10th Anniversary Sake I was able to get it by chance. I really appreciate the sake shop. It is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 88%, and the rice has a deep sweetness of its own. In the mouth, you can enjoy the aroma and deep flavor. The sweetness remained for a while after swallowing, making it a sake you want to savor carefully. Truly delicious. No wonder Shinmasa has so many fans.

My father purchased this bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma and a natural acidity that refreshes the aftertaste. The moment I put it in my mouth, my father and I looked at each other and were impressed. I definitely want to drink it again. It is a great sake that is tangy and yet easy to drink. It made for a great time. Thank you very much.
