After my run home, I bought it at an antenna store in a certain train station. It cost about 1,500 yen for a four-pack. I chilled it in the refrigerator overnight.
The aroma is slightly fruity. It has the mouthfeel of a fine white wine. Muscat-like acidity spreads softly and slowly fades away. The taste is a bit strong. It is recommended to drink it chilled, so I did exactly that and it was delicious.
It would go well with white fish carpaccio, oysters, etc. It is a great cospa.

I described it as "like muscat", but it was more like "like lemon (citric acid)". It was a light acidity.
Nabe-ten is a sake brewery in Kanzaki. It is said to be called Nabe-ten because it was in the business of handling iron until it was authorized by the shogunate to brew sake in the Edo period.
I bought a bottle when I visited the brewery in early spring. On the first day of opening the bottle, it was fizzy and strong enough to blow out and had a lychee-like fruitiness, but after a few days, the fizziness went away and a little bitterness came out. This is not a bad thing, but if you want to enjoy the fresh flavor, it is probably best to drink it without opening the bottle too long.

Jay & Nobby Good evening 😃I have been to Nabaten's brewery and purchased Fudo, but this sake🍶 is new to me. It doesn't have the quirkiness of Fudo and is delicious 😋It might taste better if you open the bottle a little 🤏more than when you open it.
The taste is not boring. It has a fruity flavor. My father-in-law and I drank it all at once. But after a long time, I was able to feel again the quality, the depth, and the pleasure of sake in the scene of sharing sake.

A crisp, clean sake that I like. It tastes better when chilled in the fridge.
The color is light yellowish.
I also discovered that the color doesn't photograph well 🤣.
