Shinomine Ao Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
It has a fresh grape-like aroma.
It has a crisp mouthfeel with a strong sense of effervescence.
The aftertaste is light and clean, leaving nothing behind.
The aroma is more fruity and easier to drink than other Shinomines.
I had it with assorted tempura.
What I thought I was eating as red octopus sausage was codfish.
What I thought I was eating as hanpen was chicken breast.
That's my review lol.
I can taste the grape flavor.
It is not sweet, but I think it is fruity.
It was a refreshing and delicious drink!
It goes well with the wrong tempura. Yum!
Warmed sake goes well with...77% polished rice...An irresistible sake that stimulates the senses with its mellow aroma and moderate spiciness that lingers on the palate!

Just opened
Slightly sweet and sour. Astringent aftertaste.
It is wine-like. I don't drink much wine.
