It really is a sake that even people who don't drink sake say tastes good. If you are allowed to bring your own sake, we share it with everyone and enjoy drinking it. The lingering scent of the wood is soothing.

The 5th Tochigi Prefectural Association Autumn Banquet🍁. Actually, I had a mushroom hot pot at the last Kuratasan. I got a mushroom hot pot and it was really delicious. I secretly hoped it would be a mushroom hot pot again at this time of the year! A pot of mountain mushrooms that you can't buy at the market. There are no shiitake mushrooms in it, which I don't like, so I can eat them without choosing, and they were delicious. And the rare sake we got from the teacher. A refreshing and sour sweet sake. It tastes like a spoiled ramune. In many ways, it was a very precious experience.

Kansai Salmon Roe Bring and Share Year-End Party ⑬ Sake brought by Pon-chan I have had Viridian in the past, and I didn't like the strong wooden vat feeling, but this time it felt sweet like a completely different sake. But this time it was sweet like a completely different kind of sake. I prefer this lot. I'm not sure if it's because Shinmasa has the same label but the taste changes a lot from year to year. I wonder 😅 Other breweries also have different tastes depending on the year, but I think it's beyond the margin of error 🤔. Oh, this is not a criticism 🙄. If it were another brewery, they would have a different label 🤔.
