Our first fall sake is Nara Sake❣️ We will not be having hiyaoroshi sake, but rather a draft sake from over the summer 🙏. It has a matured flavor and fruity taste with a good acidity. This Shinomine is also delicious 😆 and reasonably priced too👍! I hope you all enjoy it too.

The third pink label sake following Takachiyo and Yamamoto Uki Uki is Shinomine Rokumaru (≧∇≦❣️) Since the light nigori version was followed by a clear one, I chose the clear one this time (it has almost the same specs and price as the light nigori version...) This is the first time for me to drink Shinomine made with Akaban Omachi, but it has a slight schwarziness that moderately stimulates the tongue, and the clean sweetness and umami that is typical of Shinomine spreads 🤤. The acidity is pleasant and easy to drink❗️I can't get enough of it🤪. I enjoyed it as a food sake👍

The 2nd day of the New Year. It's my favorite Shinomine! Ise Nishiki (rice) has a strong aroma and sweetness, with a unique peculiarity, but it is very good🎵!

I asked for a fruity drink and was served this. I was told that it smelled like strawberries 🍓. Fruity but not too sweet and refreshing.

I got this limited New Year's celebration sake from Sake Brewery Kushira on New Year's Eve. I was told it was more on the dry side, but it was delicious, not too dry and with a strong umami flavor. ☺️

Hachitan Nishiki. Lightly cloudy. The sense of foaminess and spiciness. The middle part of the bottle is fresh and slightly mellow. Slightly hard, with a firm aftertaste.

Sake of Nara Prefecture ③ is Shinomine 😁. This time I bought it because it is Shinomine's newest sake💦. The first one is the Kamisumi, which is a light cloudy sake with two different tastes. The spiciness and bitterness give it a refreshing taste with a lingering sweetness that is interesting 😃. When mixed with ori, the sourness is added and the sweetness is slightly increased, which is also good 😊. It's a new sake, so it has a gaseous taste and it's great. ❗️ It's nice to be able to enjoy two different flavors👍
