先日泉屋さんで陽乃鳥を購入しました。 味わいの方はとにかく甘いです🍶 これ日本酒？って言うくらい濃厚な甘み。 付け合わせ無しでも全然飲める一品。 食前酒とかにしてもいいかなと思います！

Compared to ordinary Nirvana Turtle, this special version 10th anniversary is very different. It is made using the Kijunshu process, and is remarkably sweet, with a very light pear flavor on the palate. However, it is not overly sweet like Yonotori, and has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness. It is also attractive in that it has a moderate oak aroma that can be enjoyed.

Takadanobaba (2) Yesterday, I had a year-end party with members of my former company in Takadanobaba, where I used to work 13-14 years ago. I used to collect stamps at this store. Next time, we decided to go here for the sake of it. Shinsei No6 I don't remember drinking Shinsei back then. Naturally, this one is delicious too 😘. And it has more acidity than the Jyushiyo. It has fruity sweetness, but it's fresh! We had a great time yesterday (though we drank too much as usual), talking about our recent and future situations, and reminiscing about the good old days 😄.

I'll make love to you... *p Higu got it for me: ☺️ I'm so impressed 😭✨ My first "heavenly frog🐸" I struggled for more than 10 minutes to open the bottle, lol! I'm so rushed, I feel like I'm going to get bloated ♨️ It's so fizzy and shwashy! It's like a fine champagne. Refreshing sweetness and moderate acidity. Too delicious, too happy. Oh, I'm so happy. ☺️♡ Luxury, bliss, thank you!

It's been a long time since I have had a new policy, and a long time since I have had a No. 6. I had a chance to buy it this time, too. It is delicious. The low alcohol content may be one of the reasons, but the freshness of this unpasteurized sake stands out from other Shinmasa. It has a sweetness that is not at all cloying and can be enjoyed as a mealtime sake. I look forward to having another chance to try it again.
