This is my first time to drink Toyama sake! I went to buy some Fat Koma, but they didn't have it, so I bought this one. It seems that there was a time when he was the toji (master brewer) of both Katsuyama and Toyama, and it is as good as ◯Koma! It seems that most of the sake is consumed in Toyama. Transparent light body! Fairly mild aroma of banana flavor. It was quite rough when it was first opened, but it settled down and became like clear water! Modest sweetness, no acidity, soft and sharp! Flows down the throat quite softly compared to modern types. I spent about a month drinking it and had it as an accompaniment during meals! I've never had Katsu Fat, but no wonder it's so highly rated!

Koei Chrysanthemum from Saga! Very popular snokle! Full-bodied! Slightly cloudy! It has a very strong sake taste when just opened. It's a bit of a bee sting! The aroma is citrusy, not too sweet and dry, giving the impression of a grefleur! It has a classic sake element with a strong astringent taste.

A drink before drinking! Undrinkable Murayu! Full-bodied! Fruity sweet acidity! And while it's dark, it has a nice sharpness! I imagined it to be classical. The acidity is like Kimoto (I don't know if it's Kimoto or not)! I wonder if you can buy it in Niigata?

Rice wine again! This is a version of Tokusyu Junmai made in Yamahai style! A bottle with rich umami that can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures! Transparent, medium-bodied, with a gentle 🍐 aroma! Gentle aroma of 🍐. When served cold, it has a slightly subdued sweetness, umami, and bitterness. I've heard that its true value is revealed when heated, so I warmed it up to the upper temperature and found a rich aroma of 🍐! The sweetness, umami, and acidity swelled up and it was delicious! Modern heated sake! It's a beautiful sake, and you can go easy on the sake quality!

Drinking famous sake! Kinoene from Chiba, the symbol is a cute turtle and rat! It was a juicy and mellow bottle! Juicy aroma of 🍈🍑! Colorless and full-bodied! Fresh, sweet and delicious, with a strong sense of gas and a little bit of cemedine right after opening the bottle. On the third day, the sememeiness settles down while still retaining the chili sensation, and the taste changes to a mild sweetness, making it easy to drink! The freshness of the bottle and the mellowness after a little time, A bottle that can be enjoyed both ways: ⚡️

Drinking famous sake! Hirotogawa, the young star of Fukushima! Famous evening sake that you can drink all the time! Full bodied with a slight yellowish green tinge! Aroma of 🍌! Aroma of 🍌: Gradual sweetness, transparency and umami! It has almost no acidity and is like banana milk for adults! It's a good sake that can be drunk gradually all the time. Next is Shirakikyu, a nice to meet you. The label looks stylish. Light-bodied with a slight yellowish hue, the aroma is of ripe 🍎! When I drank it, I found a nice modern sweet and sour taste! I guess Nilgame was not so sweet after all! Yesterday was a pretty solid day, so it seems I subconsciously wanted a modern acidity!

Unfortunately it was raining, but I went out unusually! There was a nilgame, so I drank it! The aroma is melon-like with a hint of sourness! The color is a little yellowish green and full-bodied! The color is a little yellowish-green, full-bodied, and has a robust acidity and umami derived from kimoto! Surprisingly, the sweetness is moderate, and the impression of citrus fruits is consistent!

A cup of tears! I had a Daiginjo with full of flavor. Not much of a ginjo aroma, but a strong umami type! Mr. Noriguchi! My taste buds couldn't tell the difference between this and the honjozo...! I guess that's how good the honjozo is made...

After ripping up the Tedorigawa River, we left the restaurant. I went to several stores, but they were sunk, so I decided to wait for my wife's life at Kanazawa station. NOUMUCHI Naohiko Research Institute: Normal Sake Finally, the price of a four-pack of sake has reached just under 2,000 yen. A little yellow light body. Mild and easy to drink sweetness, while still being robust as in the past. Goes well with the salty taste of pickled fugu fish roe.

The 2.5 gouge is Sogen, first time Here is a photo borrowed from a bar's order page It's so yellow, you can tell it's full-bodied even in the smallest amount! It is very classical! It's not easy to drink, but it's a sake that awakens the body at this time. It's sweet, but it's definitely good for warming up!

We went to Kanazawa for my wife's sake tasting and I stocked up on Chiyotsuru, Hirotogawa, and Ohmine, which I had not yet drunk! While waiting, we went to a bar famous for sake, but it was unexpectedly full due to a reservation 🥲. First of all, I'm drinking Tetorigawa, which never misses. My mouth was on undrinkable modern sake, but the power to pull me back to Hokuriku in one fell swoop, as expected! It perfectly brings out the melon flavor that sake drinkers think of when they hear the word "new sake", and it is refined while retaining its roughness.

Drinking famous sake! Shichibonjari from Shiga This brewery mainly uses Shiga-grown Tamaei. It has a very robust taste. Clear and medium! Almost no aroma. It has a strong dashi-like umami and a light sweetness! It has a traditional type of acidity, but it's very clean and easy to drink! It is also good lukewarm! It has a strong umami flavor to begin with, so it tastes great at a higher temperature while remaining clear! It tastes great lukewarm! It tastes great lukewarm, but it tastes even better warmed up! I like heated sake like 🍠, but this sweet and sour one is also good! This one was easy to drink, so I'd like to try it as a standard sake when I want something stronger!
