Moon Series - 🌛🌛. Already...hey, I like it from the name. LOL. It makes me feel like I can't wait for spring. The mouthfeel is mild and gentle, just like Nabeshima. It has a slight gasiness and sweetness, but the aftertaste is short. Is it the influence of Tajima Goryoku? (I don't know. (I don't know, but it's a good guess. lol). It goes well with the cherry blossom patterned glass 😊. Let's forget about work tomorrow...let's just relax and drink 🍶🍶🍶🍶.

Yes, delicious👍👍👍 Faint gasiness and gorgeous aroma. The gentle sweetness disappears with a lingering aftertaste. Is it hard to understand? LOL! I thought it would go well with delicately seasoned Japanese food as an aperitif or a mid-meal drink 😊.

Comparison of 2023 and 2024 drinks 😊. First, 2023. Delicious 🐴🐴. It's always a rich, mellow, umami taste 🥰. The aftertaste after swallowing is the best. It has a heavy taste, but I never get tired of it. Yes, a winner! LOL! Next, 2024 Nama Sake. Mmmmmm 🐏🐏. This one is also very rich! But since it is a nama-shu, there is a faint gaseous feeling and it is very refreshing. It leaves a nice lingering aftertaste. This one is also a winner! LOL! It is hard to say which is better. LOL!

It is brewed with gratitude for all the blessings that the tides bring. It is a pleasant sake with a beautiful effervescence that bounces like the waves of white blue. After that, the umami and acidity of the rice spread out. It is delicious, but in Nagasaki, I think I would prefer it to Hiran (this is my personal opinion).

This is Kumamoto Earthquake Reconstruction Prayer Sake 2024. It is a really nice sake that supports the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle by a sake brewery far away. Of course, it tastes really good too. If I see it at a store, I will support (buy) it! 🤗🤗

The label is written in mirrored letters 😊. I have never had regular Chiebijin, so I can't compare. LOL. It is a slightly sweet and gentle sake. I think it is easy to drink even for people who are not used to drinking sake. I'll try the regular Chiebijin next time 🍶.

Queen of HIRAN This sake was created while exploring the possibilities of edible rice called "Nikomaru". There are very few sakes made with edible rice polished to a 25% milling ratio. This sake embodies the image of the queen in HIRAN, with its elegant, clear sweetness and aroma, by using only the pure center of Nikomaru, the rice that represents HIRAN. That's what they say. LOL! Kikuhime is a delicious sake that lives up to its "rich and umami" advertising claims. This sake is the one that dragged Heppoko into the sake swamp! If this year's Tsurunori is released, I have no choice but to drink it. It's delicious. I love it 🥰🥰🥰🥰.
