I had bought the No. 6 glassware with the intention of enjoying it alone, and I had also bought a Kimura glass piccolo to get everything ready for the event. I brought it to my favorite restaurant to celebrate their 7th anniversary.
It's been a while since I've had X type, but overall it was refreshing and crisp. It's delicious without any complaints.
There are many brands on this day that I'm interested in.
But I heard that Flax Cat is the only one on the regular menu that you can order!
All other Niimasa are sold out!
Flax cat is much more tart than the sweet and sour Gagakuyo I mentioned earlier!

Alcohol content : 13
Brewing vessel : No.17 wooden vat
Bottle used: Rokka Tsuki Nagatsutsu Sake Iris
Yeast used: Kyokai No.6
It took 10 minutes to open the bottle. The best fizz ever, I would compare it to Sprite! The bubbles were still going strong on the second day after opening the bottle.
It is more like champagne than sake? I don't remember drinking champagne, but it's just an image. It is the kind of sweetness that you want to drink on a hot day, and has a spottiness to it. It is delicious!
