The times of offerings! Maybe Shichiken is not this kind of sake... The aroma is more like vinegar boiled down than citrus, and when you drink it, the umami is good, but the twitchy feeling is stuck in your throat! I heard they are trying to promote complexity, so is it possible to have this feeling? I thought so... but... I have often twisted my head to other sake in the mass retailer where I bought this sake this year, so I suspect that it is probably not stored properly 😟 However, the sake is innocent, so I want to find a good way to drink it. ...

Good morning, Termat! [I see that you're Rica0. It is one of the few stores in the prefecture that has a drunken selection of sake from outside the prefecture, but I am certainly concerned about the condition of products stored at room temperature other than in the refrigerator 🤔.

Congratulations! The 100th bottle of Sake no.1 is also Tsuneyama's series, which I usually have a hard time getting my hands on! This series uses sake rice grown with less agricultural chemicals by farmers in Miyamacho, Fukui Prefecture, which has close ties with the Tsuneyama Brewery! The producer's name is also on the bottle! When the bottle is opened, it has a wonderful peachy scent! When you drink it, you will be surprised by the high density of sweet and tasty flavors that come with a slight carbonation! The sourness comes after that, and the characteristic bitterness of Tsuneyama is emphasized more than usual, and it finishes slowly.......well......I'm being patronizing, but this is by far the most delicious of all the wonderful sake I've had recently! Tsuneyama has always been a brewer of precise and delicious sake, but this is a gem that shows the difference in the amount of effort that has been put into it! You don't see it very often at liquor stores that carry Tsuneyama, but if you see it, please try it! I want to drink the Yamadanishiki one too!

Good evening ichiro18😃Thank you! Tsuneyama, I don't really have the image of not putting the name of the vintage, but since it carries the farmer's name, it looks like they will put it in this series😳.

I want you to drink this sake when you come to Fukui! I wanted to drink it for the first time in a while and bought it in Sakai City! This brewery brews with hard water, but the taste is gentle! It is refreshingly full-bodied! On the first day, it's trotted out, sweet and spicy! No off flavors where it could be retro. Exquisite balance! Crisp, cooled, and mitarashi-like sweetness! A huge explosion of flavor! The third day is sweet, sour, and spicy with a 🍐 feel!

Tasake Lipi! Junmai Only Brand Clear, full-bodied liquid! Aroma of 🍎! Tasake -> Aomori -> I can't deny that I'm being pulled in by the 🍎😅. Apple-like sweetness and sourness that does not disappoint! Gentle and powerful! Slightly chili-chili-y, but also pleasant! Koshiro-Nishiki was good, but I felt this standard one is still the face of the brand. It's so good! It is 🤣. It is truly a fruit born in the rice paddies! The cospa is also tremendous...

New summer sake from Kuroryu! A series of sake brewed with the brewery's own yeast. Nama-fume The color is quite clear and full-bodied! The aroma is like rum! When you take a sip, it is light, with a hint of sourness and sweetness, followed by a touch of bitterness that finishes it off. On the second day, the sweetness and bitterness deepen and it is delicious! This series often shows its full potential on the second day!

Koei Kiku Lipi! Summer sake focused on acidity. Aroma is sweet and weak, chili when included, old-fashioned citrus when cold! The sweetness is just right! The bitterness is a bitterness that can be developed. As the temperature rises, the acidity spreads juicily with the umami, making it a delicious sake! Serve cold or chilled. I can recommend this sake to a wide range of people! I strongly appreciate the 15% alcohol content! It's not a flirtatious sake! It's a strong sake, but you don't get tired of drinking it, so it disappears like a lie.

Drinking Famous Sake! Yokoyama from Nagasaki! Chingu is famous for its shochu, but it used to be a sake brewery! After Hakugakusen, I chose a dry sake because I've been drinking sweet sake lately! It is only super-harsh and has no aroma, but when you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and gasiness, along with a tropical acidity and a great sharpness! It may be quite similar to our favorite Tsunezan. It is a delicious sake! I heard that the non-super-spicy ones are quite sweet, but I'm interested in them if they are this well-balanced!

Hakudakesen summer sake! I wanted to drink Natsumushi and Misora, but they were all sold out? When you drink it, the characteristic acidity of Hakudakesen, which cannot be described as fruity, comes forward, and it is cut with a sense of minerality! Not too sweet. It has a nice body as it is a pure sake, and it cuts through the oil from the meal, so I noticed that I had lost quite a bit of it! It is delicious! If it had a gusty flavor, it would be popular with everyone, but it has a core that is not modern, but still brews an elegant and delicious sake.

Sentori repeat! Strong lactic acid aroma, moderate sweetness, fascinating sourness that makes you want to gobble it up. It's like a yogurt soda when mixed with other sodas. It has a sour taste, but it doesn't come out in the front like Shinsei, it seems to stay in the back. The first day I had to drink it for the first day.......! I shouldn't have opened it on a weekday before a drinking holiday...

Drinking Famous Sake! Zaku from Mie! There was one I had drunk at the store, so I bought it without a second thought! Medium-bodied and super clear! Gorgeous aroma of pear-like 🍐! When you drink it, the low acidity and mild sweetness flows smoothly! Smooth yet dense... the aroma that goes out is also wonderful 🤣 I can't stop drinking it even though it's not low al 🤣 Colonel! The more well chilled it is, the more it stands out. This is the mechanism of the Suzuka threat! Also, they only use fire-aged sake, so the quality of the sake is very good! Although the sake is not very fancy when you drink it, I feel that Zaku always gives us a good sake. Especially when you compare the drinks, you can see the high level of individuality and quality. It is a great sake that doesn't look like the name of a mass-produced machine!

Drinking Famous Sake! Abe from Niigata, the two biggest modern Niigata sake along with Kamo Nishiki! From the aroma to the taste, it is easy to understand: melon carbonation 🍈 Ori (rice wine curd) mellows it out and adds bitterness to give it a thicker taste! Creamy melon float For this type of sake, it held up surprisingly well after being uncorked! If you like melon, this is for you! It's 12 degrees, so it will be gone soon! By the way, if you ask me which one I like better, it's a very difficult battle 😓 They are both low-alcohol, but they both have their own distinct characteristics that separate them!

I'm keeping Otter Sake all to myself for the first time! When I was a student who didn't know much about sake, I thought that the most expensive sake was the otters served at the izakaya I went to. It has a fruity aroma that brings back memories! When you drink it, it has a soft mouthfeel with a delicious sweetness and lactic acidity! Easy to understand GOOD! Otters were the first to abolish the toji system, and although there are pros and cons, I think Otters have done a great job of standardizing the profession so that (in a sense) anyone can make good sake at a high quality sake level. I think that when the bottom is up, the level of small-scale production is likely to be inspired to rise as well! I will be traveling to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 tomorrow. While flirting with scotch, I will get power from the world-renowned Otters and do a good job.

Eiheiji Hakuryu! It seems to be an ANA onboard memorial! This is my first check-in at Sakenowa, but I'm drinking there! The aroma is quite gorgeous, not quite fruity? When you drink it, the sweetness is quite strong at first! It's sweet like sugar cane. And then, it gets sharp, but it stays quite a bit. It has a pithy feel to it. In conclusion, it was not for me 😭It's too bad because it's quite expensive for a Hakuryu. I find many Hakuryu's to be quite easy to drink. The cosmetics are awesome too. However, there are some that suit me and some that don't... I like the Mizuiteki, Dragon Water, and Yuu series quite a lot, but I don't like Hakuryu Nyan or the sticky sweetness. This sake was in the latter category. I see some reviews saying it's pretty dry, I wonder if there are differences from lot to lot or something? I'm not sure if there is a difference between lots or not 🧐I would drink the tekiteki series if it were priced this way myself.

Hanagaki, what a first Junmai! First, cold, you can feel the richness that is typical of classic Junmai! Next, warmed sake! The umami flavor comes through as the temperature rises! But it didn't have the 🌰 feel I like in heated sake, so I think I prefer Hanagaki for heated sake. Now that I've learned how to warm it up, I'd like to try the popular Namahashime Junmai and Yamahai Junmai!

Drinking Famous Sake! Houou Mita from Tochigi! The cover is too cool 😳 Here we go! The aroma is much milder. When you swallow, the sweetness flows nicely with little bitterness, and it finishes nicely! This is indeed a famous ginjo brewery! It is rude to compare it to other breweries, but it has the taste of sweet Kuroryu, which is familiar in a good way! And the important part... thank you for the slightly higher alcohol content! You will not get tired of drinking it, so you can suck on it as much as you want!

Drinking famous sake! Mimuro Sugi, Nara's famous sake along with Kaze no Mori The aroma is mild. Smooth mouthfeel, with a ripe sweet umami flavor flowing through! Sourness is a little in the back! Polite with no cloying taste! A slight carbonation accentuates the taste. An excellent sake that I would recommend to anyone! Delicious as sake should be! It is best when it goes from chilled to chilled rather than not at all cold. Mimuro cedar is always gone as soon as it comes in, so I stocked up on it when I bought some Tasake. This will be a big seller!

Drinking famous sake! Shinsei for the first time Fruity aroma different from tropical type, sweet and sour taste! The sweetness and acidity are strong! The acidity is seriously berry 🍓picky! I often compare it to fruit, but this one could have just as easily contained 🍓 as it is. Moreover, it is full of rice-derived umami. Is this the essence of a sake brewery? It is amazing that this is made from rice! On a side note It seems that the numbered tickets for Type A were sold out at 6:00 a.m. 😅I guess it's not a lottery, so it's not so bad.

Drinking Famous Sake! Tasake from Aomori! I had a few drinks of Tasake at the restaurant and thought it was a good idea! I was so happy to have a chance to meet him, but after that, I didn't have a chance to meet him. I found a liquor store in Fukui that carries this sake, so I was excited to buy it! This sake seems to be brewed with a rare sake rice from Aomori! I immediately opened the bottle! The aroma is sweet, like a 🍇? The aroma is sweet! The sweetness is surprisingly soft and the sweetness spreads gradually! It's a gentle, clear liquid with no acidity and no unpleasant taste. ☺️ It's a beautiful soft water... And a delightful, solid 16 degrees of royalty! Fukui doesn't have many sweet sake with soft water, so it's a good match for drinking. At any rate, Tasake is indeed delicious, and the cosmetics are great!

I wanted to try a sake with Kochi's masterpiece yeast, so I had my first Kochi sake! It was just as 🍍🍍🍍 as rumored! Thick bodied, firm, sweet and delicious! Sweet! Lingering finish is quite long. It's like a can of pineapple made into an elegant sake. No pizzazz. This is the first time I've seen a non-raw one of this type! While I like raw sake, I'm sad when it twists, so this may be my favorite spec. I wonder if there will be more of this. I've been looking for 🍍, and finally found it! I'd like to try the other CEL24!
