This is the first brand I've ever had ✨
I bought this sake 🍶 because my friend who loves hana-yori raved about how delicious it was.
First, chill it well in the fridge. I have a feeling this one will pop the cork if not chilled 😄.
Now it's time to open the bottle 👆 "Psshhhh" ah good sound 🎵.
Pour it into a glass 🍷 and mmmm, it smells so good 🍷☺️
Nice gasiness in the mouth, a bit strong 👍.
It tastes fruity but it disappears nicely like water 🥰.
This is delicious - it's certainly a hana-hana class 💕.
Turtle Sea will be a repeat purchase, I'd buy it again if I see it in stores 📝.
Good morning😊
Now I know why turtles are so sea-hearty👍
Thank you for telling me about the cicadas 🙇.
I see it's a summer sake, I googled it!
I wonder when it will be out, I want to buy it too!
I found it delicious when I got it for a drink outside and bought it out of sheer force of habit.
Shupon! I opened the bottle. The aroma is sweet rummy and pineapple fruity 🍍.
When you take a sip, it's chili-swirling and you can smell the pineapple softly. The sweetness comes on quickly, but the sourness is quickly followed by the bitterness.
It is sweet but refreshing and still delicious.
As the day goes by, the bitterness seems to increase a little. The sharpness and clarity also increased, giving the impression that it has changed to a more refreshing and crisp style.
I am glad that it has become more refreshing, but I think I like it better right after the bottle is opened because I can feel the slow and steady flavor more.
I feel that many Nagano sake, including this Hosoyuki, are made with a rice polishing ratio of 9%. Is there a reason for this?
Rich, mellow, and fruity ginjo aroma. The taste is also rich and juicy, with the sweetness and umami of the rice swelling up and finishing with a crisp bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit. Delicious!
I remember drinking Kame no Kai's new sake in the past and was very impressed with its ginjo aroma and sweetness, but this one is also very tasty with rice flavor and crisp bitterness.
Kame no Kai Haruura Junmai Ginjo Light Nigori Nama 720ml
Rice: Hitogochiki (Nagano Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio 59
Alcohol content: 16%.
We got this from a liquor store in Chikuma. It was very popular and the shelves were empty.
So, let's open the bottle. It's shimmering white like dry ice in the mouth of the bottle. Nice aroma 😃.
What's that? It's completely different from yesterday's clear sake, it's not glamorous at all, rather it has a delicate taste more like Shinshu Kamerei 😍.
Delicious 😋.
The sake after Haru-ura, Betsuatsurae Namajyun.
There are only a few stores that carry this sake, and the amount of distribution seems to be small.
The fresh ginjo aroma is attractive, and the sweetness is like that of white peaches.
The sweetness is like that of white peaches. There is almost no acidity, and perhaps because of the sweetness, there is a very slight bitterness.
It was also a very delicious sake.
On the second day, the bitterness receded and the sweetness settled down.
Kame no Kai Haruura Junmai Ginjo Nama 720ml
Rice used: Hitogochiki (Nagano Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio 59
Alcohol content 17%.
There are two kinds of Haruurara. One is a clear sake and the other is a light nigorigo sake.
The first bottle was opened.
A little gorgeous and fruity, delicious 😋.
The second glass was a Shinshu Kamerei and 🐢🐢🐢 We compared them 🐢🐢.
As I said, this one is more gorgeous😄.
