Rice wine again! This is a version of Tokusyu Junmai made in Yamahai style! A bottle with rich umami that can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures! Transparent, medium-bodied, with a gentle 🍐 aroma! Gentle aroma of 🍐. When served cold, it has a slightly subdued sweetness, umami, and bitterness. I've heard that its true value is revealed when heated, so I warmed it up to the upper temperature and found a rich aroma of 🍐! The sweetness, umami, and acidity swelled up and it was delicious! Modern heated sake! It's a beautiful sake, and you can go easy on the sake quality!

Hokkaido Souvenir! Kamikawa Taisetsu! Organic Ginpu sake! It was a good price, so I let it sit for about two months, but when the news came, I opened the bottle! Full-bodied, yellow-green color! We went to Kanazawa for my wife's sake tasting and I stocked up on Chiyotsuru, Hirotogawa, and Ohmine, which I had not yet drunk! While waiting, we went to a bar famous for sake, but it was unexpectedly full due to a reservation 🥲. First of all, I'm drinking Tetorigawa, which never misses. My mouth was on undrinkable modern sake, but the power to pull me back to Hokuriku in one fell swoop, as expected! I am in the climax of a big job and preparing for an interview for a new job, so my days have been quite tough 🥲. I am very happy to have a repeat of Jikin! It has a rich sweetness made from Aizan, a very popular sake rice! Clear and full-bodied! Mellow aroma of 🍓🍍! The sweetness is much denser than the others in the series! And the unique acidity and chiliiness of Jikin that supports it! And umami! Beautiful mouthfeel, as expected! Delicious! They are making a new Kura, and I hope it will be more accessible! If I get through this phase, I'll drink Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki, go for it! 😤
