I have been curious about this one for a long time...Chuai! The slight fruity aroma characteristic of Miyamanishiki, the sweetness of the mouthfeel, and the bitterness of the finish! The rice used is Gohyakumangoku? The taste is lively and fresh, as only a new brew of sake can be. It claims to be dry, but it is not that dry, and has a refreshing finish that is not sweet. It has a good balance and a high cosmetic ministry. I would love to try other brands.

Today's Chuaiai from Shimonokuni! The red shiny ✨ label is beautiful 🤩. Now, how does it look like? It's called "orikarami," but there's very little of it in the bottle. The page of "Saito Sake Shop" where I bought it says It has a sake degree of -1.5, a little sweet, and the rice is delicious 😋. A bottle as tasty as the label! I think it is worth the price of 1,905 yen including tax. thanks Saito Sake Brewery (Ootawara, Shimono-kuni)

thick texture. Soft sweetness - melon. Clean finish. 3.50/5 after a week still some how light but richer honey like sweetness. Paired well with Korean bbq but not enough to hold up on its own.3.75/5
