakasumi Zen 😆When we invited overseas guests who used to come to our office to our house, we gave them some as a souvenir 😌. I was attracted by the beautiful blue label on Mashidaya's social networking site and added it to my shopping list for Nobby 🤗. I was somewhat freaked out by the 17 degrees when I saw the label 😨 What do you think? I'll make love to you I took a sip and oh...! I thought it would be very spicy after the Tenmei 😳I thought it would be very spicy after the Tenmei 🤔It has a good amount of umami and sourness and is refreshing but not at all spicy 😙On the contrary, it has a hint of sweetness that keeps my cup going 😋. By the way, yesterday was a national holiday 🎌, but Jay had to work on a compensatory day off for his company 😢. But I still want to take a vacation 🥲.

It was supposed to be a day off from drinking. But when I got home ⁉️ and saw the spring rolls and soba noodles on the table, I gulped and salivated Jay 😗 while Nobby 🥰 said, "It's become a table for drinking. We quickly decided to have a quick drink at ‼️😙. So, the one chosen was our second bottle of Luka 🤗I didn't have an image of it being dry, but I had seen Mashidaya's social networking site and got it! I'll make love to you! The aroma is somewhat refreshing 😌. I'm sure you'll love it with soba noodles 😋. After drinking it for a while, I felt that the sake in the cup was a little cloudy 🤔. I thought, "Oh, this is a cucumber ❓"! I tried to check the sake bottle, but Nobby said "that's the last one".... I was supposed to drink it lightly, but there was no ori left, not even ori 😆I looked at the back of the label and it said there was a little ori 😅. So now that we've been identified as a couple who can't stop drinking 😚 🤤 I think we'll change our name to Jay & Nonby from now on 😆.... ...Oh...! I'm sorry, but I got an NG🙅🏻‍♀️ from Nobby saying "I'll be the only NONBEI 😠" so I'll just leave it as it is 👋.

Thank goodness our favorite Kitajima-san ❗️ is sold at our local liquor store 😊. This is the third bottle I've had and so far all of them have been directly pumped Junmai Ginjo Nama 🤗 Each sake rice and sake degree is as shown in the ↓. First bottle: Miyamanishiki -1 Second bottle: Ginbukiyo +7 Third bottle: Yamadanishiki +10 The dryness level is getting higher and higher 🤔. I'll make love to you The aroma is ginjo 😙. The sweetness of the rice makes it easy to drink and it doesn't feel too dry, but it's easy to cut through. I'm sure this is a top Shiga Prefecture! I'm sure this is top of the line in Shiga Prefecture! Well, I was supposed to have a leisurely dinner that day, but it was so good that I finished it by 7:00 😅After that, I switched to tea and watched TV, but there was nothing interesting 😑... 😑. I thought, "Let's try some nostalgic western music...? So I switched to YouTube and watched Queen's Live Aid video! The 601st bottle is also Tochigi sake after all 😉This is Sentori who gave up the Kiri number to Tamaka: ‼️ Looking back, 500 CI was at the end of May last year, and I consumed 100 bottles until 600 CI in about 8 months...so 12 bottles per month! I've been taking a good rest on weekdays and concentrating all my efforts on weekends 😋. From now on, I would like to be mature enough to savor sake while savoring it slowly 😌 and to share the taste with you by putting it into words. I've seen some reports of spills and such, but I'm a grown-up and opened the bottle without any difficulty👍The good citrus aroma wafting around tickles my nostrils. ☺️ I will make love to you in a Riedel glass. It's lively and full of flavor 😌 oops that was confusing 🤭 I meant fresh and juicy and dry and full of flavor 😋. If I had to describe it in one word... I take back what I said before: ‼️ I think "yummy😍" would be the best way to describe it 😁. I couldn't afford to be an adult to begin with 🤣. Honesty is the best Tochigi love 🥰.

I'll make love to you! The aroma is gorgeous and sweet ☺️ The first sip is a delight! It's fresh and has a sharp aftertaste, so it's a bottle that goes down smoothly. Nobby said, "I might be able to drink some chrysanthemum if this is the case. No, I think it's still too early😅. By the way, how do you manage your lace curtains? I noticed that my house is 24 years old and I have never changed the lace curtains even though I have washed them 😅But one of them was torn and my daughter's boyfriend is coming to our house at the end of February, so I replaced it with a new one in a hurry. But ⁉️ color is too white and I feel uncomfortable 🤔...then I started to worry about the stains on the sliding door on the other side 🧐. Okay... I'll change this one too! Let's change this one too: ❗️ After prepping on YouTube, Nobby bought the sliding door paper and props, and Jay put them into practice! It was plain white paper with no pattern, but we were able to overlay it quite well👍. As a result, only this room was transformed into pure white curtains and sliding doors 😆 just like the label of white yeast rice wine 🤗. I think we are ready to welcome them now 😉.

I was browsing the fridge at the liquor store when I noticed the unadorned blue 🟦 label that caught my eye 😳I was attracted by the cleanliness of the label 🤗This is our first time here at Bikou: ‼️ I'll make love to you! The aroma is fresh fruit😌. The first sip is fresh, fruity, juicy, and tart 😙I wanted to shout "freshly harvested fresh! It's easy to drink and has a nice sharpness, so it goes down smoothly 😋. It's really delicious 😍I really like this one 👍 By the way, here's a shot of my daughter and him on a rare road trip to Japan. He will be in Japan for the whole month of February, but this weekend he and his daughter went to visit Jay's father in Chiba! He and his niece are very grateful for the opportunity to spend the night together and free her sister 🥹. The father, who works for a foreign company and used to speak a little English, asked in English, "Do you know XXXX company? He smiled happily when he answered I know, partly because his daughter had spoken first 😊. But I tend to forget the most recent one 😅Do you know my company? He said it went on till episode 5 😆 but still he was not dumbfounded and answered that he knew every time 🤗. I hope he spoke one word of English and his father got some mental exercise too 🙂.

Following the meat sauce 🍝 a while ago, Jay 😋 had an irresistible craving for kiritanpo nabe after seeing Hirupeko's post. While we were walking together as usual, I told Nobby about it and we were both completely in the mood for kiritanpo 😙 We bravely went to the supermarket, but they were sold out of kiritanpo😱gwahhhhhh😓...this must be because people who saw Sake no Wa bought all the kiritanpo 😁. I was wondering what to do 😨 when I found "Damako Mochi" on sale nearby ‼️ so I bought other ingredients and we had Seri Nabe with Damako Mochi 🤗. I bought some other ingredients and made this nabe with Damako Mochi 🤗 I served this nabe with Asahi Kohki's Kumi Kumi! I'll make love to you! The aroma is freshness of nokkumi ☺️ The first sip is easy to drink and sweeter than expected 😚 but the acidity is calm and brings it all together like a homeroom teacher 😋. The first time I tried Seri (Japanese parsley), it was surprisingly unctuous for its aroma, and the Tamako Mochi was delicious, just like a round Kiritanpo! This nabe was the right choice👍. The sake was just as good with the nabe as it was with the rice, and every time we ate or drank, we kept repeating, "Wasn't Asahi Koki this good? Nobby kept repeating "I don't remember Asahi Koh being this good" every time we ate or drank. Akita style nabe with Tochigi love 🥰!

Last week, my liver took a solid five days off from Monday to Friday after New Year's 🤗 and on Saturday, I joined my daughters in Tokyo as I mentioned last time! That night, my daughter and I went with him to an Okinawan izakaya (izakaya) where we drank beer 🍺 and highballs 🥃, but I was not in the mood for the Reimei 🍶 that was on the menu 😑. After leaving the restaurant, I split up with two other people and walked to Ueno Station. We had about 20 minutes to wait for the bullet train, so we wondered if we could have a quick drink at a soba noodle shop inside the station where there were bottles of sake 🤔I'm not that much of a drinker, so I decided to hold off...as a result, I haven't had sake for a long time🥲. But that's beside the point 😆. My first sake in 5 days was Ona-san, the first label after the zodiac bottle: ‼️ bouken-san drank it last week and informed me that it has a fancy taste among Ona's. â I will make love to you! The aroma is fruity, peachy and sweet. The first sip has the same fruity and sweet taste as the aroma, and then the sourness and bitterness come in, which is what I call a mellow taste 😋! If I didn't drink so much of this, I would only have 3-4 bottles in stock and I'm a mature drinker 😉. Mellow Tochigi love 🥰.
