Everlasting Mountain! A classic for a long time! The perfect time of year for this! The color is clear, and although it is not a pure sake, it is full-bodied! When poured into a glass, it has a unique aroma of Tsuneyama! The fruity aroma is neither classic nor modern! When you drink it, it has a nice sweetness and a firm umami, along with a chili sensation, but then it breaks off! It also cuts through the fat of the chicken, which is a specialty of Fukui, without mercy! Delicious! It will be gone in no time 🤣.

Drinking famous sake! Sharaku from Fukushima I drank Junmai at the end of the year and it was 🍈 sweet sweet delicious, but what about Jungin? Full-bodied with a smooth taste! Transparent! Slowly sweet! But it doesn't drag on and is cut off by the umami bitter acidity! It's like a dessert! I like it because it has more acidity than Junmai! When I want to drink something sweet. I would like to drink other Sharaku actively! I also like the texture of the label!

A happy repeat of Jigokudo! They use Asahi, an old rice variety used for sushi rice! Mouth opening was light bodied, but on the second day, it started to thicken! Transparent! Strong 🍊 aroma! When it's kumquat, a mellow acidity like grapefruit or orange attacks! The sweetness and bitterness come together around the acidity! The bitterness is an art form that makes you want to drink more and more! As the temperature rises, it becomes quite sweet, but the acidity weakens and it becomes lackluster (although it is delicious), so I like it at 5-10 degrees. I like it at 5-10 degrees. It is a sake that can express its character even when served cold! It was good on the first day, but on the second day, the sweetness opens up while maintaining the best parts, making it even better! Jikin is also good for changing flavors, so when available, a bottle is a must! The longest I can stay in Fukui is only a little over a year and a half left 🥲 Fukui has a lot of local sake that is not well known throughout Japan, including Tsuneyama, which I adore, and Echizen Sake Shop Hayashi, where you can buy great sake from all over Japan, which is a blessing for sake drinkers.... It's just so nice to be able to line up and buy a bottle of Niimasa or Jikkai. That alone is worth moving to Fukui City. I don't want to leave 🥲.

The first local sake from Tsukuba, Nenogawa! We got it from one of our senpai (senpai means senior). It's a direct draft! A spec that you don't hear much about this time of year, thank goodness! Full-bodied and clear! Even when chilled, it is fresh, smooth, sweet and delicious! The slight bitterness gives it a sharp edge. No acidity at all. It has no off-flavor and is quite easy to drink! On the other hand, it is a customized summer sake that is not suitable for warming up! Thanks for the treat! By the way, Sake-no-wa, this brand is not a new brewery, and I hope you register it!

Drinking Famous Sake! ICHIHAKUSUISEI from Akita! Mild aroma! Transparent, medium-bodied! Lush! And gassy! The wine has a berry-like, moderate sweetness that seeps through without any clutter, and a nice hint of bitterness...it opens up after a while and is very juicy! It is very rich and delicious! I'm going to pretend to be a connoisseur and say it's like Akaban Omachi, but it's also Akita, so is it like Shinsei? Would it offend you if I said it was like Shinsei?

Fuku Chitose's brewer is a graduate of the winemaking department Koshihikari 90% polished rice with wine yeast, a metamorphic spec! Drinking famous sake! First Kameizumi from Kochi! This brewery is famous for its CEL-24 🍍! Get a bottle with your hometown tax! The aroma is mellow and full-bodied, with a hint of 🍐🍌! It is an aroma from a good sake! Full bodied! It seems mellow and sweet, but it flows nicely with fruity acidity, and is rather sharp and dry! Very easy to drink and delicious! It goes well with meals! It can be served cold, chilled, or any temperature! It is a type of wine that is hard to get tired of on its own! The most famous and most repetitive rice wine! Carbonated schwa sake! It is a different level of schwarziness from activated sake! It's a very strong stimulation, like Pepsi Cola >> this >> Mitsuya Cider! When the bottle is opened, you can't really taste the sake 🤣. After about 3 hours, the carbonation weakens and the cider becomes moderately sweet 🍎 with a hint of melon, it's about as good as it gets! At any rate, it goes down fast without any alu feeling for 15%! Maybe it's a sake that you can open the bottle and adjust the carbonation to your liking!

Congratulations! The 100th bottle of Sake no.1 is also Tsuneyama's series, which I usually have a hard time getting my hands on! This series uses sake rice grown with less agricultural chemicals by farmers in Miyamacho, Fukui Prefecture, which has close ties with the Tsuneyama Brewery! The producer's name is also on the bottle! When the bottle is opened, it has a wonderful peachy scent! When you drink it, you will be surprised by the high density of sweet and tasty flavors that come with a slight carbonation! The sourness comes after that, and the characteristic bitterness of Tsuneyama is emphasized more than usual, and it finishes slowly.......well......I'm being patronizing, but this is by far the most delicious of all the wonderful sake I've had recently! Tsuneyama has always been a brewer of precise and delicious sake, but this is a gem that shows the difference in the amount of effort that has been put into it! You don't see it very often at liquor stores that carry Tsuneyama, but if you see it, please try it! I want to drink the Yamadanishiki one too!

I want you to drink this sake when you come to Fukui! I wanted to drink it for the first time in a while and bought it in Sakai City! This brewery brews with hard water, but the taste is gentle! Drinking Famous Sake! Yokoyama from Nagasaki! Chingu is famous for its shochu, but it used to be a sake brewery! After Hakugakusen, I chose a dry sake because I've been drinking sweet sake lately! It is only super-harsh and has no aroma, but when you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and gasiness, along with a tropical acidity and a great sharpness! Hakudakesen summer sake! I wanted to drink Natsumushi and Misora, but they were all sold out? When you drink it, the characteristic acidity of Hakudakesen, which cannot be described as fruity, comes forward, and it is cut with a sense of minerality! Not too sweet. It has a nice body as it is a pure sake, and it cuts through the oil from the meal, so I noticed that I had lost quite a bit of it! It is delicious! Drinking Famous Sake! Zaku from Mie! There was one I had drunk at the store, so I bought it without a second thought! Medium-bodied and super clear! Gorgeous aroma of pear-like 🍐! When you drink it, the low acidity and mild sweetness flows smoothly! Smooth yet dense... the aroma that goes out is also wonderful 🤣 I can't stop drinking it even though it's not low al 🤣 Colonel! The more well chilled it is, the more it stands out. This is the mechanism of the Suzuka threat! Also, they only use fire-aged sake, so the quality of the sake is very good! Although the sake is not very fancy when you drink it, I feel that Zaku always gives us a good sake. Especially when you compare the drinks, you can see the high level of individuality and quality. It is a great sake that doesn't look like the name of a mass-produced machine!

Drinking Famous Sake! Abe from Niigata, the two biggest modern Niigata sake along with Kamo Nishiki! From the aroma to the taste, it is easy to understand: melon carbonation 🍈 Ori (rice wine curd) mellows it out and adds bitterness to give it a thicker taste! Creamy melon float For this type of sake, it held up surprisingly well after being uncorked! If you like melon, this is for you! It's 12 degrees, so it will be gone soon! By the way, if you ask me which one I like better, it's a very difficult battle 😓 They are both low-alcohol, but they both have their own distinct characteristics that separate them!
