Yesterday, I drank a junmai ginjo of the same brand, but today it is a junmai sake. Easy to drink junmai sake. Delicious sake!

When I go to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple for the first time, I usually buy something from the nabe store, but I always end up buying seasonal sake.
I have a weakness for limited editions. I've been taken for a ride.
It is a little sweet but rather refreshing and slightly carbonated. It is a sake that goes well with meals.
I tried it at room temperature, warmed, and top-heated.
I'm not sure if I like it warmed, but I'd like to try it again next time.
