Yes, yes, it's Senkou, a heck of a favorite 🥰🥰. Last time it was a draft sake, this time it was fired 🔥. Naturally, the gassiness has decreased. But...it still has a gassy feeling on the tongue👍. The yeast is still healthy😃. The aroma has been reduced and it's clearer 😊. The accompaniment is strawberry 🍓 goes well with it 😍It's a fromage...no it's a marriage. LOL!!! Of course it would be delicious with food, but it is good with berry fruits 🎉. Maybe next time I'll try it with some Shine Muscat (I can't afford the expensive ones......lol). LOL) I don't know what to say...it's really delicious 🐴🐴, isn't it, Senkou?

Look at this label🐇. Rabbit butt 🥰🥰. If they sell this, I'll definitely buy it. LOL. I heard the label was created by a rabbit lover, but you don't have to be a rabbit lover to be healed 😍. It has a sweet taste and you don't need any snacks 😊. You can drink it while loving the bunny's butt. LOL!

It looks and tastes like wine🍶. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but I could drink it just fine 🐴. I would say if there was a meuniere or something like that... but Heppoko's family is not associated with fashionable cooking 😭😭😭.

Kaze no Mori, Yumachi 807 de sagasan: ☺️ Yum🐴🐴🐴! I heard it is a colander picking, but I don't know much about it for heppo, so I'll leave it at that. LOL! It's 80% polished rice, right? I'm not sure if it's a good idea to polish the rice. It's so good, you don't even need to polish the rice! It's not clean and clear sake, but rather a clean and refreshing sake. It's not a clean and refreshing sake, but a complex combination of various flavors that balance each other. ☺️ I love this kind of sake 😍😍.

This is! It's a very classic sake 🍶, THE junmai sake 🤗. It's a classic sake, but with a fruity flavor! It tastes like a sake. It has a slight sweetness from the rice, but the umami or bitterness? Bitterness? Bitterness? It has a nice sharp aftertaste 🤗. I would like to pair it with something as a food wine...hmmm 🧐. How about Dote-ni?

It is Houou Mita, one of Heppoko's recommended brands 🤗. Yes, it's a definite 🐴 brand. LOL.... Houou Mita...cool name! ❤️ The labels are cool too... 🐦‍🔥 The "ONE AND ONLY" on the label this time...I'm too stupid to look it up, so I looked it up and it says "one and only" 🧐. So cool! （I'm in love with it! 😻) The taste is a little sweeter than usual. The aroma is also sweet and fluffy. The aftertaste is not so much sharp, but more like it slowly fades away. ☺️ This is good 🥰🥰🥰🥰.

Wow 😍When I opened the bottle, the aroma was so gorgeous 🤗🤗. It smells so sweet and spring-like (even though it's really cold today...lol). LOL) The taste is just as the label says! (←That's messy!). The sweetness and gorgeous aroma 🌸🌸🌸 is worthy of the pink flower-patterned label. And as expected of Tasake, even the aftertaste is beautiful👍. It's a spring flavor 🎠. Last word...I'm glad I bought it 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰.

It's finally here! Junmai Ginjo🎉🎉 from Kyuyo Masamune Junmai and Junmai-Daiginjo have been available...but...2 years of refraction (I don't know if it was refracted or not.... (I don't know if I've been refracting. lol) It's out now! Jungin "Harusumi" 🌸. The flavor base is similar to that of Junmai (←a person who has no sense of taste talks about taste, lol), but the aroma is gorgeous. (←The taste tone-deaf person talks about the taste. lol) But the aroma is gorgeous! (←I'm sorry if it's my imagination. 🙇‍♀️). I don't know what kind of aroma it has (🥸). It's kind of gorgeous (←It's messy after all... lol). (←It's a bit of a mess after all. lol). I knew it was delicious 🎠🎠🎠🎠. To all the sake fans in Japan! Try one and drink it 😍😍.

Heppoko's Drink Comparison Series👏👏👏👏. ✨"Kyuyo Masamune ver"✨. Well, it's started, hasn't it? Heppoko's Drink Comparison Series has started. LOL🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶. Kyuyo Masamune is a sake from Kumamoto...it's very minor 😭. It's cheap and tasty though 🥲. The same Kumamoto's Sansan-sama is national in 3 years....Kyuyo-san still has 2 years to go😊and one more year to go! The taste is...delicious🐴🐴🐴🐴. It has the sweetness of rice that is typical of Junmai sake, a clean feeling, and an elegant gas feeling on the tongue👍👍👍👍. No weird insistence or miscellaneous taste or smell at all! 😳. Heppoko...I want to spread this all over the country! but today I want to keep it all to myself. LOL!

First time I heard of it and first time I drank it: ☺️ I never thought I would drink Fukuoka's sake all the way in Kyoto.... LOL! The sweetness, sourness, and schwashiness...it's exquisite👍. The name is cute too 😍I'm tempted to go for it, but 17 degrees of alcohol...dangerous...I guess even beautiful sake has its thorns😱 lol lol

It seems that the person depicted on the label is Mr. Nakanori. He doesn't seem to be surfing the waves. LOL. They say he is the person who maneuvers the raft in the middle of the raft🏄. Rafts were used for logistics in the old days. I wonder if they also carried rice and sake 😱😱. Oh, it tasted delicious (← Suddenly messy. LOL)

The Kariho I drank before had a sake degree of +22, so it's a completely different thing 😋. It has a gentle sweetness and a refreshing acidity. This is the perfect spring sake 🌸. The kingfisher label is also cute and nice 🥰.

Sweetness of rice 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋. The sake degree is +13, but what is it? It doesn't feel dry (←Heppoko is tone deaf. (←Heppoko is tone-deaf to taste, lol). The mild aftertaste is also good. I like this kind of taste 🥰.

I found this when I went back to my parents' house after a long time 😆. My father gave it to me, but I drink it. LOL! It is indeed a junmai daiginjo 😌 with a gentle aroma of rice and sweetness, a beautiful sake with no cloying taste 🍶. Beautiful...but I think I like junmai daiginjo better! (Don't complain about other people's sake!) 🤣
