Next is Shinsei NO.6 R-type.
If you ask for a delivery kitbune, you may be able to get a high-class omake like this!
Of course, this is only possible if we have the stock and the timing is right, but I am always the one who is the most pleased and excited when I find the Shinmasa when I open the cardboard box (laugh).
(Laughs) After drinking the Akizuka, the taste is more mature.
I can't get enough of the happiness that spreads softly but gorgeously in my mouth! 😁
The youngest person said, "Shinmasa, it's delicious! What is this? What is this? 😁👍
He said, "You'll find this kind of happiness if you go out with me! And appealing. (LOL)
When you become a section chief, lend me your money at a discount! I laughed and drank up! 👍
Good evening! 🙋
I heard on the news this evening that it was a summer day with temperatures exceeding 25℃ in many places 😱.
The level of heat is so hot that it's like summer all at once, and neither my body nor my mind can keep up with it.
The thermometer in the direct sunlight was 23℃ at my place too, so it must have been tough for those who worked outside. 😅
April is the month of entering a new environment.
My eldest son and his wife's children, two grandchildren from my point of view, entered kindergarten last week! 🎉🎉🎉
My eldest son, who is always running forward in any environment, and my eldest daughter, whose shyness has finally improved recently, seem to be enjoying their kindergarten life very much and are going to school every day with great energy! We have received reports that they are doing very well. 👍
The other day, her teacher went out of her way to put the many dandelion flowers she picked in a plastic bag for her to take with her.
I replied to her that she was lucky they were not dangled dandelions (lol).
Well, it seems that we had to do a lot of preparation for things to be used at the kindergarten, so here's a toast to the New Year version of Shinsei! 🎉
It seemed quite mature, but I was happy with the balance and gorgeousness in my mouth.
After this, we also opened a very expensive wine. 👍
Good evening, chika! I am so glad to see you here 🙋.
I was not in a position to drop by KIBUNE during the New Year's holiday, so I bought in bulk in advance so as not to be a burden, and they shared it with me later. I'm sure you'll be able to help me out 🙇.
It was like a New Year's Day 🧧 exchange 😅.
Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai!
Congratulations on your grandson's entrance into kindergarten 🎉.
I'm glad to hear that he is doing well. ❣️
A New Year's bottle for such a celebration - that's great ⤴️
I love the opening of the bottle, perfect for such a celebration 😋.
chika, I'm not really what you would call a regular (lol).
But it is a bliss to be able to talk to you on weekdays when there are no customers 😁.
Getting Shinsei is a matter of luck (lol).
Good evening, ma-ki-! 🙋
Thank you for your kind words!
It looks like you are really having a great time. 😁.
So, Shinsei is the best sake for the whole family to enjoy! 👍
Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai! Congratulations on your grandson's entrance into kindergarten😄I'm glad to hear that he is attending school in good health! And New Year bottle! That's wonderful and I envy you😊.
It has a clean, citrusy taste that is typical of cosmos, but it is the most bitter and flavorful ever. The aroma of the wooden vat is also the best ever. It is usually grapefruit, but this time it was more like Hassaku.
☀️
Just finished the bottle and the reserve bottle came out.
They asked, "Would you like the bottom of the bottle and the sealed opening in separate glasses?" I said YES👍 of course 😎.
The opening 🍶.
Clear acidity. Standard sweet and sour, sweetness seems weak. Clearly crackling carbonation🫧.
Wooden vat aroma comes late.
Very fresh😋.
Bottom of the bottle🍶.
Carbonation was gone🫥.
The acidity is rounded and cloudy.
It was still oxidized, but the aged sweetness and flavor was stronger.
It has a milder flavor 🤗.
I didn't know the number of days after opening the bottle, but anyway, I feel that good sake changes rapidly after opening the bottle 🤗.
Hi Hiro, good evening.
You have it in you to be able to compare drinking the last and sealed empties in such a nice tasting 😁✨✨.
I'd like to try drinking sansho too... ⤴️
The mouthfeel is pleasant, with a hint of sweet, clean strength, and a mouthfeel that is not overpowered by the oil.
The aroma of rice stands out from the latter half of the top to the middle, and the aftertaste is a cup of deliciousness that goes down smoothly.

Again a proof I have tried this in my log :) Very signature sourness from Aramasa, but quite refreshing. Not the kind of sourness that will make you feel imbalanced. Kind of taste you will not forget, rice and fruitiness then come and blends well in palate.
