Rice: Hitogochiki (Nagano Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio 59
Alcohol content: 16%.
We got this from a liquor store in Chikuma. It was very popular and the shelves were empty.
So, let's open the bottle. It's shimmering white like dry ice in the mouth of the bottle. Nice aroma 😃.
What's that? It's completely different from yesterday's clear sake, it's not glamorous at all, rather it has a delicate taste more like Shinshu Kamerei 😍.
Delicious 😋.
The sake after Haru-ura, Betsuatsurae Namajyun.
There are only a few stores that carry this sake, and the amount of distribution seems to be small.
The fresh ginjo aroma is attractive, and the sweetness is like that of white peaches.
The sweetness is like that of white peaches. There is almost no acidity, and perhaps because of the sweetness, there is a very slight bitterness.
It was also a very delicious sake.
On the second day, the bitterness receded and the sweetness settled down.

There are two kinds of Haruurara. One is a clear sake and the other is a light nigorigo sake.
The first bottle was opened.
A little gorgeous and fruity, delicious 😋.
The second glass was a Shinshu Kamerei and 🐢🐢🐢 We compared them 🐢🐢.
As I said, this one is more gorgeous😄.
Tsuchiya Sake Brewery is a brewery in Saku, Shinshu. I wondered if the name "Kame no Umi" came from the name of a place in Koumi. I thought it was, but it seems to be derived from a happy word that appears in Buddhist scriptures.
It is a limited edition product for the cherry blossom season. I drank it while thinking that there was a horse named "Haruurara". The taste is sweet and sour like an apple, but it has a lingering flavor.

At Sakudaira, Nagano, where I was on a business trip.
We had a delicious local sake that was slightly sweet, crisp and fizzy.
Thanks to my family and company!
As expected, the gentle sweetness of white grapes and the clear, moderate acidity make it a good match with any snack. It is a great match with any snacks. It is a great match with any snacks.
It is fire-aged, so you can drink it after a day 😊 🐈️🐈️
At Miyoshiya Sake Shop, Yachiyodai.
Good evening 🌇.
I think this is your first time getting involved, but I couldn't help but get involved.
It's delicious, isn't it? I found it at a bar and liked it too, but I couldn't buy it 😢.
Good evening, Lara's Sake!
It's delicious 😋.
I bought and drank it that day after reading Ane's review that it was so good it made me scream 😁✨.
I want to drink it again 😊
Hi Ane! I used to drink seasonal Kame no Umi, but this was my first time. This is the best kind of sake to drink with a meal. Delicious. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋.
Fruity type
Rice used: Hitogochiki grown in Nagano Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 59% Sake meter: -2.0
Acidity: 1.7, Alcohol level: 16
The aroma is sweet with a hint of gas, but the sweetness is quite firm from the alcohol. But the sweetness is also accompanied by a fairly strong alcohol taste 🍶.
It seems to go well with fresh cheese 🧀 and white meat fish carpaccio🧀.
Carpaccio of 🐟 chicken breast 🐔 grilled with salt (yuzu kosho), delicate white fish 🐟 would be good with this wine.
It's been a while since I've posted 😅
Haruura, one of my favorite spring sake: ‼️
Gorgeous aroma🌸
A little sweetness
Slightly gassy
Definitely delicious 😃.
It has a gorgeous spring-like flavor and is great👍!
This is my first Nagano sake.
Lightly cloudy, but almost colorless. Slight pineapple aroma and taste. Not too sweet, with an alu feel and a bitter taste at the end. It was delicious.
Kinmon-nishiki" produced in Asashina Gorobei Shinden, Saku City, is used. The delicious taste and sweetness of the rice spread to the palate, and the fruity flavor 🍎 makes it easy to drink as much as you like.
By the way, what is terroir? I bought this sake because of the question, "What is terroir?
It is a word that everyone in the wine world seems to know, and it expresses the value of the grapes grown in the region 🤔.
In the case of this Kame no Kai, it would be "Kinmon Nishiki" produced in Gorobei Shinden in Asashina, Saku City. Great attempt to build one brand for the same rice ✨.
Sake is progressing rapidly, isn't it?
I still need to learn more 📖.
